dick has always been a kind brother, in both lives. though when he actually found proof of you being a horrible person he sort of distanced himself from you. he wants to think you're a good person but you find ways to prove him wrong. he tries to talk to you but you hated him. so when you changed, he had a optimistic view and tried to see if you really changed. you showed how you changed and now he's back to being the brother you once had. he's overall very supportive over you and loves to spend time with you. he's not as protective as some brothers but, he has that brotherly protection. he's the person that knows you best, even knows you more than you do.

jason todd - the one who hates you the most similar to: reynold eckhart (villains are destined to die)

jason hated you, he hates everyone in the family but thats besides the point. jason is known to hate you but he actually doesn't. he secretly just hates his father for how he treated you. he knows how it feels for bruce to treat his children like mere guests at the estate. up to a point, jason never truly hated you. he just wanted to make you into a better person but you proved him wrong. he was the last to believe that you are a brat until a incident happened. then jason just ignored you. he couldn't believe it, his little sister was a brat. when you changed, jason was suspicious, he didn't know what to believe. you showed him time after time that you weren't the person you were, this took jason a long time to believe. he would probably be the last one. jason now loves you dearly and is probably the most protective over you, nobody touches his sister. jason likes to teach you self defense (against bruce's will) to make sure you know how to "kick those evil suitors ass" and protect yourself from his enemies.

timothy "tim" drake - the one who didn't know you existed similar to: cassis pedelian (a way to protect the female lead's older brother)

tim is undoubtedly the most loyal to bruce (imo) so much so that he forgot you existed (he can't forget damian bc he actively causes trouble). you don't make a big scene other than inside the castle, i feel like he helps bruce so much that he forgets about what happens outside of the office. if he's not in the office, alfred is forcing him to eat, sleep, and bath so he has no time to think of you. once you changed, he caught a wind of it from the chattering of the servants and so he decided (be honored he went outside his office for you) to investigate. he watched you in secret and even joined mealtimes to see you and observe you. tim found that he enjoys your presence and often asks for you to hangout in the office (to bruces excitement) just for your company. tim is very loyal to you too now, and would do anything to keep you safe. that includes secretly burning marriage proposals.

damian wayne - the problem child who also thinks youre a problem similar to: ixion (lord baby runs a romance fantasy with cash)

Yandere scale (by how intense they are): 4.5/5

Deep in the mountains is a village that offers prayers to the mythical Asura/Sura in order to stay protected. Doctor ‘Cho-ah’ who lives in the doctor’s town ends up saving a mysterious man named ‘Mujin’. This encounter marks the end of Cho-ah's peaceful days as he gets caught up in a whirlwind of events.

This was I think the manhwa that got me into yanderes so I might be a bit bias. The manhwa is yaoi so warning for that because it will include nsfw. The concept was really intriguing to me and the actual content got me hooked.

The main character cho ah is quite likable for me and has his own charms, so its not hard to believe someone becomes a yandere for him.

Now the yandere himself is my favorite part and his name is mujin

He's a believable yandere because he actually has good reasons of why he becomes one for cho ah. He was saved by cho ah and was treated with kindness for the first time in his life.

Now mujin here has a pretty dark past that slowly gets revealed as the story continuous, which for me is really good and kept me guessing.

Mujin is a pretty fucked up guy who has done terrible things and I doubt he will change. He's a really intense yandere who has done a lot to cho ah like gaslighting him, framing him for things he didn't do, feeding him drugs etc. I wont reveal the plot much because I dont want to spoil you guys. He is also really easily jealous and possessive just like other yanderes.

Just read the manhwa if you want to see an intense yandere who will do anything even kill and hurt other people just to get his beloved.

Overall I rate this an 8/10.

He realized everyone is batshit scared (and so done) with Cheong Myeong so he cant help but be intrigued. And so the part where the training come sup. Yknow Jinwoo is alr a monarch so he cant help but feel bad that everyone else is suffering intense training and here is cheong myeong going "IF ANY OF DUMB LIL SHITS FALL BEHIND OR GO TOO GODDAMN SLOW YOU'RE REPEATING THE WHOLE DAMN SET BUT TEN TIMES MORE."

Though Jinwoo could see how much the kids are suffering, it wasn't unjust tyranny because he could see how determined everyone else was in training.

Jinwoo was just melting in the bg until one night he was goofing around in the forest and he found Cheong Myeong drinking alcohol.

