Visual Novel and Otome Recommendations for the Discerning Artem Enjoyer
So, recently, I've been playing a few other otome games. And you know what? I've had to sludge through a lot of crap! It literally took me months to be able to compile a list of four games I feel confident recommending.
Also, each of these games have an aspect that might appeal to Artem fans, especially a-spec ones. Of course, your mileage may vary, but here are my recommendations.
C14 Dating: You're a college student participating in an archeological internship. The game includes friendship routes as well as romance ones. It's very chill and laid back! I have played through all of the routes and enjoyed them greatly. Though, I am specifically recommending this game for one character - Hendrik, a young geologist who is a TA at the dig site. He is canonically asexual, and is the only character of his kind that I've encountered in a dating sim. The subject matter is also handled very well. This game was actually recommended to me by an anon, and I thank them so very much for it!
Trouble Comes Twice: Adrian. That's all. I'm kidding. Unless? But for real, he feels like if you took Artem Wing, but put him in the childhood friend role. It works so well. I am being entirely serious. Sexualities aren't usually outright stated as most of the characters are bisexual, but in Hazel's Adrian route, Adrian explicitly mentions never having had romantic or sexual feelings before. And Hazel is very chill about it. Which makes Adrian canonically a-spec to me! As for the protagonists, Jace and Hazel, they're an acquired taste, but they get much better as the plot goes on. The game is also a little short, but I enjoyed it very much!
Our Life: Beginnings & Always: Part of me regrets playing this game because now I will never get the chance to play it for the first time again. It is so fucking good. The amount of customization is unreal and unmatched. Cove is a wonderful love interest, and honestly? He might even beat Artem in the blushy boy department. He's also canonically demisexual and embodies the "me and the bad bitch I pulled by being autistic" meme. And on top of this, the game is free. DLC (which includes more memories and two additional love interests) is also extremely cheap, and the price of it all combined is still a lot cheaper than most games.
Lovebrush Chronicles: Definitely the closest to Tears of Themis in terms of it being an otome gacha that finally got its global release back in October. Artem fans tend to be drawn to Clarence and Alkaid, but will find reason to also like Ayn and Lars. For instance, I love all of them. Please send help. The game's localization is excellent and makes the love interests feel more human. The game also has no qualms about making fun of its own characters, and the MC will frequently have the chance to lovingly bully the boys. Speaking of the MC - she is incredible and I love her. She takes no shit and is the only otome MC that has made me think, "yeah, I would definitely say that too," and I love her for it.

Knitting Update or as I like to call it: the ice bear sock (mis-)adventure
So, I've been getting more comfortable with patterns lately and I thought "Hey! I wanna try my hand at this with something easy!". Seeing as christmas is around the corner I decided I would knit a pair of socks for a friend. And as a little challenge I wanted to design my own pattern for it. Which I mainly did by taking inspiration from an old pair of socks and changing the design around until it fit the amount of stitches required for the size of socks I wanted to knit. And look at that! They look nice - don't they? And they're almost finished!
Lovely ice bears walking through the snow! Only, I made a mistake with the first sock, which I only noticed once I reached the Zwickel of the second sock (my dictionary is telling me it's called gusset or gore? basically the part of the sock where the heel turns into the foot). In the first sock I had forgotten to leave two normal rows inbetween the decreasing rows - meaning that that part of the sock is now much steeper. It does still fit me, but it could potential be a problem for someone with bigger feet. So, I asked my other friend with the same shoe size to try them on for me. It wasn't a problem. What was however a problem was the ice bear pattern part at the top of the sock. You see, I did try my hardest to knit it as loosely as possible, but I still only knitted the stitches recommend in the guidline for a normal pair of socks without a two colour pattern. Meaning the part, because of the two colours, is less elastic and therefore too tight.
At this point I concluded that I had two options. The work I already done wouldn't fit my friend, so I decided to make them shorter later on and use them myself or gift them to a friend with smaller feet so they wouldn't be wasted. Continuing with the project I could either re-work the pattern so that it would work on a higher stich count or knit two plain socks and then stitch the pattern on afterwards. Because the second sounded like less work, I decided to go with that. And tada!
Looks fine, right? A perfectly normal sock, just waiting for the pattern to be stitched on. Yeah... well... as you can see I used a different yarn for this one. (I was getting kind of bored of the first one and the local store didn't have it in stock anymore anyway so I decided to change it up.) The first 1 1/2 socks were knitted in a 4 ply yarn. The second one in 6 ply. Or so I thought. Until I put them next to each other and realised that the second version looked way tighter.
So, I looked back on the yarn label (something I apparently hadn't done since buying the yarn) and - yes, you guessed it - turns out it was actually a 4 ply yarn and I had somehow confinced myself that it was 6 ply to the point that I never double checked it again. (Actually, I know how I did it. I was choosing between two different yarns and the other was a 6 ply. I thought "Oh, I definitely must remember that, because I'll need a different amount of stitches then". Which, yes, I remembered that. I just didn't remember that that wasn't the yarn I went with.) This is a sock the length of a EU 44/45 (US 11.5) with the amount of stitches, so width, of a EU 34/35 (US 4.5) - yes, it's that ridiculous.
So, instead of fixing the original problem of the socks being too tight, I actually just made it worse. And now three weeks after I started a project, that was supposed to take me a week max, I have 2 1/2 socks I cannot use for their intended purpose and just started the first sock I will hopefully, actually be able to gift my friend.

LOTS of new keyboard shortcuts for the editor too!
also a live input mode, where you can place notes at wherever the playhead currently is by pressing WASD/⬆️⬇️⬅️➡️
what that means is you can tap out some notes as the song plays and then proofread them after!
this is the part where i'd put another video because there's another one, but tumblr only lets me put one, so... go read the original post i guess
SONG EVENTS FEATURE! you see that ninth strumline on the right? anything put there doesn't show up as notes for either player, but instead runs a chunk of code at the given time
right now the only built-in events are camera control and getting a character or stage prop to play an animation, but modders are probably gonna have a field day

saw your post about the Steel Samurai parallels in fics and was wondering if you had any recommendations :^))
Well Anon, it looks like you’ve come to the right place because have I got the fics for you!
Now, a lot of fics that do this only do this in the sense of “This is a one-off piece of dialogue and a one-off thought about the Steel Samurai being a mirror to Ace Attorney that probably won’t be mentioned again” and only a couple make it a big plot point, so it’s pretty hard to find and remember what fics do this. The ones that I’ve picked for you are the ones that have the most obvious connection with the Steel Samurai and Ace Attorney, I’ll probably update this again if I find more but these are the ones that I can find at the moment.

