Sup! I was wondering if I could request a Star Wars matchup :]

Alrighty so, I’m a 5’5 Biromantic (masc leaning) asexual guy. I have medium long black and purple hair with raccoon tails. I’m really into punk and metal culture, and I love picking up scrap and making it into clothes and accessories. I’m also autistic and I have adhd, so I differ a lot between how social and talkative I am. I play guitar, play board games, sew and draw in my spare time

A/N: Sorry this took so long Anon, I just couldn't decide how I wanted to do the banner for this one! I hope that this is to your tastes!

I am thoroughly convinced that you both would get along disturbingly well.

Your style and your unique hobbies are certainly what drew him to you. It isn't often that you encounter someone with long black and purple hair- let alone with that and raccoon tails. And turning scrap into accessories? Well, that was just icing on the cake.

Don't get me wrong- Anakin has been around the likes of Padme during her queen and senator days, so he's no stranger to unique and unorthodox hairdos, but the color and length certainly intrigued him, forgoing the style.

Given how frequently he's out in the field? Unless you went out on missions with him regularly, your initial interactions with him would have been once every blue moon or so. Of course, this meant that there were some occasions where he attempted to hang with you on your less social days- something I don't imagine going too well.

The differences in how social you were may have bewildered him at first, but it's more than likely if you didn't tell him about your social battery? Kenobi, Ahsoka, or Rex would have caught on to some degree and let him know that it probably wasn't because he'd done something wrong.

Even though it's known to be against regulations to nab keepsakes from the battlefield (or at the very least it is for clones), I get the feeling he's made a habit of grabbing you scrap metal from the battlefield on missions where he's had time.

More often than not this metal consists of severed droid parts that almost certainly have lightsaber cuts and blaster residue all over them, but hey- it's the thought that counts right?

He'd keep his eye out the following days, weeks, etc. after giving you one of his unique "gifts" to see if he could spot something you may have crafted it into.

He and the 501st make a game of guessing what you might turn his scrap into, and they absolutely keep score of who's gotten it right the most times.

As you got closer and your relationship developed further he 100% would step up his game in the scrap department. And by that I mean he somehow finds stranger and stranger shit to bring back for you.

A motivator, the head of a B1, droid fingers, paneling from destroyed droid carriers- hell, even random pieces of downed starships. His goal is to make sure you never know what he's gonna bring back next, if only so he can see the delighted (or perplexed) look you'll end up giving him as a result.

Of course, if you needed something specific and let him know about it, he'd see to it that he gets it if possible.

It's also a game between his padawan, himself, and the clones to see who can get the desired part first. Because what's a good battle without some friendly competition amirite?

On quiet days while you don't feel like talking so much, he'll hang out with you and listen to your favorite music with you. Furthermore, if you want to show him any drawings or clothes you've made, or even play him a song on your guitar he's absolutely game. Most of the time neither of you will even have to talk, just bask in each other's presence.

On days where you feel more like listening than talking, he'll tell elaborate tales of his self-proclaimed "best moments" on the battlefield and catch you up on what he's been doing while you've been separated. He's also got a stash of amusing tales at Obi-wan, Ahsoka, and the 501st's expense to cheer you up whenever you're feeling down.

Somehow he always finds a way to boost his own ego in the process, but something tells me that you're more than enough to keep Anakin balanced in that regard.

If you make him something you bet he's bragging to his padawan and his men that his significant other made a gift specifically for him and no one else.

Anakin is 100% guilty of messing up your hair or lifting things just out of reach to tease you as you are shorter than him, but he's made up for it in some regards by fetching things for you as well. Namely stuff way too high for you to get without putting yourself in a precarious position.

Talk to him about anything you're interested in and he's over the moon- even if he doesn't quite understand it. You trust him enough to share it with him and that makes it all the more precious.

Anything too out of pocket and you might catch him and Kenobi having a hushed conversation just out of earshot where he's checking with his master to see if he at least knows what you're talking about.

If you call him out on this he'll deny it, and if you catch him in the act he'll try to play it off... and fail spectacularly. Meanwhile, Obi-wan is watching him trip over himself in amusement as he tries to find a half-truth you'll buy to spare him the embarrassment.

He sticks to holovids after that. Can't trust his jedi master as far as he can throw him, apparently.

Ahsoka teases him relentlessly over this.

Anakin doesn't really seem the type to get bent out of shape over anyone being asexual, adhd, or autistic. He's a really chill guy, and to be honest he just takes it all in stride and embraces it as much as physically possible. You're his boyfriend after all, why wouldn't he?

Learns about any and/or all of the above to figure out how to better support you and makes sure your boundaries are laid out and respected.

