3rd's POV

Baek Harin was a woman of a lot of things, she prided herself in her way of keeping things under her control - you especially. Her precious Grade F who will do anything she wants and let her do anything she wants to her. She made you a Grade F specifically so she could enjoy having you more, she loved seeing all these burns on your skin from her cigarettes, bruised wrist because of how she held it, she loved everything.

And with that she also made sure that she was the only one who had the right to do that to you, you were hers after all and she hated when people touched what's hers.

So seeing you in front of her with bruises all over your stomach that she knows weren't from her made her livid even though she may have not looked like it.

Dayeon really must have had a death wish.

She caressed your cheek gently, eyes showed not much emotions as she whispered "Don't worry Y/N, I'll make sure Dayeon learns her place and then we will go back to our own games" She will make sure Dayeon knows not to touch her things and she knew exactly how.

One phone call and it's done

"Yes, she's been causing big troubles for us. I would appreciate it if you could talk with her about proper manners. Thank you" Harin smiled at paralyzed in emotions Dayeon as she hang up on her father. She watched her shaking figure with satisfaction, she didn't know if she was shaking in fear or anger but that didn't mattered to Harin, she just wanted her to suffer for even thinking about touching you.

"Let that be a small warning Dayeon-ah, I can do so much worse if I want to but I'm giving you a chance, don't waste it on useless things" Harin said as she left Dayeon standing there. She didn't cared about her, she didn't cared about anyone and honestly she probably didn't cared that about what happened to you - she just hated someone else getting the satisfaction she craved.

You know, if/when Margie ever goes to get assessed for ADHD or such, it'll be over some executive function-related failure on a project that she had hoped would prove to her that she can excel at things so long as she actually 'cares' about them. It'd be something music related for sure--maybe some kind of collaborative videogame music charity thing that some other online music nerds have organized together--I dunno what the indie online musician equivalent of a "zine" is lmfao

Like, it's not even a big prestige thing, and she's not getting any money from it--but it's an exciting project and she gets to compose covers of her favorite viddy game songs and have her music featured alongside other artists she enjoys. But--you know, there's a hard deadline. And there are certain expectations--she want's to make something good and memorable with this.

She gets started on it, and it's going well--well enough for her to be like, "great, I can come back to this later and I'll have it done no problem!" And then she forgets. And then she gets a reminder in her email that submissions are due by the end of the week. The email was sent on Monday, it's Thursday evening. She panics, and tries to put together the rest of the composition that same night, dismayed beyond words that she had put this thing off until literally the last minute. And it's not coming together, she had this great sound and idea in her head, and now it's failing to materialize for her. Her mounting frustration and panic has built up past being a helpful motivator, and is now actively sabotaging her efforts until she can't do anything but cry about it. It's 3 am, the work isn't done, it's isn't going to get done...she utterly failed. At this thing she's good at, that she wanted to do, that she was eager to be a part of.

Materially, she loses nothing by being like "well, I can ask for an extension, and if that's not possible then oh well." It wasn't a paid gig, it wasn't some huge, prestigious feature, there were no awards or accolades on the line, really. But it was supposed to be an easy thing she could do to remind herself that she's perfectly capable at completing things if she just--yanno--cares enoug, puts her mind to it and deems it worth her effort. It was supposed to be easy self-reassurance. And she failed.

and so she's crying in the wee hours of the morning over some small, unremarkable thing that she had chosen to do, for free, in her spare time because she hung all her confidence and self-worth on her ability to complete it in a manner that she could be proud of.

And Raf's the one holding her, trying to figure out how to impress on her that this whole fiasco is not...a suitable way of measuring her worth. Like--it's not proof that she's 'lazy'. This isn't what laziness looks like, this isn't what a "lack of care" or "lack of motivation" looks like. Ugly crying over a low-stakes, free-time, "for fun" project after forcing yourself to work fruitlessly through the night is...disordered. Like, Raf of all people, gets it. He completely understands lmao but it requires attention and help. It's not the first time he's suggested to Margie that she should book an assessment. He's offered to help her get the process started several times in the past. She's always been very "yeahhh...nah" about it. He figured it was because she was afraid of being told that there was something """wrong """ with her. Which--he empathized with a lot, and so never really pressed her about it.

But, over this specific event, it becomes clear that what Margie is most afraid of is hearing and knowing definitively that's there's nothing wrong with her. She worries that her inability to complete things on time, to remember things, to keep organized and clean and to prioritize things is just something everyone has to deal with, and they just care enough to deal with it properly--while she has somehow internalized that crying about it means she won't have to worry about it anymore. Maybe cuz she was spoiled growing up, like her parents use to suggest; that she was never truly forced to face the consequences of her inaction. And, for what ever reason, that'd mean she's just...a bad person.