Was one of the first fanfics I read of Ace Attorney and one of my all-time favorites because of how good it is! It’s about Phoenix accidentally finding Miles’ Steel Samurai fanfiction that’s all based on their dynamics with each other. It’s very popular, so I wouldn’t be surprised if you had read it or heard of it before. But, it does the exact thing I said in my post about having the Steel Samurai be a mirror of Ace Attorney world. Not to mention that it’s just good!

A fic I have bookmarked and am on chapter 2 of (Mostly because it doesn’t keep my interest long enough) This one is about Miles writing Steel Samurai fanfiction and using his dynamic with Phoenix as a helpful tool to characterize the Steel Samurai and the Evil Magistrate, but it’s written in a way that seems like Miles is actually writing it on A3O (When you click on the link, you’ll see what I mean) the story is told through the comments on the fanfiction he writes, at least from what I can tell. (Again, have not finished it) but it seems very good!

“A Beginner’s Guide On How No To Write Steel Samurai Fanfiction” by ChemoeleonWrites
(Non-Smut, Multi-Chaptered, Finished)
A fic about how a court stenographer uses the trials Miles and Phoenix have as inspiration for her Steel Samurai fanfiction and about how Miles reads said fanfiction. This one, personally, was not my cup of tea when I read it. But it is very good. Recommend it fullheartedly!
That’s about all I have for you right now Anon, I’m sorry I can’t help more but it’s very hard to find fics like this (I’ll have to write some myself if more don’t get written) The worst part is that I probably have more fics that do the whole mirror deal thingy but I have so many Ace Attorney bookmarks and I don’t wanna search through all of them at the moment. But I hope I helped anyway!
(You can find a lot though by just looking up “Steel Samurai” On A3O, those were very easy to find so I didn’t put them on here)

fur update: went to order some more, but the website I got my Luxury Shag from before seems to...not exist anymore? So I had to find a different one. I remembered some folks recommending Howl Fabric so I checked that one out. They turned out to have a much wider variety of colors available...I was initially going to get the same colors I'd used before, but with more options available...they don't actually have the tan color I used before, but they have a similar one that looks promising. They do have the dark blue that I used before, and I think I'm gonna stick with it, and of course plain white is plain white, not a lot of variation there unless I want to go with an off-white, which I did consider but ultimately decided just plain white would be better since it's easy to match.
The light blue though...they do have the same color I used before, but they also have two alternatives that I'm very tempted by...one of them appears to be very similar to the old one, but just a smidge darker and more saturated, and the other is even more so. I kinda like them both better than the old color but picking one is tricky, especially with only online images to look at. The first one is probably safer since it seems very similar to the old one, almost like if you took the old color and just "upgraded" it...the second one might be a bit too strong for the character but (based on the online images at least) it would make an absolutely lovely contrast with the brown color I wanted...but it's hard to say for sure without seeing them in person...
...all that to say....yeah I think I'm gonna have to order swatches. I didn't want to because it would double the waiting time, since I have to wait for the swatches to ship so I can pick the right color, then wait again for the actual order to ship....but like I said I wanna do this right even if that means slow. I suppose I could always go ahead and make the full order for the white so I can work on the paws in the meantime...hmm...yeah I think I'll go with that.

My first edition of Tristan had the nickname Trix, fc of Laura Harrier, and was a lot more jittery, stiff and serious, and likeIy to hide behind Viktor. Tis isn't -- confrontational but xe is Tired and not looking to run. Xe's an Adult and xe isn't going to go looking for xyr past but xe is not going to not face it if it comes xe's way. Xe has a mixture of Mature and just Done approach [but there is a deep latent teasing that Theo can draw out ... at the cost of poor Viktor.] That said, xe is also not that social [though xe isnt against a fun time].
I think xe knows xe is absolutely so so so into Viktor. Viktor [and maybe Theo] is probably the only one who doesnt know qwerweq2e. Xe is just fond of Theo -- ofc! Bc Theo is a loyal bff, even if she is a pain in xe's. Nothing else there! [pfft]

She's gonna make the besties squad WORK to love her, but in turn they will have her axe fist and not at all pithy comebacks. She is very protective of the little she has left.
I think she loves Viktor's family --- she just doesnt trust anymore. She has lost A LOT. She makes me cry and sad 12q3w4erew lol. Ima cry for her.

Part 2: Behind the Mask (wc: 4.1k)
You were thankful that the appointment with Toji had been on Friday so you wouldn’t need to hear from him for two days. When you had gotten back to your apartment Friday night, you received a text from Naoya;
Naoya: Hey, did you wanna go over to Rosa’s on Saturday?
You contemplated whether you should go or not. You knew what he was asking for, it was the only time you and he got together. You and Naoya were into the same stuff but neither of you was looking for a romantic relationship. Naoya had his reasons and yours were different ones. It didn’t matter, you two had discussed and agreed to continue this sort of odd relationship until one of you said you didn’t want to do it anymore. You finally responded to Naoya that you’d be over at his place Saturday night. Naoya responded with:
Naoya: Okay. Wear one of your sexy pieces, pretty slut.
You looked through your closet with a sigh, going through the multiple pieces of lingerie you owned. You decided to go with one of your classic black ones, slipping on your thigh garters and adding some makeup to finish the look. Before you slipped on your trench coat which would be used as the “veil” to hide what was truly underneath, you stared at your arms. Some scars on your arm were sloppy while others were neatly done; some were done in the heat of the moment while others were done on a plan. Your arm that got burned still had a bandage around it. Your eyes went to your breasts where the bra you wore barely covered them, the floral design being the only thing covering your nipples. To finish the look, you slipped on lace sleeves over your arms so they covered your tainted shame. You slipped on your trench coat and before you headed out of your apartment, kissed Willow on top of their head.
“Once I’m back, we’ll get lots of cuddles together.”

Toji was out with Shiu and Shiu’s friends. Toji didn’t know any of these men, just that Shiu had told Toji they were cool guys to have drinks with. Toji couldn’t give two shits about them, all he wanted to do was get drunk and maybe gamble a little as well until he’d somehow end up back in his apartment blacked out. All of them were currently at a bar and Toji was on his first glass of whiskey.
“Hey,” One of Shiu’s friends puts an arm around Shiu, “what if I took you guys to a cool place?”
“What kind of place?” Toji leers, arching an eyebrow at the friend.
The friend looks even more excited now, “Well, it’s a place I’ve been to a couple of times. This place is…interesting, wild.”
“Wild?” Toji smirks, “I like wild stuff.”
“Then this will be a lot of fun for you.”

