The always wonderful @weetlebeetle has indulged me yet again with this latest Mal x Daenarya art! I'm Daenarya's just having a lot of feelings about Mal's armor still. This latest commission is inspired by these two memes [one, two].

There may be a silly drabble below the cut based on this.

Pairings: Mal Volari x Daenarya (F!MC) Book: Blades of Light and Shadow II Word Count: <400 Rating: Teen, it's them A/N: I'm not sure where this fits in right now, I'm setting it in my original universe even though it's based on Blades 2 armor. Once I see how Mal and Daenarya are after they reunite I will figure out how this fits into things.

Synopsis: Mal makes an offer Daenarya can't refuse.

Located in a small town just beyond the border of the royal city of White Tower, a rustic tavern can be found waiting to embrace weary travelers or those seeking a night to remember, or perhaps, one to forget.

The tavern's weathered wooden beams whispered secrets of travelers long past. The laughter of tales of yesterday echoed in the timeworn surface of the tables where tankards of frothy ale stood to witness the many toasts and moments of camaraderie that filled the air. Tonight, it played host to two well-known adventurers seeking a moment to get lost with one another.

The soft, amber glow of flickering candles bathed the room in a gentle, honeyed-colored light, casting warm shadows that danced in the recesses of the room.

Mal swaggered back to their table, drinks in hand, his new armor leaving his sculpted biceps fully exposed. The glow of the tavern light only accentuated them further, glistening off the smooth surface of his tanned skin. He noticed Daenarya watching closely, her eyes dancing with mischief.

"Like what you see?" Mal raised an eyebrow challengingly as he placed their drinks down.

Daenarya sipped her ale, her gaze narrowing on him. "Definitely."

Mal stifled a chuckle and puffed out his chest. He curled his forearm inward, flexing his thick muscles, showing off his impressive strength. "Go on, feel it," he urged, a playful smirk dancing on his lips.

"Don't mind if I do." Daenarya chewed the corner of her lower lip between her teeth as she rose from her seat to meet him. A mischievous glint sparkled in her eyes as her hands skimmed over the contours of his well-formed chest. Her touch was gentle as she cupped his pectoral muscles, giving them her undivided attention.

His bravado faltered beneath her touch. He should have known better, but that's what he liked about her. She always challenged him.

His gaze locked with hers, their eyes darkening as they met. "I take it that it's to your liking?"

"Mmhmm," she hummed. "Very much so."

His flexing arm fell to his side as he swept her into a deep dip, kissing the smirk of satisfaction off her face.

As the two parted, their gaze lingered together a moment longer before they erupted into shared laughter. It would definitely be a night to remember as all nights together usually were.

And because I couldn't settle on the background, have one more... Daenarya just can't keep her hands to herself, no matter where they are.

hello!! if you don't mind me asking, what was your professional art journey like? (esp the earlier years) was MonsterPop! your first big project online? were you still taking client work when you opened up your shop? you're a very inspiring artist and I hope to be in a similar position as you one day! thank you so much for your time!

oh boy this is a doozy! and also a lot of this involves devin bc our success is completely intertwined

i went to art school (MCAD) from 2009-2013. i majored in comic art but had a secondary unofficial focus in illustration, specifically product design, and i interned at paper bicycle (the company of my product design teacher) my senior year, the same year they opened up light grey art lab. i mailed out a LOT of tarot decks. they didn't have a label printer so this took forever.

during that time i took some freelance illustration and comic gigs and also created some comics that got an amount of traction online (mostly on tumblr but i also got an io9 article written about me iirc). i also started making monsterpop (in 2012 i think?).

in 2012 i ran my first kickstarter to crowdfund an anthology of some of my short comics (how to be a mermaid, the little robot girl, fairyfail) and got my first taste of proper self publishing. sadly this was before i created redden (which was my senior thesis comic) so it wasn't included. i didn't have label printer so mailing out the books (i think i sold around 200) took forever and i ended up throwing a pizza party with my friends and having them help me.

