“They’re talking shit” manifesting technique
Or
“Let them talk shit” Method
So this is the technique that I used, and still currently use as an over-thinker to manifest my desired reality and maintain my desired mental state.
So back in college, I was insecure. The type of insecure, where if I hung out with friends and then I left the room, only thing that would be racing through my mind would be the idea of them talking about me behind my back. Like Just talking the most shit and calling me out of my name. Granted these are the types of friends I had back then, I now know better.
So here was the pattern :
Every time I left the room, and I felt insecure about something I had just said or done, I would imagine them saying bad things about me or finding me weird of off putting. The things I would imagine them saying, would break my heart. So I put a stop to it.
And I recognized those people were not in the room with me and I was using my imagination to hurt myself .
I could have been imagining them saying anything because I have that power and I’m choosing to see them saying most terrible things about me. So, I made the decision to imagine them still talking shit, but this time it was about all the good things I wanted.
( you have to keep the same hater energy when you do this btw)
Example:
“Who does she think she is? Just because she has a great body and works out and is always in a happy state of being. She think she’s better than us. 😒.  she think she’s rich too. She only has about $100,000 in her bank account. The rest is tied up in the stock market and crypto currency. So she technically doesn’t even have that much money. 🙄”
“ she wants to be an influencer sooo bad .ugh, So what if your YouTube channel grew by 200,000 subs in less than 3 weeks and you’re getting amazing sponsorship oppertunities. So what bitch you ain’t pewdie pie. You don’t even have 1,000,000 subs yet . Pipe down”
So in those examples, I just affirmed a reality where:
- I great healthy body
- im in a happy/content state of being
- $100,000 in in my bank account
-I have plentiful bountiful investments/crypto currency
-my YouTube channel successful
-I’m getting great sponsorship opportunities
And because I used other people to affirm those for me, it’s a stronger self concept/reality. Because I’m affirming it in, first person, third person and second person( by default).
This technique works with any “negative” dominating emotion.
So if you were anxious or have anxious dominant feelings. Start affirming, anxious thoughts that you would WANT to have.
For example:
“I hope my professor doesn’t hate me for being more educated/smarter on the subject than he is 😭. Like I get he spent years in school studying this stuff, but it comes easy to me and surpass his expertise every time without fail. I hope he doesn’t think I’m trying to show him up😰”
“ I hope the bank doesn’t get suspicious about how much money I’ve been depositing into my account. 😥Plus I’ve been getting so much money this year from random sources, in such large amounts, I’m kind of worried that the IRS is going to get involved and make filing my taxes a little complicated this year.☹️”
So, in those two short sentences, you just affirm that
you’re smart,
you’re doing well in the class, and
you’ve been getting large amounts of money throughout the year, from expected and unexpected sources. 
Remember if you want it, you can get it. Try “under-thinking” , it’s easier than you’d expect. No matter what state you are in. If you were able to tell a consistent story about how you want to be, you’re good.
* when I use the word “negative”, I’m talking about the words you are using to describe the situation. Because by default every situation is neutral. It doesn’t become positive or negative until you choose to assign it a value .
Don’t force yourself to be happy, force your thoughts to tell a better story. One that wouldn’t mind living out and experience. And the only except thoughts that affirmed the reality that you want. From any angle. You have to learn when and how to work with your emotions. Emotions are only bad if you identify them as bad.

Excerpt:
“We’ve been up all night,” Draco said. “You’re exhausted. We don’t have to figure this out right this second.” He then gently pulled Harry over to his bed before sitting on the edge, pulling Harry with him. He drew his wand and began fixing Harry’s hand.
As Harry watched his broken skin knit up before his eyes, the gentle touch of Draco’s fingers against his own brought his conversation with Hermione swirling back into his mind.
Harry swallowed hard, lifting his eyes from their hands to Draco’s face. Draco’s eyebrows were furrowed in concentration, a stray lock of blond hair falling in his eyes, his lips working as he cast Episkey after Episkey, and his pale eyelashes were just so damn long.
Draco Malfoy. Draco, who had thrown caution to the wind and accompanied Harry to the Ministry simply because Harry had insisted on going, had done the unthinkable and chosen Harry over his own father. Now, instead of worrying about what he and his mother were going to do now that his father was headed for Azkaban, he was completely focused on Harry’s self-inflicted injuries.
Draco Fucking Malfoy.
Without even fully realizing what he was doing, Harry raised his free hand and brushed the stray lock of hair behind Draco’s ear.
Draco paused in his ministrations, his silver-grey eyes flickering up to meet Harry’s.
Throwing caution to the wind, Harry’s hand slid to the back of Draco’s neck and he gently coaxed him forward, while at the same time he leaned in.
Their lips met, and the first thing Harry thought was that Draco’s lips were incredibly soft. For someone who was as sarcastic and pointy as Draco was, it almost made no sense that his lips would be so soft.
And then Draco’s lips moved against his own.
Warmth spread through him, and he was only faintly aware of Draco reaching out and pulling on his collar, drawing him closer. The mattress underneath him shifted as they gravitated towards one another. Harry raised his other hand to cup Draco’s cheek, tangling his fingers in soft, silky hair.
Lips moved against one another, then tongues, and Harry shuddered pleasantly as they imitated each other’s movements.
It was his first kiss and Harry had nothing to compare it to, but he could definitely understand why some couples couldn’t seem to keep their lips off of each other.
Finally, and at the same time altogether too soon, Draco pulled back, sucking just a bit on Harry’s lower lip as he did so. “Not that I don’t appreciate it,” he whispered against Harry’s lips, “but what brought this on?”
“Hermione,” Harry responded, feeling like something in his brain had short-circuited.
“What?” Draco asked, drawing away so he could look Harry full-on in the face. He scowled. “You’re kissing me while thinking about -”
“No!” Harry said. “She just… she pointed out that I… might have a thing for you. And that you might have a thing for me, too...”
Draco’s expression melted into amusement. “You…” He shook his head. “I invited you into my bed, had you sleep next to me, and just now you realize that I have a… ‘thing’ for you?”
“Uh,” Harry said sheepishly. “Well… as Hermione pointed out, I had an awful lot on my mind this year…”
“You’re a moron, Scarhead,” Draco said. His hand drifted upwards to grasp Harry’s still-injured one. “And did you just get blood in my hair?”
“Uh…” Harry’s eyes flicked upwards. “Yes.”
Draco smirked and leaned forward. “You owe me for that, you realize,” he said. “Though I suppose I owe Granger, as well…”
Harry’s laugh was cut off as their lips met again.

