so ive been kinda down in the dumps and that one angsty thing you wrote for stan about the reader questioning their relationship with stan really got me 😭😭

was wondering if ya could write stan with a reader with depression and shi (personally for me i take prozac and attend therapy sessions ykyk) like that if ya can. probably would be really angsty (or bittersweet?) since stans got his own problems he has yet to deal with💀

an: hiii! i feel like this is a little all over the place and i really dont know if this fits the bill, but ya huhu i hope u like it!

The night is cold, as it often was in the small town. Tonight, however, its harsh temperatures really bit. Luckily, your boyfriend also doubled as a human blanket. It’s a good thing he’s almost always awfully warm. His regular body temperature alarmed you, thinking that he had a fever. He, however, always felt alright.

You two had been spending your time watching some shitty movie neither of you have heard before for the shits and giggles. It was a common occurrence for you two. At this point, you would consider yourselves bad movie connoisseurs. If it doesn’t look like it was made with a budget of two dollars, it’s not worth watching.

His arms were lazily wrapped around you, and you felt your body melting into his. His breath was warm on your neck. Your legs were intertwined, no, entangled with his. You savored quiet moments like this. Everything didn’t exist for you at this moment. Only Stan did.

You felt something bore itself in your brain, though, as your gaze was focused on Stan. You tried to push whatever thought it was away, but you couldn’t.

Were you selfish for wanting Stan to love you while you didn’t even know how to love yourself? It feels like you were taking him for granted sometimes, honestly.

You felt lucky and grateful that you had him, yes, but you wondered why did he even choose you. There are moments where you question if he even loves you. The answer must be a yes, right? If it wasn’t, then what even is the point of being with someone who’s more trouble than anything?

Why do you have to question these types of things anyways? You must be a horrible person. How bad of a person do you have to doubt someone as wonderful as Stan? Stan often made it a point to show you that he loves you, even when it was difficult for him to do so.

You aren’t quite sure how this whole love thing works. Hell, you didn’t even know how your feelings worked. How are you supposed to navigate something that may be even bigger than you?

You find it inspiring how kind and determined he still is. After all the things he’s gone through, he still holds a heart of gold. Sure, it’s somewhat tainted, but who’s to say that it isn’t beautiful? He is sparkling, gleaming. You seemed to pale in comparison.

“Stan?” You called, burying yourself in the crook of his neck.

“Yesss?” He smiled, pulling your face to look at his. You two had some to drink earlier, and it was obvious that the alcohol was starting to kick in. He had the dopiest grin on his face.

Would he ever get tired of you? Sure, he would. Eventually. You’re a tiring person. He’ll learn to grow out of you one day. That’s why you learned how to savor moments like these when everything seems to be alright.

“I think I’m still trying to figure things out,” you admitted. This all felt a little easier since he was drunk. The chance of him forgetting this eased the worry in your mind.

The meaning of your words was purposely left ambiguous. He could fill it in with whatever meaning he wanted though. Besides, did it matter deeply to him? He is drunk. It’s not like this will matter in the morning.

Deep down, you feel bad for Stan. He’s already going through a lot, and you already have an idea of how everything’s going to end. Despite that, you continue lying to yourself that things will go great. Stan’s just here, seemingly unaware of the wreck that is in your mind.

“Mhm?” He hummed, drawing out his ‘M’s.

As he started to cover your face in kisses, you continued. “But I do know one thing.”

Though he may know that you’ve been thinking of these things, it won’t be confirmed to him. For now, one source of your guilt shall remain a secret.

“That is?”

‘I think you are my dream.’ No, that’s too weird. You might just freak him out.

“You’re so amazing.”

Six sketch sunday

Thanks so much for tagging me @thewholelemon

I actually have something pretty exciting to share if i do say so myself!

In november 2022 i did a master study of romeo and juliet by frank bernard dicksee. I was very happy with it. But over time I’ve become less and less happy with it, specifically how baz looks :((

This is due to the fact that i traced A LOT in late 2022 (I was 15 ok, I’m sure we’ve all had one of those phases😭) I traced the whole painting, but baz was hard bc the original painting featured a woman, and her whole figure was covered by a white loose dress. 2022 me did their best interpreting the shapes and forming a new body for baz, but honestly they didn’t do it very well. Ive hated Baz’s face and body for a while now, but still loved simon and the painting in general. Which is why I came to the conclusion that for me to be at peace and happy with it again, I have to remaster it!

And again I’ve had this on my mind for a while now, mulling it over, because it’s quite a big project. But 7 days ago i finalized my decision and started looking at references and whatnot. It took me so long to find references bc I was confused of the angle of Juliet’s head in the original painting (so I’ve changed the angle whoops) and i needed to make sense of it all. Before i knew it i had spent 5 hours (according to procreates tracker) drawing, and literally nothing had changed.. but then i spent like 2 hours more and THAT did it. It was like digging a whole in the ground searching for water. You dig a little and nothing happens, and when you finally dig deep enough the water reveals itself like a goldmine.

Anyways, i haven’t gotten around to do any recoloring yet, so ill show you the sketch (ahem, traced) of my 2022 version versus what I have now

I’m trying to incorporate a lot more body language from baz this time around. I think the old sketch of baz was very rigid. His torso is very short 💀 my biggest issue was his face though. It was far too feminine. The bone structure wasn’t exactly giving baz, in fact the whole face didn’t look like baz to me. The expression also bothered me, it was too superficial. Like it’s exactly the predictable expression you expect him to have. I tried to spice it up in the new version by making him appear a bit more anguished. It’s romeo and juliet after all.

