#3rd FUCKING TIME of getting my vent/personal sideblog nuked#I get why the two previous ones were deleted. still pissed but understandable#but this one?? I made sure to never break the tos and I don’t think I ever did#none of my posts ever got flagged#youre not allowed to be mentally ill online anymore its fucking infuriating#oh you can say pretty much anything is an adhd symptom and you can armchair diagnose anyone with NPD#but if you dare show a symptom you are out. it’s not allowed.#protect people etc etc I get it okay I don’t condone encouraging self harm#but not every post about an ugly topic is promoting it jfc some people just wanna vent or make jokes about their situation or share experien#ofc ill never get it back because they’re not gonna read my appeal#and even if they do and I havent broken tos it’ll still be considered too close to the line or whatever#I’m not here to ~encourage~ anyone and I honestly don’t see how I coukd even go about that#seeing as I DONT romanticise and sugar coat shit.#I should be allowed to have a blog that makes some people uncomfortable. they can fuck off if they don’t like it.#but noooo it’s harmful to be unwell. coke zero memes is promoting self harm apparently. having unsettling thoughts is dangerous.#and that’s over a year of posting gone in a second#and yet another good url I’m never getting back :)

Things to do with Vil
notes: reposting bc I’m deleting my archived sideblogs. can be read as platonic or romantic.

Sipping tea and eating cake tbh. I mean, have you read his lab coat story? This man is overworked and constantly trying to hold an appearance, he’ll be glad to just sit down with you and drink a cup of his favorite tea in a dim lit room, preferably in the evening. I headcanon Vil as one of those people who can’t relax during daytime because he’d feel like he should be productive instead so just bring him a cup once the sun has set and he’ll comply a lot easier. He’ll refuse to eat the cake at first because of the calories so he will just longingly stare at it for a solid 15 minutes until you convince him to try it.
Let him do your hair and make up and pick an outfit for you. This one’s pretty obvious. You can always rely on his beauty skills and when Vil takes care of your looks you can guarantee it’ll look fabulous in the end! Additionally Vil just loves showing off said skills and being creative. Just let his brain work its magic. He’ll be very considerate of what qualities, passions and unique characteristics you have and will try his best to make you radiate those on the outside. It’ll be like making art for him. Especially if he knows you well it’s like a challenge for him: “How can I portray the identity of this person through their appearance?” And we all know Vil loves a good challenge. Make sure to compliment the final result too! Because in the end showing off fashion is a lot like serving a dinner you cooked; you just want the people you made it for to enjoy it and to acknowledge you!
As I’ve said Vil loves a good challenge and some friendly competitions! Got a huge wardrobe? Access to a large shop full of clothes? Drawing skills? A website where you can put outfits together? Take turns giving eachother prompts! Whether it’s Halloween or afternoon at the beach or dark academia, just try to work with the topic and portray it with fashion. Vil enjoys comparing the final results and seeing how your result and interpretation of the motto differs from his own, even though he’ll be highly critical (forgive him, he means well).
Go to a restaurant together. Let Vil pick the restaurant. And for the sake of Azul and the tweels make sure it’s not Mostro Lounge. Because Vil is a Gordon Ramsey level of critical. But if he does like the food it’ll be a calm and enjoyable atmosphere.
Major headcanon of mine is that Vil just loves deep conversations and long debates. As long as it’s not one of his fields of expertise he’s actually really considerate of your opinions and arguments. He doesn’t mind having his perspectives challenged once in a while. Despite being slightly superficial at first glance, Vil is more than capable of appreciating an innovative mind and some casual critical thinking. Give him your thoughts on beauty standards in our society! Discuss the education at NRC! Debate Epels views on gender roles! Pick a topic you like and know stuff about. Vil’s gonna talk and he’s gonna like it. I feel like he gets those types of conversations rarely and as much as he loves his career, he’s around superficiality way too much and some balance will do him good!
Go to the theatre! Theatre kid Vil is lowkey canon by now. I bet he loves dressing fancy in the evening and watching an interesting play with you. Will quote it later on. And ofc discuss all the behind the scenes stuff and how the script was portrayed and the costumes etc. Rambles about this for 2 hours.
Same goes for the cinema. Hell, he’s in the Movie Appreciation Club. He’s an actor. Out of respect for you and the other customers he won’t comment on anything during the movie but you can bet he’s going to hold you a presentation about it right after.
If you play an instrument or can sing, perform a duet together. Just the two of you when no people are around. Let Vil pick a song he vibes with. If you two are dating and get a good recording it’ll be his ringtone but psst~
Vil’s aesthetic sense is so strong, he can’t help but project onto things like poetry, art, landscapes, symbolism etc. constantly. Vibes and atmospheres have a bigger impact on his mood than he would like to. Chances are there are some of those things he associates with you. Go to art museums. Take a walk in the beautiful nature. Sit down in the library and read something together. This is also how you get him to be emotional. Vil is a very private person usually but sit in front of the Pomefiore dorm at night, look at the stars and read the legend of the Beautiful Queen together and chances are he’s going to offhandedly mention childhood memories or his father. Especially when it’s night time and he’s tired. He’s gonna regret this in the morning but you won’t soooo
If you’re close enough and he’s comfortable letting his guard down around you honestly just let him be silly and chaotic once in a while. He needs it and he also deserves it. Have a pillow fight. Make some stupid puns. Look at memes on Magicam. Gossip about the teachers. Vil’s honest, natural laugh is beautiful and he’s doing it way less than he probably should.
Study sessions! Vil will help you out in subjects you struggle. He’ll ask for your feedback in subjects you’re good at. Both of you will be more calm and motivated in each other’s presence while studying.
Believe it or not - cooking. Don’t get me wrong, Vil won’t get his hands dirty. He’ll wear gloves the entire time and the maximum he’s willing to touch anything messy is when he’s seperating an egg. Want him to make dough? No chance. Doesn’t touch flour. Or wash the dishes. Or cut onions because the crying would ruin his makeup yk? But he’ll cut the vegetables for you and stir the pot and decorate the plate and then he’ll look at the final result like “I made this” with a neutral smile but you can see the pride in his eyes.
Honestly just let this man relax and be a normal 18 year old once in a while.

