It doesn’t even make me angry, just makes me sad that people will pull the “you’re appropriating from trans people” in discussions about species dysphoria… even if the word species dysphoria wasn’t used or mentioned. All we said was “I feel wrong in this body/life” and you said “you can’t say that.” You’re not protecting trans people, you’re not even protecting the word dysphoria, all you’re doing is telling us we aren’t even allowed to feel this way. We aren’t even allowed to experience this emotion because it’s somehow appropriation.

Mercenary John MacTavish, like many others, were hired to protect the second prince of their kingdom in trade for a fair amount of gold and status from King Riley. John didn’t expect to get so close to the second prince, nor did he expect the man to be wearing a mask. And after an ambush from the Shadows of the Untamed Lands, John found himself on the run with the second prince. Only by returning the second prince to his father’s court will John be given his reward that will make all this bloodshed worthwhile.
But, unfortunately, the second prince has no desire to return home and instead chooses to run.

I knowwwww Iroh would not fuck off to restart his tea shop in Ba Sing Se directly after the war instead of staying beside Zuko to ease him into the responsibilities of Firelord. Iroh likely spent a large portion of his life being trained in the role of crown prince and Zuko had maybe a couple years as crown prince but canonically had only been to a single war council before being banished and as far as we know only one other upon his return to the Fire Nation following the crossroads of destiny. This boy spent a long time growing as a person (and has a broad set of skills and experience acquired during his banishment) and we all know this but guaranteed there are things about being Firelord that he would not know about. And let’s be real I don’t think the Iroh-leaves-his-beloved-like-a-son-nephew-behind-to-rule-a country-alone plot point is in character or is even confirmed within the canon of the show I will disregard it. Atla comics when I catch you when I catch you atla comics.
