Hello I draw Marvel shit now , deal with it (i still love Pokémon though)
Context on why I drew these specific characters Uhhm I decided I wanted to draw every Marvel character with my MBTI - the INTJs.
I am not done yet and I know there are others that people say are INTJs but like.. dude.. they’re not. I’m drawing the ones I’m 99% sure are INTJs (I am not drawing fucking Thanos dude)
Characters drawn so far:
Doctor Stephan Strange
Baron Helmut Zemo
Xu Xialang
Taneleer Tivan (the collector)
Characters still in progress of being drawn:
Otto Octavius
Gorr the God Butcherer
Uhhhh give me suggestions of what MBTI you’d wanna see next, I’ll probably do INFJs but I’ll make a list of you decide to request any.
Ill try to post frequently with these :p

27. the five times bucky saved you.. by @buckysknifecollection
Bucky x Avengers!Reader
You have a special bond with Bucky. He's more than your best friend, your partner in missions, the person you care most about. He often saved you from uncomfortable situations, always ready to protect you, but sometimes, you are the one who did the saving.

Bucky x Widow!Reader
A supernova happens where there is a change in the core, or center, of a star. As the star runs out of nuclear fuel, some of its mass flows into its core. Bucky never thought he could witness this beautiful tragedy in his lifetime. Until he met you.

Bucky x Reader College AU

You have no idea what you’re doing here. Bucky and Steve insisted that you come here and start to heal, but you’ve already done that. Wakanda wiped Hydra from your mind. You’re trying to move past it, not revel in it.
“Is this necessary? I’m healed. I’ve apologized. I’ve done my part.”
“You haven’t dealt with the trauma,” Bucky sighs.
Bucky drags you into Dr. Raynor’s office despite your objections. This is a requirement from Steve and Tony that you must complete in order to go back into society as a normal person. Therapy doesn’t always work for everyone, but if you want to show them you’re fine, you have to go to this.
“Welcome, Y/N and James,” Dr. Raynor says.
“Please, call me Bucky.”
“Okay, Bucky. Do you both know why you’re here?”
“Because of what happened with Hydra,” Bucky answers.
You roll your eyes in annoyance but stay silent. You’re going to sit here and not say a word because this shit is stupid.
“How does that make you feel?”
“Terrible, I guess. It’s not something I like to relive.”
“What about you, Y/N? How does that make you feel?”
Bucky and Dr. Raynor looks at you but you shake your head at her dismissively.
“Pass.”
“Would you like to elaborate?”
“Nope.” You look over at Bucky and sigh at his disapproving look. “This whole thing is stupid.”
“Why?”
“This doesn’t really matter if I’ve already healed.”
“Have you?”
“Yes.”
“I want you to take a look at some photos.”
Dr. Raynor takes out a folder from her desk and shows you pictures from your past. The first one is of Wakanda when you escaped as Vixen. The second one is from the bar you went to where you’ve left bodies on the flood for Zemo. Three through six are other parts of your life as the dangerous Vixen. Tears form in your eyes but you refuse to let them fall. You look away from the pictures once you’ve had enough.
“If you were healed, you wouldn’t have looked away.”
“What’s your point?” you sniffle.
“The point is that you need to look at these pictures and not feel guilty.”
“Are you done?”
Dr. Raynor closes the file and leans back in her chair.
“This isn’t going to work if you won’t let it.”
“Okay, I’m out of here.”
You get up and leave Bucky alone. You walk all the way back to the compound where Steve is waiting for you.
“Hey, how did it go?” Steve asks.
You walk right past him without saying a word to him. You stomp all the way to your sewing room and slam the door shut behind you. Steve is about to go in when you lock the door, preventing anyone from walking in.
“Y/N?” Steve asks and knocks on the door.
When you give him no answer, he decides to give you some space. Bucky comes home two hours later, and Steve approaches him slowly in case he has the same reaction as you.
“How did it go? Are you going to slam a door in my face, too?”
“She won’t face it.” Bucky walks to the kitchen to crack open a beer and Steve follows him. “She knows what she did was wrong, but she wants to bury it instead of deal with it.”
“Maybe I can talk to her.”
“Yeah good luck. I have the same trauma as her, Steve. She’s not budging.”
“We’ll see.”
Steve gives you a few more hours of space before he heads to your sewing room. This time, it’s unlocked but he still knocks on the door and waits for your permission to enter.
“Come in,” you say quietly.
Steve enters the room and sees you’ve made a lot of different clothing from shirts to dresses to additions to others’ suits. You’re at the sewing machine working on some pants with your hair in a messy bun and a thimble on your thumb.
“Can we talk?”
“About what?” you ask distractedly.
“You know what. Therapy is going to help you.”
“If you’re going to talk about that, then you can leave.”
Steve walks over to you, kneels on the ground, and gently takes your hand away from the machine. Steve has always been good at making speeches, and you know he’s going to make a damn good one right now. You refuse to look at him but that’s not good enough for him. He reaches up and gently pulls your chin so you’re facing him.
There are already tears in your eyes.
“It’s going to hurt and you’re not gonna like it, but you are better than what they made you to be.”
“How can I face this? I hurt so many people and I didn’t apologize enough. I’m a killer. People are dead because of me. How can I ever apologize to them? To their families? Tell me, Steve, how can I make it right?”
“The first step to healing is forgiving yourself.”
The first step to healing is forgiving yourself.
“Will you go with me tomorrow?”
“Of course.”
The next day, you and Steve head over to the office. She had an opening in her schedule to fit you in since you’re on a weekly schedule with her. You’re nervous but you know you have to do this.
“Welcome in.” You and Steve get settled in the chairs across her desk. “This is a private meeting.”
“I want him here. Please,” you whisper.
“Alright. I’m glad you’re here. Let’s start easy. How are you feeling?”
“Tired,” you sigh. “Exhausted. Wakanda erased the trigger words from my head, but they didn’t erase what I did. I can never take that back. I’ve hurt a lot of people. Please tell me how I can make this go away.”
“Well, healing is different for everyone. Some things I’ve noticed help people is writing letters to the people they’ve hurt.”
“Some of them are dead,” you whisper painfully.
“Write them anyway. Take those letters and burn them. It’s a way of cleansing yourself of the memories and the pain.”
“What if it doesn’t work?”
“Then we try something else. We will not stop trying until we find something that works for you.”
“Okay, I’ll try.”
This better be the start of truly healing because you don’t know how much longer you can go with feeling like complete shit.