Im currently looking at references to what clothes he should be wearing (don’t worry, i wont cover up his sleeves. Even if it’s more time period accurate) so if y’all have any inspo or suggestions, feel free to share them with me!

While baz is the inly thing getting completely redone, I’m also touching up some other thins. Just giving it a more refined, finished look overall. The plants in the original were really messily done, so i’m gonna work a lot on those. 2022 me also slacked on the curtains, so I’m repainting those to match the original frank bernard painting.

Once I’m done with it all i think i might sell some prints. Ive gotten requests to sell prints of this one before, but never really got around to do more than research. If i do make prints, I’m a bit worried they’ll all go to waste bc they’ll have to be shipped from denmark, and shipping in expensive :(( (I’ve tried to set up middlemen and it didn’t work for me. Red bubble wont even allow me to add a credit card😬) but if y’all are still interested in prints, do let me know! Ill definitely put in more of an effort to make it happen if i know it wont be in vain :))

alright, you already know that he's a mad scientist, but as i've said before, he's morally gray, which means a lot of things don't deter him of completing/doing experiments.

which is why the lil 'oopsie daysie' happened with machine, and that's why there are alternates at the manor.

sans and papyrus, at the least, are pissed about it. but this discovery makes gaster's nerdy big boy brain hyperfixate on anything relating to the topic of alternative universes (humans in this universe dont have much research about it other than the occasional movie that makes you think, and the theories.)

and if i go further into this id spoil some of the plot (which i already did enough of) sooo, lets think of some hypothetical scenarios and headcannons!

id say that reader (you) would get into the lab a lot. and while you can be a great lab assistant, lets be honest, you touch too much shi 💀💀

gaster would have this thing where he'd put you in he corner for 5 minutes before letting you interact with the work again.

when i think of gaster's experiments, not only do i think of vials of dangerous liquids, but i also think of a SHIT ton of notes just neatly organized into notebooks on a metal shelf

a lot of the pages are more about ramblings and tiny details rather than general info

so if you try to read it, please get some context dear.

i know most ppl have the headcannon that sans gets his sleepy eepies from his dad, but he completely developed that on his own

gaster has a schedule set to where he sleeps for 8 hours, and only has 3 hours of free time.

which means if you see the other 13 hours blocked on his schedule he will not acknowledge you unless you are helping him progress

Going back to his interests, i think his favorite part about science are the details that most people miss that just really bring the whole theory together into a fact.

bro prolly has some national scientist awards and threw that shi straight into the trash.

its not that he isnt proud of his achievements actually, not at all.

he just doesn't need someone else, better yet a human to tell him so

so he tries to ignore the public despite their incessant please for his presence ✨

Since gaster actually exists, he is still labeled as the royal scientist, despite not being apart of a monarchy anymore, and does favors for the king when the curiosity allows it.

I want him to be a grandfather figure, who rambles on about success in life, who is also emotionally repressed, who also takes many risks that a man his age shouldn't.

his ideas and experiments are very "out of the box" per say. Like, if you told him you cant see souls at all (which is most likely gonna happen) dudes gonna strap you down and ignore your cries of pain as he extracts the your soul from your chest. poking and prodding at it to compare it to a monster soul.

i mean, he has the real thing now! no need to rely in outdated textbooks and theories right? why not test it for himself? and if you resent him for the rest of your life for it, he would tell you how lucky you are to still be alive and that he got what he wanted without losing a "potential specimen".

which makes you wonder what other lives has gaster been liable for??...oh well!

And noowwww back to the reader!

since reader is now gonna be a big part of his life- he'll allow certain things to slide. as you live more and more with him and the gang, he'll call you assistant or human and not by your real name.

i dont think gaster would spend much time around you during his scheduled hours (he kicks you out half the time)

but during his free time, and since you're human, he is very curious.

he asks about you, what it's like being a human female, what makes your skin darker than other humans, and why'd you conjoin your hair-

just lots of general questions about your appearance and how humans literally dont use INTENT at all.

and yes, INTENT, DETERMINATION, ATK, LOVE, and much more terms from undertale will be used in this fic. so i suggest getting into the fandom vocab a bit when you can-

but to put it simply, INTENT is like another way of language for monsters. it's pretty much what it says, but to break it down: intent is something that you do with purpose.

personally, i headcannon intent to be more intune with emotions and how the user feels and/or wants to feel in the moment. for example "aggressive and murderous intent" or "caring, sweet, and loving intent." and INTENT carries magic within it, hence why monsters are so in tune with internal emotions while humans aren't. and that's why monsters re more in danger with humans than any other creature, because humans used unknowing intent that could kill a monster in one hit.

Surprisingly enough he doesn't like to spend his breaks at home in his bed.

instead, he goes out to muffet's for a very specific coffee order, and a spider muffin.

half of the time he'll make you pay with your own money, crippling your pockets.

other times he'll roll his eyes when you "forget" to bring your wallet and get you only a drink off the menu.

if you catch him as he's leaving out for a break, gaster may sometimes not go to muffet's at all and find a park to watch kids trip at.

or maybe a grass field during golden hour.

im not gonna say that gaster hates kids, but it's moreso that fact that they...are underdeveloped, and therefore harder to understand in his eyes.

as ive said before, this guys ignores his feelings, so he gets uncomfortable when people show theirs.

so when you cry, or get angry in situations that dont seem as big to him as it does to you, he lowkey cringes a bit.

but since.. *sigh* you're now his pupil, as well as someone who takes his work more seriously than others (DESPITE YOUR TENDENCY TO TOUCH SHIT)

he has to take of you now! and *gags* comfort you

bro cant comfort for shit (which is one of the reasons why they dont have plants at their house)

so when you hug him with your snotty face... and your...wet tears, he shivers aggressively but tries to keep still

yea he doesn't hug back at all, its bad enough he has to watch you!