And once Raf realizes that this is what has been keeping her away from getting assessed, he commits to fully pleading with her to get assessed, promising that no possible outcome will change his opinion of her at his very core. And it works. He's able to get a referral for her from his therapist, gets her booked, and over the course of three appointments, she goes through the assessment--feeling an undeterred mix of anxiety and shame all the while 'cus what if they just think "this girl walks in with a latte and a 'problem' but her real problem is that she has never experienced a real struggle in her life lol" or "she's exaggerating things just so she can get drugs, no way is anyone actually this stupid" or "this is a huge waste of time". That's not how it turns out, of course. Between the self assessment, the assessment she had to give to 3 trusted friends/family members to fill out, the IQ test, the cognitive ability tests, and whatever else happened during the dialogue between her and the psychologist--Margie gets her ADHD diagnosis and an autism diagnosis. She gets Raf to sit in with her while the psychologist goes over the results with her, 'cus she doesn't trust her ability to recite any of that information to him herself afterward lmao To her surprise (and to Raf's quiet, triumphant validation for calling it correctly), Margie's IQ is, apparently, a very sexy 136...but is undercut by remarkably low results on tests pertaining to certain cognitive abilities--to the point of qualifying as significant impairments.

On the list of treatments, medication is suggested as a footnote following a list of things including therapy, habit-building and behavioral exercises, dietary suggestions, and further reading suggestions. Which comes to her as a relief, because it's gonna take her a few more years before she's comfortable with the idea of medicating (imagining in her mind that one unfortunate unofficial Calvin and Hobbes comic that has made her fear losing her enthusiasm for her creative musical endeavors lmao). Until then though, the therapy is, perhaps, the most helpful treatment suggestion on that list. Aside from contributing to supportive mental/emotional/behavioral exercises--after the initial relief of "omg there WAS something wrong, I'm not just a bad, lazy, uncaring person!!"--the backlog of hurt that follows the "I needed help but they punished me instead" revelation provides a lot to work through.

I saw your requests say open, but I know you're struggling with motivation to get content out so no worries if you cannot or don't want to fulfill this but I'm having a surgery soon so I'm requesting from some of my friends/fav writers hoping it helps me out in recovery.

Anyway sorry for the rambling lol, here's my idea. I was thinking like something with BuckyNat and R where Reader has to undergo surgery for something (maybe an old injury became too bad to deal with or maybe something happened on a mission that needs attention) and they're super nervous about it and hesitant to agree so Nat and Bucky sit down with them and just offer lots or love and support (even though they're both nervous too cuz that's their girl) so when Rs getting the surgery they're a bit of a mess until they know she's alright and then they help her settle into their room and help care for her as she starts to mend.

Bucky smiled softly at you, "what's on your mind doll?" he asked seeing your mind was a million miles away. Natasha sitting on the right side of your hospital bed, she looked up at the two of you.

"The thought of being put to sleep and some stranger playing around inside my body and touching my bones is freaking me out" you replied honestly. Bucky let out a soft chuckle, "doll, they are professionals" he reminded you.

"Yeah, they're not even thinking about how weird it is that they're touching somebodies bones" Nat pitched in. Sure, they had a point the thought of it was still uncomfortable. "Okay but what if something goes wrong?" you questioned. Nat placed her hand on top of yours, "detka, I promise you nothing is going to happen"

"That's right doll, nothing is going happen to my darling. You'll be in and out in no time and Nat and I will be waiting by your side" Bucky added. You looked over to him on your left side, "do you promise?" you asked.

"Have I ever broken a promise to you before?" he questioned with a soft smile. The support from the two of them did help ease some of your nerves and finally you agreed with your surgeon that you'd have the surgery on the condition that both Nat and Bucky were able to watch from the viewing room. At first your surgeon wasn't onboard with the idea but with a little sweet talking from Bucky and the two of them were sat in the view room watching the surgery unfold from above.

"She'll be okay" Natasha places her hand on Bucky's knee when she noticed the worrying look in his eyes. "I know but still, that's our girl down there, I can't help but worry" he replied. Nat rested her head on Bucky's right shoulder, "I know love, I'm worried too" she admitted.

They watched for what felt like forever until the operation was a success and you were returned to your room when both Nat and Bucky waited patiently for you to wake up, both of them holding your hand. When your eyes finally fluttered open, smiles filled the room. Bucky was relieved and Nat was just happy to see your beautiful eyes once more.

"How are you feeling detka?" Natasha asked, placing a kiss on your temple. "Tired" you replied, struggling to keep your eyes open, the last of the anaesthesia winning the battle making your partners lightly chuckle.

"I'll go get us some dinner, what do you want?" Nat asked Bucky knowing full well he wasn't going to leave your side for a second. "Burgers?" he replied, looking up at Nat as she placed a hand on his left shoulder, "you've got it soldier" Nat said, placing a kiss on his cheek.

A few weeks after your operation you started PT. Natasha made her it mission to make sure you had the best physiotherapist in the county, although you told Natasha it wasn't necessary but Bucky was on team Nat and you lost that battle.