1. Tell us about your current project(s) – what’s it about, how’s progress, what do you love most about it?
Oh my god where do I even start skljsg okay to be fair quite a few things are already finished and just waiting for me to post them so I’ll only talk about the three things that I’m actively working on/thinking about
- Drivers Strike 2.0: I finished the first draft of this one in November during NaNo. It’s officially the longest thing I’ve ever written slksjg but because it was done during NaNo there’s a lot of editing to do and I’m... kind of overwhelmed? But I did make a start the other day! I love how this fic started out as a way to get Seb and Charles to share a bed together and has slowly evolved into me ranting about the crazy calendar. and of course seb and charles sharing a bed together. priorities
- Tinder!AU: Basically Seb and Charles get together through Tinder. Someone sent this as an ask to my sideblog ( @crumbsfortherats ) and it got stuck in my head. I’m about 6k words in now. I kind of like how I’m making them failboat in this one, ngl. I posted up the first part of this one here, if you’re interested!
- Warped!AU: honestly this one is still a fever dream, I’m sorry 🙈 I’ve wanted to write something Sebchal for Vans Warped Tour forever now because I loved that festival and it’s such a staple in the bandom scene where I came from. I’m still outlining this but I hope to get this done for the F1 Big Bang 🥰

This one is probably a tie between Warped!AU and something I’ve been calling 50 Shades of Sebchal in private - Warped!AU is up there already ofc but 50 Shades of Sebchal is basically them trying to figure out a kinky relationship. I’ve written like 9 chapters of it in the last year? But I don’t want to start uploading a fic before it’s done so now idk if it’ll ever see the light of day 🙈

actually quick question (mostly out of curiosity):
what made you keep this blog after so long? ofc we care about pokepark but its been a while now, even if u dont post consistently. why have u stayed?
and either way ty for this!!! its nice to see that someone still remembers pokepark. i replayed wii recently and im gonna play wonders beyond (which i never finished as a small child) soon in honor of the gen 4 remakes being announced.
When I got this ask, I read it and decided to answer it in a bit while I thought on it. And, I’ll be honest, I admittedly don’t fully have an answer?
More or less I don’t really want to ever delete this blog, so it’ll always be there in my blog list to remind me every now and then too. I just personally don’t like deleting sideblogs that I actually used! Mostly just to keep them up as an archive even if I do decide not to use them anymore, but also keep it open for me to use them again if I ever decide to.
But anyway due to that I just notice it in my blog list every now and again and decide to update it, or some new pokemon news is slated to come out and I get reminded to post here. So there’s not really any big reason for why I’ve stayed or anything ^^;
that said tho, I hope you have fun playing wonders beyond!! I remember when I was kid, it took me a while to actually getting around to playing a lot of it, but I do remember it being really fun! I remember finding the ability to switch between pokemon cool. I really ought to replaying both the original and wonders beyond one of these days.

