ok but he would absolutely LOVE going to theme parks with you. he'd go on roller coasters with you and scream through the whole thing
if you don't like roller coasters, that's okay! he's still drag you around to do literally everything else in the theme park.
overall 7/10 chaotic but loveable

but like actually, he'd be so sweet. he's the kind of guy to bask in the little things.
i bet his love language is quality time. just being around you makes him melt internally
expect quiet dates. studying, libraries, cafes, etc. he LOVES THEM
he probably isn't big on PDA but still loves holding your hand. when you're alone, he loves having an arm around you. he just finds so much comfort in you <33

never ceases to amaze me how ppl are obsessed with assigning other characters's traits and story arcs to Izzy to pretend that He's The Only One Who-- (no, he isn't)
'cause yk there IS a character who has a casual disability/body difference that doesn't just exist when it's relevant to the plot (and is, in fact, not relevant to the plot at all, because it's not a narrative device). A character who starts out with hypermasculine posturing and tbh kinda femmephobic, and is then quite literally cured by gay love. Who's kinda weird and goofy, but depicted as hot and desirable, because that's what he is! Who goes through a traumatic event and finds catharsis and healing, and sure, lots of that happens off-screen and could be addressed in more detail, but when has that ever stopped fandom from writing novel-length metas and fanfics. Who has a beautiful, canon love story.
And on top of that he's a hilarious, sarcastic little shit, and just great fun to watch!

But for some reason he tends to fall to the wayside in fandom. If he's talked about at all, there's a fandom-wide tendency to make him into the shitty, one-dimensional, disney-esque clown and comic relief character he notably is not in canon - and assign his actual arc and characteristics to a more palatable angry asshole.
Hmm.
Wonder why that is.

Could you expand on your dislike for the Raphael!Crowley headcanon? I'm fairly certain I know why but your meta posts are always so thoughtful and articulate and I would love to hear your thoughts on the topic

And yeah I'm happy to! I mean first I should say that I don't actually like, hate-hate it in fanfic, it's not like an instant back-button for me if it comes up, and I feel like I've seen one or two fics after season 1 where I thought it was fine and it didn't take me out of the story.
But yeah in general I just don't like Crowley being special lol. I like the book vibe where Crowley and Aziraphale are just two... not quite nobodies, given their roles in Eden and the spy allegory of the present day, but certainly not particularly powerful or impressive demon/angels. Crowley and Aziraphale's "superpowers," such as they are, are just their adaptability thanks to living on Earth so long. That's what defines them compared to the rest of Hell and Heaven and sets them apart as uniquely capable of giving a fuck and doing something about the apocalypse. Eg Hastur and Ligur are explicitly more powerful than Crowley, but Crowley escapes them by the skin of his teeth because he's able to break convention by weaponizing holy water, and he's familiar with technology, and more capable of thinking on his feet in general.
I like that all their uniqueness comes from living on Earth with humanity. It resonates with the thematic core of the story, it's fun, and it's interesting. Crowley now being able to perform super impressive miracles and casually resurrect people (something presumably not every angel can do since Aziraphale can't resurrect Edinburgh girl) and read heaven's secret files and potentially stop time in season 1 because he's a former archangel diminishes that vibe to me.
Another con of Raphael!Crowley as a headcanon is that a lot of the time, ime, it feels similar to lost scion of royalty headcanons in other fandoms in an unpleasant way - the way that kind of leans into the idea of someone being inherently superior and worth more by birth (or creation I guess in an angel's case lol). I don't think this is necessarily inherent to the headcanon, or an aspect I think Gaiman will definitely emphasize, but there is that worry lol, especially considering how gary stu-ish Crowley felt to me this season.
Like, why is him being a former archangel meaningful or significant at all? Why does the headcanon exist? What makes Raphael!Crowley different enough from Random Angel #2398!Crowley that it's even brought up as a character detail or plot point that excites people? And I'm not implying that there are no valid reasons (eg exploring why a high ranking angel specifically would fall, or to add some drama for Aziraphale if he finds out and it matters to him, or to add drama between Crowley and the other archangels, etc), but quite often the vibe I get from this headcanon is that Crowley's just inherently more interesting and cool if he used to be a high ranking angel instead of some rando, which is a vibe that puts me off.
Ultimately I just tend to prefer mundane origins to surprise significant origins, and stories about average people (at least in their own context, as angels or w/e) moulded by life who make interesting plot-driving choices rather than inherently unique and special people. And Crowley being Raphael doesn't necessarily make him special, but it does lean in that direction, especially if it's treated as a surprise significant reveal and yk, a source of superpowers.
And to be fair I actually have been thinking about directions this concept could go in season 3 that wouldn't annoy me, and one is to emphasize that archangels aren't inherently special at all and it's an arbitrary designation, and Crowley doesn't give a shit and anyone who does (like other archangels or w/e) is going to be painted as naive and silly and too into hierarchies.
And/or, yk, emphasize that "Anthony Crowley" is emphatically NOT Raphael, regardless of who God created him as. Choose your own destiny. All that jazz. Especially if the Metatron is offering him angelhood again I could see former identity and status being brought into play and held up as extra significant by the antagonists and treated as something to be shut down and dismissed by the narrative, which I would enjoy.
So yeah, at the end of the day I just prefer Crowley as just some guy who happened to get the Earth Agent assignment, rather than the mysterious only fallen archangel.

