Am bored so heres my headcanon on what kpop artists Yakuza characters would listen to.
Disclaimer: I'm not that familiar with anything recent in the kpop. The most recent you would see here is around mid-2010s.
Kiryu
Of course his no. 1 idol is Haruka. But for kpop it would have to be Girls Generation.
Its all because while playing Y5 where hes a taxi driver and takes place in 2012. I concluded that he has to have listened to Mr Taxi and was like "thats me :)" and i guess from then on he considered himself a SONE (or just a fan idk if he would know about fandom names lol)
Majima
A girl group/solo artists stan.
Definitely a huge inspiration for Goromi and her performances lol
And his collection of albums played for all the Majima Construction crew while they work.
I made a Goromi playlist (priv atm) which I just put in a bunch of female kpop artists in.
This includes artists like Kara, 9Muses, EXID, Miss A, Sunmi, Hyuna, AOA, Sistar, T-ara, Brown Eyed Girls, Lee Hyori, After School...and yeah alot of artists i put in lol
Akiyama
This was all based on a meme I saw on twitter where Akiyama is a Blackjack on stan twitter lol
So I can see Akiyama being a fan of 2NE1. Started listening to them when he saw it was popular with the hostesses and staff of club Elise and they shared it with him.
Tanimura
He would listen to a general amount of artists but would have a lot of interest in artists that have an international appeal...Wonder Girls "nobody" anyone?
(...OK that is the thing with kpop lol especially since it has a presence in Japan for awhile)
I mean like a multicultural image or just have non-Korean members. I can see Tanimura immediately taking interest in those types.
And of course anything that's popular with the Little Asia community lol

This is probably very biased of me XD giving my favorite character my ultimate bias group.

I decided to go with that Daigo listens to kpop bands. From my head it'd be CN Blue, FT island, LEDapple.
A non-band it HAS to be Dreamcatcher, another one maybe Vixx'; their dark concept songs mainly.

I can see the idol herself listening to some idols for inspo lol

We have a returning citizen in Mount Phoenix:
Hecate, the Greek Goddess of Witchcraft and Ghosts.

PERSONALITY: Hecate can be described as a bittersweet soul. Devoted to her beliefs and nature, she became someone responsible, yet spiteful if you brush her the wrong way. Her offspring and worshippers are Hecate’s priority and she’s incredibly protective of the people under her grace. The goddess can be perceived as arrogant to strangers, although this is just her way to protect herself and her feelings as throughout the centuries she grew suspicious of most people, no matter if humans or gods and especially, men with a strong presence.
She is hard-working and clever, her demeanour can be elegant with a cold tone to it, as she decides if you’re worthy of her time.
HISTORY: Just many others, she believed in rumours, words from people that had nothing to do with the situation and questioned everything, except the truth. A goddess had fallen victim to the King of the Underworld and Hecate could sit and witness just hideous act. As she helped Demeter to reunite with her daughter, the facts and the real villain came to the surface and this was the first step to change Hecate’s perspective on relationships.
Persephone became the closest presence in Hecate’s life and the goddess of witchcraft spent the next centuries mindlessly obeying her duties in the Underworld, watching several souls of women, girls and elders being brought to the other side due to acts of violence, abuse or negligence and the Hecate couldn’t take it anymore. She was alone, freed from any responsibilities yet keen on creating her own and right on time. The called ‘Witch-hunt’ was at its peak, women being accused of supernatural powers, lives taken by flames. If that is what people believed, then let’s prove them right, in the worse way. Hecate would visit helpless women, teaching them the basics of witchcraft and turning them into worshippers, through the decades, small covens would secretly arise, generations of human apprentices into witchcraft supplied Hecate with pride.
Along the way, Hecate closed her heart and emotions to anyone aside from her worshippers, but she was still a being with desires which lead to bringing children to this world and some of them would be adopted by a trustworthy coven. With technology and society adjusting to gain more conscience, her path to help the helpless became less prominent and Hecate’s mind focused only in finally resting, taking her time to enjoy the human world, see old friends and perhaps be an actual mother to her children. Her next home would Mount Phoenix, the only place she could comfortably find a new reason to walk the Earth, while still closing her heart with a century-old key.
POWERS: As goddess of witchcraft and ghosts, Hecate is able to conjure medium-sized flames, cast several types of spells (on her own, but stronger if using her spellbook) and prepare hexes, curses and minor blessings. She is also capable of briefly communicating with souls in the underworld and speaking to / sensing nearby ghosts. She has basic knowledge of herbs and alchemy, as well.
STRENGTHS: Strong-minded, ambitious, relentless, proud.
WEAKNESSES: Insensitive, cunning, vindictive, can be judgemental. Physically fragile, and emotionally vulnerable if under stress.