after graduating i moved to the LA area in search of work. it honestly sucked ass and most things didn't pan out but eventually (2014) i got a remote job contracting for gaiaonline and i moved right back to minnesota bc i absolutely hated LA.

i met devin (my wife) 20 days after moving back to minneapolis. in 2015 i ran a kickstarter to fund printing the first volume of monsterpop and people bought almost 400 books. it was insane. i was dying under the stress of trying to mail it all out those packages and didn't own a label printer yet. between having to hand write the addresses, being both dyslexic AND slow, and getting headaches from the fumes, i could send out a max of like 10 packages a day. once again i was planning to throw another pizza party to have my friends help me out, but devin swooped in and got 100 packages done in just a couple hours and when i tell you that no one has ever done anything sexier for me in my life, i truly mean it.

at the time devin and i were both broke living paycheck to paycheck. gaia didn't pay well and the patreon money i got helped, but wasn't that much. i took some freelance/commissions and got some store and convention sales, but i was making around 22-26k and was constantly overworked. devin was in significant credit card debt and was barely scraping by between managing a gas station and school. i started making my very first skirts and then at the end of 2015 my arm, the thing that made me what little money i did make, gave out.

i couldn't draw anymore. this could have literally ended my art career, but instead devin stepped up. they took a look at all the things i was already selling in my store and figured out a way to repackage/bundle the items together in a way that was fun and appealing. and people actually bought the bundles! at that point the vast majority of my sales were at conventions and i wasn't very good at selling online, but that was the beginning of a new era. devin started working with me part time to manage the online store and go with me to conventions and things started getting better. at some point during this saga we finally bought a goddamn label printer.

by 2017 devin started working with me full time. we also got married and moved across the country to upstate NY. in 2018 we got a CPA and became an SCORP and monsterpop became a finalist for the prism comics award, which scored me an invite as a guest at SDCC. i really wish i had enjoyed that experience, but unfortunately i was dealing with some Bad Medication Issues and was extremely sick the whole weekend. otherwise it was great tho and devin had enough fun for the both of us. this is also around when i officially stopped taking freelance work. prior to that i'd only been taking a couple jobs a year, but the store was finally making enough that i could stop.

in 2019 i made the difficult decision to end monsterpop. this came with a lot of heartache but it was the right thing to do. i am much better now for it. i think 2019 is also when we became an SCORP.

we hired our first employee (lindsy) in, i think 2021. it might have been the end of 2020. and in 2022 we hired our second employee (ariel), who had been modeling for us already for a couple years bc she is our very close friend and actually the reason we moved out to NY in the first place. in late 2022 we started working with ash, who now manages our product supply chain and also is patterning new garments for us.

there's probably a bunch of stuff i've missed but this is roughly it! neither devin nor i were able to succeed until we started working together. our strengths and weaknesses complimented each other well and somehow things just worked out.

hey all, i hate having to make a post like this, but my partner and i are a little tight on money. we both work full time, but bills are crazy and seem to never stop. things have been tight for a little bit, but they're getting worse little by little.

because of this, i'm making myself available for quick turnaround commissions! i'll be quickest when it comes to icons (200 or so will take me maybe 2 or so hours at most, but that time doesn't include making / looking for screencaps and content to use). more than 200 icons will likely take me just a little longer than that, but i'm also available for graphics (promos, mobile banner, post dividers, answered/ooc/etc. banners), as well as theme bg's and coding; again, these will take longer based on what you're looking for/wanting. all prices are in USD, and i normally use pa.ypal but i also have casha.pp and ko.fi. quick turnaround for me will begin as soon as i message/respond to you once you make your request (be it over IM or in an ask, etc.). this applies to all of the items i make.

