Hey splenda actually has 4 calories per packet but since anything below 5 calories can be labeled as 0 calories according to the FDA therefore there is 4 calories per packet of splenda sweetner!!

For exercise i just do whatever exercise i wsnt i usually stick to runs and i walk around my room moving my arms to burn extra calories gor a few hours a day sometimes i do sit ups and squats too and planks

Update im now 109 and i successfully fasted for 36 hours and have consumed 126 calories i had a tea and some rice crackers with garlic hummus!
My mom called me down for dinner and i said im not hungry!!! And she believed me this could work i might actually do it this time !! I went from 136 to 111 so maybe i can go from 111 to 85!!

Hey for the low restricters out there im making a diet for yall!!
Day 1: 600 cals
Day 2: 550 cals
Day 3: 500 cals
Day 4: 450 cals
Day 5: 400 cals
Day 6: 350 cals
Day 7: 300 cals
Day 8: 400 cals
Day 9: fast
Day 10: 200 cals
Tips for this diet is drink at least 1 litre of water a day try to go for 2 litres or a litre and a hakf but you need to drink alot of water for this and peppermint tea curbs appetite fills you up and warms you up cuz y oh ull be very cold throught the lowest day of this diet stay safe and dont exercise on the day of fasting but do some light exercise on the other days to shed a few extra lbs!
