i swear I don't mean to cause arguments, or anything of the sort in the FNAF community but I really need to get this off my chest about a certain ship popular in the fandom.

Now, the fnaf fandom has always had its hand full of immoral, strange, and toxic ships like most fandoms do. But I'm here to talk about William x Henry.

Please note I will be using facts I know, this isn't just opinion. I will also only be stating the vital events that help my point, because the rest is extras There also might be some events mixed up here, please just correct me on that *nicely*

Also if ur gonna say something, please don't be hating. Because you will be blocked, I don't care if you are a mutual or friend or not, you will be blocked if you try picking a fight.

ANYWAY.

So here is my thing with William x henry. I personally don't mind it too much but sometimes it bothers the hell out of me.

Let's talk about what we know about William and Henry's relationship. We know they were best friends and founded Fredbear's together, and then it is believed 83 happens, where even/chris/ what ever you call him, dies. So that'll fuck up any person so. Yk. ANYWAY, then William kills Charlie. So that's strike one right there, ofc Henry doesn't find out till later I believe but yk.

Now I thInk- when ever Fredbear's got shut down and the open Freddy fazebears is where Henry finds out anyway

Honestly Henry is stupid for not calling the cops like. Fucker you had the proof William murdered your daughter- AH YES LETS GO TO THE NEXT TOPIC- Henry here let's William go. Stupid ass- anyway, so what does William do? Change his name and decide in a British voice "I am going to become Henry's biggest problem."

I don't remember what happens but I am PRETTY SURE William does this in the toy animatronics pizzeria. Then the bite of 87 happens and it's like oh shit.

Now during this time, William finds out about reminant , which I find SO STUPID AND FORCED LIKE- HE CANT JUST BE A MAD MAN?? HE NEEDS TO HAVE A REASON FOR HIS KILLING?? anyway. Willie finds out about reminant and is like 'oo lemme go kill five more kids and watch what happens'

So yeah.

Oh and the fact William *according to what I have read* made Mike be a test subject. If that's not toxic and bad idk what is.

Stupid ass part one over here goes back to fazbears to harvest the remnant from the animatronics only to get himself killed YAY!

Anyway lets skip to FNaF... 6 I think. Henry/stupid ass part two quite literally trys to kill William again so like. These two are at each other's throats.

I'm watching murder drones and I've jsut finished ep5 ngl....I'm so confused about soem stuff- So I'm gonna talk about it!

Now, before doing that, the series is amazing, and I love the animation and voices the lore and story are super interesting to! It just has some plot holes and stuff, which is understandable since it's also a YouTube series and doesn't have a big budget like other series. And I don't know I hagnt watched ep6 yet so maybe it has soem answers anyways:

Ep1: really the only thing that doesn't make sense- to me, is J 'dying' because we saw N get his head blasted off woth Uzis gun and he regrew it in....not even a minute- so how come J kinda just...died?

Also, J is the leader not N I well not take it any other way because it being any other way make no sense, cause wife you want a leader for a MURDER TEAM ylu gonna want the most efficient one. V is obsessed with killing, so J reigns her in, N is too nice, so J makes sure he does his job at least somewhat well. She's the leader.

Also we never get more information on the 'other squads' thing, I think it would've been cool if maybe idk, Doll was a DD and was hiding in plan sight or smth. Or maybe her, and Uzis mom, parents were disassembly friens, DD, and they started to blend in with the worker drones, WD, and sorta regret the company and stuff and so N, V and J were sent to get rid of them because they disobeyed orders

It'd make sense why J is so hellbent on the rules and killing and stuff and add some angst and more info as to why doll and Uzi have these powers because they half half DD code and half WD code. And how Uzis' mom wanted doors to be built to hide them she KNEW others would be sent after her and dolls parents and so needed to make sure everybody was ready for that!

Ep2: definitely a LOT more questions- like wtf is that head thing?? Explain?? Pelase?? Why?? How?? When!?

Edit: Never mind what iw rite here- i re watched the episode cause I wanted to, and actually, Uzi does say it runs an auto program to collect new materials, so I just missed that by accident That's my bad, I admit to that

Ep3: we don't really see how much N and Uzis relationships have developed. we don't really see any....bonding, so moments feel a bit out of place. Like how khan says the DD are bad influences, I feel like if maybe there was a filler episode or two- maybe about them sneaking into the colony and staing stuff to rebuild the ship or smth it'd have made moments like that make a lot mroe sense and would've shown their friendship growing and stuff, it'd happen before ep2 tho

And it'd help Ep4, where V/N are put in charge, make a lot more sense because N and Uzi have been sneaking skrund and nit hurting anyone so they kinds disregard N as safe. Other then that is pretty good, I do think we could've had V show a more humane side maybe saying how she only killed dolls parents because of an order, to kill form the company, and show she does feel guilty for killing but because she doesn't have a real choice she trie sto make it as 'fun' as possible. It doesn't have to be emotional it could happen while she's shooting at Doll. Maybe she's mad Dolls killing her friends/classmates of he rown free will or smth idk

Ep4: I kinda get them running to N/V when uzi mentions them being friends because.....she did bring a g^n to school- but I don't understand why they shot an arrow at her, not even by accident or 'cause they were startled the guy pointed and took the shot after seeing her- like why? Why would they SHOOT at her? Or look so scared? I feel like they should been looking away awkwardly or rolling their eyes dismissvly. Maybe the guy sees the symbol in her eye and accidentally pulls the trigger in being startled by it. Jsut confused me

Also wish they showed more of the collar things, maybe it could said 'serial designation N landed *****' and Uzi is confused because it belonged to her mom not N and she sorta realizes who her mom was or smth? Idk just wish they did mroe with it, they might in ep6 havnt seen it yet tho

Also, what's with V threatening Uzi? Like that was so....random- where did she even come from?? I feel like it should've shown V watching Uzi leave and then see the symbol in her eye, and so she panics, quietly, and threatens Uzi because the thing with doll happened maybe a week? Ago in canon, so she'd still be freaked out, I think. Idk, maybe I'm giving V to much credit here

Hurm, hurm, blog thoughts... Probably gonna get a little personal, but I keep idly spinning my wheels on what I'm doing with this blog.