I am moving atm due to reasons. I want to explain what is going on real quick. v Please Read v

Due to some specific/ health reasons I have to move. I do not and can not work, that is what came out after a few doctors appointments so I am getting a bit of support money. The problem here is that this is my first time moving out and all I have is my desk and my bed. I asked if there is support to get like secondhand furniture and the woman "kindly" told me that "I have no right for furniture".

So this means I don't own anything else, no pans, pots, dishes, no kitchen appliances and so on, the basics. I get around 400. And then we can take off around 50 for electricity and then the 350 for food for the whole month. So that is my situation atm.

I open commissions so I can hopefully get a bit together to get the ktichen stuff and maybe a couch if it works.

I also have a KoFi and added a goal there, just in case anyone is so kind and wants to donate something there. Again, if people could just share the post that would mean the world to me that alone would be amazing.

Last song: Unholy by Miley Cyrus. Been on a huge Miley kick lately, listening to a bunch of her newer stuff I hadn't kept up with.

Last Movie/Show: We're currently watching 'Falling Skies' -- a post-apocalyptic alien invasion sci-fi show from the 2010s. It's got Noah Wylie and Moon Bloodgood in it, and I'm very very bisexual. Also watched 'The Addams Family' (1991) this week because it's a forever comfort movie.

Favorite Color: Purple! Also hot pink.

Savory, sweet, or spicy: I have an insatiable sweet tooth, I choose the sweet option for every meal. That being said, I LOVE spicy foods too.

Last thing I searched: Well, I don't have saved search on so this is from memory, but I think it was a TOTK walk-through because I got stuck on a shrine quest the other night.

Current Obsession: Zelda is taking up most of my free-time lately. I've been chipping away at it slowly since I began playing TOTK in Jan. I think I surpassed 100 hours by now, but I'm in no rush to finish it. As my 400+ hours prove in BOTW, my favourite part of this series is just roaming around.

Last book: Can't remember the last time I had attention span long-enough to read a book. I started Cosmoknights v2 when I got it at xmas, but couldn't even finish it without getting distracted. I have a pile of TBR graphic novels right now -- I just have to wait for my brian to cooperate.

Last fic: Come From Behind Victory by @jenny-from-the-bau -- this was a commissioned fic and it couldn't be any more perfect! I love the way this author writes trans!Emily. The world could use more trans!Emily fics.

Looking forward to: Currently in time paralysis because I have an appointment later today, so naturally, all my brain is allowing me to do right now is stare at a clock until I need to get ready -- so, I'm very much looking forward to coming home after my appointment and (hopefully) having some executive function again.

2023 Commissions (Art + Writing)

Opening my comms again (not that they're ever really closed...) as I'm trying to save up for an iPad! It'll be used for art but primarily it'll be used as a way for me to take notes for class without killing my hand. Between the cost of the iPad itself, the Apple pencil, and a keyboard, I'm looking at costs of somethin like $400. I've got some saved up, but seeing as I don't have a job (I'm trying...), I decided to post my comms here again as it's been a bit!

As of right now, I have them all set up on ko-fi so you can just select the art type you want, provide references and a way to contact you, and send payment! It makes it nice and easy and I think also adds to the goal I have set there.

I’m just gonna rant a bit

so I decided to sign up for a Halloween writing exchange, where my gifted has a lot of great requests for their fic. And it only needs to be a 1k one shot which is not that big, in comparison to what I have done before. Like that’s what 100 words a day to be turned into my Halloween right? And I have managed that before.

But due to my irl work (nearly a dozen commissioned pieces) which does have a looming deadline for a VERY well known organization that’s sort of internationally known, and will have a good monetary gain on my part. And due to IRL emergencies I will be having to double my workload to support the person I know who IS having those emergencies.

a single commissioned piece has taken me 12+ hours to create. And that is still without quite a few pieces to work on. My relative has been getting well again, but they do believe that they will be able to finish in time for this deadline and they have yet designed the templates for their commissions. I feel they are wildly optimistic of this with our already extended deadlines.

