How they would react if... they realize you're blushing while talking to them

Including -> Neteyam, Lo'ak, Kiri, Neytiri, Jake, Miles Socorro and Aonung

A/N -> I'm not 100% sure about this, feel free to tell me if you like this format, if you have ideas for preferences or if you don't agree with what I wrote here.

If Neteyam notices that you are blushing while talking to him, he may feel flattered and delighted ad he would interpret your reaction as a sign that you are attracted to him or that you enjoy his company. He may flash a warm and friendly smile and try to engage you in further conversation. As a natural charmer and people-pleaser, Neteyam would likely try to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. He might use his charisma and sense of humor to make you laugh or engage you in lighthearted conversation. He may also try to find common ground and build a deeper connection with you by exploring your interests and sharing his own.

Neteyam and you were sitting by the river, chatting about your interests. As you talked, he noticed that you were blushing and he couldn't help but feel flattered.

"Is everything okay?" Neteyam asked, sensing that you might be feeling a bit nervous.

You nodded, trying to compose yourself. "Yes, I'm fine. It's just that... I don't know. I get a bit nervous when I talk to you. You make me feel... I don't know. It's hard to explain."

Neteyam smiled and reached out to take your hand. "I'm glad you feel that way," he said. "I really enjoy talking to you too. You're so interesting and engaging."

You blushed even more, feeling your face get hot. "Thank you," you said, looking down at your hands.

Neteyam squeezed your hand gently, trying to reassure you. "There's no need to be nervous," he added. "We're just two people having a conversation. And I really like spending time with you.

You nodded, feeling your cheeks grow even hotter. Lo'ak chuckled softly, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

"Well, I must be doing something right," he said, his voice soft and playful. "I didn't know I had that effect on you."

He took a step closer, his hand still resting lightly on your cheek. "You know, you don't have to be shy around me," he said. "I'm here for you, no matter what. And I love you, just the way you are."

You felt your heart swell at his words, and you looked up at him, your eyes shining with emotion.

gives it back to you once a week so you can spray your perfume on it. you ended up bringing him a bottle of ur fave brand and he sprays the cologne on it every time he washes it (aka ever fucking week)

mans hooked. to both you and your music

listens to your band’s songs at least once a day. either w/ headphones or on full blast it doesn’t matter

his whole family knows all the lyrics

sometimes tuk comes to his room and jumps on his bed while playing air guitar and he absolutely joins

other times tho he closes his eyes to focus and pays special attention to the guitar while having your smile in mind

he once spent like 2 weeks watching youtube tutorials to (kinda) learn one song so he could play for you

was it good? no it was fucking hideous. was it the sweetest fucking thing ever tho? absolutely it was

always tries to pick you up after band practice

my boy would rather miss his basketball competitions than miss one of your concerts

this one time he actually tried to skip a match bc your performance was at the same time and the mf showed up backstage like “hEy🙂”

it was truly a treasured memory in your relationship

in fact you’ve asked her to help in a few songs for harmonies and second voices

she helps you out a lot with your vocal practice and your breathing exercises

you really don’t have to tell her, she knows they are. bc when you’re up on stage singing abt the perfect girl, you look right at her. and her heart beats faster every time

sometimes you send her your lyrics like “what do u think of this??” and it’d be a full on poem abt her that makes her smile so goofy. kicking feet and everything

every time you get in the shower and start humming/singing her phone is ready

actually has a video of you freaking tf out bc you had an idea for a new song while showering and you stormed your way out the bathroom, wet and hair full off shampoo

when you’re together in your room, you get your guitar and he asks you to play some lofi style tunes

especially loves it when it’s summer and the both of you just lay down with the windows wide open and the breeze goes in and out. has a cool glass of your fave drink with a straw and he holds it up to you while you play

one thing ik for sure is rotxo is lowkey good at making beats/bases

the two of you have definitely made a few tracks purely for your enjoyment (like this)

many many many beach dates where you bring your guitar and he lays his head on your lap while the sun sets

Avatar sleeping headcanons!