(or maybe it's bc he doesn't know how to hug back 👀)

In this au, the reader is canon to the universe. not isekaid, not transported, no. she lives there and the code is accurate. so any and all timelines will include her.

and timelines are gonna be a "what if", or maybe a chapter for angst. idk yet. And in this fic, imma make the choice for flowey not to remember resets. but only due to his will (cool right?).

frisk isn't really gonna be included much into the plot, only when it calls for it.

oh shit- back to gaster

not sure if i said this before, but warming up to gaster even the littlest bit is like reading a 100 chapter slowburn.

it's gonna take a long time, hell, maybe a year or so, for him and reader to start actually building a granddaughter/grandpa relationship. so while youre still getting to know him, it's like he's avoiding you, (but you clearly don't read his schedule enough sooooo)

and when you guys finally get to that point, you guys are like buddies. he'll ramble to you about certain topics, while you sit and listen.

you'd watch movies with him as he overanalyzes characters and plots, only to fuck it up and end up with something different, claiming "he could write a better one".

gaster loves helping you study

even if it's for a 5 question quiz, he'll help you out as much as he can!

plus, id be a shame if the ✨Smartest Man On the Surface ™✨ let his little human fail!

nuh uh, not happening!!!

he's very proud of you everytime you get an assignment back with an A with lots of praise from the teachers.

he'll even try to get you in a routine (which rarely works often, as easy as it seems)

gaster chuckles every time you make him a homemade snack, or lunch meal, it warms his little heart ❤️

Other times he can't stand your attitude

Why cant you control yourself in situations that aren't bigger than you make it seem?

it racks his big brain so much, that he bans you from the lab for 3 days when stuff like that happens.

he really hates it when someone has a tone with him, it grinds against some part of his brain the makes his more "violent" and intrusive thoughts.

its not noticable at first, at least not to him, but after the 1st hour he begins thinking

"humans have skeletons right?"

"what would skin all in a pile look like?"

"what would happen if he gripped, squeezed and strangled a soul made of pure determination?"

of course, he already knows that answer to those. and if you dont, just ask frisk.

im sure they remember very well.

but after the intrusive thoughts go away, he's just left seething in anger.

i feel like gaster (,similar to donnie from rise) has a hard time understanding other people, because he's been alone for most of his life.

and that makes him jealous of you.

but in the end, you'll always be gaster's little assistant ❤️

David's daughter Anastasia had been super quiet and hadn't made much noise other than a few cooes and squeaks till she was around one or one and a half.

Her first word ever was 'Dav', and she'd crawl or walk around the cave, repeating it until David found her or aided her in what she wanted/needed. Another silly thing is he'd always correct her when she said it, too.

"Dav-id. With 'id' at the end-"

"Dav!"

"Don't interrupt me."

Of course, once she got bigger, it developed into Daddy or Dad. When learning Chrysta's name, it was just an easy 'Mama'.

Now Jennifer, Dwayne’s daughter, had a rough time learning the difference between mom and dad. Due to some issues during Jenny's birth, Chrysta was left in some pretty bad shape for a good few months, so Dwayne was around to help more than he was expected to.

So Jennifer had actually started calling Dwayne 'Ma' or 'Mama' when she was becoming vocal. Of course, it didn't bother Chrysta or Dwayne too much, but he'll admit it was kind of embarrassing when he was on the boardwalk and his baby girl had called at him happily 'Mommy!'

"Jenny, it's 'daddy' see? I'm 'daddy.'"

"OK, mama."

"No, Jen -"

Paul tried soooo hard to get Tiffany's first word to be 'Papa' or 'Daddy' the poor guy spoon fed her books about it, making sure to linger and explain the specific pages including daddy animals or point out the parental figure considered the dad.

But it seemed no matter how hard he tried. Her words were always 'Mami!' Which soon followed a 'fuck' under Paul's breath.

... He didn't learn his mistake until one night on the boardwalk Tiffany had run a little too fast and dropped the ice cream cone Paul had just bought for her... And she exclaimed very loudly:

"FUG!"

Paul didn't know whether to be laughing or dreading what he had to explain to Chrysta later that night.

"Now Tiff, those are very bad words- and their not nice to use, especially in front of Ma...

But you're aloud to say it one more time for Daddy and his friends."

Katherine learned how to say Mama first due to Marko referring to Chrysta with it 24/7. Marko knows its cause he says it every dawn before they go to sleep, but he likes to think it's just imprinted into her little brain due to him always giving Chrysta's tummy two taps of his fingers, and saying 'hey little mama' while she was pregnant with Kat.

Chrysta also thinks it's the most darling thing whenever Marko goes: "Goooood night mama." Soon to be followed by Kats: "Guuuuuu night mama!"

Christopers first word was actually one David wasn't happy to hear. At all.

David left him with Marko and Paul for five minutes. Five. And the moment he saw the mischevious smirks from his mates as his son was being handed back to him while gumming down on a cherry lollipop, he already knew they'd done something. And the second he opened his mouth to ask, he heard from his darling baby boy's mouth:

"Bith!"

Oh, sweet heavens above he was going to murder those two.

"Chrissy. I'm Daddy. I'm not your-"

"Bith! Bith, bith, bith-"

*sounds of muffled devastation and full unadulterated rage into his coat sleeve*

All the girls+ Christopher (once he's old enough) collectively enjoy hunting or going on the boardwalk with their dads and mom. But they do each have their own things they like to do with each parent!