Bucky basically waited on you hand and foot, he just wanted to make sure you were okay and in no pain. Night was one your favourite time of day because Natasha would somehow have dinner ready, by somehow you mean you were sure that Wanda cooked and Nat took the credit but you thought it was sweet she wanted to do something nice each night and let it slide.

After dinner, the three of you would snuggle up in bed, carefully of your knee of course but with the two people you love the most beside you, the pain from your knee was the least of your worries.

What do you think would happen if Floyd were to meet Riddle's mother?! Cuz I just read your Mama/Papa leech Headcanons about meeting their sons crush. But what if it’s reversed? Riddle's mother Meeting Floyd? (I would also say Yuu's parents meeting Jade, but unfortunately, that won't be happening)

“Wow, I thought Lil Goldfishie was a stick in the mud, his mama has a whole branch up her—” *gets kicked in the groin*

I have very mixed feelings about Riddle's mother, in that with the context we have right now she's a bitch and if I ever see her it's on motherfucking sight. But she must love her son still, right? Is she harsh because he wants to set Riddle up for success, but only knows the way she was raised? Is she scared of her kid getting hurt or failing, and so she tries to shield him from all possible harm? Is she so hyperaware of all the dangers in society that she feels the need to keep him in a little bubble, knowing in the back of her mind that making mistakes and getting hurt is part of growing up? A good mother would never want to see their child ever get hurt if it were up to them. I mean, she must care for him in some way, but how? In the manga or novel (not sure which) they mention that she fought back against the school to keep him in, but was that because she wanted him to have the prestige of NRC in his background or because she wants what's best for him? She homeschooled him herself to the point that he's an immensely powerful mage already as a teen, so she could've hypothetically kept doing the same thing, right? Is she a mother that truly cares for her son but suffered the same childhood, but she “turned out fine” so it must be fine? Or is she just a bitch, lol. Either way, she is emotionally and affectionately neglectful and doesn't realize it at best, and emotionally and psychologically abusive at worst.

I have a lot to say on the topic of Mrs. Rosehearts, about her parenting, the cultural differences of child-rearing that EN players and JP players might have. This post talks about it in depth, but I can say more on the topic later.

In regards to Floyd meeting Mrs. Rosehearts, probably against Riddle's wishes or while he's distracted, the poor guy is set up for disappointment. While it's implied that Mama Leech is overprotective and that she calls very often, if not daily, to check in on her sons, they still had enough freedom growing up to get into shenanigans and hijinks. I mean, they beat up a sturgeon and took some of its scales to fashion into earrings like a trophy. And they both speak very fondly of her, so Floyd is going into meeting Mrs. Rosehearts with the expectation that she might be a bit stuffy. But, she raised Riddle, his crush and favorite human! He's strict and mean at times, but he cares a lot for his dorm and is super diligent, she must be like that too!

But she's so…critical. She looks at him unamused, very standoffish, but is polite. He guesses. He can see where Riddle got his strictness from.

“Hello. Who might you be?” She probably didn't expect to have some random student, not even from her son's dorm, come up to her. He was...tall. Towered over her, and based on the color of his hair and sharp teeth, most likely wasn't human.

“Huh, you're not as red as my Lil Goldfishie is.”

She blinked and frowned, resisting the urge to chastise the strange fellow for his informal tone and rube behavior. Not her son, not her problem.

“Pardon? Do you often speak to your elders like this?” she asked, eyeing him as she turned away to watch her son give orders to his dorm as they managed an informational booth.

“Yeah, why not? They're just people. Not like I'm being rude or anything” She would strongly disagree. “You're kinda prickly, like a lionfish.”

“W-what?” She changed her mind, someone needs to put him in her place. “Now listen here, young man, it's quite rude to call people anything other than their na—”

“They're real mean, ya know. Venomous, a nuisance, can't even mess with it cause it has a bunch of spines—oh! Imma call you Mama Lionfish.” The young man snapped his left fingers like he made a revelation.

Mrs. Rosehearts had learned to control her temper, but she still had her moments, Her face been bright red, her lips thinned, and she opened her mouth to start berating the young man.

“Floyd Leech! What did I tell you about calling people names?” A tall, slender women came up to them, pale skin and hair hue similar to the man in front of her. She wore a cream-colored dress and matching blazer, adorned with gold and pearls, and a matching wide brimmed hat. She was followed by Riddle, who looked a mix of anger and concern.

“Never do it in front of people, yeah, yeah.” The man named Floyd pouted, but brightened at the sight of Riddle. “Oh hey Lil Goldfishie! What's uuuup?”

Floyd jogged over to Riddle, halting him midstep as Mrs. Rosehearts noticed Riddle almost bristle, trying to sidestep and get around Floyd. He was failing.

“I apologize, you know how boys can be!” The woman in front of her also towered over her, though not nearly as much as her son did. “My Floyd doesn't mean anything by it, he just a silly boy.”