I don't usually post my writing so, sorry if this is bad 😭

Including: Neteyam, Lo'ak, Spider, Jake, Rotxo, Tsu'tey, Ao'nung, Kiri, Tonowari, Tsireya, Neytiri, Tuk and Ronal

Warnings: Mention of bad dreams? Let me know if there are any warnings I should add :)

Neteyam snores not loudly but he still snores

Lo'ak kicks

Spider breathes really loudly like borderline snoring and he sleeps with his limbs just stretched out

Jake snores, sleep talks and kicks (like father like son) he's also a super deep sleeper and can fall asleep anywhere at anytime

Rotxo probably mumbles in his sleep like not full on talks just mumbles

Tsu'tey is probably so fking quiet and still, you have to check his pulse every once in a while and he is the absolute lightest sleeper ever

Ao'nungs tail sometimes sways and will hit you if he's having am exciting dream like if he's swimming or running etc

Kiri talks in her sleep

Tonowari SNORES

Tsireya is probably so wonderful to sleep next to, no snoring, no sleep talking, she moves just enough that's its not annoying but you can see she's alive

Neytiri growls in her sleep and is also a really light sleeper unlike Jake

Tuk can never fall asleep at night, she has to much energy (it was the same for Lo'ak as a kid) but during the day she can fall asleep anywhere everywhere

Ronal is probably a really restless sleeper because yk she's pregnant and all

Jake runs warm when he sleeps while Neytiri runs cold

Spider also runs warm, maybe it's a human thing?

Neteyams ear twitch a bunch in his sleep if he's having a bad dream

Ao'nung is such a bed hog it's so annoying

Neteyam is big spoon, like 100% protective even while sleeping

Same goes for Tsu'tey

Neteyam does nightly check ups right before all of his siblings go to bed to make sure they are there, they are comfortable and to make sure they don't need anything

And when Lo'ak was younger he used to use this to his advantage sending Neteyam to do stupid stuff for him ("get me some water" "actually I don't need water anymore" "is my Ikran ok" etc etc)

Tuk is like Lo'ak and sleep punches and kicks, Jake learned that the hard way

Neytiri definitely has nightmares

Tonowari can sleep through almost anything same for Ao'nung

But for Ronal and Tsireya even the slightest change of wind can make them wake up

Ao'nung used to tell Tsireya stories when they were younger

And Neteyam used to do it with Lo'ak and Tuk until Lo'ak turned all emo and was like "I'm to old for bed time stories 🙄"

But he "secretly" still listens to the stories Neteyam tells Tuk

Neteyam knows he's there but doesn't say anything

Ao'nung sometimes helps Neteyam tell stories to Tuk

Tuk is scared of storms/lighting and will always cuddle up with Jake and Neytiri

Tonowari stays up and cuddles with Ronal all night when she can't sleep because of the baby

But when she finally is asleep and someone tries to disturb her Tonowari will hiss and growl at them and silently but scarily tell them to leave

Tuk has threatened to bite people who have tried to wake her up before

The first time you sleep next to Tsu'tey he's as stiff as a board, it's not because he doesn't like you, he's just a bit nervous

But he would rather admit to being Jake sullys friend than admit to being nervous sleeping next to you

Omg tonowari is a absolute HEATER

Like if you're sleeping near him you can actually feel the heat radiating off of him

Ofc in the winter it's nice but in the summer it's excruciating

The sullys purr in their sleep when they are having a good dream

But he honestly doesn't even notice it anymore it's only the people who around him that do

Rotxo usually is a pretty deep sleeper except for when reader sleeps next to him

If he sense they are still awake or uncomfortable he is wide awake and right on it "are you to cold? To hot? Need water? Do you need-"

my besfriend and i were talking about this and i had to share my thoughts on the vibe that these characters give me.

