17, 22, 68. 😊
17. What do you do when writing becomes difficult? (maybe a lack of inspiration or writers block)
I think since I tend to write in spurs and only work on one thing at a time, I rarely get writers block. However, if I find myself stuck at a certain part and just aren't sure how to move forward, that's just a sign that I'm done for the day and my two braincells need to be recharge. So I mindlessly scroll the internet, play a game, and watch some vids... maybe eat something too...If I haven't, I tend to ignore that when I get really focused 😤. I come back to it when I'm ready, and that could range from days to a couple of weeks. I don't force it.
22. Are there certain types of writing you won’t do? (style, pov, genre, tropes, etc)
Reader x Character, especially if they're a real-life person. I mean, I can't read them that long writing them, but my gosh, if it's not hilarious to see people act out the 'standard' scripts, and then there was a point where Youtubers would read and would react to those fics about themselves and I was done.
68. What, if anything, do you do for inspiration?
I read and look at other people's fanworks, interpretations, and headcanons about characters and shows alike. I think I can add Youtube video analysis in the mix, those are also fun to watch, and even if it's on a completely different character or event in a show, I'm able to think about how it could fit to this person if that makes sense. For as toxic as Twitter can be while lurking, there's the occasional user that makes some sense on a Fandom thing, and it makes think differently about something.
