absolutely no shade to anyone on tumblr bc there’s no right or wrong way to tag things but it is pretty funny every time someone reblogs a post and tags it as every single existing iteration of that media’s name or whatever. like bestie that doesn’t do anything here on tumblr it doesn’t do anything promotional for op. you would only do that if that was your original post and you were trying to gain traction for it. meanwhile for reblogging the only purpose of tagging things is for organizational purposes so you can find it again easily. in other words reblog-tagging is for you. or the people already on your blog. you really only have to pick one tag per thing and commit to using it bestie. spare yourself the effort of typing all that mess. love yourself

#like if you looked at the tags i used you’d see that my only posts tagged as twewy or ntwewy are my original posts #bc i use those tags for traction while i spell out the names for organizational purposes aka all posts #again. do it your way if it makes you happy. but it is kinda funny to me #unless those two separate tags actually mean something different to you #(like ‘the world ends with you’ meaning specifically that game vs ‘twewy’ meaning the IP as a whole including neo and the anime or w/e)#i personally don’t like confusing the two which is why i changed ‘twewy tag’ to ‘subaseka tag’#(meanwhile i only still have one tag for twewy universe original posts and i use ‘mine: twewy’. lol. sorry i’m not quite THAT committed #as to tag og content from the two games separately. read all my posts boy)#maybe that makes me look pretentious but i was tired of having three different tags with the acronym ‘twewy’ in them #it was visually annoying to me #which is also why i changed my neo tag to a full spell out (it was previously ‘neo twewy’)#also the dreaded inconsistency between ‘the world ends with you’ and ‘neo twewy’ was just. awful.#peach rambles

I think Viewing Monika as some Kind of evil Mastermind does her character a huge disservice for multiple reasons but also Just cause it ascribes her a Level of competence she simply does Not display

I cleaned the hobby room and I'm very happy, but I cannot share a pic bc it's still so messy by my inner Pinterest standards.

#Also this is the diaper drying room #Koni is an idiot #Problem is that visual clutter annoys me AND I'm an out of sight out of mind person so worst combo #We had a spare kallax after the office got redecorated and brought it up #But the weaving things stuck out which annoyed me even if it was great for yarn #The old pax that used to do all the storage was still looming #We had planned to move that one into the attic but it just won't fit #So I started to move my stuff from the kallax back to the pax with the idea to yeet the kallax and maybe replace it with a smaller one #Bc the wife did like it for their stuff #But it turned out I really dislike getting yarn from the pax bc it involves opening a door #While I do like it hiding away the weaving things I don't use most of the time #So I moved the pax to another wall (it turned out to be screwed to the book case which I didn't know so that was fun)#And now all the clutter stuff can live in there!

The Pokemon HOME app limiting random features and information to either the mobile or console versions is SO clunky and annoying.

My goal: to check which of my favorite Pokemon and shinies stored in HOME don't have the Paldea Champion Ribbon yet, so I can bring those into Scarlet and get it for them. But! You can only view what ribbons a Pokemon has on the mobile version of the software! And you can't move Pokemon to your switch games from mobile!!! So you have to:

quit out of the console app, if you opened it already because you thought this would be a relatively simple task

open the app on mobile

manually document which Pokemon don't have the ribbon- like, on a piece of paper or something

close the mobile app (you can't have both versions of the app open simultaneously)

open the app on console

move them from HOME into Scarlet, referring to aforementioned list

Now you might say "There is a custom tag feature in Pokemon HOME! You could apply a tag to the Pokemon you plan to move instead of making a physical note on a piece of paper!" But unfortunately, the only aspect of the tag you can see on the console version is the color- the name of the tag isn't visible. and I'm already using every color of tag available

(also: you can only make and apply tags on mobile. other mobile exclusive things: wonder trade and gts, viewing 90% of achievements, viewing models, switching between a pokemon's stats for different games it can go in without switching what game you're planning on moving things between)

#pokemon home #pokemon #i need a text post tag #i have more complaints too. i should make a comprehensive list. just for me #like: shinies don't have any symbol marking them as such on the GTS. so for the really subtle shinies? you just have to look REAL careful #whenever you import pokemon from Bank they automatically get tagged with a new tag with the name of the Box that they were imported from #which is maybe useful to somebody but its just super annoying for me to have to keep deleting the 'Kanto 1' tag from all of my Bank imports #the lighting in the model viewer is really fucking bad and makes the pokemon look flat and undefined #overlapping areas that are the same color blend together visually #for that matter; the HOME renders are really fucking ugly. compare them to the sugi art they're posed after sometime. terrakion. its WILD #the lag when moving between pages of boxes on the console version when you have a lot of pokemon stored in HOME is MISERABLE #the mobile app and console app have different sets of achievements that are only viewable on their respective apps???? its weird #can't reorder pokemon's box positions on mobile; you just get a big list that you can sort different ways #this doesn't affect their box placement at all #the tags seem really useful at first but if you're moving pokemon between HOME and games a lot?#you have to reapply the tags to those pokemon every time you put them back in HOME because that data is lost once they leave the app #they never fixed the Spinda problem with BDSP; they just made it so that you can't bring Spinda in or out of those games

Sometimes my inner love of biology hits me and I start doing things like “What little physical features would different subsets of Drow have depending on where they established”

Like Aevandrow and Udadrow. Won’t bother with the Lorendrow since we really know nothing about them except that they live in the deep jungle *shrugs*

Things that would mostly be my own personal headcanon (similar to my Drow skin color headcanon) and not necessarily supported by canon completely (even though some of it is). It just tickles my brain sometimes.