also, please don’t start with the “they would just look like their actors” … be so fr. yes, they’re played by mostly yts but the characters themselves are poc. kiri is the only na'vi that would be yt but she’s also played by a 73 year old woman so i don’t think..

we all know what jake looks like but in my head, neytiri is a dark skin black woman idc.

neteyam

has locs.

they go below his shoulders but stop above his mid back.

him and tuk are closer to neytiri’s darker skin complexion.

listens to j cole and the weeknd.

just gives a j cole vibe overall.

ties his hair up like luka sabbat sometimes.

is an athlete but is also really smart in most subjects.

actually likes and is good at math.

has a clean room and organized room.

definitely oblivious anytime someone that has a crush on him.

he has unspoken rizz but it's not even on purpose, he just got it like that.

he’s so sweet like he would help tuk with her homework.

lo'ak

is a lighter skin complexion than his siblings.

so in simpler words, he’s lightskin.

has locs as well.

his stop above his shoulders or right at his shoulders.

listens to yeat and playboi carti.

has a messy room.

plays basketball and does that athlete walk/jog in the hallway.

taps the top of doorways when he enters a room.

is a sneaker head.

his favorite word is bro (mine too).

was an absolute menace in middle school like i mean moaning in class "CAN I GET A HOOYYEAAA", roasting session, making beats on the desk with his pencil, crossing up people he walked past, etc.

probably calls jake pops.

her style is definitely bohemian.

has fake vines and leaves hanging from her ceiling and around her room.

plant mom.

listens to jhené aiko and lana del ray.

loves to read outside in a hammock in her back yard.

loves animals and nature in general.

has a pet (either a lizard or bird).

loves staring out the window whether it be in the car or in her bed room.

likes painting.

tsireya

loves going to the beach.

she’ll literally go to the beach just to sit in the sand and listen to music.

camera roll filled of pictures and videos of her at the beach.

likes to put colorful clips in her hair (ex; butterfly clips).

very sweet and soft spoken.

works as a lifeguard in the summer.

listens to ariana grande and jhené aiko.

loves neutral colors like brown and tan but also loves pink.

➱ When Kiri woke up, she found it weird that she didn't feel Rotxo's hand on her stomach as he usually did while they slept especially after learning about their new bundle of joy. What was really weird was she didn’t feel the uncomfortable feeling of a foot in her face that always managed to kick her awake whenever you would sleep with them.

➱ She wanted to get up and inspect what was going on since it was never a good sign when both of you were quiet but when she heard the small pitter-patter of feet coming towards her, she pretends to sleep. “Sa’nu, Sa’nu, wake up,” you rub her arm softly.

➱ She slowly opens her eyes, letting a smile spread across her face. “Happy Mother’s Day, mama,” you spoke softly as you went to hug her. “Thank you, yawntutsyrip,” Kiri says as she holds you tight.

➱ “Hey, I thought we were going to wake Sa’nu together?” Rotxo says as he carries a tray of oatmeal with Kiri’s favorite fruit at the side. You sit up getting comfy by your sa’nok’s side as she sits up as well. “Yes, but you were taking too long, sempu,” you giggled earning a chuckle from him. “Yes, you’re our kelemweypey tanhi,” you let out another laugh at the nickname.

➱ “What’s this?” Kiri asks as she smiles up at him as she takes the tray from him and balances it on her legs. “Well we wanted to show you how much we appreciate having you in our life, I wouldn’t want to be with anyone else but you,” Rotxo says as he kneels on the other side of her and kisses her forehead which makes a tingle of pink to her cheeks.

➱ “Sa’nu, hurry and eat, we have a big day planned for you!” you say with a big smile. “Oh really?” you nod excitedly. “I’m so glad to have you both, baby boy is in for a surprise when he gets here,” She smiles as Rotxo brings his hand to her stomach rubbing it softly. “Be careful, that’s my baby brother in there.” You place your hand over her stomach as your parents share a look and laugh. “Already protective, I see.” she giggles as Rotxo wraps an arm around her. “Nga yawne lu oer,” he says before leaning for a small kiss which she returns.