The blue haired woman laughed, then abruptly stopped, narrowing her golden gaze as she thinly smiled.

“You're the man's mother, I assume.” Mrs. Rosehearts replied, smoothing out her skirt and clutching her hands together. “He's very...spirited. He's from the Leech family? Is it safe to assume that your the Leech family matriarch?”

The other woman's sharp toothed smile grew as she nodded. “Yes. It's not often that I come to the surface. But it's wonderful to know that I'm as—oh—well-known, on the surface, as under the sea.”

Mrs. Rosehearts wouldn't use the word 'well-known' as much as she would infamous.

“Yes, well. I would just remind your son to not so blatantly call people names to their faces.” she said, clenching and unclenching her fist in an attempt to sooth herself. “I'm not sure what your customs are under the sea, but up here he would be considered a riffraff.”

For all her talk about politeness, Mrs. Rosehearts forgot herself at time and let things slip out of her mouth faster than she processed. She knew she pressed a button when Mrs. Leech's smile disappeared.

It was only for a moment, but with the blank face and the way her gold eyes bore into her, it felt like her body and soul were being grasped by something dark and violent.

Then that feeling was gone as Mrs. Leech smiled again and closed her eyes, tilting her head.

“He'll be fine, I'm sure he'll find his people. After all, it seems he's already found someone in your son.”

Both women moved their gazes to the pair, now bickering. Well, Riddle was, the one called Floyd, was just swaying on his heels as he grinned and make a comment here and there. Each one after the other seemed to fluster her son further, his cheeks growing in color as they spoke. Most people who knew her son would assume that the red was attributed to his rage, and it mostly was. But (fortunately or unfortunately, she couldn't decide) her son was much like her. It wasn't rage that made his eyes dart away each time their eyes met for too long. It wasn't rage that made him scuff his foot every so often. And it most certainly wasn't rage in his eyes.

Mrs. Rosehearts cleared her throat, turning away from Mrs. Leech and walking to her son.

“I don't know what you're implying, but I must be going now. My son and I still need to tour his dorm.”

Mrs. Leech watched the other woman walk away, sighing.

“Oh, what a disdainful woman. And her son is so lovely too…she really is like a lionfish.”

“Yeah, it's a good nickname for her, right Mama?” Floyd came bounding over, stretching his arms. “Is' too bad she's a stuck-up, gonna real annoying if she's my mother-in-law.”

“Hm, I'll just have to overcompensate then and be the best Mama for you and the little Riddle!” Mama Leech clapped her hands excitedly, sighing in bliss at the thought.

“Oh, it will be so wonderful to see the family grow big...oh! By the way, Floyd.” Mama Leech walked away, Floyd following after diligently. “I might have mentioned a little 'something' to him about your cute rambles about him. He was so cute, all red and flushed when I said you're positively infatuated, calling him cute and—”

“Aw what! Mama!”

Omo it's smth I thought about way before I even have imagined yui as founder like her being carla and shin cousin. Can yall belive it I am turning 18 this year and I had this idea when I was about 15-16 thank this person for making me remember @nerdywerewolffart 😭💞

🔴The ideas I currently have on this scenrio are :

🌸Yui is carla and shin blood relative basically they are cousin.

🌸Menae/Krone has a brother and yui is his daughter. Yui mother died while giving birth to her (my bbg is always without mom).

🌸Founder yui has big golden eyes that are very bright that's something that turns head of everyone whom sees her as they look like sun and on top of that her blonde hair she is nicknamed as sunshine because of her bright features.

🌸Founder yui has pale shin like carla and shin and she posses same power as them but they are weaker cuz her mother isn't from a strong background like Krone.

🌸Founder yui actually had a loving dad and a good childhood. Since they are relatives yui visited them alot as kids sometimes staying in bandmaden castle.

🌸Yui used to play alot with shin she and shin used to run around castle and play hide and seek.

🌸Yui didn't played much with carla as carla from young age was matured because of the immense pressure from his father and his mother illness.

🌸Carla took care of both shin and yui as he developed soft spot for the blonde girl whom is same age as his younger brother.

🌸He treated them as if they are his child and he wanted to protect their innocence and childish mind.

🌸Carla sometime played hide and seek with them but since he can easily sense them they decided to play in castle as its big and it will make game fun and they are allowed to teleport.

🌸When yui started baking she always made some cookies for them and always visited to deliver it.

🌸They had a very strong bond however when they turned teenagers their bond got strained because of founder situation and war.

🌸They all still had soft spot for each other but yui visits and their interaction got less as time passed.

🌸They barely met each other during their teenager phase because whenever yui visited they both are either training or out for work.

🌸When carla and shin relation got strained when carla plugged shin eye out, yui couldn't help but get angry at carla she immediately visted to comfort shin and yui provided the emotional support shin needed.