i gotta say, despite your brozone world tour fanfic being VERY much an au it's probably got the best written brozone dynamic i've ever seen?? like not only branch being upset at his brothers and all of them being upset at JD, but the way they all realize how they hurt branch and make an effort to change without it being too melodramatic (just comedic dramatic with clay the one time lmao) and in turn branch realizing that they all had issues he couldn't see as a kid and him beginning to understand their reasons for leaving in the first place, all without diminishing anyone's feelings because they're all allowed to be upset!! it's REALLY good and something i've been starving to see in brozone fanworks lately (like, i enjoy branch blowing up at them all as much as the next guy, but it gets old after a while yk?). i think how you write them has gotta be one of my favorite ways i've seen them be characterized, despite how far removed they are from the actual movie's story LMAO. so excited to see how messy things get now that JD's back in the picture, keep up the awesome work!!

and i think branch could be able to see that i truly do. i think the best thing for branch to hear from his brothers is not actually "so sorry branch we should have never left" but instead like. "yeah we did leave but we should have visited" or like "it was really important for our lives to change, but we're sorry that ended up having an unintentional negative impact on yours"

GONNA GET RANTY
You like my rants, do you?! You like my headcanons?! Hmmm?!
THEN LET’S GO BECAUSE I SUDDENLY REMEMBERED THAT I HAVE FEELINGS ABOUT THIS!

