you smiled at his childish behaviour, telling him to be careful not to drop them. he sits back on the couch next to you and places the bowl in your lap.

"ugh, this month's session was terrible!" you groan, placing your feet on the small coffee table.

"and you're the one talking," he leans after the remote. "I had to finish a whole fucking mixtape in less than two weeks!"

you giggle at his exasperated facial expression. you exhale a breath you didn't know you were holding when the corner of his lips turned upwards. there is it, the smile that has your stomach turning upside down.

han scoffs, turning on TV to search for something to watch.

"oh, there's this movie that was released yesterday," he says. "I wanted us to watch it in premiere, but we went to that party."

you hum, waiting for him to finish the struggle of writing the name of the japanese movie. jisung has a thing for watching things in premiere. three days ago, when you told him about the party your classmate was throwing, he got a bit upset at the idea of not being the first people to see it.

the party was lit, though. you danced all night, it was exactly what you needed. the alcohol ran through the air as everyone got more than drunk. you did get tired of the crowd faster than your friends, so you opted to sit on the balcony, next to jisung, who was just as drained of energy.

the moonlight was shining on your faces as you talked about nonsense. that was the moment you realised just how dear he was to you. that you actually like him more than you expected to. your heartbeat suddenly went up to the thought that jisung was probably not seeing you more than just his best friend.

you hid your heartache until now, but being next to him since last night was terribly tensionate.if that's a real word. you sigh, not focusing on the movie at all.

"what's bothering you?" his voice was soft, yet tot you, it felt like sirens roaring through the night.

"nothing... "

he nods and turns his head back to the tv. you liked how he never pressured you onto telling him anything.

his hair was so soft, though. not that you touched it, but it looked so nice to run your hand through... and his round glasses atop of his nose. the way his eyes gleamed...

you tilt your head, how could someone be so endearing?

"okay," han turns towards you, "you're not interested in the movie, aren't you?"

"yeh, a bit crowded but yeah," you both giggle.

the fort didn't end up especially spaceous. you were sitting on your knees, facing jisung who did the same, legs touching.

"so, did you know that frogs drink water through their skin?"

"what the hell, jisung?" you burst into a fit of laughter.

"yeah, I'm not joking!!!" he protests.

"I'm sorry, they what?"

the seriousness he displayed only amused you more, body throwing itself on him, the sudden movements shook the fort.

“let’s prank him,” seungmin comments mischievously. “you’re not going to do ANYTHING,” you announce sharply as you take a sip of your taro tea. “ugh, i’ll tell you at dinner. soyeon gets to know first,” you say giving them a knowing glance.

“ok i got to go, catch up later?” minho grabs your hand before you leave. “text me so i can take you,” he whispers into your ear. “please yn.” you nod slowly. “okay minho.”

the doorbell rings exactly at that moment and you feel your cheeks flush as soyeon winks at you. “let me know how it goes,” she grins. you roll your eyes as you open the door.

“hey.” lee know stares at you, his eyes going up and down your body. your hand stays awkwardly glued to the door as you and minho compete in a staring contest.

“minho, bring yn back in one piece, okay?” soyeon calls, breaking the silence between you two. minho smirks. “got it, soyeon,” he replies as you take his hand and step out.

“are you okay yn?” minho asks as soon as you’re out of the house. “i’m fine, why are you so worried?” you deflect the question, avoiding his eyes. he grabs your chin and makes you look up at him.

“i just want to make sure you’re okay and not like, i don’t know, devastatedly heartbroken or something,” minho responds sharply.

“no, i’m most definitely heartbroken and sobbing inside that’s why i’m going out with you,” you retort sarcastically as lee know starts driving. he sighs. “i’m fine, you know that right?”

“yes,” he says finally. you fall silent for a minute before saying, “aren’t you supposed to be happy i don’t have a boyfriend anymore?”

minho hums the notes of megaverse before replying, “i don’t know, am i?”

“lee minho.” he laughs. “okay fine, i am. a little.” you raise your eyebrows until he admits, “fine i was lying. yes. a lot.”

“i really like you, yn.” you look away and out the window. his fingers stroke yours and you can’t pull away.

“i don’t know, minho.”

“i’ll wait.”

hi guys, I'm sorry that I went M.I.A again. I was preparing for my trip to TX. me and my friends went to go see stray kids on March 26th(the postponed concert). it was my first kpop concert I've ever been too! it was amazing, and all the stays i talked were so sweet. they ran out of lightsticks :(( BUT!! I got a hoodie!

the kids did an amazing job!

under the read more/keep reading, just explain with each member what I loved and what songs I enjoyed the most.

lino did amazing! his stage presence is scary good! i could watch him dance for hours. at last song, he did the dance from twice's new song out of nowhere. the lino and jisung moments were so cute. and every part of FAM was probably my fav! and lino did very well on his speech! in lesser words: IM SO PROUD OF HIM! one thing I did noticed was that when lino was singing his lil solo part when it's 4 of the members on stage. he was being very careful with his voice, like he was ab to lose it. so I hope lino is taking it as easy/resting as much as he can.