🌸When yui met carla she scolded him for being hard on shin, carla didn't tell her why he did that and what will happen if he didn't do it as it will harm founders in future he remained silent throughout her whole scolding.

🌸Yui expressed her worry for him too as she noticed giesbach off behaviour but carla dismissed her saying that it's not something that should concern her as she is a princess and she shouldn't put her finger in men works.

🌸Yui frowned at his cold behaviour and expressed that she is concerned about him she also expresses that she is worried about him about Giesbach but carla again gave her a cold shoulder and said her to leave him as he don't want her to worry.

🌸When yui decided to leave room carla called her and told her to stop visiting Krone, yui ran out in tears thinking he dislikes her when she is just worried about him.

🌸Yui wants carla to open up to her so that she could comfort him but he always rejects her. But carla only stopped her from visiting Krone because he doesn't want her to caught Endzeit.

🌸Shin bitterness towards carla was something yui was aware off as Shin always rant about it infront of yui.

🌸Yui always tries to mend the ties between two of them by telling carla to talk to shin but carla only ignores her saying" it's all for better" and when yui tried to make shin understand carla, shin lashes out on her in return and expresses that he doesn't need explanation as he isn't kid.

🌸He also tells yui to leave with a heavy heart saying that he doest need her lectures yui just silently stood up opened her mouth to say something but seeing the way both brothers told her to leave decided to back away.

🌸They didn't see each other for a long period of time for about years and shin regrets it as hell but he is too proud to go up to yui and apologise as it's always been yui whom came to them not other way around.

🌸Carla did miss yui presence as he haven't seen her for a long time but he had to surpress his feelings for yui as someone might use yui as carla weakness to expoilt him. He is aware of the fact that yui is strong but she is a female so he worries people might target her to black male him.

🌸A talk of marriage of yui starts going around as yui turns 18 and it didn't take long for her to be bethored to carla its something that pissed shin off. Shin immediately lashed out and destroyed things in his room.

🌸That was something that made shin actually go up to yui after some time of avoiding each other he asked her if she really want this marriage.

🌸This marriage was arranged and it was done by Giesbach. Yui expressed the fact that she is neutral she likes carla but not that way and that she isn't sure if she wants to get marry this early considering she just turned 18.

🌸This made shin smile as he realized that there is no love between them. He promised to her that he will free her from all this. But didn't tell her how.

🌸Carla on other hand finished giesbach off and took the throne, officially as King Of Founder while yui and shin were having this talk. Carla did plan on marrying yui as she was always someone he liked and he consider her as a good partner for himself.

-The plot of my scenrio follows original story line -

🌸Menae took yui along with her. Menae was like a mom to her during her child hood so yui didn't hesitate to obey menae and agreed to leave with her.

🌸Menae took yui because she wants to make sure that if she died while making cure yui could be the one whom will volunteer after her and it all was something that Karl suggested.

🌸A fight broke out and yui castle was attacked and yui father during all this got killed a rumor started circulating that yui died too as the castle was lit on fire killing everyone in castle no one survived.

🌸This news broke shin and carla whom went berserk and started killing all vampires whom assassinated yui and during this commotion it gave Karl opening to imprison founder.

🌸Menae was than married to burai she wanted yui to live normally so Karl decided to seal teenage yui whom was 18 and he putted her to sleep.

-The scenrio than follow original story line all events than take place-

🌸Karl woke yui up when his own kids turned adult. Karl than sended yui to his mansion with his children and introduced yui as sakamakis long lost cousin and he removed her memories and sealed her founder power and making her appear as vampire before sakamakis that's when yui life with all sakamakis started all of them were enraptured by her blood scent and her unique looks.....

REQUEST : For the written idea I was thinking about quinn being kinda mad cuz he learned that maybe a reader's ex from high school is now working at the same company as her and they have been kinda catching up cuz their families used to be friends and he is like sp smart and bbyQ feels like she is spending way too much time with her ex (but they just hang out at working hours yk). So one time she's telling q about her day and he's looking kinda bored and she ask him about his attitude so everything explodes. I let their make up to you😘

"Have the best day at work and I will see you when I get home." you began as you grab your work bag, coffee mug, and the Stanley cup you have filled with ice water all for your long day at work. You worked at a law firm for your high school ex's dad ironically enough you were just thankful your ex didn't care much for the art of law so you had yet to run into him. Things ended on ok terms with both of you understanding that it just wasn't right and neither of you were invested fully into the relationship. "Thank you my love, I think I might go over to Petey's place with some of the guys after morning skate, but I'll text you and I cant wait to hear about your day." Quinn replies. You give him a kiss and a hug and head on your way, on your way to the parking garage of your building you hear your phone go off and you check it to make sure its nothing serious. Hey there, just wanted to give you a quick heads up we have a new part time hire starting today. Since office space is limited we gave him the empty desk in your office for now. Hope that's ok! -xx Tammy. Tammy was your bosses assistant and handled all his client meetings and you always had a sweet spot for her because she was always giving you the heads up for things.