It’s not the episode itself that I don’t like. It’s just one premise of it that I refuse to accept. And as it’s already been established that Donnie is the fav, I THINK IT SHOULD BE CLEAR WHERE I AM GOING WITH THIS
Or maybe not. Because this became canon, so a couple writers must have been blind to it. So let’s get a move on, shall we?
So. Their fears.
April’s makes perfect sense. Her dad’s been turned into a mutant that she can never be certain isn’t going to decide that she’s his meal instead of his daughter. She knows that he’s her dad, but he’s also become something else. That has to be scarring and terrifying, especially since he kidnaps her whenever they meet. This girl has some serious trauma, and her fear is of her dad turning against her- him hurting her. Especially after he’s spent his entire life obsessively protecting and caring for her.
We’re introduced to Leo’s fear early on, which is him failing his brothers. He mentions that he has nightmares about things happening to them, and him not being able to do anything about it. Not only does he have big brother and instinctual mama bear vibes, but now he has leader responsibilities on top of it. He’s terrified that he’s going to be the reason they get hurt.
And I know what you few Leo-shouldn’t-be-leader fans are thinking, and NO! I do not support fanfics where the brothers are like “Sensei gave this to you when it was to much for you to handle, so you shouldn’t be leader anymore”. LEADER IS EVERYTHING HE WANTS IN LIFE! LEADER IS APART OF WHO! HE! IS!
His father didn’t up and decide that for him! Master Splinter was just trying to help lead him to being the best leader he could be!
Of course it’s stressful! He’s out there saving the planet and keeping his family safe! Besides, what worthwhile thing in life isn’t?
We’ve already established that Casey has a thing about rats, and who knows if it originated or was influenced by the story about this ‘Demon Rat?’ Super curious about that lore, btw.
In conclusion, perfect sense. Irrational/chronic fears are not fun.
Also, Casey, bro, look me in the eyes and tell me that you haven’t subconsciously shaped the Demon Rat to look like Master Splinter this whole time, because I believe nothing! 🤣 (Not a jab at Splinter, I just like how brains make connections without our consent. Like how dreams work, yk?)
Mhmm, mhmm, I completely believe that somewhere in Raph’s mind, he’s secretly terrified that the Spy-Roach- *looks at mental notes* -otherwise knows as Chong (*WHEEZE*🤣)- will come back. His irrational fear transformed into a weaponized creature that’s only life’s mission is to hunt him down and end him, and in turn, will happily end his brothers along the way. Two terrifying prospects in one. This fear checks out.
Again, past mutant trauma that I wholehearted believe haunts Mikey because of their first battle! He never had the irrational fear, but he does have the spooky tunnel attacks and almost drowning at their hands in the back of his mind. They start out tiny and cute and suddenly they’re purple and trying to kill you! No way to tell until it’s too late! Seriously, it’s played off as a joke (a funny one, mind you), but I wouldn’t trust squirrels either!!
And now.
What you’ve all been waiting for.
“Don’t touch me! Get away from me! You make me sick! Mutant! Weirdo!”
“April! What’s wrong with you??”
“You nerdy- three-fingered- FREAK! I hate you! You mutated my father! I never want to see you again!”
YEEEEEE- CAN I JUST SAY HOW MUCH I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS! The way the scene is acted out is a little cringe, but you look past that and EVERYTHING THEY ARE NOT SAYING BUT ARE ABSOLUTELY SAYING?!
“Don’t touch me!”
HELLO?! THE MUTATION SITUATION ANYONE?!
“Don’t! Don’t touch me! You keep away from me! I never want to see your faces ever again!”
“What am I to April, anyway? I’m worse than a nerd. I’m a freak! We’re all total and complete frea-!”
People, this is all being made up by his subconscious. I don’t think I’m reading into this when I say that he is absolutely dealing with intense insecurities and this cringe scene is so much more than him fearing his crush disliking him. April is the first female human he’s ever met; the first human kid his age that he’s ever come in contact with! I’m not surprised that he attached himself to her, or that he’s placing every inch of self-respect on whether or not she can see past him being a ‘freak’.
I think if they had left this here; I would have been in love with this ep. This would probably be up in the favorites, and I’d watch this as obsessively as I watch “The Broken Foot” and “The Creeping Doom”.
Unfortunately…
THIS IS THE ESCALATION SCENE?! THIS?!
YOU KNOW WHAT THIS DOES?! THIS TRIES TO UNDERMINE EVERYTHING THE FEAR PORTRAYS! THIS TURNS IT FROM A DEEP AND BURIED TRUTH, TO THE OBSESSIVE CRUSH! I CAN STAND THE CRUSH ASPECT AT TIMES, BUT THIS IS PUSHING!
BUT I REFUSE! I. REFUSE.

There is obviously some serious Mutant Dysphoria going down, and I’m willing to bet it’s been there for as long as this kid has known the truth about the human world. This should have escalated into his brothers hating him or being mobbed by humans or just her yelling at him some more- literally anything would have been better than this!
Oooooh, maaan, I am so high strung right now. Should probably walk away before I snap. As you can see, I’m so normally attached to this show and this boy. Nothing concerning or unreasonable about it!