Like. There's the Tumblr Scare to consider. Still thinking I'll likely move my fics to Ao3, since I don't want to lose them, and I'd almost rather bet on their longevity compared to Tumblr's rn. (Especially under current ownership; maybe...just maybe....someone else should take the reign. I would love to believe staff is as kindly as ex-staff say they are, but everything abt what happened prior still keeps me nervous.)

But there's also IRL stuff going on in my personal life that's... Hmm.

As mentioned before, continuing to look into OSDD as a possible diagnosis for what I've been going through almost all of my life. I thought it was quite normal- based on where and how I entered Fandom- to have characters in your head that spoke to you. They lived your life with you, offering commentary, and etc. Funnily enough, it was only "studying" fickin that I realized there was something else going on there....and that also led to alterhumanity (and geez, did that explain twenty more things-) and THAT is what led to plurality.

...Which has also been a journey and a half, considering my therapist can only do so much. I did the MID, it's just talking about this through parts language and...basically awaiting an appointment- in some future time- to get answers. (I want them, but am unsure if I want an on-paper diagnosis... Suppose we'll see if it means the difference between obtaining specific therapy for this.)

And THAT'S only relevant cause some F/Os are also fictives. Or were F/Os that became introjects, due to the comfort they gave me. (I will not specify who, for personal reasons. If you're curious, I may be willing to entrust my system blog to those who inquire for it.)

OH, and I made it into an apartment!!! That's so incredibly new to me. Nice, but trying to catch this space up with what's needed is...tricky.

Boyf and I have a lot of stuff- put together- and so trying to mentally assemble where shelves will go to bring it all together... Y'know? (But I'm excited to put some lowkey shrines together for certain faves.)

Last Life: cottagecore queers. they started as friends, sure, they're best friends, but best friends who kiss, hold hands, cuddle together, cook together, stick to eachother like glue istg. AND I REPEAT !! KISS!! SURE SMALL PECKS BUT THATS NOT VERY FRIEND LIKE !! ive read many queerplatonic galaxy duo fanfics, but i think they're just romantically crushing on eachother and w time their relationship quickly escalated and neither of them wants to ask the big "what are we?" question. (plus, I hc every season of the series happens in a different season of the year, maybe in different years?? idk cause i didnt count for 3rd life but i dont think it would count as spring... ANYWAYS Last Life happens in Summer, for angst purposes)

Double Life: I don't wanna talk too much abt their relationship in DL cus it makes me so mentally ill, reminds me of sum personal lore in my life I wont get into, but I still love em. I hc soulmates have some shared features w their soulmates, different for everyone, like these two have the ends of their hair the color of the others hair. after the "divorce" Pearl tried to cut off that teal part but the ends just gew upwards, like the teal part just appeared in his new ends when moon cut off the old ones, so at the end he just used red dye to dye em red. Also I feel like they lowkey miss eachother even if both are too stubborn to talk to eachother and at least try to fix things. (winter. winter freezes. often killing all that in summer grew green)

Limited Life: Oh hoh ho... the drama is back but the toxicity is gone. frienemies, exes, a bit petty still but can joke about it for a lil, have forgiven eachother but at times still feel resentment. they live very far away, yet when they interact in person, if things are 1o1 and there isnt any of their allies nearby, gosh can the tension be cut with a knife. not only tension in the way or anger, but sometimes just being awkward around eachother, sometimes homosexual tension, sometimes homoerotic tension- (half joke, i wont talk abt nsfw stuff but theyre adults). They stare at eachother from across the room thinking either "i wanna punch you so bad" or "i would so go and kiss you right here right now", or both. However theyre still fairly friendly, its not the same as *Our Last Summer*, since they'll maybe pull petty pranks on eachother, specially the Nosy Neighbors on Mean Gills, with Pearl mostly having Scott's ever so slightly upset reaction, if even to get a groan or frown from him, tho he doesnt hate her anymore, its not like winter, thats in the past. Autumn comes and makes leafs fall... it gets rid of the dead waste of what winter killed, preparing for Spring...