Modern Sully Family and friends Headcanons

Notes: I do believe I will be expanding more on individual characters let me know if there’s something you want to see

-a lot of people think that neteyam would be a football star but I disagree.

-I think that he’s a dual sport king who runs track and plays volleyball.

-I’m also feeling he’s a setter.

-Rotxo and Ao’nung definitely play soccer and surf.

-Rotxo gets his shit rocked every game and practice because he’s the smallest on the team though.

-He always gets back up, he's a sturdy little guy.

-lo’ak joined the team to try and impress his dad, who played football in high school, and Lo’ak wants to capitalize on that since Neteyam doesn’t play.

-Loak also doesn’t know the difference between futbol and American football.

-Ao’nung hazes him fr fr.

-def told Lo’ak that sea urchin spines felt like rubber and popped when you stepped on them.

-And Rotxo told him it would hurt less if he peed on his foot.

-Big bro Neteyam is not afraid to step in when he has too. Knee pads and all.

-Neteyam doesn't like that he can’t wear fleece in the hot, humid climate that is their new home.

-He likes the freedom of tank tops tho.

-I also firmly believe that Neteyam is an astrology believer.

-He finds comfort in the concept of fate.

-him and Kiri bond over it.

-Kiri loves creating art but she hates art classes because she thinks she feels restricted.

-she joined an outdoor/hiking club briefly but quit because she hates teenagers and she felt they weren’t respecting the environment the way they should.

-She has a record player and is an avid WILLOW supporter.

-She finds peace in melancholy moments.

-She likes hanging out with Spider because he respects her space and her quiet time.

-They hang out in woods and creeks together.

-Spider thinks that kiri is the most beautiful person in the whole wide world.

-The siblings, including Kiri, bully Spider all the time.

-He eats breakfast at their house before leaving for school.

-At first it was only when Neteyam was making breakfast because Neytiri wouldn’t make him any but she's warmed up to the idea.

-Jake is concerned how much his children run around barefoot.

-Neytiri is concerned about how many naps Neteyam takes in the sun and even more concerned about how appealing Tuk finds it.

-That boy is dark but in no way is he immune to sunburns.

When you first met the Omatikaya guests, you were obligated to treat them kindly

You weren’t as cheerful as your sister, Tsireya, was thanks to the responsibilities you had, but you were still sweet and cheerful on the inside

Your personality caught Neteyam’s eye, but it wasn’t too obvious at first

Scolding Ao’nung for being mean is your daily routine ever since the Sullys arrived

Nobody really noticed, but Neteyam observes you a lot

He saw the inner you whenever you interacted alone with his younger sister, Tuk

You’d laugh so much and allow yourself to be childish

But once you’re with the group, you’d put on the facade again

In some way, Neteyam could relate as the eldest child and future to the clan

One day Neteyam overheard your father scolding you over a mistake and reminding you that you were the clan’s future

You looked so pressured you were about to cry

You flinched at some point when your father yelled at you

Ao’nung was just sitting in the corner feeling terrible for you

After your father left, you didn’t let your brother see you break

Instead you just ruffled his hair, saying it’s okay

Then you went out and bumped into Neteyam and your face went pale

“How much did you hear?”

“Not much.”

You started talking to him more often after that

It wasn’t as if there were obvious feelings between the two of you

But your siblings and his would tease you whenever they see the two of you sitting alone

Neteyam would talk to you more often than he would with your siblings

Def gonna be teasing Lo’ak and Tsireya together

And then you started noticing the little things about him

Until you finally realized you had feelings for the eldest Sully

They terrified you

Because Neteyam was just confusingly unpredictable

On one side, he treated you differently in a good way

The little gestures he’d only do with you were sweet and kind

But on the other hand, you were someone he could relate too, so he probably just saw you as a close friend

Your thoughts were constantly fighting amongst themselves

Even your siblings noticed

Tsireya tried calming you down once when you were stressed out about your own feelings

Kiri somehow found out

Then she told Lo’ak

And they both tried getting some confirmation out of Neteyam and tried convincing him to make a move

But he won’t budge

At some point Ao’nung would teach the Sully kids something misleadingly

And then you’d smack the back of his head

“That’s not how you do it.”