You arrived at the club with Naoya’s arm around your waist. Naoya paid for you like always at the entrance and the two of you stepped into a world shredded in fluorescent lights, leather, and blaring music. Naoya stopped you for a moment and pulled something out from the inside of his coat; a leather mask with cat ears and openings for your eyes. It also had bells hanging from the ears that made music with the slightest movement. You let Naoya put the mask over your face, it only went up to over your nose and cheekbones. Naoya gave you a head pat followed by his husky voice;
“Now be a good kitten for me.”
You nodded your head obediently, giving him doe eyes. Naoya took your coat and his and checked out at the coat rack which you two would be able to retrieve after your night. Naoya and you went to the bar to grab a couple of drinks and pretty soon, some of your guys’ acquaintances joined you at the bar. You were talking with a girl who identified herself as a switch, the two of you having a conversation about the hard week she had at her job.
“You and Naoya gonna check out a room tonight?” The girl, Jada, asks you as she takes a sip from her glass.
“I’d like to,” You tell her, “it’s always a nice way to relieve stress,” you look over at Naoya, who is immersed in a conversation with the other people at the bar. “For now, though, he’s ordered me to sit still until his next orders.”
Jada gets called over by someone and Jada excuses themselves to go and talk to them. You’re left in your bubble, using your straw to poke at the ice in your drink. You hear some rowdy chatter coming from your right until that noise is right next to you, plopping down into the chair that Jada was sitting in moments ago. You’re about to stand up and head next to Naoya’s spot until your eyes land on the man who is sitting right next to you. You let out a small gasp, blinking a few times as you make sure that you’re registering it correctly; the muscular build, raven hair that falls over his forehead, the scar at the corner of his mouth…
Toji has a drink in one hand, the other arm set onto the bar table. There are three other men by his side, the three of them indulged in a conversation with some girls. Toji looks at you, his top lip curling up into a smirk, his eyes look glazed over; he smelled like a mixture of cologne and alcohol. You hold your breath, does he recognize you?
“Hey,” He greets smugly, “what’s your name?”
You come back with, “What’s yours?”
His eyes widen for a moment, and he looks relaxed, both in his posture and his expressions. Your eyes trail down his arm, where he wears a shirt, exposing those toned biceps of his. Some scars run on his arms, making your mind wander to the ones on his back.
“Like what you’re seeing?”
You’re flustered, avoiding your gaze with his, bringing your glass to your lips and taking a drink. You hear Toji chuckle deeply, as he also mirrors your actions. He doesn’t seem tipsy. Why was he here? Was he also into this like you were? When you look for Naoya, you see he’s not where he was anymore. The men that were at Toji’s side also left with the girls they were talking with.
“What’s your name?” Toji asks you again.
“Uh…” Your eyes trail around as you try to think of a name until your eyes catch the name of an alcohol bottle on the shelves behind the bar. “My name is…Penelope?”
Toji gives you an amusing look, “Penelope? Really?”
“Y-yes,” You stammer, nervous he’s catching onto your disguise, “what’s your name?” You straighten your posture, sticking your chin out at him.
“Toji Fushiguro,” He smirks and then adds, “I have to tell you a secret.”
Your eyebrows furrowed together, “Oh?”
Toji curls his pointer finger at you in a ‘come here’ motion and you follow, leaning in closer to him. The music around you two blares, feeling the bass in your chest. Despite how loud it is, everything seems to settle down as the two of you become enclosed in each other’s presence. His green eyes scan your face and linger on your lips, being this close to him, you notice the small stubble on his chin and upper lip.
In a low, deep voice, he says to you, “You’re so beautiful, Penelope.”

“Unless if you want to hear,” You perk up.
Toji gave you a genuine, small smile. A smile you never thought you’d see on such an intimidating man. “Yeah,” He grinned, “what do you like?”
You couldn’t believe what you were about to share with him, “I like being spanked,” You held your breath as you awaited his frightened expression but he looked like he was genuinely listening. You continued, “I’m submissive, I like it when my dom gives me orders.”
“What kind of orders?” Toji inquires.

“Let’s check out a room then,” You tell him, and grab his hand unsurely, leading the way through the crowd. Toji’s large, calloused hand in yours feels like he swallows it up. Your back faces him, but you can’t help but feel conscious of the way he has a full view of your ass. You go over to the hallway that leads to the playrooms, checking one out at the receptionist stationed at the podium. The receptionist gives you a key along with a card that is proof you’ve checked out the room.

The bells on your mask make noise as you look to the side, “Well, I don’t know…I guess I have expectations that’s just what men expect from women…”
There’s a frown between Toji’s eyebrows, his hand rubbing his chin, “That’s…concerning…” He comments.
You scoff, crossing your arms over your chest, “Oh, come on, seriously?”
“What?”
You roll your eyes, “Like, from a young age we’re taught that men just want sex and shit.”

I usually post on ig & da, and this acc has unintentionally become a ramble and spam acc so I'll try clearing up unneeded stuff and posting more art or reviews etc.

I guess I'll finally talk about some of this stuff here since I wasn't able to elsewhere, but hey, some context for the drawings.
The idea of these is meant to be a bunch of comfort drawings based on ideas I had; at least comforting for me if not for anybody else. I had fun making this and getting the ideas out.
I'll start with Chūya. Chūya, transmasc, 15 or-so with a binder and Chūya now an adult having gotten chest surgery and just kinda. Spraying a water gun at his face. Idk, I thought it'd be funny.
It's supposed to be like, older figures helping the kids know that it might be tough, frustrating, annoying, etc now, but that things are gonna get better. Might not be a lot easier or perfect, but at least progress will be made and they can know that life isn't just full of pain and despair or grievances and all that. That's what I wish I could've shared with my younger self.
So for Chūya's, it's like younger Chu is getting sprayed in the face while older Chu is saying "Oi, quit the complainin', you'll be fine; just have some fun and stop worrying about everything and everybody else."
With the others there's whole stories behind them with headcanons and all that jazz.
For Edgar "The Painter" Valden from idv, (TW for S/H) it's him younger with scars, and when he's older. (Please don't bind with tape/bandages. It's not healthy.)
Edgar went through a lot of trauma, in fact, in the original backstory for him there were actually moments the creator implied he'd use his own blood for paintings, and eventually got art block and went to The Manor to get more "Inspiration", while in the canon story now, people theorize he was abused or even harassed by his mentor. So I uh, I have my own headcanons, ideas, theories, even if they stayed fanon and as my own thoughts and memories compared to the canon in the game. Idk, I might've worded it weird.
It's like younger Edgar, like Chūya, was more bitter and easy to bother. Sure, he's still sensitive sometimes and gets easily offended and can be really stuck-up and cocky, but at the least he doesn't feel held back by anyone or anything anymore and feels more comfortable and confident about being himself and doing what he wants. I wouldn't encourage being like him, it's not great, but he can be a little easier to understand and respect when you consider what he's lived through, ig?
Lastly, on a more cheery note, I had this idea of Scootaloo realizing they're transmasc (Might still use she/her pronouns, idk about He/him but they're definitely transmasc and use they/them) and Scoot's really nervous about it, feeling like it's both them facing a big change in their life while also feeling like nothing's changed at all, they've just finally figured out who they are and want to be happy about it, and share it with their friends and their aunts, but they're nervous.
Basically, Rainbow Dash finds out/is told, and she can tell it's getting to Scoot, and when Scoot comes out to her themselves, they feel worried RD has changed her opinion of them, but shares with them that she's actually transfem herself, and went through the same experience.
I like to imagine Scootaloo saying smth like "NO WAY, WHAT? YOU TOO?" and getting super excited and they just hug and sjkhfgkjsdfg idk, big sister trans siblings fighting for each other is a comfy thought.
I wanna be like that for others. I don't want to be bothering anybody or making them feel like they need to feel the same way I feel all the time or having the same opinions or beliefs or mental health issues as me, (Christian transmasc who's autistic and psychotic etc) I just would like to be here to help others feel happy and safe and comfortable as they are and remind them that their feelings are valid without needing others to tell them that they are, and that more than anything they are loved.