You pull up to work and collect your belongings and head into the office building. It wasn't a big one about 5 offices in total and a lobby with a waiting room for clients and a receptionist named Lanie who had been there for about 7 years. "Hi there Lacey how's it going?" you say greeting the older lady. She waved to you and you continue into your office and are greeted by a familiar voice. "No way YOU are my office buddy?" Your ex exclaimed as you walk in to your little office. "Oh hey there been a while, last time I saw you I thought you didn't care for law" "Yeah but my dad said he would pay me to work a little and answer some calls and I am back in town for a few months so why not.

You went about your day and return home and set your stuff down on the dining room table. As youhead into your shared room with Quinn he's fast asleep and you assume that's why he hasn't responded to any of your texts today. Practice must have been intense and you're sure that the guys still convinced him to go to Petey's place. You take off your heels and start to get changed to go take a shower. "If this is what I knew I would wake up to I would have slept naked." you hear Quinn say. You giggle, pause what you're doing and walk over to him in your skirt and bra. You give him a kiss as he pulls you into his chest, and kisses you all over your head.

"Tell me about your day lover." he says in-between kisses. You tell him the little you can about your day due to privacy laws and mention your ex to which you feel Quinn stiffen under you. Quinn knew about your history with your ex and to be honest the thought of you being with anyone but him made him very angry, it is just how much he truly loved you. You pick your head up and look at him, "Everything ok?" you ask. "Yeah mhm." Quinn replies rolling his eyes. "If I knew my ex would cause you to go mute I wouldn't have brought him up." you say giggling. "Are you actually serious right now?" he replies. You sit up and look at him confused "what do you mean"

"You're literally telling me about how a guy you used to date is working with you in your office and may I mention again you had feelings for this guy??" "Q you cannot seriously be getting mad right now." you say getting the rest of the way undressed getting annoyed with his tone. "Ok so let me fucking call up my ex and go get coffee with her. Then I'll let you know everything we talk about." "Fuck you Quinn Hughes." you replied walking into the bathroom and shutting the door.

You turn on the speaker you have in the bathroom and get in the shower. Glad you have the music on you let the tears flow, you know that Quinn doesn't like the idea of you having shared your self with anyone else but you can't believe he just said that. Could you though... you began thinking and decided that you did in fact owe him an apology and you should have been more considerate in the way you broke the news rather than being casual.

You hear the door open and feel him step in the shower and wrap his arms around you. "I'm really sorry for being a dick like that out there. You don't deserve to be spoken to like that." "No Quinn I'm sorry, I shouldn't have just brought up my ex like that in causal conversation. I know how you feel about that and it was wrong of me." "Then I guess we are both sorry." he says looking down at you. You stand on your tippy toes and press a kiss to his lips. "Well if that offer of sex is still on the table I'm down." he says smiling at you.

AN : Ok hi. my ex is letting my daughter spend the night with him woot woot. Here's my first ever written request. Idk how I feel about it or if I would wanna do another one but yeah.

What if the blacksmith in this comic was Carmilla in Heaven? And Sera is the first person EVER to see her through her work. Carmilla gruffly asks if she is satisfied with the piece because it was something she made for herself a long time ago but it was confiscated for suspected vanity. Sera can only stare in awe at the beautiful angel before her. “It’s beautiful yes but it doesn’t compare to its creator.” Both blush…

I imagine that is how Carmilla would feel about herself thinking that the admiration of her work would be enough for her because who would ever give a blacksmith a second glance. She HAD made something for herself once, if only for the chance to wear it just for a moment to feel pretty. She was caught and scolded for feeding into vanity and never bothered with such thoughts again. She was simply a tool after all, a tool to make holy weapons, to forge halos…deep down though, Carmilla always knew she could be more. She ached and craved to be seen and known, so she poured her entire being into her craft, hoping that someone, anyone…might see how beautiful she could be through her craft. She was tired of being alone, hidden away for what she was created to do and just wanted to be seen.

Sera finds out about heaven’s forgemaster when she discovers a striking necklace in one of heaven’s many shop windows, which is an unusual occurrence in itself. Jewelry has NEVER caught her eye before as she has never cared for such gaudy materialistic things before. Perhaps it was the diamond set into a ruby, or perhaps it was the black and white metals used to make the chain, but regardless of how it caught her eye impulsively buys it to learn who made it. She must meet the one who could craft something so sturdy with beautiful and delicate looking filigree surrounding the vibrant ruby. Sera makes her way over to the forges and the sound of a hammer pounding against angelic steel meets her ears.

Gonna leave this here. I don’t have much to add cuz it’s beautiful. 😭

It’s giving Carmilla is a Hephaestus archetype and Sera is Aphrodite, except they actually love each other and Carmilla is secretly beautiful, just no one bothered to truly see her under the forgemaster’s garb until now.

