I think it’s time to bring out the “Just because they were oppressed by white people doesn’t mean they’ll like black people” points. Also by Western, I assume they mean tribes indigenous to the USA.

The East Native American tribes in the south owned( and no amount of they were infiltrated by white people or they were trying to appeal to white people more could ever defend or justify holding black people as slaves. Especially when one of the tribes(Cherokee) have a pattern of not treating their black members well.) slaves.

Just because they’re indigenous doesn’t make them any less antiblack.

They have literally indirectly said they don’t like Black people. At some point, black people should be questioning why they’re “Allies” are producing shows that they champion as indigenous representation(Reservation Dogs) are portraying black people and our culture in a stereotypical negative light.

I'm tired of people being selective about messy ships, especially when it's a black character (possibly main) and a non-black main character. Suddenly, the morality, ethics, and/or "just be friends" police come out.

But, I've seen ships consist of a good person/serial *1ller, good person/problematic bully, good person/former g*ap1st, good person/demon from hell. AND NO ONE BATS AN EYELASH.

But the messed-up ship you like? Nope!

Suddenly, your ship triggered the time they were bumped into by accident on a busy street. 🙄

And don't get me started on the Everything-Causes-Owies-and/or-I'm-Different-Different gang. iykyk.

No one calls then out, but the moment you do the hypocrisy and weaponized trauma becomes unreal. If you hate the ship, then leave the tag alone. You can't have your messy ship(s) and eat it, too.

Also I thought I share for like people who are being cut from acp/affordable comnecticty program.if you are in Oregon there is like thier own lifeline program for the state that has option Internet to be $19

And it extra $25 for like ipoc in "federal recognized"( I hate colonizers) indigenous areas

I had to look up the link because the link on the lifeline site is not the correct site which is pretty fucked up

I know ACP is better but as another option sadly it can take up to 60 days but I'm applying for my household. So it at least there by then..

He does do his best to protect you from those who would cause you harm, though. He teaches you some basic defensive moves to escape or evade an attack. And he gifts you with your very own weapon. The fact that you have it makes him feel better, even if you never use it lol.

He cares deeply for you. He thinks you’re such a wonderful bright light of a human being. From your art to your singing, to just your presence, you’ve made his life all the more worth living. He hopes his companionship brings the same kind of joy into your life. He would do anything just to see you smile.

Tumblrs “adult filtering” algorithm seems to largely impact black people and other IPOCs, as well as plus sized bodies.

I think that racists, and fatphobic people are part of the problem of their reporting system/filtering.

I sure see a lot of popular white people timblrs break the rules and never have posts removed or get blurred.

Yeah at first I was like hehe you guys can't be serious 🤪 but then it kept happening and now I'm like nah this is serious and tbh I feel targeted. Not to be a snitch or drag anyone down or anything but like.. lotta white people posting actually explicit porn on multiple occasions and they seem to be fine but like on days I'm feeling myself I can't post something even the slightest bit suggestive? And sometimes my original post will be fine but when I reblog it then it becomes an issue? Staff say whatchu gotta say 😒

Hey genuine question here, just trying to understand, why are writers here so openly hostile? to white readers? Is because white readers said (x reader) and only used white features/ descriptions back then or is it something else? Ofc everyone should write who/what they want but it's another thing to openly reject the very idea of white people any chance they get so I feel like this comes from somewhere else.

Apologies incase you see some writers being as you say "openly hostile" but for me personally, I'm a black girl who often doesn't see much representation for us in stories/fan fiction, i have no problem with writing non black readers obviously but, once again, i don't see black girl representation and so, i typically write for us to give a safe space for those whom are not represented.

Many times when reading "x reader" stories i only ever see features that may be given to non black people, i have no problem with those stories. Black or even IPOC writers and readers want inclusion in these type of stories and so we tend to write them for ourselves and include people of our community, hence the many BIPOC tags e.g "black! reader". Not only not being included, but stereotypical features of our communities may be wrotten and published in which we do feel uncomfortable in.

In summary, It doesn't come from hatred for white people when we don't write for you, it comes from the fact that we have little to no representation and often want to cater to our community that has little represantion and a lot of stereotypes written about us! Hope that answered your question.

Or, in honour a power fist Sable issant from a chevron inverted paly Rose and Bleu celeste masoned Argent; in base a fasces fesswise axe pendant Tenne bound and bladed Sanguine.

The power fist used was drawn by Eugenio Hansen, OFS and licensed CC-BY-SA 4.0, sourced via wikimedia commons.

The field is gold to represent the value of Stonewall to the modern Pride movement. The inverted, brickwork-style chevron recognises in its colouring the central role of transgender activists, the fist emerging therefrom black activists and other IPOC. Between them those two especially honour Marsha P. Johnson.

The fasces is a traditional symbol of law, order and authority of the temporal power. In the modern era it is associated with, and gives its name to, fascism. Here it is toppled over, the axe fallen. The bindings and blade have been tinctured with the sanguine stain, traditionally a mark of dishonour, being the mark of blood spilt unjustly.