Hi I'm a nobody asked digital artist, here's my thoughts on all the digital art programs I've tried. These are based entirely off my own memory, and I'm not picking up any of these programs again to test them. Just going off vibes.
Autodesk Sketchbook - Mobile:
This is more or less the definitive Draw You In To Art program. No exaggeration, I think if you asked maybe 50 digital artists in the modern day, most of them would've tried this one at least once. It projects an illusion of polish to distract you from a number of critical missing features, but overall, it's not even remotely bad to start out with. I think if my mobile tablet had a halfway decent degree of pressure sensitivity I could make something okay with it.
A more detailed explanation of my thoughts is hard, but to sum it up, this program bombards you with a million brushes for free, something rarely done by digital art programs, but, it also has extremely limited layer behaviors, you can't change canvas size anymore, and the stablizer is pits. I won't say it's bad. It's not. It's just not good. 5.8 out of 10.
Ibis Paint X - Mobile:
Comedically simple, this is the program you pick up when you're doing digital art a little better, and want to actually have fun. Bread and butter of the mobile digital artist. It has literally everything you need, it's just not fancy in any way. Getting every brush isn't worth paying for, but you'll live. They recently tried to step into AI and got punched in the gut so hard they stopped, which I like.
In general, this program doesn't do anything in particular extremely well, but it also doesn't do anything poorly. It's well rounded. I'd say if you're gonna do digital art on mobile, you'll always find yourself coming back around to this. It's just too solid. 7.8 out of 10.
Medibang Paint - Mobile:
I am biased against this program. I just don't like it. Maybe I was using it wrong, or maybe the mobile version is just worse, but it felt like drawing with mashed potatoes and gravy. Also it seems to be no longer available on my tablet, so fuck it.
In truth, my memory on this program is hazy despite me using it probably the second most out of all of these. No clipping mask, limited layer styles, an extremely limited number of brushes, no way to get more on mobile, anti aliasing made everything pixelated, and I don't think it can change canvas sizes, or if it can, I never figured out how. I just don't like anything about how the program feels. 3 out of 10.
Clip Studio Paint - Desktop:
Goddamn. I wanna recommend it. I really do. But. You have to know things.
First and foremost, the new subscription model for CSP essentially means that after a year, whatever version you have is obsolete, and won't even get updates while you have it. You have to pay a yearly subscription to get the updates for your current version. if you pay for the 3.0 version when it drops in march, it will be 10 dollars extra to get any of the updates to the 3.x version until 4.0 drops, when you can pay 25 dollars to upgrade to that and get all the 3.x updates, plus whatever came in 4.0. On top of that, it can cost anywhere from 25 to 200 dollars depending on which version you get, and if it's on sale.
But goddamn. It's pretty worth it. The brush engine is fluid, works great for making your own, I've never seen the program fail to do something. It has limits, but I've never hit them. 8 out of 10.
Rebelle 5 - Desktop:
Listen to me carefully. This one is extremely specific. You have to WANT a digital art program that replicates IRL media PRECISELY. If you don't care about that, this program is not worth it. I got it on sale for 10 dollars. Can I reccomend it at that price? Heartily. But at the near 200 dollar price point it usually goes for? FUCK NO. Rebelle caters to a specific demographic. Nothing else matters.
That said. When it works, it works well. I do like how rebelle feels and works. But not enough for me to ever tell someone to get it for full price. 4 out of 10, but if you really want to replicate traditional media, 9 out of 10.
Corel Painter - Desktop:
Never before has a program sent me on such an emotional rollercoaster as this one. It's just so much. It's a midpoint between Rebelle and Clip Studio, but for the worst. It's expensive beyond comprehension, you can't make your own brushes, only pay for new ones, it's a yearly format meaning a new, barely distinguishable version goes on sale every year for another 300+ dollars, and I only got it as part of a Humble Bundle for 25 dollars, and I still feel like I wasted my money.
And you know what? I didn't just dick around in this program. No, I made a full drawing in it. Nothing spectactular. Just a simple drawing. And I felt accomplished. and I went to export it, to share. Only to find out you can only email images to the email associated with your account to get a regular image version. Now. This made me irrationally angry, but, I calmed down, and tried it.
It only works with microsoft emails, and I have a gmail account associated with my Corel account.
This program is 300 dollars, and lacks the functionality to simply export a png to your computer. 2 out of 10.

Hello Ant-Friend anon here. I was the one who send you the message about the Anthill in our garden and my little brother.
Thank you so much to all of you for your nice words. I showed them to my brother and read it to him. I know you guys aren't the real ones but I kept this for myself as a little white lie.
All of you really made my brothers day and with that also mine. It helped so much. So again thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. You guys really made me tear up most of all because of the sweet and nice words you all said about my brother. I also loved the quote "You don't need to save the world to be a hero. Sometimes you just need to find someone who can and tell them please do something" This is so poetic.
I'm also so proud of him for trying his best but also that he came to me instead of getting himself in much more danger. He is really a hero and so smart for his age. He always sticks up for others and tries to help where he can but also knows when he has to get someone because it's nothing he can deal with on his own.
You should have seen his face how it lit up when I told him that Scott and Hank had a little message for him and how he started to jump around the house screaming "I'm still an Ant-Friend."
The both of us got to work immediately and did everything that you recommend. My brother even had the idea to put a barrier tape around the hill so no one would get close to it. and the ants can work in peace. He also decided to put the food close to their hill for now so they don't have to spend so much time to find food and can use this for their rebuild. It's just so adorable. We also had some help from our two neighbors and some friends of us who helped us collect everything we needed. We called it Project Save The Ants and even made shirts for this. Nothing special just some old white shirts were we wrote and drew on it. But we had a lot of fun and I love our friends and neighbors for jumping in and helping us.
We also got in contact with the parents of the kids and they apologized and made their kids apologize too. My brother said he would forgive them but he didn't want to be friends with them anymore. At least for as long as they are bullies and treating others like they did there.
So this was a little update. Everything's fine again and now my brother wants to become the next Ant-Man when he's older.

