Okay so I went through a few asks and uh , anon I think you can find alot of fics here..like you know, I have been obsessed with the show gap the series and I DIG on tumblr like more than 6 feet,go on twitter gap the series fandoms and yk see if they drop a link to an AO3 fic, and I'd have to like type it all out on YouTube cuz I don't know how to copy link 😭 but what I'm trying to say is that, a writer you like needs rest too,doesn't matter the time. Everybody needs rest, like doin art . For me drawing is for fun, drawing is to make myself feel good and let's say I published it,if people wanted a 100 more from me and kept putting pressure I would want to run away too

no yea like tumblr is full of fics so there’s always more blogs and fics to read and enjoy under different tags, no need to tie yourself down to one blog😭😭 BUT OMG I LIKE BARLEY SEE ANYONE WHO LIKES GAP, IM SO CLOSE TO FINISHING IT AND ITS SO GOOD, fuck that grandma tho. but yes, everyone needs to rest and not burnout from fulfilling other people’s needs, sometimes even fic writers need to step away and take a breather for a bit

it’s hard to do anything when there’s a sudden pressure on you to do something so that’s why taking breaks is important, i hope you never feel pressured to draw or anything, it’s always nice to have a relaxing hobby that you can just do whatever with and have fun while doing it

It's ok if you don't want to answer but I saw one of your mcr posts and you talked about reverse image searching in the tags so do you just go on google and type something..how does it work? Pls don't mind me

no it’s ok, dw lol - i don’t remember what post it was but probably either the cat scratches meme or some hds from the shows but you literally just go to google images and drag a pic to the search bar. sometimes it will show you sites where the image has been used and works *sometimes* if you don’t remember where you found something and want to look for credit but a lot of times like if you’re looking for say, a specific pink gif header it will literally just show you random pink things and not be helpful at all but it usually is kinda useful for memes and show pics. hope that helps i’m not v good at explaining things lol

(edit: it wasn’t like this before but now if you do that it searches using google lens already which might be more accurate and doesn’t seem to work for gifs which sucks - i think it did before)

Jaing grits his teeth and bats away his brothers’ and father’s worry, far more concerned about the tense, furious way that Spar is holding themself in the doorway to the kitchen. He wants to reach out, to apologize, to beg forgiveness. He can’t, though, not with Kal’buir looming.

Spar turns and goes back into the kitchen, the snap, snap, snap of their heels clicking against the tile.

He knows he’s alright, he knows he’s safe now and that he was (mostly) in control. Death was...more likely than he’d prefer, but that’s this job, isn’t it?

But this isn’t the first time he’s been caught up like this, and he knows Spar helps run the mission watch when he’s away—because they’re just as good at it as he is and if he’s not running it, then, well—and he knows how it looked.

“Ka’ra,” Spar had said last time, checking him over after Fi had patched him up. “I thought you were going to die, Jaing. Please, don’t ever scare me like that again.”

And Jaing had said, “Haat, ijaa, haa’it.”

Spar takes promises seriously. They always have, apparently. And Jaing broke his.

He knows, Spar knows, his brothers know. Maybe even Kal’buir knows.

Jaing could have prevented all of that if he’d just been a little less cocky, a little less stupid about what he was doing.

A little less of a show off, knowing they were watching.

There are burns on his legs, from where the katarn managed to melt.

That doesn’t mean he won’t kneel at their feet and grovel.

Losing his life is one thing. Losing Spar is a whole other.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ Firstly and obviously, she would be super worried, so...like…basically panicking if she caught you in the middle of it, she would probably need a second to compose herself before she could actually help you; taking a few deep breaths and going to get the first aid kit, sitting cautiously next to you and very carefully starting to inspect your wounds.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ Who will pay attention to every little wound, whatever type they may be; she will clean and dress quickly and efficiently, trying to make things easier, even if just a little; she would kiss each of her bandages, she would put colored Band-aids on the little bruises and if they were too big for that, she would simply put the Band-aids and small stickers over the bandages.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ Who would let you cry if you needed to or dry your tears, hugging you close to her chest and giving you the sweetest affirmations of affection.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ I would think a lot before actually saying anything about the situation, she doesn't want to pressure you and would completely understand if you want stay silent for a while. But assuming you want to talk, she'll be all ears, just letting you open up and sometimes talking back to you gently.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ Who would do everything to create a welcoming environment for you, respecting your individuality, without ever invalidating or neglect your pains no matter what they are. She always makes a point of highlighting how important and valid two emotions and thoughts are, even if sometimes you may find them silly.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ Who would care to know the things that can set off triggers in you, so that she doesn't end up accidentally slipping up; The last thing this sweet girl wants is to be the reason for her tears or worse, her bruises. She knows she won't be able to protect you from external events in the world, but she will try to do everything possible to keep you away from stressful situations or situations that she knows can trigger you.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ God help the person who tells her that her pain is nonsense, she would definitely avoid making a big fuss or getting physical about it, unless the person does it first, but it would definitely give the idiot a piece of your mind.