I'm actually the biggest romantic nowen hater out there (respectfully) but I love their dynamic as friends even if I don't really like owen as a character
don't come for me but owen in canon just feels really flat without a lot of development or purpose other than comedy relief (lots of fat or fart jokes, yk..) but I love how he's portrayed in most fan media like fanfics or art comics mainly because he's actually treated as a serious character in those
personally I just don't see how a romantic dynamic works between the two.. owen to noah is like a golden retriever best friend who's always there to support him in any way he possibly can but I can't see it romantically—just in the way a best friend would be there for their best friend however they could??

Thank you for sending me this back! I usually don't talk about how much i love some of my edits. But it's their time to shine!
First of all i should say that this portrait of Debbie is currently a GEM among my edits. I love it so much with all of my heart. The hair, the makeup, the BLOUSE. And the colors! Lately i've been trying various color schemes to diverse my edits more and this one comes out very special to me.
Second favorite is Andrea's portrait. I was just testing tattoos on her and took this portrait almost randomly but i love the way she's looking. Her eyes are full of strenght. Her previous portraits wasn't my favorite for some reason (maybe because she wore much makeup)
These ones are pretty old (from 2021) but i still geniunely love them! Especially Naomi. The idea of recreating her was rather impulsive because i was binge watching The Expanse but she comes out insanely realistic to me! She is edited a lot, i know. But her whole face structure was fully made in game. I just added some little touches of highlighting and shading. This portrait was unusual to me since i usually don't take screenshots at the background with something (just blank color surface yk) and it was fun to edit, especially draw her hair! It was almost the first time i drawn curly hair.
Second one is my self-portrait! Still my favorite because of the hairstyle, i think. This is my favorite type. I dreamed about converting it since ages when i didn't have converting skills. Too bad it haven't had much attention when i uploaded hair :( Nvm, everything is calling out to me from the hair to the colors and neat editing in here.
My favorite portraits from sci-fi series (which is no longer exist now) Rhea should've been betrayer of the squad and Paula had a role of a smart android on board. She was designed by Aaron and he took his deceased wife as a "face claim".
Still in love with these two portraits!
First one is my friend and classmate Oksana. When i showed her my creations, she asked me to recreate her in ts3. I already thought about that before she asked since she is really unique beauty! And she was also the one who supported my sims-hobby and adored my every picture. That was so cute of her. She liked the result by the way!
Second one is my "son" Freddie! I love him with all of my heart, he is just cute in this sweater even with his serious look in the eyes. This simple portrait was just for a preview picture for contacts, but it ended up being my favorite as self-dependent picture. They both came up pretty and realistic to me!
And the last one closing my top of favorites is Francine. This picture has taken in far away 2018. It is named "autumn rhapsody" on my PC. Francine really means a lot to me as a character. I developed her very well, and i wish i could tell whole story about her someday. To me, Francine is bright and melancholic just like autumn. Her color scheme is also what reminds of autumn and the last rays of sunshine that lays down on the fallen leaves.
In general i have a lot of favorite pictures of mine but they weren't posted for some reason (i'm lazy to edit them) so i hope we will see more in future!

So, fanfic ideas.... If JJK characters were in Non- Curse world, what would their job be if not become Jujutsu Sorcerer (in your opinion)? Why? Please pick your top 5 fav characters...
okay yes i love this ask because i have a spectrum that i can imagine my characters doing
1. Gojo Satoru- he'd be such a job hopper changing them like clothes, one week he's your pizza delivery guy, the next week you see him as a lifeguard at beach / or a ceo like that's like the only other spectrum that perfectly suits him, a whimsical yet smart and famous young ceo.
2. Geto Suguru- idk why but a famous painter, a messy bun with paint stained hands and a stroke of green paint on his cheeks, fancy classy creative / or the history or psych teacher that everyone simps like over c'mon him in glasses and casuals tell me you see my vision .
3. Nanami kento- a stressed worker in stock market, he looks like he can take that stress complain about it a lot but as soon as he gets his monthly salary he thinks it worth it / baker, okay i think we as fandom collectively agree about this considering his love for bread and husband material persona .
4. Yuuta Okkotsu- the nervous barista lol, he has crippling social anxiety but is still somehow good with people and that sweet smile you see where i am getting at / a salesman, for the same above reason yk like those nervous salesmen trying to convince you to invest in their company but is real fucking nervous and bad at their job.
5. Maki Zenin- policewoman <3 she stands for the right thing, she fights for justice and weak and has strong morals i can totally see her choosing this path / an athlete (probably archery or fencing) but she's someone who needs to be moving her body and doing something productive and is very competitive and disciplined so definitely can see her in this field.

