Nontraditional Baneful Work (1)
For the hardcore crystal witch:
Specific harm
On a very sunny day, write on paper: "[Name Of Enemy] will [experience a great misfortune] before [date]" or similar, or use a sigil. Take a sphere of quartz, hold above the paper, and allow the sun to stream through it until the victim's name is scorched from the paper.
Harm in love
Write their name on a slip of paper. On another, write "your/their heart will not find love", similar, or use a sigil. Wrap in cloth or tinfoil with a piece of rose quartz. Unwrap to release.
(Even if you do not cleanse your crystals, I would recommend doing so after using them as described above)
For the elemental witch:
General harm
Create a vial of strong sun water, then "corrupt" with a pinch of pepper or a splash of red dye. On paper, write the name of your victim, and cast them into the vial. Shake vigorously to expedite.
Productivity-related harm
Cast a small item taken from your victim into a vial of ocean water. They now feel as if they are drowning in their responsibilities. Pour out to release.
There are always alternatives to the risk of pickpocketing items on and off of people, but this is a method I have always had success with.
For the nature witch:
Long-term harm
Healthy acorns sink in water, while rotten ones will float (most of the time). Take a floating acorn and and whisper to it its purpose. Sneak it into your victim's belongings and let it take root.
Bad luck
Paint the name of your victim in water on a maple leaf. Place the maple leaf under the candlestick of a black candle and let burn for as long as you like. Negative energy, including that of any standing hexes against you, will be captured and sent on to your victim, even if they are its originator.
(All are based on my own research, practice, experience, and theory. I encourage you to modify these for your own use if I have inspired you.)

Episode TWO of “Nobody Asked, but I’m going to explain some niche mineral fact”.
Larvikite is not a type of moonstone. It is wrongly labeled “black moonstone” or “Norwegian moonstone” by certain sellers, but actually it’s granite. Correct names for Larvikite are “Blue Pearl Granite” and, of course, “Larvikite”. It is a granite with small grey-blue flashes in it. Here is what real Larvikite looks like ⬇️
Tumblr media
Ok, now here is black moonstone ⬇️
Tumblr media
Black Moonstone is part of the feldspar family, which is why it gets confused with Larvikite who is also dark in appearance because Larvikite is compromised almost entirely of feldspar. But it still is different in its appearance (subtly) and it’s exact composition. Amazonite is also part of the feldspar family, but nobody is confusing it with Larvikite because of the color differences. -Velvet 🌹

Masterpost on Celestite
Commonly found in Madagascar and even the United States, these stones are popular for communication with higher beings and channeling. Let's look into the history and physical properties to see why that might be:
Tumblr media
Physicals Attributes
Celestine (SrSO4) - strontium sulfate
Often found attached to gypsum, calcite, and sulfur stones
3-3.5 Mohs - very soft and fragile,
Vitreous or pearly luster - the same appearance as glass
Orthorhombic - can grow in geodes and druzy shapes. It does not often grow in pillar shapes but can be cut and polished into it.
Pale to sky blue coloring - Will fade in sun and get more fragile
Water must be used with care as this stone is low on the mohs scale. Shorter dips are fine, longer ones…not so much. Could increase chances of cracking or breaking.
History and Lore
Today, it's used in fireworks, flares, and sensitive-teeth toothpaste due to its strontium content
Celestine derives its name from the Latin word caelestis meaning celestial which in turn is derived from the Latin word caelum meaning sky or heaven. It is believed this is because of its sky-blue coloring and shiny appearance.
Sicilian Legend states that these crystals fell from the heavens, and that's how it got its name*
*While this is confirmed by three sources, neither of these sources cite any academic reference.
Spiritual Association
"High vibration and a teacher for the New Age." - Judy Hall
Commonly suggested for use in contacting and working with angels, spirit guides, the divine, or anything in that "higher realm"
Helps to receive divine guidance, messages - perfect for channeling, divination, or meditation work
Said to enhance clairaudience and clairvoyance specifically.
Also said to enhance mental clarity & mindfulness - also adding to its common use for channeling and meditation
Can "jump-start" spiritual development
Dream recall, astral travel, astral projection, etc.
Soothes intense emotions, bringing peace and tranquility
Can increase ability to speak your truth, communicate clearly, etc.
Reveals truth
Conflict resolution in relationships (romantic, platonic, or familial)
Throat and Crown Chakras
Libra and Gemini
Healing in the body *Please note that crystals should and cannot replace medicine, talking with a trusted doctor, etc. Do not ingest crystal infused water*
Eases stress and stress related symptoms such as digestive trouble, trouble sleeping, headaches, etc. Promotes muscle relaxation
Helps sooth anxiety and depression
Clears mental fog & sharpens the mind - by releasing pain and stored emotions and encouraging communication
Notes: Not recommended for jewelry or for every-day wear as this stone is soft and fragile.

I know I haven’t posted about it on here so I guess here is like 6-12 month Moldavite update.
Honestly this meteor glass was very over hyped HOWEVER, I do love it. It’s been one of my favourite crystals to date to own. She really is that girl to invite healing and new opportunities into your life. At first is was a little bit chaotic because she does have to remove some blockages to help you reach your full potential, I lost a couple ‘friends’, got into some fights with my boyfriend (which was a good thing), has given me a lot to think about I want to do in life and who I am. It’s given me an awesome opportunity to leave my 9-5 job to pursue my passions but spend time with my elderly grandma and my dad. While at least it seemed like a disaster but has definitely gotten better, I’ve started my own business doing tarot reading, deity bracelets, necklaces, prayer beads and more. My relationship has grown, matured and evolved. Overall I still do recommend this ‘crystal’ for its healing and progressive nature.

Crystals for beauty
They're not just pretty rocks. Crystals are conduits for the Earth's healing and life-giving elements.
These ancient stones pick up on your unique vibrational energy, focus your intentions and send them out into the universe. Crystal energy can be calming or uplifting.
It can release negative emotions or stimulate creativity.
Choose a stone associated with your intention and use it to amplify the energy you most want to embody.
Carry your crystal in a pocket or wear it as jewellery.
Hold it during meditation, keep it under your pillow or create an altar in your home. Invite crystal energy into your beauty ritual by infusing a stone in water to wash your face, or use a crystal skincare roller. As you work with your crystal it will become attuned to your unique vibrations.
Certain crystals seem to just make you glow, whether it's your skin or your inner light. Check out these three magical beauty stones.
Amethyst
This gorgeous purple stone raises your vibration, banishes negative emotions and helps control stress. It may even help you get that all-important beauty sleep.
Clear quartz
The stone of spirituality and clarity, clear quartz vibrates with the crown chakra - the source of your radiant inner beauty.
Jade
Treasured for centuries for its anti-aging properties, jade is said to reduce inflammation, increase circulation and smooth out tension.
Note: Don't be scared to do your own research to find a crystal that works for you. That's part of the fun.