Do you like painting, drawing or just doodling? This girl will make sure to always save a portion of her allowance to buy her things, never missing the most colorful and fun pencils of all, she bought white and colored sheets, sketchbooks, markers colors, paints, brushes and basically everything you need. She gave him a gift set with 12 colors of those colorful glitter pens and it was so adorable.

If you like writing a diary to express yourself I'm sure she would buy you a new one whenever the previous one was full.

Hot and relaxing baths??? It's a complete yes for this girl, she will reserve God's favorite bath products for you, she can come out and let you have fun or just sit on the toilet seat and talk to you quietly or just be silent (for you two, it's not something weird, it's just an intimate and affectionate way of showing how much she cares for you). Now if you ask her to take a shower with you, this girl will triple her efforts, washing your hair, rubbing and massaging your back, whispering words of affirmation in your ear and hugging you affectionately.

She is willing to accompany you and participate in any activity that helps you cope, she just wants you to be well, so: running, dancing, tearing something or screaming, all of this is a big yes for this girl, anything that can help you in a healthy way she would automatically accept.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ If you take medications for this, she would make sure to always remind your doctors to take them; Gwen knows how medications can affect you and also always tries to be as understanding and calm about it as possible.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ It would collapse if you ever ended up in the hospital because of it, she would never yell at you for it, but she would definitely hug you strong at the moment when I saw you and I simply cried holding onto you. Seeing you like this just breaks Gwen's heart and she can't even imagine losing you, it scares her so much😭

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ Who would definitely accompany you to the psychologist or psychiatrist's office whenever she could, waiting with you at the reception until your time and still patiently waiting until the end of your session, probably buys you an ice cream after each session. Even when she can't accompany you, Gwen makes a point of sending you a message to know if you arrived at the office safely.

Gwen with a girlfriend who gets hurt —------ Who would just be the sweetest and most understanding girlfriend of all, always willing to help and listen to you. She's so sweet and I just need one Gwen in my life😭😭.

4. Which of your muses is more likely to eat something even if it has fallen on a dirty floor?

Each of the members is gripping a makeshift pointer in their hands; Juul a chopstick, Charlie a very notably chewed pencil ( he didn’t forget to passionately mention Shrimp chewed on it, not him! ) and Harin a toy lightsaber she stole from one of the kids. Juul and Charlie glance at each other, while Harin mindlessly points at Juul.

“Jasmine, for sure. She’d eat it off the sidewalk.” At this, Juul jerks her head at the youngest, whining: “Nooooooooo … The answer’s Charlie obviously. “

Charlie, of course, saw this coming from a mile away and is, as always, ready to throw everyone and himself under the bus.

“First of all, I saw Harin scooping up a melted cheese from the floor in the company’s ground floor where everyone and I mean LITERALLY everyone walks through. Girl could have just, I don’t know, not to that.”

Harin quickly cuts him off to defend her pride, “ —— it barely touched the ground! I caught it mid-air like a fucking Flash or something — “ which immediately changes Charlie’s direct line of thoughts, he adds indignantly: “ Flash? Since when do you prefer DC over Marvel? You are a Marvel fan, what are you saying — “

Juul doesn’t even bother to jump into their bickering, she just ends the segment with: “We’re all gross and mainly eat off the floor. NEXT QUESTION!”