Anastasia likes learning to drive David's bike. Spending many late night hours riding around on the beach or through the fog of Hudsons Bluff with David. It's intense and thrilling, but she feels safe on the back or in the front of her dad's bike and has never at all felt like she'd get hurt or be in danger.

It's also nice when he sneaks off to go do it with her and only her - no siblings or mom and dads involved. Just a night between her and her dad for once.

She likes doing her makeup with, for, or getting it done by Chrysta. Since she isn't exactly risking mirror checks by walking into salons or makeup booths, it's nice to be able to keep herself well groomed and spend quality time with Chrysta.

She gets her hair done or nails made pretty, all while telling her mom about a cute boy she saw on the boardwalk she knows if she told David about he'd never get off her case. 🤭

Jennifer likes making jewelry with Dwayne. He always brings back teeth or cool bones he finds and teaches her how to tie or braid them into necklaces or anklets.

He also likes braiding her hair and putting beads in it- (This kids got his thick hair and Chrysta didn't go through 9 months of heartburn for it to not be taken care of.) teaching Jenny the same while being her personal model to test it on. Even if his hair ends up in knots, he praises her for her hard work. 🙏🥺

Jenny likes stories with Chrysta. She always tells the best ones while she's falling asleep or unable to sleep. In all honesty, she just seems to like Chrysta's voice. If she's being honest, her mama has a calm, lulling hum that makes her feel all cozy and safe.

Tiffany loves- and I mean LOVES dancing with her Daddy. Paul's always blasting music on his boom box and it's blasting twice as loud when it's just the two of them left in the cave.

Either their thrashing their heads together or jumping around the water fountain screaming along to the heavy metal, or he even plays a few of Tiffs favorites (a few Disney CD specials he stole once 🤫🤫)

But Tiff adores when Paul holds her on his hip and sway along to some slow dance songs, tiring her down after the few songs involving moshing and swinging. Even humming a little to them while doing some twirls just to get her to giggle. 🥺

Tiffany likes quality time with her mama! Maybe for the fact Chrysta can't say no the the perfect little puppy dog eyes she gives but does this girl no how to get spoiled rotten.

She likes being able to go around the boardwalk and walk through stores or booths looking at things, especially anything that sparkles. Chrysta has had to pat down her own child for jewelry snatches sneakily away from booths before.

Now. We all know Marko’s got to know at least a little handiwork when it comes to sewing or stitching. I mean, have you seen this man's jacket? He's bound to teach his offspring a little bit of his magic.

Katherine enjoys sitting on Marko’s lap as he either works on a new patch in his jacket or fixing up some of her own clothes. It's probably one of the only things she stays completely focused on and stays still,making sure to listen to everything he says.

He let's her take a go a few times- but that only lasts ten seconds before she's crying about poking her fingers or her hands are tangled in thread.

Kat likes dressing up with Chrysta. The two like looking through some old clothes or stolen goodies and putting on their own little fashion shows in the cave.

Since mirrors are a no-go, they like putting on the most flashy or hideous combination you could imagine and trying to make one another laugh.

Christopher likes learning to fly with David. David is probably the most safest option when it comes to difficult or riskier tasks to learn and he knows it.

Chris struggles getting the hand of it, and sometimes David can't fight the smugness when his son just likes to ride on his back or curl up underneath his buttoned up jacket while hovering around.

You know how mama bats hold their young in their wings when their upside down or something? That's how David holds Chris in his coat LMAO if anyone needed visuals.

Watching movies with Chrysta is one of the things Chris holds dear to his heart. Especially in his younger years when he's still not old enough to join hunting, his mom will happily stay behind and binge some cheesy cheap horror movie or soap opera with him.

I mean, they'll watch anything they can get their hands on, especially knowing they can easily get Max to give up a few VHS with the 'Grandpa' card.

🍼: what's your child's comfort item and where did it come from? is it a hand-me-down?

Anastasia's sentimental item is a pocket knife her dad used to have all the way back in 1900 when he was a pick-pocketer. It's not in the best shape, obviously, but it's a piece of him back before his immortality, and Annie is extremely intrigued about her father and his mates past.

Jennifer's comfort item has to be the skirt she seems to wear and never take off. It's sewn with multiple bits and pieces of beaded or detailed fabric her dad can find, and mom can sew. Chrysta could swear that sometimes Jenny purposefully makes tears or holes in the skirt just so Chrysta can add more to it.

Katherine's jacket is probably the second thing she loves most in life. The light pink fuzzy thing couldn't be pried of her very body if one tried. Marko bought it for her after he saw the sparkly rhinestones on the front of it that spelled out 'Princess' in cursive. Ever since Marko told her that she's "Daddy's little princess," this kid has a COMPLEX.

Christopher's a little dude, but he's probably got David's coat promised to him when he's older. If you want to see David turn into a puddle of goo, just watch his son waddle over to him and crawl underneath his coat and snuggle with his dad. Or the times at the boardwalk where he'll play hide and seek with Dwayne and hide underneath it if David's standing around.

As dangerous as it is, Anastasia loves the sunlight. The very thing that could kill her in a matter of painful seconds is the thing she's completely fascinated and intrigued by.

She can't help but feel a bit envious of humans who are able to feel the sun on their skin without agonizing pain to follow. Let a sunrise run up their fingertips without having to pull away. She fantasized about the summer days her mom would tell her about whenever she asked Chrysta what sunshine was like when she was human... Sometimes, she thinks she and her mother have a mutual agreement that they both wish to experience sunshine at least once in their immortality.