Secret Life: ... for a new beginning. Spring comes along, a new, more lighthearted game at the start. After going through so much stuff together, everything they've overcome, "That's in the past" "It was a one time thing?" "Yeah, yeah" "Well, I'm glad we agree... glad we can move past that". And they start again, blank page, althrough clearly stained by past moments, they can look back at them fondly and joke around about it without hard feelings. Not only that, but they finally make up their minds, both of them get their shit together and can finally label their relationship, make it official... tho whats a game about secrets without some secrets of their own? So at first, with a bit of fear of what their allies would say, but also just in a way to keep privacy and get a laugh out of others confusions, they meet up in secret. Secret meetings at night or when their allies are out, whispering to eachother and giving eachother accomplice looks, finding hiden spots to sit down and talk. They're plenty suspicious in plain sight, but with all the reasons there could be for them to be hiding something? Maybe theyre up to no good! Maybe they're plotting destruction! Maybe its got to do with their tasks! Yeah, it drives the yellows mad in particular, trying to guess their tasks just to be told it couldnt be further from correct or that they already complited theirs. Now some participants are a bit oblivious, but others can put 2 and 2 together pretty quickly... they'd keep their mouths shut tho, cause seeing the others lose their mind trying to uncover their "plans" is quite the funny sight. Maybe some would get a push like a little knudge from Cleo "They're dating, Bdubs" "... OHHHH, SO THATS WHY". The Roomies all know for sure, Impulse suspects, to Gem and the Mounders it never crossed their minds, unsure about others tbh but thats what I know for sure. But yeah! Maybe at first they'd have a "Bad Idea" (from Waitress) moment, tho that song also could fit an ""afair"" in LimL from what ive talked with a friend, but yeah. They're destined to die anyways, since the finale means only one can win, and that winner is neither of them, but they'll meet in the next game. Tilly next time. Or, Tilly death does them part...

... except not, cause not even death can do that, cause they are able to find eachother in every single universe, no matter the circumstances, even if their situation isnt ideal in some, they're always together, in one way or another. Haven't posted much lately, but I might attempt to post more random shippy thoughts and concepts, see how that goes.

First up, Demon Slayer.. IDK if I mentioned it on here before, but since I started watching it I immediately started shipping Tanjiro/Nezuko, the two sibling characters. He came home one day to find his family murdered except his sister who was turned into a demon... only his sister seems almost unique among demons in that she can control her demonic bloodlust (especially when something is in her mouth). Tanjiro started a questi to join the Demon Slayer Corps in large part to find his sister a cure, and she usually travels in a box on his back (to protect her from sunlight, which kills Demons). And it's not super shippy in terms of their interactions, but it's like so sweet how devoted they are to each other it's shippy by default?

They're also not the only shippable cest couple in it, some of the demons are as well especially Gyutaro/Daki who take closeness to a whole new level as Gyutaro often spends time in his sister's body!

Okay, alll that's just background. Cause I'm not here to talk about them. See, one of the weird thing about Demon Slayer is that it has a semi-official AU, called Kimetsu Academy. I think it started as a gag in the closing parts of manga chapters but then spun off to its own thing (which, much like the end-chapter jokes are super short jokey stories), set in the modern day where all the major characters are just normal students in a high school. Now I'm going to state up front I'm mostly talking out of my ass here… I don't even read the spinoff manga (or the original manga), and although I've seen the Kimetsu Academy specials released in English on Crunchyroll (they total I wanna say 20ish minutes), I don't know a whole lot about the lore behind it, but from what I've seen that it's mostly a mundane world, 'demons' don't exist, and although demon characters are present they seem to be portrayed as general 'bad kids'. Like Gyu/Daki are apparently there but just as the ttroublemaker students that function as semi-antagonists. It was really reading about them that started me on this thought train, and wishing we had a real, serious anime AU along these lines so I could see them all interact, but as I said, I don't know a whole lot about the REAL Kimetsu Academy. Assume everything I say from this point on is just me imaging things in an AU LIKE that, with those basic conditions, that has only passing similarity to the actual manga.

But I couldn't stop thinking about how the 'demons = bad kids' dynamic works with respect to Nezuko, since her whole thing is that she's a demon, but she's managed to keep her humanity under control, despite all the demon urges. As far as I know in the amanga Nezuko's just an innocent sister who (instead of the bamboo the mainstream universe has in her mouth to help control her urges) always seems to have a stick of french bread in her mouth… but what if you played with the 'demon stands in for some kind of socially unacceptable behavior' concept a little more? That would men her socially unacceptable behavior is under control, but always there beneath the surface, struggling to get out. And why would she always have something in her mouth? I know, because it's funny, but I'm imagining something a little deeper, and (because it's my nature), something that's shippy with her brother.

Then the thought hit me… what if she's got something in her mouth because if she doesn't, she'll make the filthiest propositions to her brother? Like, maybe she's literally got some variety of Tourettes, the kind which mostly presents with Coprolalia (involuntary swearing or saying inappropriate things). And it's not JUST her brother, but that's why she tends to keep her mouth busy, because it helps contain the urge… and with her brother she's almost always likely to offer to perform sex acts on him or beg him to perform them on her. And although Coprolalia doesn't always represent true opinions and desires, in this case it does or allowed her the chance to try something she never would otherwise dare.

But Tanjiro's SO understanding, he knows about her condition, still always tries to include her in his life and keep her close, but just ignores the outbursts when they happen because he KNOWS she doesn't mean it, it's just her condition. And Nezuko absolutely means most of what she says (at least in terms of extreme fantasies, not all of which she specifically desires to happen but would probably be willing to at least try) but since this started Tanjiro completely ignored her most outrageous ticks, pretending she hadn't said anything at all when she slipped and asks to give him a blowjob or whatever… she assumes that's a polite rejection from her perfect big brother who couldn't possibly have feelings for his sister, even though she's totally in love with him, love means she doesn't want to make uncomfortable… which is why she's more determined than ever to control herself and not bother him… but she can't help the urges. and maybe has a secret stash of erotic manga or video games themed on incest that she binges on late at night and lets the demon out, and maybe he hears her through the wall sometimes talking ot an imaginary oni-chan and he can't help picturing her talking to him and tries to ignore it, but if he ever let himself think that it wasn't just a neurological disorder, who knows how he might react.

