Thunder

Please why is it raining so much. Anyway this weather inspired me to write ✍️. At 2 in the morning. Why are we up guys? Lets get our beauty sleep. (I already know all of you are fine as hell) okay i know yall like idc lemme read. And why does he look so damn good in that picture?

It was darker than usual outside and even darker in crocodile’s office. So that caused him to work slower than he usually does. This is when you decided to go bother him cause why not?

It was storming outside and it was really loud snd plus you were bored so.

While you were bothering him the power went out. So you were happy that he gets to stop work early. You guys will do a number of things now and only because you dragged him into it.

You managed watched 1 full and a half of a movie on your laptop before it died. You and crocodile cuddled together and he caressed your arms keeping you warm as you watched the movie.

After it died, you guys opened the balcony door in your bedroom and looked out of there. It was cool and pouring harshly. You dared each-other to go out there. And you both ended up stepping out. He stepped out enough to not get drenched. But you however had to change clothes.

After putting on one of crocodile’s shirts..you two decided you were hungry. It wasn’t completely dark because you had windows in the kitchen. So you decided to bake cookies together. From scratch or pre-made , thats for you to decide.

After eating you guys would play hide and seek. Well— actually its one sided. You purposely made him chase you around the spacious house. Since he was in a good mood, when he found you he tickled you and threw you over his shoulder. (Omg im picturing him tickling with his rings on 😭)

He carried you back to the room and you two made a little fort on the bed (your idea cause mr crocodile would NOTTT) you two cuddled in there.. (i think he can fit in there) thats when you fell asleep in his arms as you guys talked about random things.

When you woke up the power was back on. HE LEFT YOU IN THE BED ALONE AND WENT BACK TO WORK BEFORE U COULD WAKE UP. I mean im clingy i would punch the mf. 🤷🏽‍♀️

You went in there and he was just working. He looked at you with a smile on his face because he knew you’d be mad. He laughed at you but its okay you will get him back.

I was looking at the image of Pebbles when he is in late stage rot, and I'm not sure if I'm looking at it right but does he have tentacle leg things?

Time to dump all my brainrot on this character design I will probably never use again!

The rot has seeped into the puppet's inner workings and replaced a good chunk of its processing. Making the puppet dependant on the rot instead of its umbilical. So when the real umbilical snapped, Pebbles doesn't even notice his lifeline had been replaced.

This is also the turning point where Pebbles' desperate attempt to remove the rot violently blurs with the rot's simple drive to CONSUME and SURVIVE. Not even remembering why he was hacking in the first place.

Pebbles' puppet is NOT a specialized travel puppet. The rot simply morphed his puppet to witstand function outside the superstructure.

Anyways yeah i'm never gonna draw rot pebbles again I will physically die if i have to draw the tendrils over and over again 💀

There weren't many things that Ysayle could call her own even in the modern day, having lost much of it in the Calamity and in her own recent folly. Loaned this and that as she tries to get back on her feet - quite literally, this time - the only thing she could really call hers was her first staff…wherever that went. It had a bloodied history that hurt to recall it - both in its nature and the lengths it took to get it - but now she's stuck with naught. She must find a way to build herself back up, and to that she must accept this aid that she feels she does not deserve in whatever form it comes in: be it rough handling so she might walk again, or clothing with far too much care put into it for someone such as her.

And all the while, Melisande remains colder than Ysayle's own persona - a bitter bastard to the very end.

....while I haven't played the ubisoft avatar game myself, or more accurately, I have obsessively played the x360 one, I doubt it could be better than the Ancient Forest of Monster Hunter World.

I have. Never seen a jungle location be this layered, vertical and complex, while also remaining extremely readable. Like, there'a and easy route around the map and insides of a giant tree in the center of it, to act as a crossing or shortcut. However, the actual map is... so much more detailed than just this.

There are vine swing-jumping sections which open up new pathways for you, there are less noticeable vines to climb, which reveal new arboreal pathways ahead. There is an entire 'jungle-catwalk' section right near the dragon nest at the top of the giant tree. You cannot navigate these additional paths with map, it is much more simple and natural just to remember them and trust your memory on this.

It's just I have spawned in a rainy weather for the first time, and started exploring these vines, and this has been THE Avatar experience. Honestly no other game has ever made a more natural and interesting forest to explore than this one.

