It was starting to feel like I haven't drawn anything just for fun in a while. But I also didn't wanna sit down and work on a big piece right this moment. So instead, I dug through old files and found a bunch of quick little sketches I never actualyl finished and decided to work on those. Some of these are based on sketches from over a year ago! 

I have more of them, so I will probably do this again. it was fun to touch them up a bit and see that, yes, I have actually improved at least a little.

Calamity! We put together this group after the finale of #amphibia aired. Literal months of planning and crafting happened to make these outfits come to life. Thank you to @radrappy for creating such an amazing show filled with love, humor, and AAPI representation Anne and Marcy's armor were done by me with portions of sewing done by @feelsbender while @magical_antics put together these incredible wigs and with the help of @lightningstrike_cos , the tennis racket and gems became real. I’ve been reading fanfic of these two at LEAST 3-4 times a week every week for over 10 years, and out of NOWHERE we’re randomly granted what we’ve always begged them for?!

In the episode Two to Tangle", Mozenrath reveals that, thanks to the gauntlets repeated use, his body is rapidly dying. And even if he stopped using the gauntlet it was to too late he would die anyways. Thoughts on this.

He's got a ton of physical strength for someone whose body is dying! He could hold Aladdin down, toss him (if I'm remembering correctly), slow his fall down a ledge with his fingers and climb back up the ledge, and even have Aladdin struggle to keep him at bay. Maybe it's from the gauntlet too, but my man's got some power in his non-existent muscles.

The fact that he continues to wear the gauntlet for a long period of time despite it actively killing him is arguably one of the most interesting parts of his character. He's so determined to have power that he surrounds himself with creatures who don't seem able to fight back against him and utilizes a cursed artifact that is ending his life. Moze is definitely a bully, but disturbingly so. Definitely makes me wonder what's going on behind the scenes, or what happened to encourage him in such.

With The Owl House's third season getting cut short and The Ghost and Molly McGee ending so suddenly, I'm now concerned about the other, still ongoing Disney TV shows: Hailey's On It, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur and Hamster and Gretel.

I mean, how do we know that at this point, Disney TV won't just pull the plug on any of these shows? Or worse: they already have been quietly cancelled, we just don't know it yet...

I could have mentioned Kiff and Big City Greens too, but I think those shows have a better chance of running for more than just two seasons...