19. Which of your muses is the most likely to survive an apocalypse?

No thoughts, heads empty, all of them point at Harin (yes, Harin too). Jasmine explains her choice proudly, “She is a badass! She doesn’t take anybody’s shit and she would be a great leader of a survival community. “ She trails off, thinking out loud, “Maybe kind of like Negan —— “

Harin, offensively bamboozled, starts: “ WHAT?! ARE YOU CRAZY? I AM FAR MORE PLEASANT THAN HIM AND ——”

“——And she would also bite everyone and give them rabies, so there’s that.” Charlie concludes and before the video cuts, viewers can see Harin aiming for his left knee with her lightsaber.

30. Which of your muses is the biggest pet person? How many pet did they have in their life?

Harin with an adorable little smile points the lightsaber at herself. The others have different opinions as they both point at Charlie. He looks at Juul’s answer, satisfied, but looking at Harin makes his face contort into a grimace. There’s something not quite right …

“Harin, babe, I think you’re more of an animal person. I’m more of a pet person.” To which Harin raises an eyebrow, somewhat exhausted by Charlie’s thinking. Before she can react though, he is quick to give an explanation.

“ Animals are like wild and free and self-succificent while pets are so dependent on their owners. So I think you are an animal and I’m a pet.”

Juul chirps, “That wasn’t the question, Char.”

Charlie defensively: “I know, Jas. I haven’t finished my explanation. Okay, so do you agree Harin?” Her shoulders fall up and down, a variant of a yes.

“So I had pets, city animals, all my life. Had like eight or ten hamsters, three bunnies and had this weird mouse thing, what do you call it —— “ Charlie searches for help in his band mate’s faces.

“ Rat? “ Asks Juul.

“ Chinchilla? “ Tries Harin.

Charlie shakes his head, discontented. They try again.

“ Gerbil? “

Harin points a finger at Charlie, a triumphant expression on her face, “GUINEA PIG!”

Juul and Charlie look at her with a “guinea pig looks nothing like a mouse, you dumbass” expression. Charlie waves his hand dismissively.

“I dunno. Let’s drop it, it was kind of like a Gerbil. “ It was common degu is written in subtitles. “ Then we had tarantulas and fishes, oh and a dog ! “

The production and editors cut this segment off with a black screen where He started listing each of the 25 tarantulas names and then Harin listed every farm animal she took care of and their names too is written.

Hilirisasi Multi Komoditi

First of all, judulnya keren.

Karir saya di eFishery ini udah cukup tua sebenarnya. Mulai masuk di sini dari masih pacaran sampai sekarang udah punya anak umur 2 tahun. Ibarat anak, karir saya di eFishery sudah memasuki persiapan SD. Bahas bahas soal working desk sesuai tema pada hari ini, saya jadi kilas balik. Kok.... Rasanya.... Gak pernah dapet meja khusus di kantor ya. Mungkin karena lebih dari separuh karir saya di eFishery banyak dihabiskan di lapangan. Cembetul ini ngabisin jatah bistrip? Bukan woy, tapi emang rolenya begitu. Mari kita kilas balik walaupun tidak penting buat hidup kalian.

Masa - Masa Offline Activation Team

Dulu waktu awal magang sampai jadi junior staff memulai kiprah di bidang marketing tepatnya bagian offline activation. Lewat sini mulai banyak ngenalin Smartfeeder kita ke petani petani di daerah yang baru saya denger: Lubuk Linggau, Pasaman, Kampung Brandan, dan lainnya. Ikan dan Udang dibabat habis.

Masa Masa Nyemplung ke Udang

Tahap ini banyak di riset dan piloting business model baru. Mulai dari disease prevention, eLab, pembiayaan pakan, Contract Farming Community, dan lain lain. Keliling ke tambak udang dari segmen tradisional sampai ke intensif yang punya garasi mobil berasa showroom. Kunjungan ke tambak yang panas dan cek anco (kaya digambar) begini udah jadi kegiatan sehari-hari.

Masa Masa Downstream Shrimp

Nah puas menjelajahi dan ngobrol dengan banyak petambak udang, lanjut pindah ke jualan udang. Targetnya juga gak kalah beragam. Mulai dari Hypermart sementereng AEON sampai ke pasar pasar induk juga tak kalah dilahap. Mulai dari pakai jas biar punya kredibilitas sampai pakai sendal jajal pasar.

Kembali Merangkul Komoditas Ikan

Setelah 1.5 tahun berkecimplung di dunia udang, akhirnya kembali lagi ke pangkuan ikan. Walaupun ikan gak punya paha. Rasanya kangen dan heboh juga karena memang memori ikan ini simpang siur. Alhasil langsung kita terjun juga dari Gurame, Nila, Lele dan Upstream maupun Downstream.

