Sh culture it punching yourself, biting yourself and starving yourself bc you don’t have access to anything sharp. Purposefully sleeping without blankets bc you don’t deserve them and shivering cold hurts, waking up sore from shivering all night, writing everything that is wrong with you all over yourself. Anything to cause yourself pain