to meet the deadline I have around 6 weeks, but more likely 5 as I will have to do the finishing steps for my pieces. This means I need to finish steps two and three for each piece by week 5.

so I will need to do one piece a week if I ONLY did my commissioned pieces.

but I will probably have to do my relative’s pieces as well, and that adds nearly a dozen more pieces for me to do. Designing. Placing. Actually working on the stuff. Then the four other steps on top of that. And then, I gotta ship that stuff. And any other things I can squeeze in if I want to be generous and or payed for the extras.

which means around 3 pieces per week, and that’s best case when I will hopefully be able to do 2 a week.

currently I am working on my 5th piece, with my first piece needing only 30ish minutes max to have it ready for the next step. My third piece is unfinished as I need time away from it which will need a couple more hours work.

and then I have a short workshop later, birthdays and a second western holiday I have to do. On top of the other non work IRL stuff

this has made it hard for me to set aside time for a voluntary works. Which I don’t like, and have put about 30 words into and have basic ideas for every single suggestion. Which is better than nothing, but I still feel as though I’m getting nothing done and I do not want to drop out as this would be my first exchange with another person. And I do know that I must do what is best for me and etc, but I committed to the exchange.

I know that I have a certain style of writing that I can do that is quick and prompt, and I do love this style very much. But it has never even broached 400 words! I don’t know what to do.

the mod of the exchange has said that the word count can be broken up between stuff, but nothing is really speaking to me. my ‘Clicker’ style has potential for one of the ideas, but I have no idea for it more then dispatcher and ‘recording the events for training purposes’

the other idea I have for the Clicking style might not make sense as it follows people before electronics. Maybe breaking the count up between each character?

I just hope I don’t get burnt out in either project because I haven’t been able to really find a story that scratches my brainrot right or engage with a story to enjoy it.

I hope that you figure it out. Don't forget to rest! Especially during such a stressful time. Yes, it's important to make your deadlines, but you won't make them if you're not taking care of yourself. Drink fluids, eat food, get rest! <3 you'll figure it out, I'm sure. Trust in yourself.

Tingyun's canon-divergence/lore/verses:

How I intend to write her before the in-game events, during in-game events, and after. Spoilers, obviously, so I'll put it under a readmore just in case!

Some info is pulled from the Honkai Star Rail wiki, and in-game descriptions/character stories.

Italicized words is what has been pulled from official sources, if not then it is my own input.

General Information:

Gender: Cis Female

Species: Foxian / semi-long-life species (Average life expectancy is 300-400 years)

Sexual Orientation: BiSexual

Romantic Orientation: DemiRomantic

Height: Estimated 5'4" ft / 152~ cm

Visual Appearance Age: Estimated 25

Actual Age: Estimated 150-250, so let's go middle ground and say 200~

Takes place prior to the in-game events-- aka: before the Astral Express crew shows up on the Xianzhou Luofu.

Tinygun is just a typical happy, helpful, caring, and hard working foxian. She's known for striving for expansion and larger merchant venues and goods to help boost trade and economic functions(not that is it bad or declining, just wishes to help it grow). Has a high sense of morals and believes everyone deserves a second chance if they're willing to put in the effort. As long as you follow regulations and don't try to scheme your way through life or use underhanded tactics to achieve your goals, she is willing to aide however she can. Very attentive and cautious, always wishing for a compromise or discussion over any sort of violence.

She is an Ambassador and Head Representative of the Whistling Flames, a merchant guild officially approved by the Sky-Faring Commission.

Tingyun was always different from the others.

Foxians are synonymous with the quick and the agile. Their lightning-fast reflexes and keen senses have resulted in this, and it also makes for cheeky, playful juvenile Foxians. But Tingyun? This pointy-eared girl always looks fluffy and soft. Not only does she not vigorously pull on others' fur when meeting someone, she herself remains calm even if someone pulls on her fur. With an innocent smile and her sweet voice, she would even urge the other person to stop...