IDK even where I'm going with this, just rambling I guess. But I've enjoyed playing with this thought the last week or so and I thought since I'd be trying to post more and share more random cesty shippy thought I might as well start here.

okay idk if we define tumblr crushes like we did back in the day which was like, your most interacted with blogs which currently is actually none of my mutuals according to tumblr (sorry idk how that math works) otherwise um jeez idk. i think you're all pretty cute and tbh if i've ever directly interacted with you more than once you're in my list of crushes because i am easy well you're very familiar with one of the characters i consider to be my favorite from any of the things i'm into and in fact the way you write her is one of the things that made me so interested in your works early on (and still!) but other than Marjory i've always liked Vi from league of legends and when arcane pulled in the best parts of her lore and character she shot up in my list Xellos from Slayers is also one of my old time favorite fictional characters and fun fact I used to use that name for some stuff when i started having gender issues with my deadname and got detached from it. he has purple hair and that is one of my favorite things about his design. im a simple creature. UM also GARROSH HELLSCREAM and more problematically his father GROMMASH HELLSCREAM (needs to be typed in caps for effect) because grom is a fucking dilf fun fact i specifically got the physical disc rather than the digital version of the warlords of draenor WoW expansion because the box was textured and therefore i could touch grom's titties also i love Amethyst from SU :) OH. BAD DOG GROOMING. well, i personally don't like to judge other people's grooms UNLESS they act like they know what they're doing and they clearly really don't. inviting me to judge u then. BUT i will talk about things i dont like in dog grooming!! SHAVING DOUBLE COATED DOGS. ESPECIALLY AT HOME. STOP. NOTHING MAKES ME MORE UPSET THAN THOSE PICS U SEE OF A HUSKY THAT HAS BEEN SHAVED EVERYWHERE EXCEPT THE NECK UP and shaving legs on double coated dogs in general!! STOP!! and blend the fucking head in to the body length!!!! i don't like to shave double coated dogs. no one does!! we all try very very hard to avoid it but some owners are dead set on it or have already been doing it for years. but there is a right and wrong way to do it! and you should never ever shave the legs down unless the owner specifically requests that because it looks terrible and i hate it sm unless you mean grooming bad dogs which is actually something i sometimes enjoy depending on the cause of the badness. i've always been the recommended person for really anxious dogs that have given other groomers problems 'cause i'm patient af and way to chill with (small to medium) dogs biting me (the typical gnawy bites or little snaps. not the i am going to fucking kill you bites). outright aggressive dogs are something i'm willing to work with depending on how much the owner does to help (i.e. meds and work on their end) though im much much more wary of this with large dogs. admittedly german shepherds and rottweilers both make me a bit uneasy (to groom. not in general. i have met some really really sweet dogs of these breeds but certain things stick with you) because i've seen some very poorly trained and bred dogs and these are both breeds i've had very close calls with in terms of almost getting the shit bit out of me. also they are both big and very good at biting. also very iffy with huskies despite owning one just because so many huskies are SO SO bad. mine is.. moderately bad.

riot forge games i want for my top 10 league champs

making a long ass post for funsies about what kind of riot forge games i want to see in the future revolving around the champs i like, most of this might feel like a shit post but thats kind of the point since i dont know anything about game design Ezreal i want ezreal to be the male version of lara croft, just the annoying gay version, give him a tomb raider styled game in shurima, ixtal or even targon and have him just be the narcissistic bisexual man he is, brownie points if he has multiple different ship endings cause that mf is shipped with everyone. Aphelios and Alune aphelios i have multiple ideas i kind of like, i like skooches idea of a fps shooter adventure game with skill trees and stuff, but i also have grown really attached to the idea of a Kid Icarus Uprising styled game with aphelios going on missions while alune is just casually talking to the aspects and granting aphelios his weapons much like Pit and Palutena. maybe have the 2nd act of the game be with Aphelios actually being voiced due to stuff in act 1 idk idk just spit balling. Sett ok ok ok so what if it was announced that sett was getting a game and it was called something like Sett's Fighting Simulator, where its literally just a fighting game with Sett, but you pick what kind of fighters you want sett to sponsor (idk if thats the right word) so he can earn money, obviously have sett do some of the fighting too. but you might be wondering what would you use this money for? well you could go the boring route and just have it be to upgrade Sett's fighting pit, but you could go the more wholesome route and have the 2nd hidden half of the game be a house decorating simulator for Sett's mom cause WHY NOT. basically do a fnaf pizza simulator but the opposite. Rengar Monster hunter, das it, just have like a monster hunter game with Rengar where you hunt monsters, thats all i got, also maybe you could give rengar outfitoptionsthataretotallynothornychargedokaybye Zoe my bf was thinking of like a gacha game for Zoe where she summons random beings around runeterra or the universe, i like the idea but i just wasnt sure what kind of gameplay it would have. I also really like the idea of cooking mama but its Zoe and she makes chocolate mooncakes and has her own delivary service (asol) and its just a cooking sim Yone my idea for Yone is a crave that i NEED fullfilled now, basically. the first part of the game is a point and click detective game, where as yone you try to figure out what kind of azakana your up against and who it is possessing, once figured out the game switches to a sekiro kind of fighting game where you have to slay the azakana. its simple but i really am attached to the concept. Rakan its really hard to make a game with rakan and not have xayah included (don't get me wrong i like xayah shes just not in my top 10 champs), so I decided for a niche idea thats kind of already been done with the Star Gaurdian event, but it would be a dating simulator where you play as Xayah dating Rakan (duh) and it takes place before things go to shit and they get corrupted. basically have all those pictures of xayah and rakan in Everything Goes On be cute little dates that we actually get to see and maybe have it end tragically idk idk i forget if rakan mf dies in the last event or not lol Yuumi how tf am i supposed to create a game about Yuumi, her lore is dull af and shes just a stupid cat. anyways i love her and her game would be like Talking Tom/Hey You Pikachu where you yell at your phone to get her attention and the microphone just doesnt work and she does the exact opposite thing you want her to do. Nunu and Willump song of nunu is already looking to be everything id want in a nunu gaming game, but if there is no willump hug options in song of nunu then make that its own game

Zhongli x Guizhong

I've shipped them pretty much since I started playing the game in 2021. I got super invested into Zhongli's lore and eventually came across her name. Then I started digging deeper into her lore and theories about her and fell in love with her and the ship.