Jinwoo was intrigued, intrigued at this so-called "Kid." He knows this brat is also more than what he appears. This kid has an air of wisdom around him, something benevolent and old—

Then he sees Cheong Myeong being the absolute menace one time and all that acknowledgement goes to the bin. Atleast Cheong Myeong was serious in making Jinwoo train extra harder. Jinwoo alr has incredible stamina so he secretly doubles his own workout for the fun of it.

But ofc training aside, Jinwoo is having a hard time to adjust because modern world and old world traditions are so vast. He cant even differentiate "Sajae" and "Sahyung" withour fucking up one way or another. Not to mention the stress Cheong Myeong is causing like man that brat is an absolute menace, when he's pissed. HE IS PISSED.

Without further or do tho (bc I always end up ranting and I won't bore you bc I could do this all day haha), onto your questions!

1. "What is your first impression of Gun when he first appeared at the festival?" Goofy. I thought that this mfer was goofy.

I also thought he looked very 2012-2014 tumblr era to me which made me side-eye him a bit LOL. I remember after the panels of Gun punching Vasco, i was thinking to myself, "YEAHHHH VASCO! DONT LET A MAN FROM TUMBLR BEAT YOU UP🗣🗣🗣'. What made me intrigued about him was when he gave Daniel a good ol' Brazilian kick and when he removed his sunglasses for the first time! I was like, 'woah, wait why are his eyes like that?? This guy looks like trouble.' AND of course, I was surprised about finding out that Gun wasn't some 20 something year old. Overall though, I didn't really care for Gun at this point in the story.

2. "When did you hop into this lookism hole?" I HOPPED INTO THIS RABBIT HOLE BACK IN 2018! It was all thanks to my ex. During the time we were dating, he would try and get me to read a bunch of manhwas but the ones he recommended me didn't really appeal to me (we actually almost had a fight bc I told him that I didn't really like tower of God and couldn't get into it OML). BUT after all the manhwas he recommended me, I finally liked one and it was of course of lookism! I did, however, drop it during the Eli jang arc. Not necessarily because I lost interest in it but because I ended up hyperfixating on something else at the time (pretty sure it was mob psycho). It was only until last year that I picked up lookism and caught up to it that I fell back in love with the series!

3. "If you want to get into isekai, which world would you want to get into?" I would say none because while the fantasy and magical elements would be totally cool, there's almost always a tragedy that happens and I don't want that wished upon me🙅🏽‍♀️

4. If reincarnated, what world would you want to be reincarnated? Probably a studio ghibli movie. The kind of vibes and feelings those movies give me? Magical. Who wouldn't want to be married to a giant, ocean gueen/goddess? Or to stay in a movie castle with pretty boy wizard named Howl? I would've said jujutsu kaisen for the sole sake of being able to meet Gojo or Nanami but then I remember the shibuya arc and I'm in shambles and the chances of me surviving in that verse is slim to none lmao.

5. "How many years have you been drawing? It looks so smooth!" Well first of all, thank you so much for saying that!🥰 second of all, so I've been drawing or have done traditional art for a loooong time. However, there were times where I would drop art and not pick it back up until a year or so later simply because growing up, I've always struggled with finding confidence in myself and in my art as well. So I'd say that I've been doing traditional art for maybe 6 years? While I've done digital art for around maybe a year now (I refuse to color things in because it's so stinking hard).

So I saw you mention a female isekai WEBTOON in of your posts and I thought ooh a webtoon rec by barb must be good. And I was soo right!! I read the whole thing caught up to the latest chapter and can’t wait for the next. I loved the myeonginoh x luka so damn much, did not expect it to *** (umm have you caught up don’t wanna spoiler) . So first of all thank you soo damn much. And hi to a fellow Mandwa lover. Also do you have any more reds you’ll like to share?

I am so glad you tried The Fabled Warrior and loved it. I actually haven't caught up, so yes, no spoilers pls.

As for other manhwa/webtoon, I actually dont have much to rec bcuz I haven't found that many that appealed to me much. Lots of the webtoons I've read had such terrible pacing, it just wasnt enjoyable for me personally 😞

Tho there is this one webtoon called Her Shimcheong that I absolutely love. Probably one of my favorite sapphic stories in any media. It's already finished and is a classic story about a peasant girl who falls for another born in nobility. It tackles very heavy themes, as it's set in the older eras of Korea, like classism and sexism and whatnot, but it is handled gracefully and in such a way that has you even more captivated with how those struggles have shaped the characters and their interactions with each other.