What do you recommend that’s a good base pc to build off of over time, one that’s cost effective but good enough to run ts3 and ts4 simultaneously but I can add better graphics cards and ssds later on?
I think it depends, it's hard to really recommend any specific one bc, I've only ever used one, and they don't manufacture them anymore. I also got my PC to play Fallout 4, bc my old PC crapped out, and I was over sims at the time. Considering its open world, and all the mods I would likely cram into it, I didn't wanna waste money on just anything, so I did some research on gaming PC's ( which I'd never bought until then ) and ended up getting an Acer Predator for about 1299$ at the time.
When I bought it, it had a 1060 GTX, 500GB SSD, 1TB HD and 16GB RAM, dealt with 6 years of my bs with not an issue.
Now the reason I say it depends is bc, many games can run on anything honestly, a lotta them these days want to get in as many hands as possible, so making them work well on lower end systems, esp laptops and consoles, is the best way to do that, since a lot of gamers honestly couldn't give chicken noodle soup about how great a game looks, just that it doesn't lag. However if you plan to play on high to ultra settings, with mods and cc, esp high texture cc, you're going to have to keep some things in mind.
Processor
Intel i5's are pretty powerful for the cost, but I'd recommend an i7 if you can fit the bill. Replacing it shouldn't be too difficult, so long as you find one that's compatible with your motherboard, and they tend to cost a little less, and be more readily available than GPU's for instance.
GPU
I've seen some mid-high gaming rigs run on a 1660 GTX which I hear is a pretty good card, they also run a bit cheaper than the 20 or 30 series RTX, and honestly... you don't need a 20 or 30 series RTX to play The Sims 3 or 4, it doesn't even have any built-in options to utilize a lotta the innovative features these cards have.
I played The Sims 4 on ultra on my 1060 GTX, and it ran and looked fine. Though should you decide to upgrade, understand it might be quite costly, and also a bit difficult to find considering we're still technically in a chip shortage.
Memory
16GB is pretty standard these days, anything more is for those into heavy multi-tasking, however some games are beginning to suggest 32GB.
SSD
Main drive needs to be a 500GB SSD minimum... 250 will absolutely get you nowhere with how Windows updates gobble that shit up. You'll also be storing all your saves, mods, and cc on this main drive, so honestly if you can, go for the 1TB, you won't regret it, especially since upgrading mine to a 1TB was an absolute nightmare.
You'll likely need a second drive as well, and although it's common a second drive will be a regular ol' hard drive ( HD ), which is fine, you've gotta install your Spotify app somewhere, do absolutely consider getting another 500GB or larger SSD installed later, games these days basically start at 80GB install size easy, this doesn't include updates and dlc added later, and a drive doesn't run well when it's almost full.
Brands
I've had my Acer Predator desktop for roughly 7 years now, and it's an absolute champ... my husband's Acer Predator Helios on the other hand... crapped out like two years in, he only ever played Skyrim, and only ran it on medium-high settings. So when it comes to brands it's kinda... eh, I would just try to avoid anything that's like HP or Dell... they're kinda iffy and difficult to upgrade unless you're willing to drop 2k+ on an Alienware, I hear a lotta pretty good things about Lenovo tho, and MSI, if a laptop is more your thing.
Finally, a lotta straight out the box gaming rigs are outfitted with AMD processors and cards these days, and they've come a long way over the years. They're pretty powerful now, almost equal and at times even better than their Intel or Nvidia counterparts, but can be more cost effective if price is a big concern.

can i say all of them? 😭 i'm a shameless attention whore at this point. but no i'd probably say my most recent one, camp triple pine. it's gotten loads of attention and i'm super grateful (not to sound spoiled because i've gotten some amazing gifts but i'd love fanart, if that counts as a response...this isn't a guilt tactic though, because once when i was in the s*nders s*des fandom on wattpad i said i wanted fanart lowkey and someone called me manipulative and blocked me :') but that's a whole other thing entirely. i used to get so much attention for my tss fics back in the day i didn't want to leave...now i'm rambling--)

oh there's so many !! i'm gonna do a writer's update post once i finish ctp but i have a lot of ideas. one’s 10k for byler, one’s a one shot for caswen, i have a few gifts for friends i wanna catch up on, etc...
to give an idea i’ve mentioned here and there, my next long-term lawrusso fic i wanna do is a 90s lawrusso merman au. johnny’s staying with bobby at the brown family beach house and he meets daniel, a merman who he helps sort-of turn human after he “saves” daniel from drowning. he then shows daniel about what it’s like being human, daniel tries ice cream, explores the santa monica pier, tries human mating several times, and i plan for it to be super cute and fun ! plus it’s got the jessica/bobby/ali thruple together at the start bc i will force it into every lawrusso fic until people like it :-)

i definitely read all the comments i get many times :’) but i do try to respond to a lot of comments, but sometimes i get busy, and honestly the comments leave me so flustered because i feel undeserving of them, that by the time i get to them i feel like it’s been a while and it’s weird. who and what i respond to is pretty random, though i do respond to more in-depth comments, and not to just one sentence comments (but i appreciate all comments, you don’t have to write a novel but just knowing you were there is really cool !)
14.) Have you ever co-written a fic?
haha, uh...no. i’ve made plans with friends and authors i admire, but i mostly work alone. the closest i ever got was working with the most popular author in the s*nders s*des fandom on a welcome to night vale au (guess what year that was lol). we had a google doc and everything but scheduling and everything didn’t work out. i have bounced around ideas though without actually writing them into fic so if anyone wants to do that i’m happy to help !
16.) How long is your longest fic?
according to ao3, 97,252 words ! damn, i should have gotten to 100k, but i tell people 100k usually. it’s a s*nders s*des (i censor for tags not bc i hate the fandom or anything, i’m just not in it anymore...it’s embarrassing how most of my fics are for this fandom but i pretty much wrote exclusively for it for 5 years--) anyways it’s a s*nders s*des selection (bachelor) au where i condensed three books into one longfic. i believe it’s also one of my most popular books on my wattpad besides my one shots book for the same fandom. it’s got a playlist and fanart and everything...i wrote it during the driver’s ed period of sophomore year bc they never let me drive lol...good times...

i rarely read fic, but take my most recent read, Everything Beautiful’s Fiction by narcissablaxk (i don’t know their tumblr but they’ve written a lot of fics so i’m sure someone around here does). i had a craving for ruben/chris (bc it’s adjacent to 90s lawrusso) and this filled just that ! it was hurt/comfort-y and overall a pretty good read !