I suppose this is something of a niche ship? Especially now with the new Lantern Rite where GuiPing seems to have overtaken it. And I've already seen people attacked over shipping GuiLi because of that too on twt now... cause apparently it's homophobic to ship them now? Idk... make it make sense. This is why I usually stay out of this.

2. Cyno x Tighnari

These two... I swear Sumeru has changed me somehow because as I stated in prior asks: I'm usually not into shipping characters so whenever I start liking two characters I have a sort of "denial stage" at first where I'm like "nah, I don't ship them... or maybe... no.... yes?".

And at first I was like "yeah they're best friends, whatever"... then I saw more and more fanart and was like "yeah, you know what, they're kinda cute." and eventually fanart converted me into shipping them. So, good job fanartists - the domestic and cuddly scenarios you put them in made me cave 👌🏻

3. Alhaitham x Kaveh

This one also seems to be quite popular and I basically just got past the above mentioned denial stage, haha! 😂

I have to admit I couldn't stand Kaveh at all at first, he seemed like a handful and I was like "yeah, they'd never get along in a million years, especially not as a couple."

Then I played Haitham's story quest and saw the interaction with Kaveh... then I saw more fanart again. Then [insert denial stage here] and I guess I'm now at the point where I can say, yeah... I like them and I also like Kaveh now... he is just such a kindhearted soul (even if he is a bit eccentric, I suppose).

I want to mention that I am really lost when it comes to shipping terminology and I also don't really want to get involved in all that stuff. It's all a bit too stressful for me.

I do want to draw fanart of these ships but I'm a bit too scared to do so and only drew things that could be interpreted as both ship or platonic (they're posted on my art blog, I'll keep this blog clear of that). Because I've seen how vile shippers get towards other ships at times when they don't like the portrayed one... instead of - you know - ignoring it??? Especially on twt.

After reading a bunch of Leokumi and then going back to the canon of the game, lowkey I kind of want to just improve on the world building. I'm lowkey tempted to go through all the canon material and then build on it better.

Like one of the things that I noticed was that Leokumi has to deal with a lot of politics since they're trying to make peace between their nations but at least for me I find it hard to write that if there's not enough world building?

Idk I feel like if we all had a lot more lore/story to work with, we'd get more indepth plots and stories. Idk if anyone would read it though besides me or if there's even anywhere good to post it. Lowkey was inspired cause I saw that one person on here rewriting the dialogue for Fates and like omg what an improvement.

Okay, I'm gonna talk about two things here real quick, commentary on Fates' worldbuilding in general, and then my opinion on your worldbuilding project:

See, for me the worldbuilding of Fates is fine. Maybe that's just my kneejerk reaction to nearly a decade of people criticizing the game in wildly bad faith ways (not that I'm accusing you of that, I'm not, but I'm sure you can think of examples of what I mean. The "Doesn't have a continent name? 0/10 unplayable trash" types of criticisms)

Worldbuilding details can be important, but the most important part, the goal of worldbuilding, is to create an interesting setting and dynamic universe for the characters to inhabit. All of the detail in the world won't save a boring world, and world can be extremely engaging without necessarily having a ton of excess details. I think Fates has the "interesting world" aspect in spades, but it's just not as explicitly detailed as some would like.

Each nation has its own character and problems and we know how they interact and where they stand with each other, which is pretty ripe for building interesting conflict. There's a lot you can glean from knowing Nohr is an imperialist nation with few resources, and from seeing the dark skies and poisonous swamps and lightning flashing and people literally living underground... but knowing the name of the continent is fluff that doesn't tell you much of anything, in reality (and I could write up a whole rant about the stupid continent name criticism but I'll refrain unless someone wants to hear it)

In some ways, I think that lack of explicit detail makes it more fun to play with in a transformative sense, because it gives you a lot of freedom in writing

To use your example, how would one achieve peace between Nohr and Hoshido? Well, Nohr clearly envies Hoshido's land for its ability to produce food. Could you improve relations by setting up new trade routes? Lowering tariffs on Hoshidan goods? Working out a deal to make Hoshidan food products cheaper to buy in Nohr somehow? Does Hoshido have more advanced farming techniques, and could those be used in Nohr to increase their crop yields? Is banditry preventing Hoshidan merchants from trading in Nohr (actually you don't even have to make that up, we know that happens because that's how Oboro's parents died)? Could you do a combination of those solutions? All of these are issues that would need to be solved through politics and cooperation. Who is going to scout the trade routes, keep the caravans safe, build the bridges across the canyon, teach the Nohrians the farming techniques, etc.? All things that would be decided by the political leaders. The game doesn't give you specifics, but it gives you a starting point. So you could choose whichever option you think would be best for the story you're trying to tell

So all this to say that I think your worldbuilding project would be really interesting! This game allows a lot of room for that kind of speculation, and I'm sure there's people out there who would be interested in it. If nothing else, it would definitely be your own unique take on the game

My only advice (well, for now, since I don't know the details of what aspects of the worldbuilding you want to improve) is to know where to put the detail. A very detailed background element might be interesting, but if it has no bearing on anything then it's just pointless fluff. E.g. knowing the name of Xander's great great great grandfather wouldn't really impact anything... but knowing the exact number of siblings he killed in the Concubine Wars might be extremely helpful in fleshing out his backstory as well as the story of Nohr as a whole.