TEEN WOLF SPOILERS !
jeff davis truly has got to be the most spiteful person out there to make this movie. teen wolf was my absolute favorite show as a teen. i remember being obsessed with it for like three years, at least. i’m glad i’m seeing all the fans of the show hate on the movie because it’s what it deserves.
the fact that jeff davis refuses to acknowledge that scott mccall was never the star of the show is plain stupid. stiles was the star from the pilot to the final episode. he embodied the show, gave it life. to this day, he’s still one of my favorite fictional characters of all time. the show would have been nothing without stiles. void stiles was one of the biggest highlights of the show (as it should). dylan o’brien shined every second on the screen in his role.
what’s even more wild to me is that stiles and lydia, one of if not the most popular pairing from the show, got broken up over something so incredibly stupid and irrelevant that it makes me question if i was even watching the teen wolf movie. stiles and lydia who had a six-season slowburn and were the fan-favorite ship from the very first season (at least that’s how it felt to me) and it got ruined just like that. i just don’t get it. like it was so unnecessary that it’s just funny to me.
and then there’s the also very unnecessary death of derek hale. my beloved. derek who probably went through the most in the show (if i remember correctly anyway, i haven’t watched it in a couple years). like this man had to kill his first love, his family died in a fire, he was sa’d by kate, and now they let him burn to death in front of his son??? respectfully, what???? that is beyond fucked up. i only liked the moment where he spoke about stiles’s jeep. i’m not really a sterek shipper myself but i do get why fans like them.
also the weird thing is — for the longest time i was bummed that i didn’t get my scallison endgame, and now that i did get it, i just… i don’t know. it’s not the same? it certainly wasn’t necessary for me anymore. her death was sad as fuck but to be honest i didn’t need her back.
can’t believe i’m only realizing it now, but i’ve grown to prefer kira over allison. allison used to be my favorite girl on the show for some reason but she definitely isn’t anymore. and the fact that arden cho was offered half of what the white actresses would be receiving for the movie?? what the fuck??? that’s ridiculous. i’m glad she turned the offer down because she deserves better than to be involved in this shitshow anyways. can’t believe all the other actors went through with the film while being aware of that. most of them are jobless anyways sooo
i feel like the movie could have worked if everyone had returned with a solid storyline (honestly everything would have been better than this, the majority of fanfic writers could come up with a better script than this). and when i say everyone i mean everyone. stiles, kira, isaac, you name them. but in all honesty? we didn’t need a movie. even though i feel like the show didn’t end on a high note (season 6 was shit if you ask me) i thought the ending was fine.
the show itself wasn’t fantastic writing or acting (it definitely felt better at the time but i was younger so yk) but its storylines were enjoyable enough, i liked the script and most of the characters and their dynamics were fun. it was a different time with all the supernatural-ish shows and stuff and whatever but i did love it for a long time. it’s sad to know they went in this direction with the movie but my expectations were very low anyways so i kind of saw it coming. i’m gonna attempt a rewatch of the show soon to see whether it was as i remembered it.