Neteyam laughs and everyone would pass knowing looks

Except Tuk who was oblivious and was in her own little world

After some time, Neteyam starts noticing too

The stolen glances you’d send his way when he wasn’t looking

How nervous you looked when he was standing way too close to you

He found it adorable

Meanwhile, you were still trying to figure him out

The Skxawng knows and he’s not doing anything about it

Yes, he feels the same way

Although Neteyam would usually stay calm

His heart would race when you maintain close up eye contact with him

Or when you’d lay a hand below his chest to help his breathing

Tsireya notices and she tells Lo’ak who confronts Neteyam

“Bro, she totally likes you and she’s frustrated trying to figure out if you feel the same way.”

“I know.”

“Why aren’t you doing anything about it?”

Neteyam sighs

He doesn’t think it’s a good idea and that both your parents won’t take the news so well if he were to act on his feelings

Lo’ak and Kiri thinks he’s an idiot for that

So they come up with a plan, including Tsireya too ofc

Let’s just say Neteyam wasn’t happy about being set up by them

And he couldn’t think of any excuses when you were already there expecting to hear something from him

So he just spits it out

And then takes you by surprise by kissing you

Lo’ak, Kiri and Tsireya were definitely watching, and somehow Ao’nung and Rotxo joined in too

They were busy shushing each other and trying to keep quiet

Luckily for them, you were too focused on each other to notice the furious whispers coming from behind

You and Neteyam were childhood friends, you were never without each other

before you two were dating, you would often run around th forest exploring things for fun

you would be with eachother for hours at a time

but you never fought or argued

it felt like you could never get tired of eachother

you agreed on almost everything

when you were younger, you would play a lot of make belive games

you would be the princess and Neteyam would be the warrior who saved you

and when he defeated the “bad guys” or “monsters” you’d give him a kiss on the cheek and he’d blush like crazy

your mother was good friends with Neytiri, and they would joke together about the two of you getting married

they’d teased the two of you, aswell

“You know, the two of you could mate someday”

The teasing never stopped, really

when the two of you got a little older, around 10, the other kids in the village starting noticing how close you were

“NO! Friends. We’re only friends.” Neteyam responded. that was the end of the discussion.

Jake knew not to mention you in any romantic way after that.

Now, you were both 14.

It was sunset and you and Neteyam had decided to run off to the outskirts of the village to watch the eclipse.

It was easy to get time alone, but it was hard to keep the relationship secret.

well anyway, you and Neteyam found a place to sit on a branch or something a little ways away from the village.

the two of you were sitting together, and your head was laying on his chest.

it was pretty late and you had had a tiring day, so you fell asleep on him.

meanwhile, back in the village Neytiri and your mother were freaking out

i mean they didn’t know where you two were an it was after eclipse

they recruited jake too and they all went looking for you two.

after a couple minutes, Jake stumbled upon the branch you two were sitting on

all he could do was laugh.

i mean Neteyam had been denying it for 13 years- and now you two were together.

Jake started to walk back trying to find Neytiri and your mother to explain the situation to them

Your mother wasn’t having that though, her baby was going to get home.

Your mom went to go wake you up, also waking up Neteyam in the process

The two of you quickly jumped off eachother and chuckled akwardly

When Neteyam got home, he could not hear the end of it.

Of course the word had already gotten around to his siblings.

He decided to just go to sleep, but Jake had one final word to say before that.

“You know, she would make a great Tsahik.”

This time, though, Neteyam didn’t have to deny it.

“Yeah. She would.”

Jake Sully

He would be the type of yandere to manipulate you without you noticing.

