Okay I know this isn't my usual stuff but it has to be said. Stop giving the drow british accents in your campaigns. Give them Australian accents.

Instantly 10x funnier and also thematically appropriate because the drow's entire backstory consists of bunch of criminal elves being shoved into a harsh and unfamiliar land full of giant spiders by other slightly more british elves.