Now the thing she hates? David's overprotectiveness. If there's anything she can't stand it's when her dad demands or orders her around- sometimes it feels like she can't go seven feet in front of him without him demanding her to come back and never leave his side for the rest of the night.

Jennifer's favorite thing is her Daddy's hair. Like I've said and will stand my it RELIGIOUSLY is that Dwayne’s hair is probably the most cared for and well groomed than most of the boys. And Jennifer LOVES to play with it or snuggle with it.

This man is 100% willing to spend hours sitting perfectly still while his daughter covers his head with bows, clips, flower crowns, and the most ghastly knots considered braids. Maybe a few tears of pain are shed when she runs the cheap plastic come through his hair a little too hard, but he's enjoying the time nonetheless.

Jenny DESPISES social interaction with anyone that isn't her pack. She's the shyest thing anyone in the coven has ever seen. Whenever they're on the boardwalk Jenny is hiding behind Dwayne’s legs or her mom's side.

And when she's allowed to split off and go with her sisters, she's following behind Anastasia like a lost puppy, eyes trained to the floor.

Tiffany's favorite thing is the beach! Paul gives off some very low surfer dude vibes imo,(I mean there's a split shot in the movie where we see some surfboards) but I don't think he does anything extravagant or hardcore- I feel he'd just swim out a a ways with Tiffany on the edge of his board and moonbathe for a little bit, laying on his back with Tiff on top or hanging her legs over the ledge, both taking a little nap.

As much as Tiffany likes the sea and the beach, she hates baths. She's like a feral cat clawing and clinging onto her moms arm to avoid touching the soapy surface of the bath at Max's home.

Now Katherine's favorite thing? Marko. You know how I said the thing she loves second in her life was her jacket? Marko takes first place. (Sorry Chrysta LOL.)

Kat loves her papa and clings to his very being like a koala. She's always making sure she's the star of his attention whenever he's around. If no one can find Kat, just look on Marko’s back, leg, or arm. She's probably latched herself onto there.

And the thing Kat hates is when Marko has to leave. Whether it be hunting or simply just a boys' night out, she's pouting and asking when he's gonna be back. She thinks any second without her dad is gonna end up with him in danger or hurt. She makes some of the cutest excuses as to why she can't go to bed so she can hopefully stay up till Marko gets back. She's definetly attached to this vampires hip but he isn't complaining. 🤷‍♀️

Christophers' favorite thing has got to be the boardwalk! The little guys eyes just get all big and excited at all the sparkling, twinkling lights and colorful stands or rides. He even starts to babble or squeal happily whenever the word affiliated with his favorite place is mentioned.

Christopher hates Daddy's vampire face. Like- when David and all the guys get vamped out, Chris'll start crying. It's similar to those videos with babies' reactions when fathers shave their beards for the first time in their lives.

It's worse when David does it on purpose to get a good laugh too, and he isn't doing anything malicious or cruel to scare his son, he's just holding him and this kid will go into hysteric sobs while hiding in David's coat.

No😊 (and I say this confidently because I named myself)

2. When was the last time you cried?

Two days ago, on my birthday (I was just a little emotional), but @maxwellshimbo was there to comfort me💚

3. Do you have kids?

Not of my own, no. And it's unlikely that is ever going to happen.

4. What sports do you play/have you played?

I did ballet as a kid but quickly got tired of it and started playing football, which I technically STILL play (it's been 84 14 years💀) but I am falling out of love with it. I used to do archery for like a year which I absolutely loved and hope to do again sometime! I'm in a club for lifeguarding (German peeps will probably have heard of DLRG👀) so I spent quite some time at the swimming pool as well. Though I am not as active in actual training anymore. And I did ballroom dancing for a while. Like standard and latin dances. My favourite was probably Cha Cha Cha and my least favourite was definitely Quickstep😵‍💫 it was fun tho! I danced with one of my best friends and I did the leading parts which made me feel kind of gender euphoric. I also like to go for a run every now and then but overall I'd consider myself a not so sporty person. I like to relax a lot🥴

5. Do you use sarcasm?

I cannot live without. It just comes naturally.

6. What is the first thing you notice about people?

Just the overall vibe I guess. And whether I like them or not.

7. What is your eye colour?

It says blue-grey on my ID but I've been told they're actually more green-ish and I kind of agree.

8. Scary movies or happy endings?

Happy endings. I don't like scary movies, I think they're ridiculous.

9. Any talents?

Hm. Well...my dad jokes are pretty good🤪 but apart from that...I guess I'm quite creative?🤷🏻 I speak 3 languages fluently? I can touch my tongue to my nose? Idk xD

10. Where were you born?

In some small town in northern Germany. Fellow Germans will probably know it for one (1) big tourist attraction but I'm not going to specify it here.

11. What are your hobbies?

I play theater. I play several musical instruments (bass, flute, ukulele, kalimba and some more but I'm not as good). I like taking pictures and editing them. Sometimes I write fanfic and/or poetry. And I like to relax in my bean bag🥴

12. Do you have any pets?

I have a cat but I haven't lived with her in 3 years. (Due to an allergy🤧 and me moving out of my parents' house.) I visit her from time to time tho!

13. How tall are you?

It used to be 1,68m on my ID but I recently had to renew it and now it says I'm 1,71m...I think I might actually be smaller than that though🥴

14. Favourite subject in school?

Always all the languages. Never any of the sciences. I loved music class as well. And all the school bands I played in. I miss that.