He would not be jealous or act out near you but he has death glares to anyone that gets close to you.

He definitely would be really loving and never force you into anything, you always give in willingly don’t you?

He will say things that will make you change your mind and think the idea is yours.

If in ANY SITUATION some of your friends or your relatives say that he is toxic, manipulating you or anything like that, believe that this person is not going to live much longer. You won’t remember them though, he will make you forget about them.

If you want to leave him because you discover how he really is, he will manipulate you by crying and begging, I don’t think he would be violent towards his darling. Smashing vases and punching walls? Probably. Doing something to his darling? I don’t think so.

Even as a yandere, I think he will try to look like the good guy or the hero in your eyes.

Overall, he is 6/10 violent yandere (not enough to scare you off, because he tries to never show it around you) 10/10 manipulative yandere.

Neytiri

Okay, hear me out, she is a pretty violent yandere. She could smash someone’s face against a tree right in front of you.

She knows you are too scared to run away, also in Pandora, where are you going to run away to? The sky people that are destroying it and will probably try to keep you to themselves? The huge forest inhabited by creatures that could kill you? She knows you don’t have other place to be.

She is also really strong so everyone knows not to mess with her or her darling. If someone tries to pry you off her, she will kill them. She is still pretty devoted to Eywa so I believe she may ask Eywa for forgiveness or cry while doing it.

She will treat you nicely tho. She will give you cuddles and love and will comfort you when you are scared. All your necessities will be taken care of. She might be a violent yandere but she cares for you deeply. She knows that treating you nicely is the best option.

She will cut off all you connections with friends and relatives, you can only have eyes for her. If anyone ever tried to tell you that you should run away, she will go after them, with all her forces.

In a scale, she is 12/10 violent yandere and a 3/10 manipulative yandere.

Neteyam

He must be the best type of yandere to ever exists. He never will let it show with you and won’t even obviously manipulate you. He will be really sly and cautious with his actions.

He knows how you think or act. And he knows you care for him deeply. He will come home covered in cuts and bruises if he thinks you are going to leave him. After a night of no sleeping tanking care of him you can’t even think about that.

He is really sweet with you and will never act out in your presence. If he need a to send someone a message he will do it behind your back. Hugging you from behind and sending a death glare that could send the other person into the sixth ring of hell is his favorite method.

If he is going to kill somebody, he has it planned months before. And you will never know.

If he finds out that someone is trying to convince you to leave him because they know the truth about him he will act hurt, and he will show you he is nothing like that.

That person will be gone soon. How dare they tell you something like that? Didn’t they see how much Neteyam loves you? He will do anything to be with you.

He can go great lengths to be with you. If you ever leave he will follow you everywhere. He can’t physically live far from you.

If Jake ever says something about you, he will defend you but will never stand against his parents desires. He is really sweet but will hide you from them if they try to get in between his darling and him.

In the manipulative scale he is a 5/10 not so much but enough to change your mi d if he needs it and a 3/10 of violent around you, but without you he is 13/10 just overly planned so nobody can catch him.

Lo’ak

I think he is like his mother, not so violent. He has the manipulation like his dad and the violence of his mom. Pretty dangerous combination.

Lo’ak will be pretty protective of his darling and will never get violent near you unless he needs to. Is Ao’nung gets too close or any other Na’vi look at you, he is not scared to fight for you. Killing, on the other hand, he can’t do it in front of you.

Manipulating on the other hand is a piece of cake for him. He knows that you care about him and his situation with his father. Whenever he knows you have seen him acting up or being weird he’ll come to you with a problem with his dad. Your suspicions long gone when you are caring about him.

He will not hesitate in punching someone if they dare to say something about about your relationship. If someone is advising you to get away from him, he will not be scared to kill them.

He goes against everything that his father tells him to do if he isn’t feeling like doing so. If Jake tries to convince him that he isn’t acting sane he is capable of running away with you. Obviously via manipulation.