I also just really like the main characters. Although it gets really sad, there's enough funny and lighthearted scenes to pull you out of completely crumpling from despair lol

And yes, the noble girl is only ever called "mistress". In fact none of the othe women had names in the story except for Shimcheong.

so the empire Right Next To Us sends the duke to kidnap a princess from our kingdom... and im the one who got caught

i got dragged back to the empire, while this dumb family takes like 2000 years to get me back... (their palace just got attacked though)

and i get plopped off at the duke's house (the royal family really said "take her") so im placed under the care of the duke's first son, nazuna

i have Mana Difficulties, which makes it difficult for me to fucking live but nazuna has the Most Divine Energy which means I Can Live (if i touch him/he transfers divine energy to me)

... so i keep asking for him because i don't want to be in pain all the time,, but i also end up falling in love,, despite being the duke's first and only son, he isn't trained to be head of the dukedom but instead is going to be sent to the temple at the same time i am to be sent back..

later on he sneaks out and ends up meeting me when i go into town (snuck out with my guard/friend) ... and i sneak him into my palace... i dont know where this is going t b h

cant believe i stayed up all night reading that manhwa.... finished season 1 so heres my thoughts (spoilers):

the ads i kept getting for this story made it look kinda dark which is what interested me in the first place. didnt know it was a romance tbh but by that time i was already invested. when i noticed the site im reading it on tagged it "bl" and "yaoi" i got scared. there were no slurs and really the only homophobia was internalized from mc at the beginning. the bf doesnt care about people seeing them but mc is terrified and instead of that "what are you ashamed of me" garbage the bf understands and respects it and makes sure to find private areas if he wants to do pda stuff. its never even a discussion the bfs default is just to respect mc. whatever characters that found out were supportive and bfs sister was so happy she even stopped by mcs place to get to know him more. i kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never did. unfortunately lots of fujoshis like it but the story itself is fine. didnt seem fetishistic (including tasteful fade to black with the implied sex scene) and there was none of that "abuse is hot" garbage. in fact the main character goes off on the yandere guy AND this is what really shocked me... this wasnt played out like a win. the main character finally realized his "friend" was garbage and has been hurting him and anyone who got close to him which made him realize his bf didnt break up with him because of anything he did it was because the friend blackmailed him into it. so usually with this trope after the bf helps main character realize this its a victory. "i won the guy because your own actions caught up to you" like a "told you so" feeling and the bf would get his guy back and happily ever after. cause the bf knew all along what yandere was trying to do and of course he got jealous mc was spending so much time with yandere instead of him...he knew there was no danger of yandere "stealing" mc because bf trusts mc and knows he loves him. for one you dont usually see that with this trope so that was a relief. and then after its all revealed...instead in this story the bf is just sad. he threatens the friend not to hurt main character ever again but he doesnt want to do anything. he doesnt want to hurt anyone or do anything underhanded. hes willing to to protect mc but he doesnt want to

and hes sad it came to this in the first place and mc went through all that emotional turmoil. his threat didnt even tell him not to come near mc again he said not to hurt mc. because the decision to have this guy in mcs life is mcs not bfs. whether mc decides to eventually forgive friend or not bf will be there regardless he just doesnt want mc hurt. he didnt do any of that to win mc back he wasnt expecting mc to jump into his arms. he just genuinely loves him and wanted to make sure he was okay and take care of him and see him happy again whatever that may mean and i just

I've read kill the villainess before- I'm currently caught up! or at most two behind. It's super good, thank you so much for recommending it! And Queen Cecias' Shorts sounds super funny and good to read. okay so for webtoons / manhwa with the genre isekai, i really loved binge reading the reason why raeliana ended up at the duke’s mansion. fuckkk bestie idk where to start w/ this, cause the ending is rlly good and the chapters before the ending was really good and just the conclusion of it all and the closure + the finally answered questions. i wanna say some more stuff but i dont wanna spoil too much 😣😣 but jsyk, it's a lot diff than lots of isekai manhwas / webtoons out here and i love that for us.

i love doctor elise too, there's just somethong about stopping urself from making those same mistakes from the past after being granted a way to turn back to the past to redeem yourself makes me so attracted to this types of manhwas. this isn't really an isekai per se, more of a reincarnation one but still, i think this is worth mentioning cause i binged this 140+ chapters in less than one day 😻😻