kellan is the oldest of three children, born to nico and vanessa ricci in boston, MA. nico is a nurse and vanessa is a veterinarian, so they both work a lot and have since kellan was young. it’s not a big deal, though; they’re good parents and do a lot for kellan and his 2 younger sisters.
all around the riccis are a pretty typical family. growing up, his parents always made sure to have Family Time™ when they weren’t working and the five of them could all be together. they’re really open and kellan always knew that he could tell them stuff if he needed to. but you know, as far as being a kid goes, he never had much he wanted to tell. they trusted him, though, and it’s not like they were home often enough to see what he was doing anyway.
as for his 2 younger sisters — one is close in age to him (this is a wanted connection so check that out !!). they grew up as very normal siblings, close one minute and hating each other the next, but now that they’re older, ofc kellan loves her and definitely feels closer to her than to his parents. then there’s their 14-year-old sister (obvs npc). kellan of course has the inherent desire to protect and be there for both of his sisters at all times.
when he reached a certain age, kellan thinks he probably just...got bored. so he started to act out a little. not much at first, just skipping a class here and there or going out way too late with his friends, but it escalated a bit as time went on. by the time kellan was in high school, he was def a bit of a delinquent. he and his friends would shoplift just for fun, or fuck with people purely for entertainment. he’s mostly grown out of that (especially after a certain incident in college where kellan very narrowly avoided legal trouble), but he still likes to cause a lil trouble. get a lil crazy. be a lil silly. maybe he still likes to light stuff on fire, idk, ask him not me.

contrary to the fact that he is Dumb, he has always loved reading and writing. he has plans of becoming a journalist so he’s also working a lot on photography (to get good shots for articles), and often has a camera around his neck to practice that.
he initially started as an intern in the entertainment team, but he didn’t end up moving up in that department, so he transferred over to the news team and is interning all over again. a lil salty abt that, don’t txt.
he kind of gives off sk8r boi vibes, but he absolutely does not know how to skate. he owns a skateboard though. and sometimes he’ll carry it and never ride it. mind ya business.
his hair is absolutely always dyed fun colors (thank you dylan minnette for ur service), so it’ll probably fall out before he turns 30. currently it’s blue!
he is wildly bisexual. very much happy and open about that.
he’s def very ~in touch with his feelings~ so he and his homies say real men cry and that’s that on that.
he’s super romantic, but it all depends on the other person. he’ll do a lot to make someone he loves smile but won’t go all out if that isn’t their jam ya know? he’s good at reading people (and also just straight up asking, and that’s on healthy communication).
he knows when to tone things down and keep certain things private, but for the most part he really enjoys saying his piece/just being heard. so the journalism thing makes sense, really. like, listen to ME specifically talk about this thing. but of course that mindset has and will likely continue to get him into some shit lol. being too showy can get u in trouble. keep ya MOUTH shut, ricci.

1. go to your blog page and select the arrow next to your url!
2. click on the new blog button! (everyone mind your business about the hidden urls)
3. type your desired sideblog username and hit save! your blog will be created
4. when you go to make a post, check the top to see which blog you are posting from - if it's the wrong one, click the arrow at the top!
5. from here, you can select which blog you want to post from!
some important things to note: you will not be able to like, follow, or comment from your sideblog. so when you like someone else's post, it'll always show as your main, and same as following and commenting.
settings like asks, messaging, and submissions do not automatically line up with your main, and so you'll have to edit those in your sideblog settings (same place where you find your main blog settings, just make sure you're on your sideblog profile when you open it)

I’m basically okay with any ship. I’m open to ships with any character of any gender, excluding family because obviously, and also excluding teachers because they’re old as fuck. Also take into mind that I mesh better with writing ships with male muses better, because I write better with male muses in general, but I’m still completely open to female ships as well. I’m also open to toxic relationships, because not every relationship is happy and rainbows. OCs will need to build chemistry with Ruby first before we get into anything romantic. 1. Dancing in the rain–something I’ve always enjoyed. It’s just a real good fuckin time, and everyone ought to have tried it at least once in their lives.
2. Kitties. I love every single one of them on this earth–big kitties, smol kitties, angry kitties, soft kitties? Yes, all the kitties.
3. AgRe (and also cgl, which I’ve finally decided I’m into)! Teddy is 99.9% of the time happier than I am. Even the simplest things delight him, and ofc M delights us both. Little space is just good for the soul, I tell you. Good for the soul.
4. Music of all kinds, but especially music that makes me think of my otps smoochin and such ;) …and idk I just like my own music taste–rather obviously–but I just have a very broad and strange taste in music, idk. I like that I’m strange
5. Getting kudos and comments on my fanfic. THat’s the shit, right there. It’s like “you dunna gUd thing, boi”. Mmm I like being told I’m a good boy in many different situations.