Jadi, selain Pak Prabowo dan Mas Gibran Rakabuming, saya sudah praktik hilirasisi multi komoditi di perusahaan Mas Gibran yang lain. Melalui pengalaman ini, saya berani jamin seratus persen bahwa hilirisasi itu super duper penting. Terakhir, saya datang ke seminar ASOSIASI PRODUSEN PENGOLAHAN DAN PEMASARAN PRODUK PERIKANAN INDONESIA (AP5I) di Surabaya yang dihadiri oleh banyak pelaku bisnis pengolahan udang dan ikan, serta beberapa tamu kehormatan dari negara lain. Semuanya sependapat bahwa saat ini, Indonesia terlalu berat bermain pada produk segar. Padahal, buat meningkatkan konsumsi sangat perlu dilakukan pengembangan produk turunan berupa value added.

Lewat pengalaman dan ilmu ilmu yang saya dapatkan, rasanya ikhlas dan rela kalau saya gak punya meja khusus di kantor. Lewat working desk yang semrawut dari ikan ke udang, upstream ke downstream, tradisional ke intensif atau supermarket ke pasar ini memperluas khasanah saya di dunia perikanan. Jadi, kalau suatu saat udah lulus di universitas eFishery. Saya bisa sombong pas interview : "Mungkin saya bukan karyawan paling bertalenta di perusahaan, tapi bisa jadi saya karyawan paling versatile lewat kesediaan saya blusukan turun ke lapangan.

FFXIVWrite2023 Prompt 22: Fulsome

She woke up early, figured she might as well do something nice. Gage Acquisitions thankfully had a fully stocked kitchen. She took a look through the pantry, trying to figure out ideas... cornflour... pork... shrimp, plenty of blocks of cheese, fresh vegetables aplenty... might as well make her coworkers some tacos, one of the more recent and her personal favorite culinary trends to hit Limsa, apparently originating from the Mamool Ja mercenaries offering their skills to the crews and adventuring parties, bringing a bit of the New World with them to Eorzea.

First step, of course, was the tortillas, thankfully she had the cornflour on hand, so she set about mixing it with hot water and sea salt, kneeding it and pressing it down into thin circles, and adding them to one of the larger skillets. She did a little bit of prep work in between cooking those, giving little chops of the pork, lettuce, grating cheese in the minute or so she had before swapping out the cooked tortillas for fresh ones.

Next, browning the pork, deshelling the shrimp, salting the meat and adding a bit of pepper, she thought for a moment, and grabbed and dumped one of the Ketchup bottles into a bowl, mixing up a bit of vinegar, sugar, and some chili powder she'd made for herself last week, she added some water to thin it up, and then dumped it onto the skillet to mix copiously with the proteins.

She sighed as she took in the smell, one of her favorite parts of cooking was the scents of everything coming together. Thankfully her timing was good, as it lured in the first early bird, Dark, it turned out, likely back in from her morning walk. She seemed quite pleasantly surprised to walk in to Apple cooking up a storm, the two chatted about her process as she wrapped things up, and by the time it was all ready, Meya, Minti, then Mathye and Riven, then Erick and Meya, Zoisette and Rhyss, more and more shuffled in.

Apple noted the crowd and started up a second batch, soon enough everyone was chatting away happily, eating something new for the first time, and paying her compliments that warmed her heart.

It was the least she could do for them.

Maxi’s Noodles, Flushing, NY

Took the Long Island Railroad out to Flushing, Queens, home to one of the largest Chinatowns in country, and was thrilled to stumble upon Maxi’s Noodle, where we enjoyed an amazing lunch. So good, in fact, that we went back the next day for more!

This lovely little Hong Kong style eatery on 38th St. has a limited menu which allows them to make everything in house by hand! And they did it SO WELL!!

We went for two egg noodle dishes, one “dry” lo mein with shrimp wontons and beef stew, as seen above, and the other in soup with dumplings and ja jiang sweet & spicy pork...

Both excellent! Also got a container of their fried fish skin, which I highly recommend. Maxi’s will now be a regular stop on every trip out to Flushing!

Oh, and they sell their noodles, wontons and dumplings to go, which we took advantage of as well...
