it's like, i really do enjoy most of the bats as characters and i really do like a lot of their comics. but also i am sooooo tired of them being hailed as better than literally everyone else. both in fanon but also in comics (modern ones are esp egregious imo, like WHAT was that shit about batman and the joker being the most dangerous men on the planet. hi. have you heard of lanterns? speedsters? supers? actually if i keep listing groups who could kick batman's ass we'd be here all day). they're like kudzu. that shit needs to stay in its native environment (funky little neo-noir detective stories) and stop being an invasive species (putting down everyone else to make them seem cooler). put bruce wayne back into a murder mystery setting that isn't about saving the world but is about saving one person or one family that no one else would've saved right now or so help me god. the whole invasive species cross contamination thing is unhealthy for both him And the other ecosystems he keeps getting transplanted into. please. it's so dark in here

Mannn Oda’s REALLY good at introducing characters I automatically dislike but then end up falling in love with later. Like Bege. I was so mad at him for hurting Pekoms and taking Sanji but now I’m like. LOVE THAT GUY. He’s a mafia boss he’s ruthless and will shoot his own comrades if necessary he’s an expert in backstabbing and is notorious for murder but he’s also SUCH a loyal husband, he loves his wife SO much and he loves his baby boy SO much and would move mountains for them. He ends up getting drawn into the utter chaos that surrounds the Strawhats and despite every aspect of his character that says otherwise he ends up believing in them and what they can do. One minute he’s threatening to shoot someone in the head and the next he’s baby talking to his son and cooing over him. The DUALITY OF MAN

take this with a massive grain of salt, like a big handful of salt, what you're doing sounds pretty okay! i personally recommend zombie slayer for exp, and if you get good enough gear doing the t4 gets really fast. if you can do the t5 that's even better. there's also dungeons if you have some buddies who wanna run it. and if you JUST want the exp, use the wolf pet (or a ghoul pet if you're doing zombie slayer)

there's also minions, they can be great for exp if you grab enough of them. personally recommend slime minions bc they're easy to get and can make a lot of money later with the right upgrades. some minions make more exp or money than that, but they're a nice quick and cheap option

if you draw enough monster ocs, when you go back to drawing a human character, it feels like "sameface syndrome" everytime, by virtue of their face being. human.

Have no idea what the popular opinions of this game are, but im really liking how ‘simple’ the game is compared to p5. It makes sense; its an older game w less physical space to fuck around with. And it still resembles an smt game, unlike p5, which feels almost like an entirely different series. P5 is chaotic and theres too many people and stats and deadlines to worry about. I do really enjoy that i only have to worry about Tartarus (for the meantime; unsure if theres more dungeons to explore) instead of mementos AND palaces. And i really like that theres only three stats to work on. Its less stuff overall but its not underwhelming; its just less stressful for me and thats a good thing lol