As for where to post it, I believe Ao3 would allow that kind of content? It's primarily a fic website, but actually anything fannish is within their ToS to post so long as it's "non-ephemeral" (AKA not stuff like journal entries or blog posts), non-commercialized (you aren't making money off of it), and not infringing upon copyright.

Can "masculine" and "feminine" Fandom ever truly coexist or are they always destined for conflict? Everything I've seen indicates that even if it only happens in a passive-aggressive way,, they will always fight until one pushes out or marginalizes the other (and the creators will probably take sides).

I think they do co-exist all the time. For example Star Trek and DBZ both have huge fandoms of both temperaments, despite the common stereotype that they're ploty techy manly franchises for boys and only male nerds like them. TOS invented shipping fandom as we know it. Nor is there usually much tension between the two camps. It's just that the streams don't really cross; fic/meta/shipping fandom is over here and speculation/powerlevels/trivia fandom is over there. You can be in both, but you do them separately and usually one is way more 'mainstream' as the face of fans than the other. Doctor Who is the rare case where it's equally infamous for its no-romo anoraks and its die-hard shippers.

The fact that those are ancient, venerable fandoms is probably a factor, because fandom as a whole used to be more compartmentalised. You only hung out in the part that interested you and could engage for years without interacting with anything outside that bubble. Things like zines and webrings and livejournal groups were split up by topic. Although people say the days of mailing lists were more like now because it was a niche and everyone had to scroll past everything. I wasn't there, so these are speculations.

But what's definitely different now is that the fourth wall has been completely demolished and whining on SM can change the direction of multi-billion dollar franchises, so the old need to 'win' fandom and feel like the loudest voice has become something with real stakes. If bullying the 'wrong' audience out of fandom results in your faction being catered to, that incentivises aggressive gatekeeping. Which people already did even back when it was totally delusional to think the creators knew or cared what fandom thought, so having it actually work is going to make it ten thousand time worse. Franchise writing by angry twitter committee is probably going to continue and this will lead to many more pieces of Extruded Movie Product dreck while Disney and Amazon buy up the entire global entertainment industry until the inevitable collapse of mega-budget Branded Content which can’t come soon enough.

Do I expect shipping and emotional analysis fandom will continue to get the shorter end of the stick and be mocked for caring even as being a massive anorak who's memorised every meaningless stat in every issue of Captain Bland's Monotonous Adventure becomes ever more mainstream and acceptable? Yep. But this has never succeeded in pushing shipping out of fandom and while certain kinds of ‘nerdiness’ have become ‘cool’ (much like it’s socially acceptable to obsess about sports but not Magic: the Gathering tournaments), the genuine weirdos still have far more in common with people who write fanfic than they do with the casual audience who are the true target demographic of any big budget film. A lot of the pressure which causes fandom infighting is being exerted from outside and when trends change, the need to guard your terf so that senpai notices you lessens significantly.

Although I should probably take issue with the idea that it’s a ‘both sides’ thing, because I know of no example, ever, of a ‘feminine’ fandom rejecting or trying to drive out ‘masculine’ interests. If you want to talk about who would win in a fight in a shoujo manga or discuss the worldbuilding logic of Labyrinth from a non-metaphorical perspective, absolutely no one in the fandom will have a problem with that. I knew a guy who was super into the ‘lore’ and non-romance plot of Twilight (how? idk), and he got no shit whatsoever for ‘doing it wrong’ from the fans because they did not feel threatened by his perspective.

A lot of these ‘boys club’ fandoms do feel threatened by shippers or literary analysis (because icky lady cooties mostly) and that’s what it comes down to. Same with antis and any other ‘you’re doing fandom wrong!’ group. They are afraid of not being exclusively catered to if they aren’t the overwhelming majority. That’s the only reason there’s conflict. If they weren’t worried about not being the default and not having their worldview constantly validated, they wouldn’t care about us.

She sat out on her adventure because she wanted to explore the world and learn more; to expand her horizontals horizons as a healer and apothecary and if becoming the Warrior of Light and saving the world was the way to do it then she would embrace her new role and duties in order to achieve her goals (she's also reckless and would never say no to an adventure even if there was a chance that she might die in the process)

Self proclaimed culinarian. After everything is over, she dreams of opening her own restaurant and bakery.

Relationship with her allies:

Thancred and Estinien are her closest friends and drinking buddies

Papalymo was like a big brother to her (he reminded her of her own brother) and helped her learn new black magic spells and perfect the ones she already knew.

Urianger and Y'shtola are her "nerd friends" as Thancred dubbed them. She still has trouble understanding certain things that Urianger says.

Ryne and the twins are like little siblings to her and she enjoys spending time with them and teaching them things. She's very close with Aymeric, especially after the dinner (and a certain culinary adventure that prompted Arciela to work on creating the best honey cake the lord commander will ever taste.)

She became good friends with Cirina after spending an entire day trying new recipehs recipes and making the mol taste test them for her (iirc Cirina liked food, right?)

