One of my favorite tropes in bkdk plays into the fact that Izuku is, first and foremost, a goddamn otaku.

And this isn't focused on his nerding out over any and all Dynamight merchandise (though that is part of it), but that Izuku is a socially awkward clueless MESS who inwardly cheered the first time he spoke to a girl on the phone.

Izuku has no clue what he's doing when it comes to romance. He's gonna stutter and fumble over everything. He's going to miss so many cues. He's gonna be panicking at 2am to Kaminari and Kirishima, over whether or not Kacchan would appreciate a bouquet of flowers. He's going to end up giving Kacchan a lego bouquet instead. He's gonna feel like a perv anytime his thoughts turn anywhere slightly indecent towards Kacchan. He'll be even more enthralled by Kacchan than ever before. He's going to think a Matrix movie marathon counts as a date (to his luck, with Kacchan, it will.) He's going to inadvertently do the most heart-felt, romantic, suave things when he's not even trying.

Look. Basically he is just going to be like every graceless but well-intentioned nerdy boy in his first relationship. And to his saving grace, he'll be dating a boy just as socially awkward as him - but in a different flavor.

oh my gosh, hahahaha. hmm. i think smash bros is outside their canon experience in my world building, buuuut if it was in there as a game only...

well i think she would obviously be biased towards her friends who are present!! though i wonder if she mightn't be a bit peeved that bandee isn't on the roster 😂 either way, i don't think she'd be good at this sort of game; she could probably learn it given time, but she's so uncompetitive that even if she could get good at it, i think she might throw it every time so that nobody else has to lose.

that said, for video games i think she would like; waddle dees are a dance culture, to me, so the obvious answer is rhythm games! i think she and bandee would absolutely tear it up at duo beat saber

When it comes to kneeling, with the first kneel was reader on the floor and then Price in a chair? Then second kneel session they were both kneeling?? I like when authors describe the actual positions of the characters but I think I got a little confused 😅 I was trying to figure out the positioning just so I could make more sense of the scene. If you know what I mean?

I get what you mean!! I'm so bad at remembering to describe things like this properly too 😭

So in both instances Price was sitting and reader was kneeling on the floor next to him. To give the clearest visual, Price was sitting facing his desk, and reader was kneeling right next to him on the floor beside his chair also facing the desk. Price only drops down to kneel next to her once they're done, mostly just because reader's kind of boneless and has very little control in those moments and he's not going to let her fall and hurt herself.

I hope that clears it up lol.

I think if Pokémon Company makes a Black & White remake they should delete that Ingo guy and pretend everything is normal and fine. Just have a gaping hole in what used to be a doubles battle, now reduced to a 1v1. None of Emmet's Pokémon should change, and neither should his strategy. The buildup to this should not even be there, you should just go in expecting both guys but then there's only one.

Everyone talks as if this is how it's always been, but you know. You remember. You know what's missing, don't you? The gap in the universe—the gap in the doors of the subway. There is a tangible negative space and you can't seem to shake it, even though everyone around you seems convinced there's nothing wrong.

You should be able to ask Emmet about this, if your Switch detects you have a Legends Arceus save. "What used to be here?" You ask him. "What happened to your brother?"

He just looks at you—no, he's staring through you. Something feels... wrong. He stumbles over his words, trying to recall something that should come so naturally to him, but it's just out of his reach. But now he feels it, too; he sees that pervasive emptiness that you've been aware of this whole time.

"I'm... not sure what you're talking about!" He simply replies with, smiling at you. "I've never had a brother!"

You can't pursue the thread any further, but that feeling of absolute wrongness still there.

One whole, cleaved in half.

You continue playing the game as normal.