Welcome
This is gonna be my fandom sideblog where I literally will just post art of fandom ocs and absolutely ramble about them(Them being my ocs, and whatever fandom I'm hyperfixating on at the time) Although not all fandoms I like I have ocs for and don't plan on making any for.
This is also HEAVILY a canon x oc(Oc NOT personas/self-inserts!!) so if you don't like that, that's fine! Just block me and move on, no big deal! Also I do kind of change some of the settings to fit my oc's in, but it's nothing extreme I don't think. Also I am not taking this blog seriously LOL, I will just ramble about whatever, whenever because holy moly the inside of my brain is an eternal hell. Maybe I could even make some friends with similar interests FHDGHJDGHJ. If you see any fandoms you like that I also like we should ramble about them and if we have any ocs for our mutual fandoms they should be besties! I guess I should get into the fandoms I like!! Oh also cw for some of these fandoms(Like the fanbase is huge and largely toxic, please don't group me in with those toxic people. Also some of them do have some not so great creators, I'll get into it more later. If you have any feeling that you know which ones I'm talking about and don't want to see me talk about them or whatever, then I would recommend not following!) Kimi ni Todoke (I'm SO excited for season 3! One of the first animes I have ever watched!! Would recommend if you're looking for a cutesy romance story, although it's still filled with drama. I have no oc's for this story. FC: All of em honestly)

Blue Lock (I started reading the manga like peak Quarantine, I would be reading this during virtual learning. When the anime came out I watched it with my sister since she used to play soccer, though we never finished sadly, so now I'm rewatching it again on my own. I do have oc's for Blue Lock. Blue Period (I never finished this one, I really need to! I still have oc's for it though. It was recommended to me by my sister who watched it, and I was drawn in because it's an art anime so ofc I would be interested. FC: Haruka)
Tokyo Revengers (I believe I'm still on season 2, like one of the last episodes of season 2, like seriously just finish it already, Star. Anyways I had binged the first season and moved to the manga to finish what was out at the time and I kept up with updates as they came out. Still can't believe season 3 is out, feels like just last week I was watching the first season and being obsessed. Trigun Stampede (Another anime I never finished, you'll see a lot of these LMAO! I was really drawn by the art style and animation, I believe an edit pushed me to watch it. Osomatsu-san (I remember trying to get into it in middle school due to edits and fanart I had seen, I have some old OLD art of those ocs still. Nanbaka (I never finished Nanbaka either... I vibe so hard to the opening though, it goes hard. The character designs really caught my attention cause they were just so out there, like I was pretty used to more tame designs but then here Nanbaka is using these vibrant color combos and some interesting hairstyles and catching my eyes. I also have ocs for Nanbaka! I did start watching it again since it had been like 3 years since I watched it. FC: Nico, Kenshirou, Upa, Seitarou)
One Piece (Mmmmm One pee. Yeup. I told myself I would never watch it, mainly because of the cough cough 1000+ episodes and well considering how I struggle to finish animes, knew that the day I finished this anime would be the day hell freezes over. Anyways tell me why like 2 years ago I tried watching it and only made to episode 5 and then I pick it up earlier this year(2023) and make to episode 185 in like a month or two?? What happened to me?? The chokehold this series had on my brain is insane. I definitely have my own issues with it, such as the sexualization of the women and with that the proportions, but honestly I still really like this anime. I also have ocs for one piece, they might honestly be the first ones I show, but its not all of them, just the ones I have references for. Attack on Titan (This anime has a special place in my heart and honestly I was debating ever continuing it. I watched it way back when it only had 1 season with my mother and my sister and we were patiently waiting for season 2, however my mom passed away like a year before season 2 so my sister and I never watched anymore since we always considered that to be an us three kind of thing, it just didn't feel right to watch it without mom. But now that I'm older and it's over, I want to watch it again. If ghosts exist, then maybe my mothers ghost can watch it with my sister and I! I don't have any oc's yet, but I do want to make some. Blue Exorcist (Something similar to aot happened to blue exorcist as well. It was an anime that mom and I watched together. I believe one season was out at the time as well. The Apothecary Diaries (I love shoujo anime so this is a must watch. I also really enjoy the main character like a lot! Like she kind of slays, she a baddie. Act-age (Honestly, I haven't started reading this at all. I just saw this one dude from the manga on my Pinterest and went "I like the style and this character, where he from." Pumpkin Night (Okay the website I was using to read this manga had a horrible translator and that kinds threw me off, but pushing that aside, I really REALLY like this manga. The style is really clean and pretty, and I love Naoko's design. I believe I saw an edit of her years ago in early middle school and wanted to read it since and got around to it in early high school. It's really gory, so if you don't like that, would recommend you avoid it. uhm and depending on which website you're using, you may have really horrible translations, I don't mean like bad grammar or anything like that, that would be absolutely fine, I'm talking about the translator being a shitty person. Yona of the Dawn (Kimi no Todoke gave me newfound hope that Yona of the Dawn will get another season despite all this time, I am clinging on to threads honestly. I've spent so many night crying, hoping for a season 2. Everyone who has watched YotD wants a season 2, come on please! I NEED it!! Like I still see the manga getting updates so there's plenty of content to make a season 2 and once again its in high demand from those who watched/read YotD. Land of the Lustrous (Another anime I'm clinging onto to hope with for a season 2. I NEED it. Remarried Empress (Ooooo pulling all-nighters in high school to read this was definitely my favorite decision. Death is the only ending for the Villainess (Also pulling all-nighters to read this during high school. I loved the art style and the story. I don't really keep up with it anymore which happens with a lot of manga's that I read. Either their anime's come out, or I just get tired waiting for updates. Spy x Family (Watched this anime with my sister, though we never finished it. We finished season one and think we made it kind of far into season 2. I think it's a really cute anime and want to finish it, I can't wait for it to get more darker and more serious. I don't see myself ever making ocs for this series. FC: Yor)
Beastars (I haven't watched the anime or read the manga but I want to! I've heard so many people talk trash about this anime before giving it a chance since it's "furries" but then like when they do watch it or for those who watched it without judging it, only say good things. I do know some spoilers, like I'd say I know like the basics. But I love the animation and art style and the story seems really interesting! I know I'll have to read the manga since no more seasons will be coming out sadly, but also because of the side stories. I don't know if I'll ever make oc's for Beastars. FC: Unsure as of now)
Chainsaw Man (I remember my sister reading the manga and then us finding out that there was gonna be an anime adaptation, so I held off on the reading. I really liked the style and animation, and the opening made it to my spotify wrapped last year. I did have oc ideas in mind, I never got around to designing them. My Little Pony (I remember skipping school in 4th grade to binge the seasons that were out on netflix. I used to have a whole bunch of mlp toys as well. I loved mlp so much when I was younger! I did want to rewatch it again recently, sometimes it's just really nice to go back and watch shows you loved as a kid, even if you cringe at how obsessed younger you was with the show(Pretty sure I tried doing a fluttershy cosplay with what I already had when I was younger.) I have a ton of mlp ocs, that I made on pony town since I really struggle with drawing ponies, but I think I'm getting better! FC: Fluttershy, Pinkiepie, Princess Luna)
South Park (I had wanted to watch south park for a long time but just never had anywhere to watch it until recently! That said I obviously haven't made it far lol. Think I'm only of season 3 or something. Obviously the show has horrible humor and touches on bad topics in a poor manner so avoid this if you're sensitive to that stuff, not that there's anything wrong with that of course! I do have oc's for this show and I'm working on my own sort of au I guess. The south parkies will NOT like me I guarantee. Ninjago (I remember this show airing when I was around 9-10, somewhere around that age group, and I wasn't super interested, think I watched like an episode or two. Lego Monkie Kid (I've rewatched this series 3 times within the past 2 months, so if that's any indicator on how good this show is and how much I love it, there's your sign to watch it. I got my bestie to watch it as well and now we're both hyperfixated. It's great and the seasons and episodes are both short so it's a really easy show to binge. I love the characters and the story. I also love the Eternal Servants au by @/emelinstriker (Sorry I don't know if it would be okay to tag her over something like this, I'll tag her properly when I do fanart!) Arcane (I was shocked when I found out this was a League of Legends show, it also kind of dissuaded me from watching it, but I'm so glad I did! This show is so well done! I've named plants after the characters, I have a little solar light-up polar bear named "Claggor", I named my cat "Ecko", and not that this was intentional, but when my sister and I first watched it my hair was dyed blue and hers was dyed pink. Needless to say, I love Jinx and I've never related to a character as much as I do with her. I'm so excited for season 2. I won't be making oc's for this show though. FC: Jinx, Ekko, Victor)
Bluey (I love this show so much! A huge comfort. I understand that some might be drawn away by the fact it's like a children's show, but it was really comforting to me. Like it was nice to see a good family, not perfect of course, a good and healthy family. And some parts reminded me of me and my sister. And the show isn't just like some normal kids show where the characters are asking you where an apple is when its right in front of them, no this show actually feels like it's teaching me something. Like this is something that I would show my kids and be able to watch this with them. I won't be making oc's for Bluey. FC: Bingo)