X'rhun Tia is like a father/cool uncle to her and they're super close. He's also her favorite job/class teacher. She appreciats his patience when he was teaching her red magic. While she didn't struggle in the casting part, she did struggle with the fencing part, especially since it was completely different from the dark knight style that she learned from her father (I'm working on her father and I have this idea that he was once an Ishgardian dark knight but I'll wait until I either play or watch Heavensward to decide if I want to go with it or not)

Other good friends of hers are: Kan-E-Senna (who helped her with her white magic), Haurchefant (who was like a brother to her. His death still haunts her) and the Fortemps in general, G'raha Tia (he's adorable and she has a very hard time containing the urge to touch his ears and tail. She's doing a good job so far), Moren (she spent most of her time in the Crystarium in the library with him), Cid, Hilda and Unukalhai.

Lahabrea's death caused her to vaguely remember her time in Akadaemia Anyder and her work as an alchemist but she dismissed the memories as dreams and didn't think much of it since it was similar to her work as an apothecary. She didn't remember him but she felt that they were connected somehow.

Meeting Hythlodaeus for first time triggered memories of Amaurot in general but she also dismissed them as an effect of being there and talking to him.

The death of Emet Selch caused the first bang of memories for she remembered her time and true relationship with him. The memories and the new knowledge brought about hesitation and uncertainty, doubts and immense guilt.

Meeting Hythlodaeus the second time in 5.3 and collecting "stars" triggered memories of her time as Azem and the final days. His presence somehow made it easier to handle the new memories.

She didn't remember Elidibus prior to fighting him in the Seat of Sacrifice, but she remembered enough to know that they were once connected and thus she found the resolve to kill him and end his suffering, for both his sake and the sake of the world.

It was only when he regained his memories that hers started to come back more clearly to her.

The hope that her friends are now resting in peace, free of Zodiark's tempering was the only thing that kept her from crumbling under the weight of her memories and guilt.

Amaurotian Arciela/Anais/Azem/The Alchemist:

Just general stuff to explain certain things from above:

Before becoming Azem she was a professor in Akadaemia Anyder and an accomplished scholar in the field of pharmacy (potions and herbal medicine; or this is what I think is their equivalent of pharmacy at least).

A friend of Emet Selch, Lahabrea, Hythlodaeus and Elidibus. (I ship her with both Lahabrea and Emet Selch so nothing's official until I decide on one of them or create multiple time lines).

Childhood friends with Lahabrea. They've known each other for so long, attended the academy and became professors together. They're probably the only ones who actually listen to and show interest in each other's rambles (just let them be nerds together)

She's also a self proclaimed culinarian, which made her delve into the field of botany and create certain herbs and trees including cocoa trees which lead to her creating chocolate.

During their days as students, Anais would wake Lahabrea up in the middle of the night or drag him away from whatever he was doing to accompany her to the kitchen so she would try to make the new recipe she came up with. He'd complain the entire time she's cooking but at least she could count on him to give her his honest opinion. After tasting the new recipe, he'd either complain some more, insult her ability to cook and just leave if he doesn't like it or he'd ask for seconds... And thirds...

Her favorite pass time is annoying and pranking Lahabrea and Emet Selch. Sometimes, she would team up with Hythlodaeus and they're an absolute menace together.

Lahabrea's reactions are the best because he never sees anything coming since he's always too engrossed in some book to pay attention to anything else and thus, he's always startled, surprised and falls for all of her pranks. And he's ALWAYS extremely pissed off afterwards and they'll be subjected to one of his famous rants and lectures. Hythlodaeus suffers. Anais has known him long enough to get used to them and thus they have no effect on her (and one would think that he's known her long enough to learn to not let his guard down around her when she's bored). It's always worth it though.

Emet Selch's reactions are the second best, because whether the prank works or not, he'll complain about it because he's dramatic. He gets his revenge by pranking them later.

Much like Arciela, Anais took the chance of becoming Azem and traveling the world to gain more knowledge on her field of studies.

rip, okay, once again i apologize about this one being even later, mostly bc i saw it early, but i haven't been able to sit down and respond to it. this week was the last week of the month so i actually had a lot to do at work and was able to go in every day (as opposed to 1 - 2 days bc business is still so slow). but at the end of the month i do invoicing for inventory charges for that month for each customer. though i was able to actually get a lot of it done sooner than usual (bc i actually started the process on tuesday instead of thursday), there were still three big ones i couldn't even do until thursday bc they had several orders in production that didn't get shipped until thursday. (also just how funny it could be thinking about (bc everyone is perpetually the same age) how later when sho a year older and legally being able to drink, and tsubasa not, and despite the fact sho being like i will break the laws about physically assaulting a guy but underage drinking, smoking, and drugs is a no-no is fucking hilarious. oh god worry about ppl like that in ina like, there really people out there who don't want you shipping ficitional children?????? and the main ina cast is roughly between 12-15. and got i started watching ina in 2013 when i was 19. which apparently for some people is like bad uwu because it's a show for young teenagers (like lol too bad i'm 27 and even though i haven't kept up with aries i still love ina and all the little babies and wont stop shipping). i didn't even know there was people out there who get UPSET AT AGING UP??? like wtf???? sorry i want them to be old enough to marry, adopt children, have a job, and also f.uck. the dpk au is my lifeblood (and has a lot of Problematic™ content that's never even been posted online anywhere bc it used to be an rp. my favorite is that out of all the relationships in the au, tenma and kyousuke's is probably the most unhealthy bc of kyousuke's mental health. some very bad things happened to fei (per request of my rp partner) (part of vanfeny and garsha's revenge on saru as they were sent to megun while saru walks around ''free'' (what exactly is free is a whole other lore mess in itself that i wrote up about post chrono stone future). and that just lead to more bad things fei then did to himself. problematic™ content 9492347 in the dpk au, shipping ozrock and lalaya. (even worse, bc of lore planning i did for the au and decided how their species worked, lalaya is about 6.5 cycles (faram obius years) or roughly 130 earth years and biologically similar to 13 year earth years, and ozrock is about 48 Ixal years roughly 48 earth years and biologically similar to 24 earth years. so like even a worse ship. i mean just ignore cultural norms would be different on an alien planet and also she's royalty and has an obligation to be wed even younger and is probably socially more mature than a human 13 year old. rip sorry i just like alien stuff. a lot of this was also because wouldn't it be great for lalaya to have a really long lifespan so the human friends she makes get older faster and also die way before her :) ina's gunna hurt me with the bug aliens then i'm going to… continue to hurt myself with more alien life span stuff.)

