I love this game so much and its characters and story! I decided to make this to celebrate!

(I would have done better on the background but I ran out of time)

Do farm clexa have lunch outside when the weather is warm with their kids

Right by their back door there's this big pinic style table. On those warm spring days mid morning, it is no unusual for the backdoor to open and out come a little line of kiddos with a tablecloth (Willow), plates (Madi) cutlery (Skie), glasses (Saige), napkins (Aden), all ready to set the table. They always get so excited when Lexa asks them if they want to eat outside and immediately start grabbing their assigned table assigned chores.

Lexa loves these days. The backdoor opened, letting a gentle breeze in. Seeing her kids through the window as she gets the food ready, watching the oldeet one helping their siblings set the table for the seven of them. The sound of Clarke whistling as she gets the salad and the fresh orange juice ready to bring outside. The kids' laughter and shrieking as they run about the backyard waiting to be called for lunch, usually already having spent the entire morning having fun outside.

It feels like the day is full of life. The sun and the light wind, the sounds and colors of spring. Lexa has come to adore every season as it settles in on their little farm, but spring always brings this joy and liveliness to the farm, a contrast with the sometimes more slow paced winter. By the time they are done with lunch, Madi is playing soccer with the twins as Saige and Clarke draw at the now clearer table drawings, Aden napping on Lexa's nap as she takes in the everything her little family and their little farm offers.

Spring is busy and full of things to do and sometimes Lexa and Clarke can't slow down enough to fully appreciate the warmer days with the kids and each other. So lunches that turn into afternoons outside on weekends, watching the kids play and playing with them, enjoying each other's company always feel extra special 🩷

I saw your tags on the non canon witch post and I’m very curious, what is it about American Myths that scare you? Do Myths from other areas of the world that scare you less/more? Is it just traditional myths and monsters that are scary or are the more modern urban legends as well? I’ve always been most afraid of things that mimic people you know, either by taking their voice or their form, rather than beings that are visibly dangerous.

American myths scare me for the same reason home invasion movie scare me: I live in a home/America.

But also because I find mimics to be just terrifying. What do you mean it has my loved ones voice and is going to use that to lure me into the woods and eat me? That's so scary. Urban legends are less scary, I think it's the modern aspect of it, it feels more plausibly made up.

I will admit I find a lot of US American monsters to be sort of silly: the frog men, Bigfoot, howlers to some extent. But anything out in the woods that conceals its true form to hunt me is always going to scare me.

May this iced coffee guide me to productivity, completed tasks, and delightful flavor. Amen.

Painkiller: Hell & Damnation

While the Painkiller mod team experiment was going, someone somewhere decided what we needed was a remake or remaster, but also a sequel, and also a reboot. They only had the funds for one game, apparently, and just sort of did all of them at once, because why not. Daniel (now played by Jon St. John doing his best Cam Clark) has gone through the first game, Battle Out of Hell, and maybe the mod made sequels (it is unclear), but everybody betrayed him and he’s fed up with this Hell. Enter Death, who says Daniel is a freak who managed to kill a ridiculous amount of demons, and he wants him out of the afterlife because of it. The deal is he has to collect a bunch of souls for Death, mostly old foes in Hell (hey, where else were they supposed to go?), and then he’ll be reunited with Catherine at long last. Kill everything that moves, wife back. Eve is also back, and her relationship with Daniel is strained for stuff she did in Battle Out of Hell, but she comes with a warning Death is not to be trusted. Not as if Daniel is trusting anyone these days.

anon youre so right i couldn’t have said it better myself, it’s a running gag at this point that kylar does NOT bathe as much as he should be. greasy, stinky, how the hell does he get around town so fast. does he crawl through the sewers?? i could be halfway across town, see him, take THE fastest shortcut across town, and that motherfucker is sitting over on the bench at the park. i just know he reeks. probably only gets “clean” the days it rains and he has to scurry home like a wet cat after staying cooped up in the arcade all day. there’s simply no fixing him 💀

EDEN THOUGH… you’re so right i don’t care if people hate him or love him but that man is CLEAN. elite. big dick, no cheese, got his own plumbing system in his cabin, makes all-natural soap, self-sufficient big dick eden accomplishing everything off the grid. like minus the obvious (blood, sweat, grime, etc. from hunting/working) the “worst thing” is probably the dirt under his nails but he gets rid of it all after the nightly bath. pathogens are scared of him. his very own osmosis jones in his immune system. i just KNOW his cabin smells good.