So I've been stewing a bit with the whole concept of "MCU Fatigue" after my disappointment with The Marvels, and I think I've come to a realization.
See, most people when they shit on the modern MCU act like they're been putting out tons of terrible stuff. But looking at their track record, that's not actually true. In fact, I'd argue that the majority of their Phase 4 and 5 output has still been above average. The only real misses I'd count are FATWS, Dr. Strange 2, The Marvels, and maybe What If if I was feeling particularly uncharitable (and I guess Secret Invasion, but the bad response kept me away from that one so I've never watched it myself). Other than that, Marvel's still putting out a lot of good stuff.
The problem is they're not putting out a lot of great stuff.
Like, we need to take a step back and realize just how fucking insane the MCU's track record used to be. They didn't just put out good movies on a regular basis that put every other franchise to shame, they regularly released some of the most iconic superhero blockbusters of all time. They cranked out all-time classics on such a consistent basis that at this point, at least half of the top 20 greatest superhero movies of all time list would be taken up by MCU projects, maybe more. That's how they built trust with the general audience; not just consistency, but the promise of greatness. People flocked to the MCU not just because there was a near guarantee of a well-made fun time at the cinema, but because that was a strong probability you were going to see something truly spectacular.
Seriously, just look at the studio's track record through Phase 2 and 3. Iron Man 3, Captain America 2 and 3, the first two Guardians movies, Thor Ragnorak, Black Panther, Infinity War and Endgame... you could argue that over half of their movie output from this period was unqualified home runs. And sure, maybe Thor 2 was a dud and Avengers 2 was disappointing, but it didn't matter because there was always the promise of another masterpiece waiting in the wings. People weathered the occasional misstep because they could trust the MCU to always find its way back to greatness.
But now consider: how many all-time bangers can you name from Phases 4 and 5?
Like, I can name a few. Wandavision, Black Panther 2, Guardians 3, Spider-Man 3, maybe Ms. Marvel if I pretend episode 5 doesn't exist (and I've heard Loki season 2 was also great, but that's another one I haven't seen yet). But the ratio of Big Deal Events to Just Another Marvel Thing has gotten much steeper. Between the movies and the Disney+ series, Marvel's cranking out more stuff than ever, but it hasn't been cranking out landmarks any faster than it used to. It's just shoving a lot more padding between the properties that really set the world on fire. And it's training the audience, unintentionally, to no longer associate the MCU with guaranteed smash successes every other weekend.
And I still like most of the MCU's current output! But I don't love it as much as some of its older stuff. Black Widow and Shang-Chi are good, but not quite great. Eternals I will defend to my dying breath, but it was destined for cult classic status. Love and Thunder I would argue is actually pretty fantastic, fuck you fight me, and Quantummania is fine, you guys, but I wouldn't die defending them the way I would, say, Iron Man 3. And as much as I enjoyed Hawkeye, Moon Knight and She-Hulk, you can only watch so much Pretty Good TV before it starts to feel like a chore.
This deluge of content hasn't resulted in tons of more Great Marvel Stuff. It's just resulted in tons of more Good, Okay, and Not That Great Actually Marvel Stuff. It's resulted in audiences feeling like you can't trust Marvel to regularly crank out classics that change the way you view superhero media. And it turns out, it gets a lot harder to justify spending so much time on such an overstuffed time-sink of a franchise when it can't guarantee you a steady stream of masterpieces on a regular basis.
Especially with so much more of it coming out now in such a painfully short timespan. Even in Marvel's busiest years, they used to max out at three movies per year and a couple spinoffs like the Netflix shows that you didn't need to watch to feel up to date. You went out to the movies a couple times a year and were basically guaranteed a good movie every time, and that was it. Now, though, with the Disney+ content, it feels like a constant battle to not fall behind, to keep up with tons of stuff you're just kind of enjoying to justify getting to the increasingly few nuggets of true gold. This stuff would need a track record just as good as the Phase 2/3 days to justify sitting through so much of it, and it just... doesn't. And the second you drop off from exhaustion, it's already roaring ahead and leaving you with too much to ever reasonably catch up on if you're not prepared for a couple days of heavy bingeing.
The shared universe model is fucking hard. Every studio's failed attempt to copy Marvel's playbook is a testament to that. The fact it even maintained its cultural domination as long as it did is nothing short of a miracle. Because it turns out, even being consistently good isn't enough to maintain the level of trust and engagement necessary for such a long haul. You need to be consistently excellent. You need audiences to come away from every other event singing your praises as the new gold standard of blockbuster cinema. And the second you can't maintain that standard anymore, all that goodwill slowly bleeds out as more and more people decide that the effort it takes to keep up with everything is no longer worth the reward.
Does the MCU recover from this? I don't know. At this point, what it needs to do more than anything is slow the fuck down instead of overloading audiences with too many shows and movies to keep up with. Maybe it's not the dominant cultural force anymore, but with a little patience and willingness to sacrifice quantity for quality, it can at least re-establish itself as a franchise worth sticking around for. Marvel used to be special; with a little luck, maybe it can be again.