BIIIGG ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL SOUL!!!
I know I haven't been posting much, but trust me, it's for a damn good reason. That reason being...
I'm making a webcomic!!! An original one! This is amazing! (For me at least.) I haven't really felt anything with my past stories aside from this one because they've always had to be something, and I could never figure out how to get from point A to point B in a "respectable" way. (That way being with no fun or whimsy or glitter and sparkles). It's been occupying my brain just as much as All Soul usually would. So much so that I might either leave all soul off here or write the chapters exclusively in text. Script form, of course. Descriptive writing isn't my strong suit, I've realized...
I'm still working out the details of the story but it still feels like that all soul thing where a lot of different lore from different things are mixed and matched. A bit from kaiba, a bit from moomin. That sort of thing. I'm trying not to give too much away in case I either end up dropping it due to lack of motivation or the story changes drastically, but I can confirm that it shares a lot of DNA with All Soul (due to them having the same mother lmfao) so if you liked this, you might like my future original work! I'm really excited about it and worldbuilding has been so fun, and I haven't been so invested in writing since I started with the basic concept of All Soul 7 years ago. I think about it often still, just not in the way I used to, yk? Like I finally feel content with just having it live in my head again. It doesn't need to be a whole thing, it doesn't need to be like that one loud house fanfic that gets updated every few hours and has more than 1000 chapters.

My plan isn't set in stone (mostly because that's the only way to go assure that I won't complete anything at all) but I plan on releasing it on webtoon canvas, tapas, or Tumblr itself! Will she go to boarding school or will she stay in public school with her older sibling? Find out in about a year from now!
That's right! It's January, and i said a year! I plan on using 2024 as my sort of planning phase. I don't want to rush into this like I did in the past with my other abandoned projects. I hope to reveal the main plot for it in at least a few months, if I don't forget. It stars a female protagonist (because I can only read books or watch movies about womengirls or I get so bored that my brain functions start slowing down and my eyes start rolling into the back of my head), and that's pretty much all I can say! It features a straight romance because I love prettyboys and none of you can stop my teenager brain from being attracted to men, and borrows a lot of worldbuilding things from Winx Club. I hope I can share it with you all soon! See you all next time!

hi! why do you think griffith was initially so obsessed with having a kingdom in the first place? does it speak to how little he had growing up do you think or something else? if so, i wonder why i don't see more curiosity around griffith's past within the fandom y'know?
I'll link you this post where I answer a very similar ask first.
Basically I think it's either a childish dream that started getting people killed before Griffith could outgrow it, or I think it's a response to trauma. Or I suppose both, since they're not incompatible technically. I think the latter is more based in thematic analysis but I enjoy the absurdist vibe of the former too.
Also Miura suggested Griffith could've been abused pre-canon in an interview at least once. This is in regards to his sexuality lol, but yk, if it was something Miura considered as backstory it fits thematically too.
As for why fandom isn't more curious about Griffith's past, honestly I feel like fandom is fairly curious. I see a lot of headcanons about Griffith's childhood, in my experience. But that said, I do think it makes sense if fans seem less curious than they might about a backstory in a different canon, because Miura did a very good job of making Griffith a fleshed-out, fully explained character. To me, it doesn't feel like any pieces are missing, or that there's anything that needs to be filled in to explain him. I feel like I understand him based on everything we see in canon, so more information about his past could be a little superfluous. Like I don't expect we'll ever learn anything more about his childhood in canon, for that reason.
But yk, it's still fun to theorize for headcanons and fanfic and stuff!