Also love the idea of someone forging the angel’s halos. That would explain all the diversity of angelic halos in Heaven. They can personalize and accessorize them!

You almost cried with relief when the diner came into view. It was evening, the sun dipping low beneath the horizon; purples and pinks and blues bleeding into the delicate sky.

Walking inside quickly, and sitting down at one of the booths in the back as to not draw attention to yourself. You had no money, no place to go, nothing except the clothes on your back.

It was a surprise when you felt something hit your head. You turned around, ready to tell off whatever child decided to bother you when you stalled surprised to see two kids the same age as you.

"My name's Leo and this is Piper." The boy said, a grin spread across his face, "You hungry?"

As much as you would have declined, your stomach rumbled loudly and obnoxiously. The girl, Piper, sent you a look that made you almost compelled to follow her.

You and Leo sat at the bar, close to the exit, while Piper ordered. He was cute, with curly hair and brown eyes filled with mischief.

"So, what's your story?" He asked, hands fiddling with screws and other various tools. He wasn't even looking at you, but you felt like he was listening intently.

"I ran away from home." You said, curtly, right as Piper returned with the drinks. She gave you an understanding look, apparently your words had caught her ears.

"Me too." Piper said, passing you a milkshake. You tried to prevent the look of gratefulness, the tears dotting the corners of your eyes but it was hard. Why did this random girl care enough to get you a milkshake? Why did she care more than your parents did?

"Drink up." Leo said, noticeably not mentioning his own story. You said nothing, having learned to mind your business long ago.

As you three drank your milkshakes (and ate fries Piper also got for you guys), you talked about anything and everything. Piper had a famous dad and Leo was crazily good at mechanics. You all only had one parent (weird coincidence) and all ran away. It felt almost like this trio was meant to be.

"Okay, so, I don't have any money so we gotta run." Leo said, while Piper agreed. You sneakily grabbed a fistful of fries as you all rushed out of the store.

"Oh my gosh." You giggled, clutching your side as you all plopped down in an alleyway, "That was ridiculous."

"You think that was ridiculous? You brought fries with you." Piper snorted, leaning against Leo like they'd known each other their entire lives. It felt like that though, you could give these people your whole heart and you trust they'd keep it safe. (Is this what having soulmates feel like?)

"They're to go. Duh," You replied, exaggeratedly rolling your eyes. Leo and Piper laughed, making you join in. It was quite a sight to see, three young teens cackling like hyenas in an alleyway during the night.

"Oh shit, we should get going. Its getting late." Leo said, standing up and brushing off his pants. Then he helped you and Piper up.

"Wanna stay together?" You asked, almost shyly. Was that a lot to ask? To run away together with people you only just met.

Your doubts vanished when Leo grinned and Piper grabbed your hand.

"Together."

So I’ve had this idea for a fanfic that 100% happened because I was scrolling on TikTok and the video I will link below popped up. At first I was very much “eh not the target audience because it’s not relevant to me” BUT THEN I REALIZED THAT CHARLES IS THOUGH. So I immediately scrolled back to watch it and take notes for his sake.

Anyway the fic would happen just the same; Charles is bored, possibly scrolling on a phone Crystal provided them using like a stylus or whatever. (Trust me when I tell you I doubt ghosts could touch an iPhone screen even if they focus really hard because I have seen alive people unable to touch on a touch screen) So then much like me he comes across that TikTok and for a moment he’s like swiping cuz eh not his thing, but it sticks in his brain all of a sudden. “I’m going to tell you the easiest way to tell if you have platonic or romantic feelings for someone” and, well, now he’s curious because hell is coming to mind and he hasn’t been able puzzle out exactly what Edwin is to him even in the last year or two.

He watches, attention rapt and potentially more studious than he has been his whole life. Charles has a moment where he considers how silly this is. They’re dead, it’s not like they’re able to get married. Right? Then he thinks about it and honestly, Edwin is old fashioned so maybe he’d want to and marriage isn’t always just a mortal thing he supposed…and there are other ghosts and beings that might steal Edwin’s heart. He does as she says, his overactive imagination sending him in a tailspin because he first imagines Edwin marrying Monty but it just doesn’t really feel right. Then he imagines cat king and the feeling that causes him makes him very quickly decided NO. One more try but honestly he’s in the bargaining stage of denial. He starts to wonder if maybe he just has a bit of internalized homophobia or something. Yeh totally…but then he thinks about it more and he thinks about Edwin confessing to someone at the alter with a blissful, happy expression and not one marred with fear. He sees his eyes shining with joyful, shed tears and when his voice catches it’s just not the same. He’s giving his heart to someone on the happiest day of his afterlife and promising them eternity in a safe, beautiful place and if Charles had any insides they’d be twisting themselves in knots.

….. and well that’s where I’ll stop for now. I’m still trying to find their voices so hey if anyone wants to wholesale yoink this idea pls just link me the fic cuz boy I need it now.