I’ve stopped watching the mcu after Endgame, because... well, it was the end. And I didn’t want to contribute anymore to the Disney money pile. But every time I hear something about these movies and shows, it just gets worse and worse:
WandaVision was just hype and weak pay off.
Loki has weird multiverse incest.
FATWS (which is actually the only one that I watched) was fun and hopeful, but feels completely incomplete and more like an interlude than a full story (they all have this problem, each addition is just a stop to the next big thing, which is just a stop to the next big thing, which is-).
She-Hulk and Moon Knight have horrendous cgi.
Moon Knight’s finale happens off screen.
Eternals had a weird sex scene for no reason. (dude I should’ve loved Eternals! I love Jack kirby! It had David Kaye! That movie had Megatron! I should’ve loved it! And it was just meh, too many characters (by the way, brackets inside brackets, Eternals is proof that Infinity War and Endgame are just hype, because the characters were pre-established and marvel cannot juggled dozens of characters in one movie)).
Ms Marvel doesn’t have her powers, because apparently they don’t know how to make stretchy powers look good on their budget (and that is why it should’ve been an animated show).
Hawkeye is, again, just hype around the Kingpin and he does nothing, and the interesting story is all in the deleted scenes.
Did I forget something... oh yeah What If... is nothing. The Dr Strange episode the only one that is actually great and everything else is... bad, like bad bad.
oH, and probably my biggest heartache, Thor... what the fuck did they do. Look I’m not the biggest Thor fan. In fact, funny enough, I have only read three Thor stories, and I loved them all. That being JMS’s Thor, Thor: The God Butcher, and Jane Foster Thor. And this fucking movie is going to butcher all of those.