If you are scared of him he can go about it in two ways: 1- manipulate you into thinking that you were wrong and feeling guilty of doubting him oooorrrr 2- he will scare/kidnap you into staying with him in a secluded place, far away from you and his family.

I’m the scale he is 8/10 manipulative (he can be really good but only when needed) and 9/10 in violent (again he is really good but he must be really needing to do so).

Kiri

I can’t picture her as a yandere tbh. She is really soft. But let’s give this a try.

She is a manipulative yandere that’s for sure. But she is not scared to use the power of Eywa against those who try to come in between her and her darling.

She will show you the wonders of Pandora, trying to keep you as fascinated as she can so that she can have you close to her. If you are distracted you won’t see the bleeding bodies will you?

She isn’t too violent when it comes to you. She will never show any yandere quirkiness around you. She will also make sure nobody can tell you about it.

If you want to leave her side, she might become aggressive and might as well trap you. You won’t go away. Eywa sent you to her and she will NEVER let go of her mate.

She hasn’t killed someone yet, but she will have it as an option.

She is 4/10 violent (only when SERIOUSLY needed) and 10/10 in manipulative.

Bonus! Tsu’tey

He is a pretty violent yandere. NEVER towards you. He will never act violent towards you.

He is not scared to kill and go great lengths to keep you with him. Even if you don’t believe him, he will always assure you it is for your own good.

He has a soft spot for you. He can be killing mercilessly and then suddenly see you and his whole expression will soften. He will hug you with love.

It is really weird his duality, cold with everything and everyone and then the softest when it comes to you. That might be the reason why you are close to him.

He will play dumb at first, pretending that he has nothing to do with the injured humans/Na’vi or the mysterious murders, but he has done everything.

In the scale he is a 6/10 in manipulative, he does it pretty well at first but then he just gets tired of trying. You are his, why can’t you see it? Why can’t all those dumb humans and Na’vis can’t see it?

He is also a 9/10 violent. He is really violent but never towards you.

pairing: best friend! eijiro kirishima x innocent chubby reader

"you know kiri i've never been kissed before," you tell him quietly when you're watching a kissing scene come on the tv.

kirishima thought he knew everything about you, he knew you were innocent and pure but he was sure you must have been kissed once, you were both well in your 20s at this point. "how?" kirishima asks matching your volume.

"well is it really that surprising? i've never been in a relationship or anything and i've never been to many parties to randomly kiss people. i'm not really a party person and whenever i do go to parties i stay with you the whole time and i don't drink at all." you lean your head against him and link your arm around his.

"i guess it's not that surprising..." he trails off at the end.

"yeah, plus i don't really know a lot of people and i'm pretty sure you scare people off. you're so big it probably freaks them out, thinking that you'll fight them or something," you say while giggling.

kirishima grins, he would never admit it but he has intentionally scared some people off. in his eyes they don't deserve you so he purposely increases your already physical friendship and touches you more so they know you're off limits or he purposely stands really close to them which makes them back away when they realise how huge he is and how if they got on his wrong side he could absolutely destroy them. because, in the end, you're too good for them, too pure and kind and wonderful and they don't deserve you.

"it's okay that you've never kissed anyone. you shouldn't kiss someone random, like if you're at a party and drunk or something. you should kiss someone you should trust," kirishima reassures you.

"like you?" if kirishima was in the middle of having a drink he would of spat it out. his back straightens, and his cheeks go red. his adorable best friend just cocking her head to the side and asking him such a loaded question so cutely.

"what- what do you mean?" he slightly stumbles over his words but you don't notice.