I don't remember if I've already shared this because I've been having dementia since I turned 25 last year, but I remade my 2nd gen girl group playlist.
Basically, I had already included all Korean, Japanese and English original singles by my 11 "main" groups (Girls' Generation, 2NE1, f(x), miss A, 4Minute, SISTAR, Wonder Girls, T-ara, After School, KARA and Brown Eyed Girls) but in the last few months I have slowly fully embraced the remaining 2nd gen groups (Girl's Day, Apink, Secret, Rainbow and 9MUSES). I always had certain group members or songs I liked from the latter batch of groups but I didn't hard stan them until recently.
The premise is that I have made this playlist of over 15 hours (!) in chronological order, starting from Brown Eyed Girls' 2006 debut, "Come Closer", all the way up to Apink's "Pink Christmas". In the YouTube version I have included all official singles that received a MV and promotions.
Songs that have MVs but were not singles (ex. 2NE1's "Happy") were omtited.
Songs that are OSTs were omitted (ex. Wonder Girls' "The DJ Is Mine")
Promotional songs for products were omitted (ex. 2NE1's "Don't Stop the Music" for that Yamaha bike)
Collaboration songs were omitted, unless the collaborative act is featured (ex. T-ara's "We Were In Love" was omitted because Davichi are also a "main" act in the song, but Brown Eyed Girls' "Hold the Line" was included because Cho PD is only a featured act)
Project songs were omitted (ex. f(x)'s "All Mine", as it is part of S.M. Station)
Only official videos were included and only the version with the most views, in hopes of increasing views on the video that already has the most of them. Having said that, ever since YouTube Music was introduced, some of the "audio videos" have surpassed the MVs in views, in some other cases, like with many of After School's early works, the music video was never officially uploaded in the first place. A lot of the Japanese songs also only have "short" versions of the music videos on YouTube. In such cases the audio was used instead.
There's also a Spotify version that is currently exactly 15hrs long, but Spotify is missing a lot of the Japanese discographies of many groups and some inexplicable Korean omissions, like 4Minute's second mini album. I noticed SISTAR's "Lonely" was recently taken off the platform, I haven't checked to see if it's back yet or not.

Some things just don’t and won’t work out no matter how much you want it too. If it takes an another famously “delulu” rant on all my social media’s to discover this than so be it.
Maybe in 2023 I should stick to working on my own problems and my mental health and focus on driving and learning how to adult instead of wanting a hot husband and all these toxic scenarios I come up with in my head. I get jealous of people on social media who get famous and are followed or known by idols ya’know I think sometimes everyone does but some people just do things in a way that the pieces just fall together and that’s just it.
Good lord I think I’m done now I’m still jealous and sometimes I get sad about it and I might later cause ya’know

Fitz shifted back, dragging Hunter with him until they were almost horizontal, Hunter slotted between Fitz’s legs. He sank his hand into the back of Hunter’s hair, holding him close.
“Fitz,” Hunter groaned into his mouth, and he shifted back to look Fitz in the eyes. “Can I take your clothes off?”

This whole year was plagued by bulling accusation; idols, actors and athletes had to apologize to their victims and face backlash, some lost their careers, others got away with a slap on their wrist, and some were falsely accused and had to prove their innocence. Hecate, the Goddess of Witchcraft and Ghosts,
whose origins stem from Ancient Greece.
She is now a professor at Phoenix University.

DEFINING FEATURES: Tattoo under each breast (reference)
PERSONALITY: Hecate can be described as a bittersweet soul. Devoted to her beliefs and nature, she became someone responsible, yet spiteful if you brush her the wrong way. Her offspring and worshippers are Hecate’s priority and she’s incredibly protective of the people under her grace. The goddess can be perceived as arrogant to strangers, although this is just her way to protect herself and her feelings as throughout the centuries she grew suspicious of most people, no matter if humans or gods and especially, men with a strong presence.
She is hard-working and clever, her demeanour can be elegant with a cold tone to it, as she decides if you’re worthy of her time.
HISTORY: Just many others, she believed in rumours, words from people that had nothing to do with the situation and questioned everything, except the truth. A goddess had fallen victim to the King of the Underworld and Hecate could sit and witness just hideous act. As she helped Demeter to reunite with her daughter, the facts and the real villain came to the surface and this was the first step to change Hecate’s perspective on relationships.
Persephone became the closest presence in Hecate’s life and the goddess of witchcraft spent the next centuries mindlessly obeying her duties in the Underworld, watching several souls of women, girls and elders being brought to the other side due to acts of violence, abuse or negligence and the Hecate couldn’t take it anymore. She was alone, freed from any responsibilities yet keen on creating her own and right on time. The called ‘Witch-hunt’ was at its peak, women being accused of supernatural powers, lives taken by flames. If that is what people believed, then let’s prove them right, in the worse way. Hecate would visit helpless women, teaching them the basics of witchcraft and turning them into worshippers, through the decades, small covens would secretly arise, generations of human apprentices into witchcraft supplied Hecate with pride.
Along the way, Hecate closed her heart and emotions to anyone aside from her worshippers, but she was still a being with desires which lead to bringing children to this world and some of them would be adopted by a trustworthy coven. With technology and society adjusting to gain more conscience, her path to help the helpless became less prominent and Hecate’s mind focused only in finally resting, taking her time to enjoy the human world, see old friends and perhaps be an actual mother to her children. Her next home would Mount Phoenix, the only place she could comfortably find a new reason to walk the Earth, while still closing her heart with a century-old key.
POWERS: As goddess of witchcraft and ghosts, Hecate is able to conjure medium-sized flames, cast several types of spells (on her own, but stronger if using her spellbook) and prepare hexes, curses and minor blessings. She is also capable of briefly communicating with souls in the underworld and speaking to / sensing nearby ghosts. She has basic knowledge of herbs and alchemy, as well.
STRENGTHS: Strong-minded, ambitious, relentless, proud.
WEAKNESSES: Insensitive, cunning, vindictive, can be judgemental. Physically fragile, and emotionally vulnerable if under stress.