anyway yes. as i was saying: i wanna write a soulmate au tooo!!! so bad!! but i worry that i won't be able to write a compelling one because i am a super fluffy writer and i don't really enjoy soulmate AUs that are super fluffy so I'll just end up writing something that's not interesting or whatever. but!!! sometimes i think if canonverse!!! then maybe!!! maybe!!! it can be fun because DENIAL!! DEPRESSION!! DEATH!! etc etc
i don't have an excerpt to post because i can't write anything right now but i think it would go something like this:
so this is s9. cas is human and he basically develops a soulmark. he actually doesn't even notice it but then when he's at that laundromat, there's also a little kid there and she sees it and points it out to him and then the mom is just like. mortified and she's like OMG WE ARE LEAVING RN and they run away. and then cas just looks down at himself and is like huh. he obviously recognises it. so. HUH.
anyway it's the same mark as dean's and while he's aware of the implications he just ignores all of that and gets on with it. his denial is like. fueled by the mark itself not being fully formed/permanent yet. it keeps fading in and out so he's like whatever not my problem rn. anyway s9 happens.
dean kicks him out of the bunker. and the mark becomes permanent.
he like lowkey hates having it but he justifies its existence to himself in many ways and just kind of does what he has to because he has no choice. anyway. HEAVEN CAN'T WAIT.
dean shows up. and then both their marks start burning up bc ~ p r o x i m i t y ~ or whatever and dean feels it and cas feels it and dean sees cas feeling it. and dean's like what the fuck what the FUCK and cas is like nothing the fuck. get out. and dean's like stop acting like I'm stupid i saw you!! you felt it too!! and cas is like idk what you're talking about. anyway they have a minor argument about this and also the hunt at the same time and it ends more or less like it did in canon.
i was the nora date to be a thing like it is important to me that it is a thing and i want dean to be soooo insane about it. like okay even those soulmates exist, not everyone ends up with their soulmate and not everyone takes it all that seriously. it's kind of like how astrology is in indian matchmaking yk? so it's not a big deal that cas is dating someone even if he has a mark but it's like. THIS IS DEAN. HE'S CRAZY. SO.
anyway. plot plot whatever rit zien is there. they fight. etc etc. same as canon. and then when they talk about it in the fanfic gap!
dean drives cas to his motel room and he's like. okay. okay so are we going to talk about this and cas is like HMM not saying anything and dean's like dude don't make me make you show it to me because you know i will. like. basically dean's being insane and he doesn't want to cross lines and ACT insane on the outisde so he's like cas just pls be HONEST with me and cas is like ugh. okay. fine yes i have it too yes it's the same one and dean's like huh. HUH. okay so what does this mean and cas is like idk I'm an angel and I'm not supposed to be having these things. and dean is like. no like. but you are human now and cas is like I WASN'T BORN ONE YOU MORON. and then he's like. well this is probably a glitch anyway. and dean is soooooooo sad at that and he's like glitch? what do you mean glitch? and cas is like well you see when i raised you from hell i had to feed you some of my grace and ig this is a side effect bc reciprocation happened and dean's like ....what? and cas is like I'm not your soulmate I'm your carbon copy. and dean is like. DEVASTATED. but also Somewhere deep down he is convinced that cas is his soulmate now (bc he's in love w him. that's the reason.) so he's like well how do you know what if it's really a soulmark what then and cas is sooooooo mad at the implication like he can be in love with Dean but how DARE he bring it up out in the open like this like how dare he make cas confront it esp when dean's been super cruel to him lately (honestly dean is a denial boy in my head but his whole deal is just. self-denial. like he knows things he just doesn't give them to himself. meanwhile cas is like. 😌 i pretend i do not see it.)
anyway. so then cas is like oooo I'm going to hurt you so he says sth like oh but if i was then you wouldn't have been able to kick me out so easily it would've hurt you and dean can't say anything to that right then yk..
anyway it's a bad night for everyone. and then when dean drives cas out to the gasnsip in the morning it's pretty much the same as canon. but when they're parting ways their soulmark hurts again. and dean is like WHY WON'T HE JUST ADMIT IT and cas is like i wish someone would peel off my skin so i wouldn't have to have this.
idk how it goes after this point. i think over the years the mark becomes more or less permanent. it's not as dark when he has his grace but even then it's not fully gone. it fades in and out just like his grace but it's still. always there. and cas has to deal with it.
dean never brings it up especially after this huge fight. he kind of sees it as a rejection. he asks him once around S10 after his grace is restored and cas is like Yep. It's Gone. (lying through his teeth) and dean's like WELL. GOOD. GOOD. (also lying through his teeth.)
eventually tho they all have to confront the reality of the situation and they obvs get together idk how it happens tho. i would write if i could!!! but i can't!!! SADLY!!!