Witches Heart (I finished watching manlybadasshero play the main game but I don't think I ever finished the bonus stories. It was great talking to my friend, who was the one that got me into it, about it! I did have ocs, but they're old and in need of a redesign, I'll be redoing them! Genshin Impact (Oof. This one is difficult to talk about. I hardly play this game anymore, I think the last time I played it was when Sumeru came out because I wanted to explore the region. Anyways I was super obsessed with this game back in 2019-2021??? somewhere around those times. Everything was really fun in the beginning and then it got exhausting and I have issues with the creators, especially with the release of Sumeru characters. I still do have ocs and I think about them from time to time, they're still early in development as well, I want them to be detailed like the in-game characters. I feel I have more bad things to say about this game rather than good things, but it doesn't stop this game from being an important part in my life. Honkai Star Rail (I really don't play this game much but I kept up with it during development and excitedly waited for its release date. I still somewhat keep up with it but I really don't play it often. I do like the game more then Genshin though, I just get exhausted with grinding games. Zenless Zone Zero (I'm still keeping up with the development, I can't play it though since it's still in pre-registration. I don't have much to say since I don't really know anything. I do plan on making ocs and have a few in mind. FC: Von Lycaon, Billy Kid, Soukaku)
Danganronpa (Middle school was wild. I was into Danganronpa before it reached it's peak in 2020-2021, I was into it in like 2017-2018 and then kind of got back into it in 2020, but mainly with my own ocs and fangame ideas. I just remember the fanbase being so toxic in 2020 and even now some of the fans are not so good(Which is obvious, every fandom has it's bad apples.) I also have issues with the game, such as the sexualization of the teens and even younger in ultra despair girls. I'm not super into the fandom, but I do have my own ocs that I like and want to make a fangame for eventually. FC: Kirigiri, Mukuro, Komaeda, Shuichi, Jataro)

Animal Crossing (Dude I was obsessed with Animal crossing for a bit. New horizons is the first and only animal crossing game I've played, but I remember watching the horror places in new leaf, I loved watching the scary things in animal crossing when I was younger. Cookie Run (I don't have much to say other then I just log into cookie run almost every day and that's it, I don't really do anything like I used to. Kingdom and ovenbreak. Wadanohara and the great blue sea (Okay so for the Okegom stories, I'm more so still into them for the nostalgia and my own ocs. I do love the style as well but the creator is...awful. I got into these stories in middle school so it's been awhile and I didn't realize that the creator wasn't a good person. WATGBS is really nostalgic and has a special place in my heart. What in Hell is bad (oh gosh, this game is well its a game alright. It's really funny to me, like I cant take it seriously. Mainly because of the gacha animation, but also it's just funny. Although this would be torture for me if I was actually in the game since it's really sexual and my demisexual ass would be disgusted. Anyways, I definitely have issue's with this game, like some of the philia's are problematic(like Necrophilia, I don't remember all of them but I think that's the worst of them) and also due to circumstances in the game, noncon in common in the game which is yikes. Our Life (I love pouring 70+ hours into this game. I was obsessed. This game means so much to me. Cove Holden is my standard. Ensemble Stars (I love finding out how messed up this little idol game is. I was into the game before Ensemble Stars!! came out, so I was into the first game, but I couldn't ever play it, and finally it came out in English and on the phone/computer. Five nights at Freddy's (haurhaur haurhaurhaur haurhaurhaurhaurhaurrrr n e ways the horror game ever ig. This game holds a special place in my heart, I need to continue my yearly fnaf phase where I rewatch all of Marks playthrough and then every game theorist video on it. Ib (I think out of all the horror rpg's I've seen, Ib is my favorite and also the one I've rewatched the most. This game is so important to me and who I am as a person honestly. No ocs and I don't see myself making any soon, but maybe in the future. FC: Honestly, the trio ever.)