Please, that is the WORST question you could ask me right now😩 I feel a little lost. I'm currently studying to be a translator but is it what I really want? -i have no fucking idea 💀 i’m working on it. so far all i’ve got it ren is an ex gym leader, etho is an on again off again member of the elite 4, martyn is a researcher/trainer and has a bit of a history with grian, and that’s it. i need to figure out bigb and skizz’s backstory and how they all got together, but for now as a group all i know is they’re a decently strong group of trainers and have beef with desert duo

-i’m thinking of making some of the regions that already exist canon, but making a new one seems like a good idea and id love your help with worldbuilding 👀

-jimmy is a sort of trainer? and atm he owns a flower shop with scott and they’re living their best lives (for now)

-i’m having some events based off of 3rd life events, and some events from other series + certain dynamics i like from other series

-THATS A REALLY GOOD IDEA i have cleo somewhat in the lore (see below) but i needed lore for her and bdubs ty ty

-ok this one is kinda long. basically joel meets desert duo -> helps them fight with dogwarts -> meets the dogwarts guys -> doesn’t really have a strong sense of “i should hate these people” -> is friendly with both groups -> gets kinda close with etho -> etho wants help pranking cleo and bdubs -> joel says fuck it why not -> the four of them get into a sort of argument/turf war -> cleo gets pissed off and has her pokémon (i was thinking charizard) try to attack joel’s arcanine -> there’s some sort of scuffle/miscommunication and it ends up fire blasting joel square in the face -> it spirals from there, joel and geraldine (the arcanine) run off and the other three eventually find them and take joel to the hospital and they all feel pretty bad cause it was never supposed to escalate that far

i based it off of joel’s second 3rd life death, etho asked him to help attack cleo and bdubs using joel’s hill to launch a tnt cannon, and cleo burned down joel’s house in response which ended up killing him

real quick i would like to preface this with a comment on spoilers/implied spoilers: PLEASEEEEE do not spoil me 😭🙏 the fun of liveblogging is knowing like nothing and going in completely blind and the wording of this aggressively implies phoenix did not forge the evidence. to be clear im not mad at you or anything but if i am under a grossly wrong misconception. and im mad about it. please let me be grossly wrong and mad so i can be embarrassed about it later in the liveblog 😭😭😭 especially if that misconception is clearly something the game wants me to be under 😔🙏 like something like this is fine

because it doesnt tell me anything about how im wrong or in what direction and ive already gone on record saying theyd better give me some sort of a reason for why he is the way he is. and if this ask had come from somebody who i knew hadnt played the game then id be like "well thats a valid question let me think about it for a minute" but this is very clearly "he didnt forge the evidence bestie 💀💀💀" it... its definitely a spoiler 😭😭😭 all i ask is that yall use a little bit of discretion and let me figure it out for myself (even if the text has to walk me through it personally. never forget my aa3 liveblog to my friend where i figured out godot was mias "dead" boyfriend as soon as diego showed up and did not piece together that he was mistys real murderer until phoenix literally said the thing about there only being some things you could see in the dark. and even then i was in denial about it 💀🙏)

to be fair. at the later point it was almost 4:30 am and my brain had completely shut off and the amount of critical thought happening here was in the negatives. but still. actually wait since we're here i want to share my most favorite bit of dramatic irony from the entire liveblog

to be honest my aa3 liveblog slayed and my biggest regret is not subjecting everybody here to it. REGARDLESS. since you have posed this question i do, in fact, have an answer >:]

consider, for a moment, phoenix's canonical messing with the crime scene. it doesnt take a terrible amount of creativity to figure out how he feasibly couldve forged evidence - he looks around, and with the added knowledge of the removeable bookcase and the fact that nobody else was in the room or has come up or down the stairs he's been in front of the whole time, figures that whoever killed the victim did it from the position of the secret entrance. he looks at the table for any signs of a struggle or blood and notices that one of the cards has been switched out. considering the drama that just occurred and the fact that he is a renowned poker player, he recalls exactly the cards that were there before and realizes that the criminal took that particular ace with him.

he checks the replaced card and notices that the back color is different - this is incredibly importance evidence incriminating the true murderer (somebody who is colorblind and/or was not present for the game in any capacity), so its critical that this remains as is. guessing the stolen ace had blood on it, he procures another copy of that exact card (you cannot tell me they only had two decks in the entire bar), gets a cloth or gloves or something and takes the murder weapon and presses it to the wound to get blood on it so that he can drip it onto the card. knowing that his time is running thin, phoenix hides the forged evidence somewhere in the bar so trucy can come back and get it for him. phoenix is taken in by the police for being the prime suspect.

like any good daughter, trucy comes to visit him in the detention center. phoenix tells her to go get something for him at where he's hidden the card in the bar (you cannot tell me that he cant do this because the guard would be paying attention to what he's saying - our clients have said all sorts of crap and never faced any sort of consequences for it) and asks her to give it to apollo during the trial. seems pretty cut and dry to me tbh

hi pls ignore this if i have mistaken you for someone else and am making a fool out of myself but are you the person who wrote isosceles?? because that fic altered my brain on an abnormal and chemical level way back when and i just remembered it the other day and binged it all again and i feel like i remember there being a few other fics in that universe (one from travis’s pov iirc) and i wanted to know where they are. of course if you are not the person who wrote isosceles i am a fool and feel free to ignore this ❤️

I did, yeah.

I wrote it when i was 14 so at a certain point i didn't want to be associated with it because it didn't reflect me as much anymore. It was my big baby at the time!!! But i divorced from that a few years ago. As for the other universe fics, if i remember correctly: connor, drew, a vers where jason admits to liking him back (some point isos implied that jason DID like leo back but was too confused to do anything).... But i deleted those first because they just weren't as fun, and my own friend group was falling apart so it felt too close.