I genuinely did not anticipate this level of detail, beauty and meticulous attention to everything from a game about exterminating dinodragons. I picked it up for the Monster Hunter part of it the title, but let me tell you the World part is the actual gem of the game for me, I am in love with this.

#the joy i felt when getting through the jungle vine-swinging and exploring all while it was raining is hard to properly convey #i am super glad this is the time i stumbled into this game cause i needed exactly that #weapon upgrade tree is still stupid tho #but yeah otherwise im loving this game very very much #i want to spend an entire day petting jagras i love them #pukei the trashchild i despise and love hunting you #also that one riverbed near barroth with the flowers? i want to spend my vacation there it is so peaceful and gorgeous #thankfully the mudmonsters didn't trample the flowers #i succesfully stole a dragon egg yay i have no idea why i did it #this is very much a conquistador simulator you get to enjoy the unconwuered lands while simultaneously extracting them dry and bringing #extinction to everything living in there thankfully this is a game and it is fun but sometimes it still rubs me wrong #well learn the real monsters were humans all along #(ive heard that the lore suggests the mh organisations are actually very aware of ecological repercussions however this is not felt in game #monster hunter world #mh world #mhw #btw my cat squire is very stupid he always turns away from the camera literally always #guess thats what i get for naming him rootbeer i still love my little gremlin son he helps out a lot #unrelated - I would rather uninstall then game than ever change that skull helmet #i do really dislike that some elemental damage requires iron weapons because of that #i dont mind iron weapons but cmon insect glaive has my buddy on it he would be much more comfortable on a bone handle

i just want to know if anybody else on tumblr is taking health and social in college because i am, and today we had to fix our feedback except (this isn't me bragging.. i promise.) i didn't have any, and i am literally never in lesson - i always waffle, but like maybe it's cause of all the extra explanations and definitions??

I had a thought, maybe suns isn't the best communicator. a lot of times when he's talking to pebbles he comes off as rude even when he's being genuine and pleading pebbles to talk to him he says stuff like "I should have seen you were too desperate to escape your situation to do things in proper moderation" which comes off as pretty rude which wouldn't make sense for him to do that intentionally when he's trying to calm pebbles down, which i feel might recontextualize his previous comments as him being so direct to the point of not realizing how the way he says it could sound mean to the one he's talking to. Rather than him just being rude to pebs intentionally.

I've said this before but I haven't checked in on vanilla lore in quite a while and this will have a mix of my hc interpretation in it.

I can see Suns being more of an accomplished person than a mentor. Being someone presumably older and more experienced. After all, not all smart people are great teachers. But other people don't know that so people with less experience would look up to you and just see all your accomplishments and hope you can tell them how to get there. Just like Pebbles.

I interpret Suns to be someone who's worked hard for their accomplishments, they set their eyes onto something and they will fight tooth and nail for it. They don't take bullshit, they say what is needed and go, why waste time sugar coating and pampering yourselves when it'll only hold you back from your optimal pursuit?

This is the reality they have accepted and are willing to pay the price for. Unfortunately they are often blind to how willing other people are to accept this same struggle.

To them it comes naturally, accept that the Great Problem is futile at this point and it'll be stupid to continue wasting energy on it. They tell Pebbles this exactly, it is stupid to continue. But that doesn't mean Pebbles would immediately accept the same view. Which you can see by how he was so willing to jump to the potential of a way out via THE golden pearl. Which of course, Suns was blind to.

And often times you don't realize what kind of impact it has on other people until you finally see what happens when people suffer and fail to catch up to you.

Who should I thank when the clouds fill the sky?

Who should I praise when the rain falls from above?

Should it be loud-thundering Zeus as king of the heavens, as the lightning fills the sky with flashing, dancing lights?

Should it be Hera whose hand is above while she stirs clouds and their proceeding showers to benefit us all?

Should my regards be to the Pleiades and Hyades, Goddesses of storms and rain, telling and bringing about the change, rightfully called stormy as they both dissolve and delight in the rain, famously weeping what falls to the earth with great pain?

Should there ever be a focus on only one when all can be rightfully honored equally?

Instead, I will give them all the time in my mind for a split share where none is left out, all know their right, their honored regard to what was always theirs.