Anyways, With TenKyou, idk I think it's easy to paint tenma as the innocent ~pure baby~ and kyousuke as ~bad boy~ bc of the first inago… and seed kyousuke was a little bastard man (affectionate). which would idk explain the default to kyouten. but like kyousuke chills the hell out in chrono stone and galaxy. and just bc tenma is a dumbass with a heart of gold obsessed with soccer doesn't necessarily mean he's has to be ~innocent baby 受け~ trope. (not that these are the only tropes that decide) (maybe it's bc i sort of like messing with what it must be like to be the main protagonists best friend and watch him continue to overcome everything and be in the spot light and how everyone praises him. kyousuke with self-esteem issues, looking back at all the problems he's caused, tenma has flaws but they're either negligible or something to love about him and mine have only hurt others. disregarding his own goddamn plot armor in the past. complex, emotional, suffering kyousuke is how i like my kyousuke. need we even get into how god eden was canonically revealed to be physically/mentally abusing seeds and that whole can of worms) (also just "nervous baby i don't know how to approach tenma" kyousuke, "cheeky little shit doesn't have any regards to personal space and boundries" tenma) at least if anyone starts giving me shit about an ina ship or problematic fictional ina content, i can always respond with something i drew back in 2015.

back to the matter of new snap though… that line is so familiar (im pretty sure it's in the eng txt, i have it set to jpn audio tho). i recently started keeping a log of the messages that pop up on the camp, lab, and map screens (but haven't saved too many bc i get distracted or at least i know i'm missing quite a few i have vague memories of). (also idk why my first thought to that line was mirror responding with "That was because you were the one calling me that.") there actually were a couple messages i saved initially that would be useful for fic writing:

Todd: "The professor used to be kinda reckless back in the day. I suppose after 10 year he must've calmed down a bit."

and

Mirror: "Todd's calmed down since I last saw him. Or maybe he's just acting mature because you kids are around…"

possible implications from these that I'm deciding to consider for headcanons:

both reckless and wild in their early 20's but that's not unusual, so they were acting like reckless young adults when they were 20. makes sense.

because mirror mentions the last time i saw him (which is definitely implied not 10 years ago since todd had a research team pin so obviously he's been around a bit since the lab was established) meaning todd is potentially still a chaotic bastard but is just trying to act like an adult in front of the kids. beautiful.

and on that note another wonderful Tood message:

the possibility that when todd showed up in game, after that cutscene he went to talk to mirror like "this 10 year old just started following me and wont go away, pls help. what do i do?????"

this unsupervised 10 year old just followed a ~30 year old man into the wilderness and somehow just declares todd is mentor (and took the research team pin from todd to ''borrow''). this is a hostage situation. todd is the hostage.

the idea that perhaps todd just got back from a long expedition and was glad to be back and spend time with mirror, except this kid started following him around and wont leave him alone or go away, and then when he got to the lab there were two more kids there. how the fuck am i supposed to get it on with mirror when we have little alone time and when we finally do we're constantly at risk of being interrupted and/or walked-in on. (that last part was mainly the premise of the fic i wanted to write. "these kids are a handful how are we supposed to have intimate time. especially bc they're all so young and have child energy levels and when they go to bed i am already fucking exhausted." i'm thinking it might work better as like a drabble collection, that way i don't have to adhere to a plot line and can pick and choose scenarios to write because i keep winding up with more scenario ideas that i can nearly piece together into a coherent timeline anymore.)

(also a bit that rita becomes suspicious that they are 100% fu.cking even though all that happened was mirror wasn't asleep up in his bed above the lab and fell asleep in one of the bungalows w/todd and then tried to cover it up like haha what no, i was checking on todd he's not feeling well uh… what? where are my pants? oh. oh i can't believe i just totally got out of bed and left the lab without my pants haha.) (todd and mirror just trying to keep their relationship a secrete out of fear of rumors spreading and it affecting the lab's funding, even though rumors definitely started ages ago but neither of them realize). (also todd doesn't trust phil to keep his mouth shut and doesn't like the optics of the random 10 year old who started following him (UNSUPERVISED) just blabbing to his parents about how his cool mentor is dating the professor at the lab like yikes that could end badly worst case scenario.)

(i like the idea of mirror playing along with todd's ki.nk, albeit a little awkward sometimes (not very good at being intentionally 'sexy' about it, but that's not what todd wants anyways bc it's already inherenty sexy for him). Phill has a message "I barely get half the stuff the professor talks about. Do you?" and i can only image if he said that to todd