But yes, you have found me LOLOL. Isos is orphaned, but unfortunately the other fics are deleted fr. Sorry :( but thanks for enjoying it!!! 💖

The reason why i didnt delete isos too was because so many people were saying what you are now. If i could, id rewrite it (both with style and plot differences) and do a whole new remastered version. Im not sure why i decided to write his senior year when i was a freshman/sophomore LOL so I always figured I would've came back to it when I was older.... Clearly I did not.

I WAS miserable in high school, at least socially. So Leo was a little TOO personal and it made me mad when i basically did what he did towards the end. I spent some time just doing some random apolleo fics. Capolleo series, so my name should've been capolleon by then? LOLOLOL i had been majorly influenced by some now-deleted fic which is why apollo is even there 💀 but now im apollos age in the fic and im like 'hmm. Yeah maybe not...'

Then there was a fic that was coming out towards the end of isos that i felt was copying me 😭😭😭 ← 14/15 yr old feelings. Who cares! But i would update and then they would update and i was so paranoid 😭😭😭 honestly, the vibe in general for valgrace in 2018 is much different than right now, and it was much more open and varied in topics. This is not to discredit the current valgrace leaders or whatever the fuck, but the vibe is just ... Pretty different.

But yeah. Im sort of using this ask as an excuse to talk about it, but isos was SO big and what i was known for within the small vg circle (outside of the text fic at the same time 💀) so i was constantly reminded of it. And dont get me wrong, i ADORED that fic when i was writing it. I was upset whenever my life was too messy for me to drop the chapter of the month. Double updates felt so ... Um. Mature and awesome, like i was a professional 💀 i wrote leo as bisexual but he had a pretty strong inclination to men because i was figuring I'm out that I wasn't bisexual but a lesbian, but I couldn't really articulate that, especially as I was dating a guy through that fic. That was some cute little endpoint i was gonna have but its reality frightened me so it was dropped... The complexities of piperleojason were insane to think about when i was like, crying at lunch in my bf's car 😭 When it was posting, i left some really crazy A/N's showing how volatile i was at the time, that i eventually deleted. But i was so proud of it and it was a comfort to write. I think the drafts were a lot more raw but people loved it anyway.

Anyway. It's been a while since I've been able to talk about this fic. People have left the most loving comments in the world and it connected with a lot of readers. Its also my only fic that had fanart and playlists and such made for it! I was so proud of that! I dont think people understand how incredible that is and it truly is the dream for fic writers!!! I have other fics that inspired ppl, but isos was the one ppl constantly flocked to or appreciated :)

I used to cry writing some parts of it and now it just feels like an old diary entry. I haven't read it in a while and thought about remaking it (probs... As college kids though) but haven't bothered. Technical-wise, theres so many things that are dropped or forgotten or are just clumsy but thats really just a maturity thing.

Anyway THANK YOU FOR ASKING!!!!!!!!! Ppl dont ask me about my fics like they used to which was the whole reason why i made this account :(((( among other things, lack of interactions in fandom have decreased so much :((((

I was SO MAD that they took my phone, when I woke up the second time to realize it. I felt like it was against the law or sum & was acting like I was gonna sue them. AND when I was crying & was gonna call my mom, they were like give me the phone we’ll do it & I was like NO cus it’s my phone tf. I didn’t say cus it’s my phone but I said no & to leave me alone. Anyways I was crying even more that I was gonna literally say “if you don’t move ima hurt you” but then I saw my mom come in so I was like k nvm but I was gonna say it cus I have trauma w authority figures blocking the door & feeling trapped & surrounded like that so I was crying more cus it was making me panic. I get very scared when someone stands in the doorway from making me leave anywhere, it doesn’t matter the situation, it doesn’t matter if I’m drunk or whatever like let me leave, follow me if you must but don’t block it cus I will cry & hurt you. They did that to me at school once & I was crying cus of the same thing. It’s the feeling of being trapped & powerless. omg good for you! I am quite scared to go to the gym because I have no idea what to do ahha. Did you like get an instructor or did you just went with it? Or like had a plan made up?

I get youu I’ve been wanting to go for like four years but was always too nervous😭

But I went to the gym my mum goes to and she went with me and showed me what to do. I just went on one machine that’s pretty easy to operate but the others looked absolutely doable too!! I think 90% of the machines that aren’t weight lifting are probably really easy to do like even when she was somewhere else I would have had the courage to just go to one of the other machines and try it on my own, everyone else (not that there were many people) was completely minding their business. So I think if you don’t wanna do weightlifting, then you probably don’t even need anyone to show you how, but it is their job to show you how or even show you around at the start and the people working at the place I went to were sooo nice so I would have had no problem asking them.

You could also google the gym you wanna go to and figure out if they have like individual instructors and what machines they have and you can plan exactly what you wanna do, and if you go a few times or even just once, you’ll see other people using the other more complicated looking machines and then you’ll know how to use them or maybe you’ll be comfortable enough to ask. And maybe the weightlifting isn’t that hard either but I feel like I wouldn’t know what exercises to do? And how much weight etc but if I do wanna do weightlifting I’ll wait a bit and either ask someone or see how other people do it shsjsj

Omg idk why that was so long lol but you have nothing to worry about, the people will be nice and I mean it is their job to help you, but I also feel like you will be able to figure stuff out on your own if talking to them makes you nervous!! But maybe if you sign up the same day you start, they’ll automatically show you around or otherwise you can just tell them that it’s your first day and ask if they can help you or whatever. But you should do it if you wanna go to a gym!! I wish Id done it earlier but like I said I did go with my mum but I just had so much fun that I wish I’d gone ages ago even if I was alone.