Most merchants carry weapons in self-defense while traveling, but Tingyun is an exception — she refuses to equip any weapons that do not conform to her style, such as blades, lances, swords, and halberds, which are strong but ungraceful. And she considers booby-traps like darts and needles to be too toxic and disgraceful.

Yukong has already planned on handing over the future of the Sky-Fairing Commission to Tingyun, but Tingyun doesn't know if she's truly qualified to take it on.

Tingyun will get the occasional migraine, hearing a voice on rare occasions but disregards it, thinking its just hallucinations due to overworking or being overly stressed. As the Stellaron Crisis progresses, the voice will make an appearance more often, and the longer the crisis goes on for, the louder and more frequent it shows up. Once again, Tingyun will ignore it thinking it's simply her being worried about the Luofu and the inhabitants as the presence of Mara grows more rampant and comes more common place.

She always one who tried to plan for worse case scenarios.. even asked by someone who had witnessed her burning seemingly unimportant pieces of paper one too many times why Tingyun was doing so, or more, what she was burning. She responded with: "Every time I head out, I leave a letter behind and lock it in the drawers of my shop. If I come back, then I'll burn it later. If I don't... then it'll be something for others to remember me by."

The voice is so loud she can hardly hear anything else besides it. Her head feels so full and as if something is constantly putting pressure on it, trying to weight it down as if to put her to the floor. Tingyun had been told about a rogue craft entering the Loufu airspace, and the alarming quantity of Mara-stuck surrounding the Cloudford. She takes a few Cloud Knights that she often has accompany her on more dangerous tasks, and heads to the area. She vaguely remembers the two most directly under her wing asking her if she felt alright, or asking for orders, or a plan, but she does not remember the responses she gave. Tingyun hears some unfamiliar voices, as as soon as she spots three individuals who she assumes are outworlders, all she can see is a bright purple and yellow light. The only thing she recognizes after this point is the feeling of her neck in extreme pain, the air escaping her lungs, and her body crashing to the ground.

Tinygun is taken over completely by Phantylia the moment her eyes spot the Astra Express crew. She is not present or in any way conscious during the entire trip the crew makes to the Xianzhou Luofu. All of "Tingyun's" actions and dialogue is Plantylia. Tingyun does not exist.

Takes place after the in-game events-- aka: the Astral Express completes their mission in regards to the Stellaron Crisis and heads off to their next planet.

The name of the verse is a slight play on "gift of abundance"-- and will make sense by the end.

Tingyun had in fact passed away.. but only for a while. One of Tingyun's close Cloud Knight guards/companions had managed to get a hold of her body before the fight broke out after Plantylia revealed themself. Her body remained uninhabited and unresponsive for about five days. No one was able to come to terms with the loss, and postponed giving "the Returning"(the Starskiff sendoff) for Tingyun.. and they're glad they did. No one is quite sure how, but Tingyun woke.

No one is sure if it was the Ambrosial Arbor, the gift from the Aeon of Abundance, that took pity on the poor foxian, or if they simply wanted to right a wrong-- or if it was the fact that her body had been hosting a Lord Ravenger, one tainted with the blessing of Abundance, for an unknown amount of time that some of it's powers had lingered, granting the woman a sort of rebirth-- but Tinygun had to returned to them. Disoriented and confused, exhausted, and in mild pain, but alive non-the-less.

When asked if what the last thing she can remember was, she truthfully tells them that the last thing she can recall was standing in Cloudford and seeing three outworlders for but a moment before suddenly jumping to this very moment. Everyone seems hesitant to tell her the details, but with all of their reactions and questioning, she understands that it was most likely something bad, or something they didn't think she should know of. Tingyun is unsure which is worse, being left in blissful ignorance, or having knowledge of your unknown and unwilling wrong-doings. She decides to not make those around her choose, and doesn't press the matter, not wanting to upset anyone.. or herself.

Tingyun's life span gets extended due to the "gift of abundance" influence, giving her another 100-200 years more than the typical foxian life expectancy.

