i do unironically think the best artists of our generation are posting to get 20 notes and 3 reblogs btw. that fanfic with like 45 kudos is some of the best stuff ever written. those OCs you carry around have some of the richest backstories and worldbuilding someone has ever seen. please do not think that reaching only a few people when you post means your art isn't worth celebrating.

Made my very own tiny dungeon meshi dragon plush, that’s based on the version that only appears in the very last chapter for five pages and then is never seen again. I think it turned out pretty well.
I used this pattern to make it with some minor tweaks to the body, tails and legs and then just made some tiny cones for the horns at the end. If anyone would be intersted I might post the alterations and where to apply them but go check out the original pattern! I stuffed it both with acylic stuffing but also some plastic pellets for a bit of extra weight. The eyes are done with french knots.

just an appreciation post for the set itself. my GOD have they outdone themselves this time
#vip is not super my brand of humor but i was so thrilled when we first saw the set bc it all fits together SO nicely#and this. this tops it by EONS#goddd. so much i could say. where do i even START#the color scheme is so gorgeous. the depth of the green and the accents and the lighting.........#and how all of it is warm-toned in suuuuch a masterful way#all the little items scattered around the set.......#the book bindings and the layout and the furniture design...........#it all creates this really wonderful balence of being busy but not overwhelming#like instead of drawing attention away for themselves#every little piece is precisely chosen to elevate the whole of the composition#it's. incredible. the artistry of it#and the close-ups themselves...... kudos to whoever shot those because my GODDD are they perfect#truly an otherworldly level of cohesive#just. mwah. mwah. sublime#aspen tag#dropout.tv#dropout#dropout tv#smartypants

He only breaks under literally the most intense high pressure situation he’s likely to see in his life, which along with being the potential goddamn apocalypse is also a rehashing of All Of His Personal Trauma oh and also Every Suspicion He Ever Had About This One Guy
He’s not more honest because he’s an honest person, he’s more honest because he forgot how sentences work when he finally caught Laios and doesn’t have the bandwidth to play the constant 4D chess in his head that underpins his EVERY INTERACTION WITH EVERYONE EVER until Marcille takes the lion
Kabru’s a pretty good person, with extremely good motivations and goals.
He’s a manipulative son of a bitch who will do anything, anywhere, anytime, to meet those goals, and spends a solid chunk of his time and energy on reading people so he can be someone they like… regardless of his own feelings.
He’s the living The Good Of The Many Outweigh The Needs Of The Few, and solidly puts himself in with “the few” by doing shit he hates because he thinks it’ll help.
Isn’t that more interesting than “oh he would never manipulate anyone, he’s so nice and good all the time”?

I'm rereading Elantris and thinking about similarities between Sarene and Adolin:
Considered embarrassingly old to still be unmarried (mid-twenties); Adolin was forced to import a potential bride and Sarene was forced to export herself as a bride, both times to someone they hadn't laid eyes on yet.

Finally listened to Dylan Mulvaney's song and?? I don't get the negative hype about it, it was frankly a cute song. Also the "playin' catch-up 'cause we missed the pre-game" made me laugh, it was a good line. Dylan, you've done it again!