"well... who was your first kiss."

kirishima slightly deflates, he then realises of course you'd never ask a question like that to him. you don't think of him like that. you just want to know if his first kiss was special and with someone he trusted. "not quite, it was a dare when i was 11? or 12, maybe? i kissed mina, mina ashido. she was in our class when we were kids, you remember her right?"

you disliked that and you went sour, out of all people why did it have to be her, of course kirishima would like her, who wouldn't, she's everything you're not though and it reminds you how you'll forever be just his friend. she's an extrovert and extremely brave and thin and conventionally attractive, you're not.

kirishima notices the way your body shrinks in on yourself and how your expression has changed. "are you alright sweetheart?" you nod your head and hum, maybe to everyone else it would be convincing but not to him.

you don't know how you do it but you gather another confidence for just a second to ask him a question that you wanted to ask him originally a couple minutes ago. "i trust you." you look down, unable to look at him in eye or even his face.

"yeah, i trust you too," he replies cautiously unsure about what you're going on about.

"well...you said my first kiss should be with someone who i trust," you say while twiddling your fingers.

kirishima's mouth becomes suddenly dry as he now realises what you're talking about. "that would be very unmanly of me. i don't think you really want that sweetheart," he says reluctantly, he wants you to mean it but he thinks you don't.

as soon as you hear him you look up frantically because if he's being honest when he said that it means he didn't deny you or your request but denied that you actually wanted him. you grab hold of his arm and look him in the eye. "no, no that's not true! i want you!" kirishima's eyes widen at your raised voice and how you're shaking his arm, he can't help but grin at your reaction.

"alright sweetheart," he can never say no to you, he never wants to and now he'll actually be able to kiss you. to do the thing he's been dreaming about for years.

"holy shit, really?"

kirishima bursts out laughing. "yeah." you give him a soft smile and momentarily bury your head in his chest before looking up at him and giving him an even bigger smile.

"so um, what do we do?" you question shyly while kirishima grins at your cute naivety.

kirishima tucks some of the strands of your hair behind your ear, "you can close your eyes if you want. just close your eyes and relax, i'll do the rest." you mumble out an okay and flutter your eyes close.

kirishima gently holds your cheek in his hand and presses your foreheads together. you can feel his callus hands on your skin and it's making your face heat up at the contact. his other hand rests on the nape of your neck, keeping you both close to one another. he presses your lips together in a sweet kiss that makes you melt into him and it makes you both dizzy in the process. he can smell your pretty perfume and his shampoo is overwhelming your senses. he smiles against your lips and pulls you even closer.

your arms are stiff and slightly raised in the air and your fists are clenched, not knowing where to put your hands. as the kiss carries on you press your lips harder against his, wanting more. kirishima takes the hint and gently bites your bottom lip causing you to gasp. you're unsure of what to do but kirishima takes charge and you make out until you both have to break away for air before going in to kiss again.

he groans as you slip your tongue against his. "fuck," he groans roughly as he lifts you on his lap. you make a small shriek at the movement and he chuckles. all he can think about you, your lips, your face, your body, you. he runs his hands along your body, holding your love handles and grabbing chunks of your plush thighs. he can't help but place wet kisses against your neck causing you to gasp again and hold onto his arm, making crescent moon shape indents with your nails.

at the noise kirishima holds onto your chubby cheek again and stops kissing you, you open your eyes and look up at him. "how was your first kiss sweetheart?"

"i'm pretty sure that was more than just a first kiss kiri." you giggle back at him.

"well excuse me for kissing the woman i love," he says cheekily with a huge grin on his face.

"who you what?" you both freeze. you press your lips together in a tight line to try to stop yourself from smiling and he turns the same shade as his hair.

he bites his own lip trying to figure out what to do. he doesn't know what he can do to get out of this but he knows that no matter what happens you'll always remain friends, you'd never stop being his friends because he loves you.

"i do... i do sweetheart. i love you. i know you don't feel the same and that's okay." your eyes start watering and tears start running down your face, he quickly wipes the tears away and rushes out, "i'm sorry, i'm sorry, i didn't mean to make you sad."

you grab hold of the collar of his shirt afraid that he'll change his mind and leave. "i'm not sad. i'm happy, so terribly happy." you pause as you take in a breath, trying to stop crying. "i love you so much."