Also (to actually answer your question💀) I knew what things they had before and knew what I wanted to go on (crosstrainer?? i think that’s what it’s called) so I did that for 25 minutes and then went swimming for another 25 minutes (that was more relaxed tho lol)

Are you still doing ships ? If so I would love for you to do one. I would love a marauders era one!! I always felt like I would get along with Remus and my friends have said the same but with James Potter lol but I wasn't to sure.

I'm 18 and 4'11 but I have a big attitude and are very protective of people I care for but I can be calm and collected when I want to be. I'm very clumsy (tripping over my own feet or the sidewalk). I say "How Rude"(Stephanie-full house) alot so I guess it could be a little catchphrase. I'm a cancer and Hufflepuff so equally a big sweetheart but with an attitude who acts like I could end you💀(I'm to clumsy for that). I can be very loud coming from a loud Puerto Rican family my voice raises just to talk. I listen to alot of old school music(Eminem, snoop dog etc) but also I listen to Doja cat and alot of musicals. I used to be in choir till I transferred to a new school middle of senior year. I tend to take my grades seriously but not enough to get super high in my classes. I like to read but I also like to collect books and stickers and pins. I act like a child at heat 🙂😂. I love building Legos like I could sit there for hours and build. I'm very girly like feminine in a way like I like skirts and dresses but also jeans and heels. I like skin care as well. I care for people very deeply and I'm a good listener. My friends are my family.

under the cut tho, its loooonggggg

1 - i took my screenie with SRWE btw, so that's why it looks high quality! it would be fine without too tho :) also i edit with a drawing tablet

but then i went into "adjustments" and made the shot a bit warmer, personal preference really

2 - i always add my shadows first thing, at least the main shadows, so i can figure out the vibe and where i wanna put light and all of that jazz! so, new laywer, and you change the layer type to "multiply" and i did the shadows that you with my brush (normally with the color black or really dark brown). i used various layers for the shadows so if i needed to delete a detail, i wouldn't mess with the others that were already good. but i always put some gaussian blur on my shadows layer - again, personal preference, i just like it like that. you find the gaussian blur on - filter - blur - gaussian blur

4 - i added the light. on the face and on the body, where i wanted really. new layer, and changed layer type to "overlay". took a brush again, some white color, and started to lighten where i wanted. then on the body layers i used gaussian blur again, for the face i went in with the "smudge tool" and smudge the highlighters

5 - next i did the eyes, and the eyes omg... it's just a trial and error situation honestly. im going to link you to the best eye tut and it's where i learned how to do them - here

6 - i made the jewels sparkle :) how? new layer again, and then the overlay layer option and i just painted over the jewerly with white color and it lights up

7 - i did some hair strands. look, i can't tell you the best way to do them, i'm learning how to do them still! what i did on this one was open a new normal layer and i just went with the flow strand by strand.. i know, kill me kill me now 💀

8 - after that, i looked at the scene and just lit up the background behind them to appear that the sun was really shining on them! so, new layer, changed that new layer for "soft light", this time with a yellow ish undertone, and started to lit it up, and then i also opened a new layer in "overlay" and made it even more pop basically

9 - the last thing i did, was go into topaz stars, added a lil star on jace's earring and on kiara's necklace, then went filter - camera raw - and added a little bit of a vignette on the corners. then because i like a blurry effect on the corners, i went into filter - blur gallery - iris blur

ethis is what you get, and you just mess with it into your liking. i normally chose between 7 to 15, depends on the edit.

after that, i added noise that you find on filter - noise - add noise and i don't rememeber how much i added for this edit, but i think i added aroung 4 or 5, but it depends on the quality of the screenie or even if you like the noise effect, you might not even like it, but im a big fan :)

AND VOILÁ! there's the final version

I'm Powder," he looks at your hand, hiding his hatchet, "Nice axe by the way!" you smile, complimenting what he was trying to hide. His mask hides the small smile he had on his face and he shakes your hand, "Toby.." You look at him, your eyes moving up and down. As if second nature, you let go of his hand and open your jacket. You offer it to him, "Your shirt has a lot of paint on it," you say, not knowing it was blood that stained him. "Uh- y-yeah, I was having a-a paintball f-f-fight.." he said between his tics. He replaced his jacket with the one you offered him.

+ And thenn, yo two schedules a day to give it back to you. And this is where friendship starts~ + Ya'll hang out a lot after + Outdoors?? That's his vibe!! + You two would hang out in the woods a lot! Not just the woods tho, probably the deepest parts where caves and bigger animals could be seen. Or where the earth ends as a river ends to be a waterfall. + The beach is also a good place! Tho, be warned, he always chases crabs. + He completely understands your "Accidently Rude" thing. Because he has borderline disorder, he has trouble with controlling his own emotions. So he relates and won't be bothered at all. + If he gets harshly sarcastic, he will apologise after. He'll tell you he doesn't mean it as he is very unpredictable.

But I bet you'' understand if he blows suddenly. Just stay quiet. He'll comfort you about it. Tells you that it's not a problem at all. + Would cuddle you!! Physical touch is his love language!! + When you're watching television, talking about sharks, reading about flowers or you two are watching the stars together, trying to spot the various constellations that decorate the night sky, he's there to wrap his arms around you and warm you with his presence. + You two are the type of couple to just, vibe with each other.