Tingyun does not know who March 7th, Dan Heng, the Trailblazer, or Welt are. She only vaguely recognizes Imbibitor Lunae, but more as a come-to-life legend, one only seen in history books and stories of Dan Feng's crimes.

When Tingyun aids in battle, she can now provide a buff as well as SLIGHT healing. Though not very good at it, or able to control it well, she can mend small injuries.

I mostly base the fact that Tingyun was under control/not just a puppet that can be replaced(example like Herta's multiple puppets)/not out in the universe somewhere waiting to be saved purely on the scene of Plantylia revealing themself. At the very end of the neck snap, as she starts to collapse, you can see briefly the way life drains from her eyes. We see something extremely similar to the Trailblazer back on Jarilo VI when they were impaled before gaining the blessing of Preservation.

But Tingyun my beloved deserves better so here we are. I honestly love having a main character truly be killed of/having bad consequences for a story/sad things occur. Not everything has to be a happy ending. But, I wanna write her so---

I've been sitting on a blank post page for quite some time. I eventually decided to draw up something quick and post it along one of my introspective textwalls - y'know, take advantage of, well, what this website is.

I honestly wasn't around for very long the first time around, just long enough to meet some folks here and there. Some of those folks ended up being still close friends to this day, others I drifted away from, as it goes.

I deleted my account back in mid 2016 - if you know this site's history, that should sound a good bit earlier than The Exodus, and well, it was - those that know me probably know that the policy update actually wouldn't have affected me a huge amount; rather, the decision to get rid of it was rather emotionally charged, and I'll be the first to admit a pretty bad idea. It was a...Throw It All Away kinda day. I don't necessarily regret it, but there are definitely days that I wish I could go back and look at those extra old posts, just see how different things are now.

...and Boy Howdy are they different.

I'd fully embraced my orientations, finished college, gone through the revolving door of the workforce plenty of times, moved cities, moved cities again, moved cities one more time, put on about 20 lbs, started streaming games, stopped and restarted a few times (current status is stopped for those of you keeping score at home), tried out a whole bunch of different treatments, developed a tic, started and ended a couple relationships, experienced this one weird thing called a pandemic not sure if you've heard of that, gotten a streak of dye in my hair, started taking art commissions intermittently, got into VR, picked up a new hobby using that (maybe I'll tell you more later), and finally came to peace with the way friendships will come and go as they will.

...All the while still dealing with the sheer emotional turmoil that comes with simply being me.

So why am I throwing all this out there for my first post? Well, I guess it's just been a while since I could write a 400 word essay on a single post and format it in a way that flows the way that I'm actually trying to talk. It's a freedom that I don't think I realized how much I missed until I started writing this.

Well...I would say "glad to be back", but I'm not sure just how "glad" or how "back" I am yet. We'll have to see.

After interviewing with more than 20 companies, "I regret it"

After resigning, many people assume that they will take a few days of rest, plan a trip, and give themselves a small gap before restarting their lives.

Unfortunately, the gap between reality and ideals is always too big. When they get back together and start looking for a job, many people HE Tuber find that it is not easy to find a suitable job as soon as possible at the end of the year.

"In mid-to-late December, I worked part-time at an electric power company. My job was to prepare contracts for 2024 for the company's customers. I paid 200 yuan a day for a week. During the New Year's Day holiday, I saw a hotel recruiting temporary waiters, so I started working again. I worked for three days, and it was 200 yuan a day; at the beginning of January, I found a part-time job as an economic census worker, and successfully completed the data report for an enterprise, earning 20 yuan, and some people could complete 4 orders in one morning."

During this period of naked resignation, her total income was about 2,000 yuan, which barely covered her daily expenses. Looking back now, Jiayin feels a little regretful. She feels that her previous job was relatively easy, so she was a little impulsive in resigning. Nowadays, part-time jobs are not always available. When there is no income, she is very anxious and frantically checks the recruitment platform to submit her resume.