Like Aevendrow since they settled in an area of extreme northern cold would likely have narrower eyes, shorter ears (still pointed but likely a thicker, rounder point allowing better blood flow), a flatter rounder face with a narrower nose bridge but wider nostrils (this protects the sinus’ and lungs from the cold air). They would likely have greyer skin with less of the blue or purple undertones typically seen in Udadrow. Unlikely they’d be taller then other Drow types, since sustaining body temperatures is easier if you’re shorter, but males and females are likely more evenly matched in height and build.

Udadrow having settled in the Underdark which is not only deep under ground but also magically irradiated. They would have larger eyes (not only just the size of the eye but the pupil) and heat sensing vision(I refuse to remove this from my own personal headcanons. Darkvision is great and all but Underdark races will always have infravision in my mind. idc) which allows them to pick up as much light as possible as well as see even in complete darkness where there is no light at all by sensing heat patterns. Their ears are longer and a bit more flared then a surface elf with extra ridges along the edges, as well as changes in the middle and inner ear with more space. This allows them to hear lower frequency sounds from movement which travels through rock (or under layers of dirt) as well as discerning echo patterns. Exposure to the Faerzress gives their skin a darker tone usually with an underlaying of blue or purple. It also gives them their innate magical abilities. They trend towards shorter and slight of build but with a notable difference between male and female, with the females being taller and with denser musculature. This has less to do with the Underdark and more to do with the heavy influence of Lolth. Since they don’t exist in an area with any hot or cold extremes their facial features likely haven’t changed much from what they were before they migrated underground other then the eyes and ears (whatever you think that happens to be).

Okay, here goes 10 confessions from me:

1.

I wish we had seen Pyrrahs friendships, I think she and Ren would've been good friends since both of them are so level headed.

I headcanon that they would take care of the school garden together, Pyrrah would struggle a bit with delicate plants but same time be happy to be able to learn from his peers new things for once.

One day she learns that Nora and Ren are orphans. Her respect for them grows, seeing them as so much stronger for not having the same support she had growing up, yet here they are thriving. She makes sure to invite them over during holidays and for other things they possibly missed out on as kids.

She doesn't care for cooking but often goes to shop for ingredients with Nora.

2.

I think Freezerburn is incredibly soft.

Weiss is able to cool down hot-headed Yang and Yang is able to melt away the Ice Queens tsundere tendencies. :'-) <3

3.

I miss seeing the street fashion influence when it comes to designs, ofcourse I understand why it isn't there as much anymore but I can still moan about it.

Yangs' tsuyome-esque looks was my fave, it was fire and I wanted to cosplay it so badly.

Ruby's look reminds me of something I wore when I was 12yo actually

Only on my second watch I realised that Ironwood looks really hot with this look and it's a shame that it got SO little screen time. And same with Winters first look.

Also on my second watch I realised that the straps on Oscars' gloves are green not black ???

Remember bootleg Neptune from volume 4? Yeah he sure exists. But what if he did more?

Weiss is trapped in Atlas, she's lonelier than ever, she can only go to places and events dad approves of. And this guy keeps coming around, maybe they meet at the Schnee Manors garden, why not go for a bad boy?

They have fling going on, for Weiss it's mostly out of boredom and finding him good looking. If she's trapped might as well have fun. Maybe they'll get in trouble or have some other sort of side plot going on together but eventually when Weiss gets a window to escape out of Atlas, she's faced with a decision.

Stay with the guy who obviously finds it insane to trade living high life in Atlas to go chase some pals she met at school in other kingdom. Weiss snaps out of the rose coloured glasses after hearing this, ultimately choosing her friends.

Idk I just wish they let them do the usual young people fuck ups and learning experiences if there's going to be whole volume of them sitting around

The bird thing. Make Raven tell Weiss and Yang how the experience was as she remembers, give them reason to be shocked. So here's my suggestion:

Maybe the process was violent since current humans aren't used to magic in any shape, they're stripped from their autonomy in that moment and it's humiliating.

Like Amber was in the chamber beneath Beacon, Oz did it to Branwens there in similar way? Underground to not attract grimm, no one to hear their screams, its cold and dark, they're stripped like Amber to act as guinea pigs for this man.

Qrow has (more or less) made peace with all that trauma and what happened since he thinks its suffering for the greater good. After all, the man doesn't really have home to go back to. He doesn't want to bring misfortune to people he loves and the tribe doesn't really want him back.

However Raven learns that Salem can't be beaten, meaning she and Qrow suffered for only to be ideal candidates for a suicide mission...

9.

I want Qrowin angst, please crwby, I want to suffer lmao

Give Qrow absolutely losing it, calling Winter after Atlas falls asking her if she knows where the kids are? Where did she last saw them?

And when Winter tries to answer Qrows questions she can't bring herself to say it; they're gone. She was there and she couldn't save them, not even her own sister. The words just won't come out... and after the silence she tells him to meet her in Vacuo, after all he deserves to know.

Whatever differences they had in the past feel so miniscule now.

(Aaand I headcanon that both of them craved for a "normal" family, making this little story even more horrible!)

10.

Yang "shooting" kids' leg on live TV should've had more consequences me thinks. Give me atleast someone commenting or being vary of her.

Her arm is brand new Atlas tech according to Tai, maybe someone would see it as an issue after finding out that she got it for free from Ironwood himself.

Maybe anti Yang propaganda being showed around town could've pushed her to work with Robyn (lol)
