i was cuddling with my boyfriend last night when his shoulder started tensing up (like he was readjusting or gently pushing me off) and when i asked him if he was okay or needed me to move or something he went “no you’re fine, i was just imagining myself pulling a large rope. i didn’t even realize my shoulder was doing that lmao” then refused to elaborate and i have never been as attracted to him as i was in that moment.

the fact that Stardew Valley is a $15 indie game that came out almost a decade ago with zero microtransactions and is still receiving free DLC updates to this day is absolutely bonkers. There are $50-60 AAA games with paid DLC that have come out more recently and aren’t nearly as actively supported or updated.

Royal doesnt exist in my head, so the only ‘goro lives after shidos palace’ au i have is ‘Morgana comes back home with goro in tow’
The ‘real’ reason is bc the ending left SO MANY gaps in the overall plot of the game ????? So its a combination of like 6 different hcs that lead up to ‘Morgana has the power of a God in his tiny body and he unknowingly brought Goro back with his EXCEEDINGLY POWERFUL WILL for reasons’. Basically; ‘a Powerful Being birthed from the Metaverse can do virtually anything with enough Will and Hope, intentionally or not.’ Yaldabaoth gathered enough of the publics ‘free will’ to become a false god, but Morgana being the embodiment of the peoples hope and will made him even stronger.
The ‘fun’ reason is that i just like Mona/Goro bonding and I think its nice to think of them being inextricably linked together in the same way Mona is linked w Akira. Mona is responsible for TWO wildcards and the universe itself wont stop him from doing what he was literally Made to do :)
#chattin#hi. thinking of this again since my sister just beat the game#i think ‘small cat made of hope and humanity’ is ignored a teensy bit. the potential is there#he literally says ‘the real world doesnt exist; it changes and’ something else i cant remember lol#and the emphasis on ‘this world being remade again’ after the mementos merge#just. remake the world w goro in it#mainly bc i like the idea of morgana being hung up over a SECOND wildcard existing#and not having the ability to save him like he did w the rest of humanity#mona pre-memories wouldve said NAH#but morgana w his memories and duty restored would second guess himself#‘its not fair….’#it would be purely subconscious too. he wakes up in shibuya crossing and before he scampers off; he notices goro laying against a wall#hes smart; hed try to get sae to come get goro#heehee#also. hi. u get bonus thots for reading through this mess#the other ‘goro is alive au’ is based off of that comic where goro saves ryuji in shidos palace#like the explosion happens and everyone gets knocked out of the metaverse#but ryuji survives bc goro catches him and hurls them both out of danger#and goro is too caught in his head to show himself; so he just places ryuji down where the thieves can find him and runs off#ugh. ill look for it again. its soo good#but i like the idea of goro walking with ryuji in tow. and basically saying#‘i…can help. i can be useful…if youll have me’#like hes very emotionally raw and burnt at this point; saying shit hed probably regret#and maybe down the line hed regret the specific words said. but like. hed mean it. he was so quick to believe the thieves#kids that want to be useful and feel powerful. the makoto parallel. ykwim?#anyway its an excuse to let him fight yaldabaoth and kick him in the face#he would totally split off after helping akira get out of jail#but it wouldnt stop the thieves from being annoying and inviting him to shit.#hes a thief now; no backsies#and i like it bc i have goro alive for strikers; so it would further cement his need to come to terms w his failures and crimes