Guys. I think this is the best fanfiction I have ever read. It felt more canon than the actual 5th book. Dear god I wish this could be canon. Here are the details; main ship: drarry. Rating: teen. Content warnings: blood, self inflicted wounds for rituals, bullying. Word count: 222,435
I don’t even know where to start. Ok, Harry has a relationship with the dark arts in this fic. It’s basically what influences him to accept being resorted into Slytherin. The author invites a beautiful sub-lore to the fandom. And believe me when I say it is well described and detailed. The author does an amazing job explaining Slytherin prejudice and wizards hatred of the dark arts. It’s si profound because it’s never touched on in the books cause JKR kinda hated Slytherins herself. It’s just amazing what this author does for the slytherins. They handle pure blood prejudice very well and show the house as willing to grow and change. Overall, the dark and misrepresented slytherins and given their time to shine in this book.
Ok now Drarry! I wanted mooorrreee. This was the slowest slow burn I’ve ever read. And honestly that’s because the relationship wasn’t the main focus of the fic. In all honestly the main ship should’ve been Harry/ Dark Magic. That was the main cultivating relationship with drarry being minor. But it was still very very well done. Extraordinary. I suppose it’s good that it was a super slow burn because it fit the mood of the fic very well. Harry has to adapt to being in slytherin and being able to trust his peers, so it only makes sense that it takes a long time for him to cultivate a relationship with Draco. But it ends really well.
The plot of this fic is just astounding. Take the entire Order of the Phoenix and warp it to Slytherin Harry Potter and that’s this fic. Including the length and the detail. It was so moving I feel like I can’t even properly articulate it.
All I have to say is read it. That’s it. This is my favorite piece of HP fanfic I’ve ever read. Please, if you want to read a long fic, read this one. 10/10. I recommend to anyone in the HP fandom who needs more of the books without JK’s Slytherin prejudice. This is an amazing piece of literature.

Ho notato un po’ di post con scritto sostanzialmente che chi è interessato trova il tempo e roba simile e pure che se una persona è interessata o ci tiene deve esserci sempre, vi svelo un segreto: dubito funzioni in questo modo.
Per esempio, io ho un amico che chiameremo D. con cui non parlo spesso perché è impegnato con lo studio e per altri motivi eppure se ho bisogno c’è, anche se non ci scriviamo tutti i giorni, come lui sa che ci sono pure se non ci sentiamo per settimane o mesi(perché si, è così) e siamo amici da anni; idem un’altra che chiameremo S. che nonostante in 10 anni di amicizia è più il tempo che mi dimentico di risponderle rispetto a quello in cui parliamo, sa perfettamente che se ha bisogno io ci sono per qualunque cosa, in qualunque momento e idem lei per me.
Quello che forse non vi è chiaro è che, non c’è bisogno che una persona sia presente 24/7 per esserci o per essere considerata amica, per svariati motivi le persone possono essere impegnate per esempio, perché lavorano o studiano o entrambi, oppure magari semplicemente una persona in quel momento o periodo non se la sente di parlare, o chissà, magari i casini che sta affrontando non gli permettono di essere attivo come prima, o magari, come è successo a me, gli viene l’ansia anche solo ad aprire le chat e a vedere i messaggi a cui deve rispondere, o chi lo sa magari si dimentica come spesso capita a me, eppure chiunque mi conosce un minimo o mi è amico sa che anche se sparisco per ore, giorni, settimane o mesi appena hanno bisogno io ci sono, nonostante spesso mi dimentichi di rispondere, eppure tengo alle mie amicizie tanto quanto chi parla con gli amici tutti i giorni.
Ovviamente questa cosa vale anche nelle relazioni, se ci stiamo conoscendo ci sta che parliamo tutti i giorni ma se mi dici che sei impegnato perché devi studiare o perché lavori oppure mi dici che è un periodo in cui stai poco al telefono perché magari c’è qualcosa che non va nella tua vita, è okay, al massimo mandami un messaggio per fami sapere che sei ancora vivo, idem se arriviamo ad avere una relazione, va bene se non mi scrivi 24/7, so che ci sei e che tieni a me pure se non mi rispondi appena ti scrivo e pure se mi rispondi ore dopo perché eri impegnato o non te la sentivi perché sei in un periodo del cazzo.
Detto ciò, possibilmente se non mandate insulti per questo papiro e non mi fate sembrare una merda solo per quello che penso mi fate un favore, grazie, buona continuazione.