The problem Li Fei faced when he was looking for a new job was that none of his ideal companies responded, so he chose to invest in some smaller companies. After a few interviews, the results were still not satisfactory. She was forced to lower her standards and find a research assistant position as a transition. "There is not much room for promotion in this kind of position, and the development prospects are average. I plan to work on it first and then submit my resume in March or April."

Xiangxiang's troubles were accumulated through repeated frustrations in finding a job. After taking a short break after leaving her job, she began to submit resumes. In nearly 2 months, she interviewed more than 20 companies, and more than 80% of them were unreliable.

"I feel that HR people are all rushing to recruit KPIs at the end of the year, but they don't seem to be recruiting people at all, but completing recruitment targets. Many HRs talked to me about one condition on the recruitment software, but it was completely different after the interview. "

For example, she just interviewed for a company that promised to live-stream silver jewelry, with a salary of 8K-10K plus commission. She had informed the other party in advance that she had no live-streaming experience in this category. When she went to the interview, the live-streaming category changed to small-scale live broadcasting. Home appliances, and because she had no experience in the field, her salary became 7K + commission.

In an interview a few days ago, the other company was recruiting anchors selling down jackets. Xiangxiang said that she was 158cm tall and wearing a mid-length down jacket during a live broadcast might not be effective. When they arrived at the scene, the interviewer only asked about Xiangxiang's work experience and the reason for leaving her previous company, then hurriedly ended the interview and asked her to go back and wait for notification. Xiangxiang was speechless for this type of interview. The conditions during the interview were inconsistent with those during online communication. "If I had known, I wouldn't have gone. It's like they were trying to trick people into getting an interview, wasting my time and energy."

Later, a friend who works in e-commerce told Xiangxiang that many companies do not really recruit anchors at the end of the year. They just take some resumes for a brief interview and reserve anchor resources in case of emergencies. It dawned on her.

She also noticed that the salary level of current anchor positions is generally low and the requirements are very high. The base salary of anchors who just entered the industry before was 8K, but now it has dropped to 5K-6K. For someone like her with more than a year of work experience, she can only pay 8K, it was even difficult for her to find a job with the same income as before. 3. There is a secret behind the naked resignation at the end of the year

The job hunting environment is grim, why do some people still resign at the end of the year?

Many workers are overwhelmed; another reason is that most young people have personality traits. [redacted] help i have no running water

hey folks, it's ya resident broke 3rd world country potato once again going through a rough patch

since early december 2021 my neighborhood has been going through a shortage of running water, despite my regular payments (the state-run water company says "don't worry, it'll be back soon uwu it's temporary~")

working around that (can't cook, shower, or do laundry at home) + medical issues + unexpected vet bill (don't worry, Sagan's alright, he just lost a bit of weight and had his tummy shaved for an ultrasound) led me to take a loan which is due January 9, so if any of you have cash to spare, you can donate to tastygoldentaters at gmail dot com. help an autistic trans man escape to a better environment faster!!

hi!! it's with a lot of shame that i've come online to ask for help again, but i'm going to need some donations and commissions to help me pay rent when i move in, as i could move in the first week of august and escape two extra months from my emotionally abusive home situation but don't get student finance paid until late september, which i plan on using for rent as i'm struggling to find employment that won't be difficult for me due to my disability & mental health problems (i have bipolar disorder, potentially a dissociative disorder, and i'm autistic and struggle with most mainstream forms of employment, even in actually getting employed let alone actually maintaining employment).

6. why did you choose your icon? I love this cover by Jock, so I use it as an icon just about everywhere (it's also the background for my phone keyboard, my phone and tablet and chromebook screens, and I have a mousepad with this artwork, lol)

7. why did you choose your header? It went with the Jock Nightwing icon; it's all Jock art, but has him as Batman and Agent 37, flying. I swear, if I ever get the chance, I will commission Jock to make art of Dick as Robin, to match, because I need that badly...
