Jake takes special care of you, knowing the difficulties that you may face. He hasn’t forgotten his time on a wheelchair and he doesn’t want you to feel like he did. He will try to get you integrated as best as he can. He will rip anybody apart if they so much laugh your way or make any comment.
Neytiri is understanding. She doesn’t quite get it but she will try to help you with anything. Also, Jake told her how it is all about. She feels the need to protect you. If anybody makes fun of you, they shall prepare for an arrow on their skull. You are such a precious thing! How could she ever let anybody do that?
Neteyam carries you around whenever any place is not wheelchair user accesible. He will treat you like a frail creature, not understanding really how it works but being gentle and caring. He hisses and growls but doesn’t usually get aggressive towards people that make fun of you, unless you get hurt.
Lo’ak doesn’t get it at all. But he understands he is the only one who gets to tease you. He will never go as far as bullying you, but just gentle teases here and there. And he never lets anyone else say anything bad about you, he will make sure they don’t get to talk to you ever again. He even hisses at Neteyam or Jake if they ever tease you.
Kiri is probably the one who most understands it (after her father) and she will do all that is in her power to help you out because the jungle is not really wheelchair-user-friendly. Kiri is more methodical and will protect you from negative people by blackmailing them.
Tuk doesn’t get it much and she is a little kid she might make a lot of questions about your wheelchair, but she never tries to be rude. In her little mind you are so cool because she likes the wheels on your wheelchair. Being not strong enough and not having the capacity to blackmail or threaten, she just goes around hissing or sticking her tongue out for anyone who is mean to you.