You know all this talk about peggy has made me think about the mcus history and how often they disrespected Jewish people and Jewish characters like why would you knowingly take inspiration from a character who was a nazi and try to make her a good person and then make two Jewish characters work for hydra.
If you look at Disney's particular sordid history of antisemitism and pro-Nazi-ism, it's pretty obvious why they would want to erase Jews and rehabilitate Nazis (if they're nice, then Disney's history is nice!)
It's also not surprising, given the state of Hollywood and the current political climate, that they'd end up hiring the sort of writers (and that the only writers who have careers which put them in a position to be hired by Disney in the first place are also the sort of people...) who see nothing wrong in writing Nazi characters as if they're nice. And re-writing non-WASP characters as WASP, in cases where that is possible.
It's not just erasure though.
If you look at AC, they introduce the only explicitly Jewish character, who wants children... only to have her sterilised.
In CATWS they have a truly nasty antisemitic stereotype of a Jewish-coded senator (as in: played by a Jewish actor and named after a famous Jewish pundit) who's secretly part of a global conspiracy to control the world (this obviously isn't from the Jewish-penned comics; in the comics the character he's based on is called Harrington Byrd, and is a WASP).
This specific antisemitic canard is called the 'New World Order' conspiracy theory. Which is... also what they named the first ep of FATWS, and what they, astonishingly, have named the next Captain America movie too.
And then you have a character like Wanda, supposed to be Romani and Jewish, reconfigured as willingly Hydra, (which... AOS also tried to re-write as not Nazi, as something explicitly pre-dating Nazi... as if that means it, somehow, predates Fascist values, like they just sprang out of thin air in the 1930s!)
And someone pointed out that the latest Dr Strange movie is just one big blood libel narrative with Scarlet Witch as a terrifying child snatcher.
The dog whistles have always been there, and they ain't getting any quieter.

Not to reignite the FATWS controversy, but I think Zemo's "The desire to become a superhuman cannot be separated from supremacist ideals" (with the possible exception of Steve Rogers) is... arguably confirmed by the setting overall? Aside from Steve, how many people who aren't supremacists (by Zemo's definition) purposefully set out to become superhumans? Most good superbeings were born like that, or experimented on upon their will, or had accidents.
I'm late by a year or so but better late than never (it's never too late to dunk on the MCU) so here goes:
Zemo's the only valid person in the MCU and i kinda want to agree with him on that one but it's also not very surprising that a politically conservative, pro-status-quo franchise would frame the desire for any sort of power to resist or enact change as something that cannot be anything but bad, and of course the setting is gonna confirm the thesis.
So yeah, that's one issue I have with Zemo's Axiom: in the MCU all things super-serum & co are a kind of metaphor for power, and i'm personally very much over being told only very special peeps should have any kind of power because it corrupts the masses normies, a narrative that only serves the people who do have power and in whose interest it is to present that narrative as unquestionable truth.
Another issue I have with Zemo's Axiom is that it applies to individuals and handwaves the role of institutions (unless it's convenient not to) - like, Steve Rogers might be framed as super special for not being an supremacist but lbr he didn't just happen in a vaccuum. There are institutions (the MCU version of the US gvt) that wanted a superman, that okayed and paid for developping the serum he took, and since he's supposed to be super duper special it stands to reason everyone else involved in making him happen was not.
And then there's the fact that in the MCU supes are a fact of life, not an hypothetical, and imo it's kind of gross to imply that, idk, some Vietnamese soldier that watched Isaiah Bradley kill a bunch of his people (before anyone puts words in my mouth: it doesn't negate his own suffering, but Isaiah Bradley's suffering coexists with his being an active participant in the MCU's version of the Vietnam War, making him an agent of US imperialism as much as a victim) and wanted really hard to have superpowers, even tried to obtain them to level the playing field has to be a supremacist.
tl;dr Zemo's Axiom is both too vague and absolutist and ultimately no less propagandistic than the rest of the MCU.

I hope they are not fans anymore tbh / I really want mcu as a franchise to die//
MCU as a franchise is already dead, if not it's going towards its fateful end.
As much as we all hate to acknowledge it, as much debates we can do related to this; it's true that MCU died after endgame.
It was truly the ENDGAME for the fanbase. It has lost its spark tbh. NWH and Dr Strange were the only good movies along with Shang chi and Black Panther being mid
I only liked Loki, FATWS and moon knight, Loki one being the best out of all
So overall there were only 5 masterpieces in phase 4 approx
I can't stand to watch marvel now. I'd rather re watch phase 1 and all
Killing off the team who started it all was perhaps the worst decision ever taken
.