seungmin was absolutely hilarious, just him and his personality. and his jokes(mainly towards chan, "covid can what?"...."covid can f off."). AMAZING AND TALENTED VOCALIST! JESUS, HE HIT EVERY NOTE PREFECTLY!😭 he looked like a prince istg!

jisung is just how much I imagined him to be in person🤣 HE SANG HIS SONG: I GOT IT! I DONT THINK I SCREAMED SO LOUD BEFORE! and changbin also did a part of it. he has a great mix of being silly and professional on stage. he did a wonderful job!

changbin....I was memorized by each time he came on screen or when i panned my phone arcoss the stage. voice and stage presence! changbin's fan enteractions, every chance he got he was with stays. and changbin holding up chan arm when chan asked if they were any parents there was so funny.

hyunjin. this man always goes all in. i felt like i was in a trance watching him preform. his lil dancy dance during FAM. again, he did an amazing job. similar to jisung, he has a great mix of being professional and engaging/having fun with stays. like you can tell he loves doing this.

i.n 👏🏽👏🏽 vocals on point. his dancing, imo was phenomenal(besides lino)!! I loved seeing him preform and just the look in his eyes when he would look up in the crowd was just 🥺 I LOVE HIM. I think he became one of my bias wreckers😅

seeing felix in person felt like a fever dream. his presence is just beautiful. during all in, at the last chours, he was too busy having fun with stays to realize he had to go back with the rest of the kids and finish the song with the dance. but he was so fun to watch! what you see in the videos- how he acts and dancing and rap/sing, he always at 1000%.

now...mr. bang chan, the loml😩 jkjk, unless👀. I couldn't believe he was actually real. my friend started laughing at me bc I was just in complete awe. same with felix, how he acts during channies room and all the videos of him singing, dancing, anything is how he is in person. I could listen and watch him for hours(kinda already do that with channies room🤣) he is really just a light. SEEING HIS SMILE IN PERSON JUST 😭😭😭

my fav songs they preformed at the concert(ALL OF THEM BUT):

1. waitin for us- I cried during it bc when the concert was first postponed and I saw seeing all the tiktoks of them singing it, that song became special to me. I waited so long for the new date; not even knowing if it was coming. so actually hearing them sing it made me bawl.

2. charmer- I think we all know why I(and other stays) enjoy watching the choreo to charmer. the slap to the air was FUCKING PERSONAL LIKE WTF🤣

3. all in- I didn't know they were doing it, I only glanced at the setlist bc I wanted to be surprised. but to hear the song that got me into the kids IN PERSON...was an out of this world experience

Oh I definitely relate on the dream thing hahaha I once had a in-joke going on my family that wooyoung from ateez was my bf because I kept dreaming about him and one day after I just had a dream with him there was a program on television that was saying that all our dreams are real so he instantly became my bf and my whole family went with it lol

i have had a number of kpop bf/gf dreams LOL so i understand. i love that your family played into it ! my family are all music snobs and kind of look down on pop in general (rude), but my brother has agreed to give me a whole night to show him music when i’m home for christmas so :))) you BET i already have a 70ish-video-long youtube playlist with his name on it 🤗. also my fiancé is a HUGE gg stan ! so i do get to share kpop with him💖

as for lino moments, there are soo many tbh. his purple hair era, saying he was going to cook hyunjin in the air fryer, all his lines in taste (his high notes <333), the scene in the venom MV where he tilts his head (iykyk), saying “we’ll just eliminate someone” at the possibility of not having enough food (i have used this line irl and it always gets a laugh). and his friendship with han :((( <333

Oh my gosh, yes, Lix was wonderful in the Eric Nam video. Just so much sunshine and so much fun. I totally get what you mean about him speaking English! It makes a difference in the way you connect.

You know I think I'd only seen the Tiger Inside performance once, it happened right before I became a stay so of course I had to go and rewatch it just now. There's so much to love about that performance wow! Like you said the corset!! The thigh belt is a personal fav touch for me. His whole demeanour/energy in it is incredible too! Oh my gosh the I'll Be Your Man performance is one of my favourite performances too and Han really blew me away the first time I watched it. I totally get why that's your favourite moment of his! Don't worry about being rambly I love hearing (or I guess reading) people talk about their biases it warms my heart! Hell I just wrote a rant/letter about how my ult made me believe in fate/destiny so I'm not one to judge lol

Oo favourite stylings. I spent a while thinking about this question cos so many individual outfits came to mind. I went with eras I liked so there wasn’t too many and still missed some I really like where it ‘s just individual outfits (like felix in the side effects relay or i.n in freeze or Han in give me your tmi or Hyunjin’s black outfit for red lights). I could honestly make a part 2 to this lmao

I love the blue shirts with the subtle but themic cut outs and the black tendrils/scars. Also the sparkles on the shirts and in Lino’s hair just really make them shine (literally)

I’m realising these are all quite dark outfits lmao and also quite recent. I should go through their old mvs and stages I know there are some I’m forgetting
