The obey me dice rolls stories account (along with my twitter) has been deleted. This is the only place you should be able to find the obey me interactive stories I made from now on.
“We used to date,” you cut in, holding out a hand for Alexandre to help you up.
He takes your hand, catching your elbow when you stumble backward. You tread on a portion of his jacket only somewhat on accident. Doc watches the interaction, lips pursed.
“Be that as it may,” they say with a frown, “you need rest, Social calls will have to wait.”
Looping your arm around his elbow, both to support your weight and in a show of amicability, you give Doc a pleading look.
“Ten more minutes, then I’ll sleep for a week.”
Doc grumbles under their breath.
“Five. Then I’m getting the boss involved.” They turn to leave, then face you once more. “And sit down, dammit. Chairs too good for you?”
The room is silent for a moment after Doc leaves, both of you uncertain what to say. You make your way to the seat, driven by the worry that Doc will rematerialize if you fail to follow their orders.
“Dating?” Andrew says finally. “Where did that come from?”
You groan.
“Shut up.”
“All I’m saying is that it’s an interesting choice.”
In some ways you would almost prefer a revenge killing to the conversation the two of you of currently having.
I got so used in playing games and IFs were relationships form organically that when I played an otome where an NPC asked who I liked after day one I felt gagging. Does this mean I can't play otome games like did before???

watching the sdcc panel and i am just very :) about how sweet their answers to “what are some of the micro moments from the game that have stuck with you the most over the years?” are. taliesin saying what the fuck is up with that which was the first like The Party Gets To Know Each Other moments of c3. travis saying asking his wife if he could kiss her in campaign. marisha going way back to the cannonball competition in campaign one. ashley choosing the beauyasha date but also just the silly goat noise matt made. liam adding onto that to compliment matt roleplaying grass so well and then saying his favourite moment was writing a story for laura and reading it to her as caleb for jester. and then matt saying that was his answer, and that his favourite moments of the game are when they find ways to give gifts to each other whether tangible or not. and sam saying his favourite moments have less to do with the story and is more so when he can just. see his friends across the table from him. when marisha perches and when laura and ashley are (badly) drawing dicks and liam saying he loves when sam sneezes and ashley tells him to stop it and just. yeah. they Are an extremely popular online powerhouse, but i’m so happy that they’re also friends building a world together out of gifts to and love for one another.
like i Am so enamoured with the characters and the world of exandria but the moments when you can feel the love that those people have for each other reach out from behind the stained glass of their performances (to steal a metaphor from brennan lee mulligan) are so extremely special and i am endlessly grateful that they decided to share their silly little home game with the world.
“If you’re going to kill me can we at least go somewhere private first?” you sigh, sick of the uncertainty. “Blood’s a bitch to get out of velvet.”
It’s a cavalier attitude to have about your own execution, but it’s better than thinking about some poor waitress finding your mangled corpse. Remaining calm also deprives Nettie’s chief torturer of a panicked plaything to torment.
Alexandre bends to retrieve his suit jacket and drapes it over his arm before facing you, intent interest burning in his eyes.
“I have no interest in taking your life. At least, not at the moment.”
“Why?” you blurt out before you can stop yourself.
He raises an eyebrow at you.
“Are you trying to change my mind?”
“No! No, I just uh…. Something tells me this isn’t an act of kindness.”
A smile quirks in the corners of his mouth, confirming your suspicions.
“No, I’ve never been accused of benevolence. It’s a matter of practicality, really. You’re alive, and I think you’ll be much more useful this way.”
His words are difficult to process. There are stories of Alexandre killing over smaller slights than murdering the head of the family. When the alternative is death, however, there’s little you can say on the matter.
“Useful for what?” you ask despite your suspicions.
“Dunno yet,” he says, nonchalantly inspecting the footprint you left on his jacket sleeve before looking back at you. “But when the time comes I’ll know where to find you.”