We, we know that Eren and Mikasa care for him. He knows that Eren and Mikasa care for him. But those have always been big acts of affection. Eren pulling him out of the titan. Mikasa kicking the blade out of his hand that one time and then threatening to kill Levi. Scene he was unconscious for. Eren hugging him post Titanification.

Thing is, those are big things. I love mikasa but I'll be honest, up until the taking of Shiganshina, i was not sure she cared about Armin as much as she tolerated him bcs he was Eren's other soulmate.

( Armin and Mikasa would not pass an Eren based Bechtel test, but that's a rant for a diff time if anyone's interested)

My point is, Armin is not used to outward expressions of affection. If we are to add the " parents were more preoccupied with travelling than him" and the " you were the better choice to Erwin from a logical side", i feel like it could be interesting if Armin had a hard time accepting that people like him as a person.

So yeah, this is my rant/hc that Armin would be completely unprepared for casual affection and that Connie, Jean and Sasha would take advantage of that

I agree y'know? I feel the same way. As you said, Armin knows Eren and Mikasa love him; it's not like he's oblivious to it.

His problem is that it's hard for him to take in this love and really absorb it because he doesn't see anything in himself worth loving. The things you've mentioned, i.e., his parents leaving him behind, the survivor's guilt + the pressure of living up to Erwin and failing - all meet here at this common point. So, back to what you say, any act of affection that drives home the point that Armin's simply wanted by the people around him is bound to affect him to the moon and back. He'll blush and stammer and not know what to do because it's an overwhelming surge of feelings he's not sure he deserves but they're there anyway, arresting his heartbeat.

This can be extremely wonderful to see during his cadet years if Jean, Sasha and Connie sling their arms over his shoulders and take him shopping because "We want to go shopping with you Armin!" or Marco and Reiner save him some special kind of bread in the mess hall during a morning he's running late for breakfast since, "We know you like this bread, Armin."

That aside, my personal favourite thing is to see him receiving this kind of love post rumbling because he's so broken and damaged at this point of time having committed more heinous crimes, and therefore being told and shown that he's wanted, so very very wanted, no matter how silly or serious or even sexual, over and over again across years, will really heal him.

Came up with some lore for my bugsnax X slime rancher au

Half baked lore under the cut

So basically the expedition (13 strong) follows elizabert the space explorer to a planet far far away and settles there in order to explore the far far range. While there, her and her team farm slimes for profit.

Filbo the deputy mayor wanders around the ranch talking with its residents and making sure things are going smoothly but it’s not like he can really do anything if thing don’t. He doesn’t have any slimes because they all turn into tar at some point. He’s responsible for multiple tar outbreaks

Wambus the farmer attempts to farm the different fruits and vegetables on the ranch. Has an ongoing rivalry with Gramble because he doesn’t want to give up his chicken for food. He is often lonely from his wife triffany alway being away. Has a tangle smile

Beffica the socialite came to escape her crimes. Idk why she’s here lol. She has a couple of tabby slimes

Gramble came here to start a slime ranch But he instead has multiple chicken coops and each chicken has a name. Has an ongoing rivalry with wambus because he can’t give up any of hIs chicken to feed grumpuses with. Gramble takes care of wiggles crystal slime

He has no pet slime because he thinks they are works of the Grumpinati but has an “enslaved product of the grumpinati” instead that’s just a fire slime that lives in his forge. He mans the mechanical stuff on the ranch

Floofty the scientist is here to study plorts and how they could be used in society. Not sure if they cut their leg off in this AU cuz they don’t really have a reason to. They collect slimes that they perform experiments on. They’d have a pet tar if they could but instead they have a ranch of quantum slimes

Shelda the idk the spiritual one came to do fuck all. She hangs out at the ranch just straight vibing and giving guidance when needed. She says that she’s not here for money and to not give into greed but can be caught putting plorts in the plort thingy, girly gots medical bills to pay idk what to tell you. She has her own personal puddle slime

Eggabell is the ranch's residential doctor. She cares for everyone, especially her wife Liz. Tends to work with Floofty on their science projects that involve medicine to make herself feel useful. she gets a cute lil pink slime

Elizabert (Liz for short) is the ranch leader. She brought everyone here after she discovered the far far range. She often spends her days traveling around the island bringing back what she finds for the ranch and making maps. She has her own hunter slimes back on the ranch but keeps one that goes on all her adventures

At some point the journalist will show up and land at the wrong place. As they spend the night in their ship, slimes get in somehow and turn into tars wich end up kinda destroying the ship. But Filbo finds you then takes you to the ranch but it’s empty ofc. He says that Liz and egg went on an adventure together but never came back, then the fight happens and everyone leaves. Now you have to do his job and bring everyone back to the ranch.

But the real question is where is Liz and egg??? Man I don’t know but I still want hard boiled egg and Liz’s hunter slime to team up
