I really liked how, in the doctors office, Night not only comforted his mom but also Mhok. You could see how upset Mhok was but still kept himself apart from everyone. Still stayed back, like he was just there as a shadow to Day…an employee to be ignored. But Night saw his pain and knows how crucial he is to Day. This is the only time anyone has treated Mhok as part of the family…as a necessary part of Day’s life.