Long but relatively unserious vent/rant below the cut (sorry I added this in bc I realized how long this post is oops)
Being at the center of some kind of internet witchhunt (which ik is kind of buzzwordy but) is literally my biggest fear ohhh my god. Even a small scale one… I think I would Die. Maybe it’s because I had a similar thing happen with my friend group in high school where one of them convinced the others I was like evil and spread all these rumors about me… 😭 He was splitting on me but still. That’s an explanation, not an excuse. And it basically confirmed all of my intrusive thoughts about myself, and my personality completely self-destructed and changed, and I haven’t interacted with any of those people the same way since. I isolated from them for MONTHS and just loathed myself. Bleh
The reason it’s on my mind is bc I’ve seen this happen to friends and mutuals and even just people I’ve followed in small fandoms, where the whole fandom hates them bc of this little drama and like. I KNOW that fandom drama is not the end of the world, but truly I think that would destroy me for months. And I would never be able to set foot in those spaces again :’) Getting a handful of rude comments about a fucking transfem hc I had at like 14 made me stop writing fanfic for YEARS 😭😭😭 sigh. Just bc they said it was ‘out of character for him to want to be a girl’ 🙄 (<- character who canonically felt confident when dressed as a woman btw. initially for a disguise but then she grew to love it. BUT I DIGRESS KNSHFJW)
All this to say I think that’s why I tiptoe around everything I say online… I am SO scared of ruffling feathers, but I know that fandoms are places for like! Having fun! And it’s not a big deal! And it doesn’t affect my real life! But like idk.. I just hate the idea of being hated by anyone. I’m sure that I ANNOY some people, and that’s whatever; I talk a lot and make overly personal posts sometimes (like this lol) but I don’t wanna be HATED yk? And idek if it’s better to be hated and ostracized publicly or resented in secret by people who still interact with you… :( Agh. If you ever have an issue with me, please DM me instead of letting it build up into something worse!
ANYWAY LIKE.. with fandom stuff. Idk. I want to have fun! I want to write and post things on Tumblr and AO3 etc but I am just very scared of peoples’ opinions, especially now that I have a decently popular/well-liked longfic in DnDads. For some reason I have convinced myself that writing bad or self-indulgent NSFW will make everyone hate me lmao. Like girl the POINT of fanfic is to be self-indulgent……….. sigh I need to get out more
^ light-hearted… but also kinda true haha. I stay at home a lot just bc I don’t have many reasons to go out atm and only a handful of close friends to go out with. Hopefully that will change when I move next semester lol. And whenever I get interests, they’re VERY strong and long-lasting, and fanfic writing is one of my main hobbies, so I get REALLY into online communities. And rn that is kind of my little niche fandom Tumblr bubble… which is embarrassing and probably unhealthy but whatever. I just inevitably get a lot of anxiety about things that are important/fun to me (bc OCD), especially bc I’ve never really had mutuals/‘friends’ in a fandom before this, excluding my irls

i recently started a smau and honestly im really disorganised and i literally only have the basic bare bones plot and im js going with the flow 😭😭😭 not the best way to do it but oh well…
but i think the apps you need depends on what phone you have like i use twinote and memi message (memi message is so annoying but yk)(i think people use social dummy too) the banner you can make on any photo editing app! tbh u can do wtv u want for everything else like you can write every chapter before publishing or js write each one as you go and you can update on a schedule or spontaneously! have fun with it, its your smau and you sjld do it for yourself and not anyone else, you dont owe anyone updates or anything

my biggest concern is how I'm going to make it like writing style(?) because I have an idea and everything but it kinda will need some written chapters but I'm worried the style that I want to write in (for dumb artistical purposes) won't make too much sense for a fanfic? so I don't even know if I should attempt to do it or not (also because it's not too pairing focused, at least not until like 2/3 of it because of dramatic reasons, kinda) so like it is a fanfic because it's based off an existing thing but it's too non fanficitonal for people to like it I guess
like I know it doesn't make sense (and maybe I can share some of the idea here to see if you guys would like it) but I'm just worrying it'll be too much for people here to want to read it so I don't know if I should even attempt it in the first place y'know?
and even then I'd have to wait a bit because I have like four oneshots to deliver and not too much time to write so I don't want to promise anything I can't deliver too soon (I know I don't own anyone anything but I'm anxious so I kinda feel like I do own people stuff)