7. What bad roleplay habits have you had in the past that you’ve gotten better at over time?
Hmm…general insecurity is something I’ve made some pretty big leaps in I’d say, but honestly there’s still quite a lot of progress to be made there–I started doing a lot of writing on here in a really bleak period in my life and there’s a lot of residual trauma based narratives I’m really quick to jump to when I get down on myself, that I’ve thankfully gotten a lot better at identifying (”no one cares about x as much as you”, “you’re tolerated at best” etc), which has been really helpful in providing me with much needed perspective that hey man! It’s not the end of the world. It’ll be aight, and that’s been very helpful in keeping those funks from getting out of hand.
I’d also probably have to say squashing any guilt I have about not being able or motivated enough to be super active has been a really helpful process like HOO! That makes it so much less agonizing lmao
17. What is your favorite thing to roleplay and which is your current favorite thread that involves those themes?
So I’m someone who has an almost impossible time choosing a favorite ANYTHING, and the same can certainly be said for threads and rps. My propensity for genre-shifts and rocketing back and forth from intense and gleeful fixation to bouncing around ideas like an ultracharged ion has remained wholly unchanged over the years–especially when it comes to relationship building. I love angst, obviously, I love writing reflective moments and slow revelations, I love writing lighthearted cute shit like…dang.
Bro I gotta say, at least with someone as emotionally cut-off as Kamakiri I really do love shipping like damn–platonic or romantic I’m just a fucking sucker for it okay, the gradual formations of bonds and affection and gradual building of trust, and dissolution of harmful walls to keep people out will always just fuckin decimate me oof
…and Krystal ur gonna really make me say it huh really gonna make me say it’s prolly one of our threads except I can’t choose bc of the combination of those things sheesh
20. What is the largest amount of roleplay characters that you have ever had active at once?
Hmm…probably three? I’m someone who has a LOT of trouble managing multiple blogs (thus why this is a sideblog, and while I’ve regretted that decision it’s admittedly one of the only reasons I can manage relative activity on both blogs) but I think there was a point where I was doing my best to juggle them all…I eventually got super burned out, of course, but I managed for a while?
25. What is the best roleplay experience that you have ever had?
Hm…that’s a really really tough one but I guess I can be sappy on main here and say while there are a LOT of highlights, doing a lengthy, slow-burn (they took like 6 months irl to get together god damn) ship back on one of @smolgreenboi‘s other blogs was one of the best, most detailed example of relationship building i’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing (not that any of the stuff we’ve done on my boy’s blog, shippy or platonic, has been any less of a delight ofc).

Hello! Firstly I hope you have a very happy new year! I read Mojo Pin and Courage last month (literally the only thing that was keeping me alive in the crappiest holiday season of my life) and then went on a rabbit hole where I binge read both your velvet goldmine sideblogs. This is not at all one of those pressuring messages at all but it would make me really happy if you finished it (with a happy ending :3) and/or wrote more for the vg fandom but, again, absolutely no pressure I completely understand if you are busy with your life and have moved on. This is just me saying thank you for giving me so much comfort and happiness.
I also wanted to say that you are one of the very few people who gets Brian. Most people write him as either a fame-hungry freak with no emotions which weirds me out so much because did we even see the same movie? Loved your post about the breakup scene and your essay post about Brian in general and I'd love to hear you talk more about Brian (and explain his side of things in Mojo Pin because that is still a bit of a mystery to me), also completely agree with your version of events <3 (fuck you todd, seriously) and this is just to say you have all the correct opinions and i love you for it. Hope you are having a greatest new years day and have a great year ahead too ❤️
This means so much to me, you have no idea. It’s so difficult to let myself write fic because I feel like there’s no purpose for it lol. It really means a lot that there is and honestly messages like this really more so guarantee that I’ll be able to allow myself to finish it. I have a new chapter of Mojo Pin up that I put up for Christmas and another in the works that I’ll have up before I go back to school. After that it’ll probably be a long wait bc I’m in a band as well as in college as well as focusing on my original art so I probably won’t get back to it fully until spring break. But yeah, definitely, a huge-ass magnum chapter of Mojo Pin that FINALLLLLYYYY!!!!! Delves into death of glitter will be posted soon since my first day is the 18th. It’s drafted, I’m just currently polishing it up.
Yeah, you’ll see more of Brian’s side soon honestly, but I haven’t thought about him much in terms of his emotional experience because I kind of already had it planned out years ago so it hasn’t been a pressing issue. Ofc his fame falls to shit, he goes into a coke induced psychosis & ends up in Stenton Psychiatric, and what happens after is revealed in this new chapter. He’s obviously as worried about Curt as he possibly can be considering how much of his own life is falling into ruin and keeps tabs on him as much as possible. I think he’s HIGHLY envious of his connection with Jack just because he wants Curt specifically to be with him, but also because of the missed opportunity. There is genuinely a part of him that is destructively ambitious and cruel so he really can’t understand why Curt of all people was able to forge that connection, but he isn’t. It would be very very painful for him on a lot of levels but he has way more pressing shit to deal with obviously.
I highly doubt Mojo Pin will have a happy ending, sadly, but I hope it’s a cathartic one. I just don’t see any of the characters besides maybe Jack as people who can find ways to be happy.