Uh, heya, it's been quite awhile, hasn't it? I haven't had like any time she says as she started reading a new manga as well lots of fanfics on A03 only a few days ago. Well not enough time to actually go and catch up on this, I've decided to try and do that in my summer holidays, which take over a month to come still too, 5 weeks to be precise. 1 week of that is work experience, one day meeting someone that will tell us about how he was in the DDR prison and then getting bought out by the BRD, then also 1 day going to an art museum with my class and I think that should be all, plus period that will make me unable to attend probably like 6 days again, sighs.
Well anyways, how have you been? And all the fabulous anons? How has writing gone? Are your projects going well?
Personally I've for June done an art challenge thing, 1 drawing per week. Had to postpone the next two drawings each by 3 days though because I need to study.
But hey! I at least improved in history! I got one of the better grades in my class, it feels like everyone is failing history tho tbh. I do not want my latin exam back tho. Write physics last Monday, this will decide if I fail this school year or not I'm pretty sure. Tomorrow I'll have an English exam but that's gonna be easy ngl, just gotta finish the last 3 sides of the book we have to read. math exam is next Tuesday, the topic is kinda easy, I think. And a lot more. We also will have to do presentations now in geography, in hopes that will save my geography grade too.
I have fallen in love with the manga "Mairimashita! Iruma-kun!" in hopes I wrote that correctly lol. It's really nice. Can only recommend. Did you like Lizzie's musical? Are you excited for season 2 this Saturday?

Hi! It's been a while indeed, good to see you again!
It's been a bit quiet over here, but that's mostly on me. I should've probably realized that, with the raye I wqs trying to pump out stories, it wouldn’t last. And it didn't, I got a bit of a writing burn-out that I'm still slowly trying to crawl out of. My biggest problem is that I either write 4000 words per day for three months straight or I don't write anything at all, so trying to find a balance in there has been hard. Took a bit of a writing break, during which I binged all of Critical Role campaign three and I'm now fully caught up. Been doing some crocheting as well, nothing too big, taking it easy. No good news on the job hunting front, though - but hey, what can you do when people turn you down because "you'd be perfect for the job if your verbal communicative skills were better" (bad paraphrase)? I’m just gonna keep trying to find something.
As for the projects, I've decided that announcing what I'm gonna be working on stuff for accountability meant putting maybe a bit too much pressure on myself that resulted in stress as I progressively couldn't keep up, so I'm not doing that anymore. Wither AU is kept mostly alive by asks and I haven't updated Fear the Wither in months, and probably won't be in the near future because of empires season 2. Tabula rasa and the Caesar House are still actively being worked on, though I may not be doing tumblr posts for Caesar House anymore (should probably make that into a separate post...). I've shelved any other story ideas I've mentioned because I know me - I want to write all the stories and I simply don't have the time and I hate not being able to show you these stories, but I can't force myself to work on them. It wouldn't be fair to you to deliver a product my heart's not in anymore.
I have seen Lizzie’s musical, it was amazing, love it! Don't really have a favorite song yet, letting that simmer in the back of my mind a bit. And I'm very excited for empires season 2, I’m sure it’ll make me hyperfixate and resurrect this blog with random snippets. Can't wait to see where people will settle, with what theme they'll go and who the new twelfth member is. It's gonna be so much fun!

You sat on the beach with Rick by your side as you both stared out into the ocean. You had just finished another mission and were just waiting on the helicopter to take you both as well as your squad back.
"Hey, Y/n."
"Yeah?"
"You know how we have that break once we get back?" Rick asked you.
"Yes."
"Do you want to get married during that time?" Rick asked. You let out a small laugh as you stared at him.
"Are you serious?"
"I love you, darling. I know that now isn't exactly the most perfect time but in fairness, we almost died back there and I do not want to spend another minute with you as your boyfriend. I wanna be your husband until death does us part," Rick tells you.
"You're so cheesy," you smiled at him.
"Is that a yes?" Rick asked you.
"Of course, it's a yes!" You tell him before jumping onto him and giving him a kiss. You pulled away from the kiss before looking over at Harley.
"Harley! I'm getting married!" You yelled to your friend.
"I call being maid of honor!" Harley squealed.

It was no surprise that you and Rick had a small wedding. Harley of course was your maid of honor. She as well as Rick's mother were witnesses to your wedding.
"You nervous?" Harley asked you.
"Kinda."
"Well don't be. You're lucky you found a man who loves you. Don't let him go," Harley tells you. You smiled at her before giving her a hug.
"I won't. Thanks for being here for us," you tell her.
"Well, you are one of my best friends," Harley smiled at you.
Harley walked over and sat next to Rick's mom. You walked down over to Rick who smiled happily at you. You smiled back at him before linking your arm with his.
"You look beautiful as always," Rick tells you.
"You look handsome yourself," you tell him.
"Shall we begin?" The officiant asked. You both nodded before they began the ceremony.
It felt like nothing mattered anymore. You had Rick and he had you. When it came to the vows, you both were prepared as you both had written it a day before the wedding. You both faced each other as you mentally prepared yourself for the vows.
"I, Rick Flag, vow to keep you, Y/n L/n, safe from any harm and any danger. I vow to keep loving you even after death does us part. I vow to keep you by my side in sickness and in health for as long as we both shall live. I love you so much my darling. I vow to keep you happy and loved every day. I vow to be by your side no matter what," Rick tells you.
"I, Y/n L/n, vow to love you, Rick Flag, no matter what may come to us. I vow to keep you by my side through any challenges we may face. I vow to love you unconditionally until time ends. I vow to be by your side through sickness and in health. I vow to love you, no matter what," you tell him.
"The rings please," the officiant said. Rick's mother handed Rick and you the rings before sitting back down.
"Rick, repeat after me. And Y/n please follow after," the officiant told you both.
"With this ring, I give in token and pledge as a sign of my love and devotion," the officiant said.
"With this ring, I give in token and pledge as a sign of my love and devotion," Rick said as he slipped your ring onto your finger.
"With this ring, I give in token and pledge as a sign of my love and devotion," you repeated as you slipped Rick's ring onto his finger.
"By the power invested in me, in the state of Louisiana, I now pronounce you both, husband and wife. You may kiss the bride," the officiant said.
Rick wrapped an arm around your waist to pull you towards him. Rick kissed you passionately on the lips as he wrapped his arms around your waist. You wrapped your arms around his neck as you kissed him back.
"I love you," Rick tells you.
"I love you too," you tell him back.
