That mean I have 16 weeks to lose 23kg. If I eat 500cals or less I can lose 23kg in 11 weeks. So that the ultimate goal. I want to eat 400cals a day tho. I need to stop binging at night because that’s what mess me up.

I have been failing at fasting ... I keep going up and down the same 4lbs ... I just need to break it and get below ...
Today I woke up with that empty feeling and I missed it. I weighted myself and took measurements and it’s given me some motivation to fast today ... I hope I stick to it.

Your daily reminder that “binging” for a day or even three does not make you gain. That’s the glycogen holding in water weight. Sodium and a potassium unbalance or overload (which can happen when you eat more than usual) also contributes. It’s like at least 80% water weight. You probably didn’t even gain half a pound. With that being said, remind yourself that a minor slip up doesn’t have to turn into a week or month long mistake. You’re still not that far from your goals.