If you want a funny sight to commit to memory? Have him help you with your hair maintenance. He'd somehow find a way to make dying, bleaching, trimming it, etc. absolutely hilarious. Just him in the bathroom with you on a chair in front of a mirror, desperately trying to figure out what toner is, why certain hair products can and cannot be used shortly after dying, etc. It's fucking brilliant.

He's absolutely tried to con you into dying at least a strand of your hair blue to match him and his squad at least once.

....Okay. More than once. But can you blame him? That'd be bloody adorable.

Just don't dye it orange in response to mess with him, he might cry.

Oh my goodness Madhouse you’ve done wonders on me. Masterclass in the truest sense. Storyboarding, background art, pacing, Sakuga, you name it. Episodes like this remind you why Frieren is so highly regarded.

Had a feeling after last week’s episode that we hadn’t seen the last of the Frieren clone and the others, and turns out I was right. this became a war of attrition that sadly Lawine and Kanne failed. I was definitely sad to see them have to be escorted out, after getting thru the first stage of the exam they surely had to feel like this was their year. But they’re young and can always try again in 3 years. Better that than them dying.

Übel really shined in this episode. I feel like they kinda downplayed her strength tbh. She was the perfect matchup for Sense’s clone. Effortlessly cutting her hair and defeating her. The flashback to the last exam with her killing the dude with all those protective spells on him was crazy too. She might not be the strongest, but her only limit is her imagination. If she thinks she can cut ya, it’s over.

Fern and Frieren vs Frieren clone part two was immense. A true visual spectacle. Fern had the upper hand initially, but wtf was that spell from Frieren’s clone at the end? No arms or staff left and it just took a stare to push Fern all the way back like that. It’s scary how we’ve never really seen Frieren go all out. Who knows what other tricks she has up her sleeve with all these thousands of years of knowledge.

And with the Spiegel’s defeat that concludes the second phase of the exam. Can’t wait to see what comes next.

Ultimate Doctor Who Poll Round 2 - Matchup 17

Episode Summaries under the cut

10: The End of Time Part One/Two - 2009 Christmas/New Years Special: The Doctor is summoned by the Ood, who give him a vision of the Master returning and the End of Time. The Doctor rushes to the TARDIS to get to the past, but is too late as a ritual is completed to revive the Master, which destroys the building in the process. When the Doctor lands he is found by Wilfred Mott, his former companion Donna's grandfather. They chat, but the Doctor goes off to find the Master, and searches his mind for the sound of drums beating, which has driven him to insanity. He's gleeful to discover that the sound is real, but is soon captured by a billionaire's men and taken back to his mansion. The Doctor and Wilf follow in the TARDIS.

The billionaire has the Master work on a medical device that he believes can bring immortality. The Doctor discovers two aliens that were the original owners of the device working in secret at the mansion. They share that the device actually heals whole planets at a time by distributing a healthy genetic template across an entire population. The Doctor runs to stop the Master, but he has already escaped and entered the device, transmitting a signal to turn every human on the planet into himself. The Doctor is able to protect Wilf from this.

Elsewhere, the Time Lords of Gallifrey are working to stop the Time War by implanting a signal in the Masters head as a child, the drum beats. They send a diamond to Earth in order to make the link physical. The Doctor is rescued by the aliens from before, who teleport themselves, the Doctor, and Wilf to their ship in Earth's orbit. The Master, and all his clones, use their combined focus on the drumbeats, allowing the diamond to come through. The Master gloats about this and the Doctor realizes he plans to bring the Time Lords back.

He flies the ship down to Earth, he crashes into the room where the Master has brought back the heads of the Time Lord council. Lord President Rassilon reverses the Master's transformation of all of the humans, and begins to summon Gallifrey into space next to the Earth, which the Doctor warns will bring all the horrors of war with it. Wilf returns to the Doctor and rescues a worker trapped in a control booth, trapping himself in the process. Rassilon also reveals his plan to destroy time itself, allowing Time Lords to ascend to a state of higher consciousness.

The Doctor shoots the machine creating a link, sending the Time Lords back to the war. Rassilon aims to kill the Doctor, but the Master gets in the way, attacking Rassilon and going back to Gallifrey with them. The Doctor is surprised to be alive, after a prophecy he'd received said his death would be after "he will knock 4 times" which he'd assumed was about the drum beats in the Master's head. As he lies there, relieved, Wilf knocks on the door of the control room 4 times. The Doctor realizes it is about to flood with radiation, which would kill Wilf. The only way to save him is to take on the radiation himself. He laments losing his life to save his friend, but does it, which kickstarts his regeneration.

The Doctor goes on a tour visiting his former companions. He saves Martha Jones and Mickey Smith from a Sontaran. He saves Sarah Jane Smith's son Luke from getting hit by a car. He sets up Captain Jack Harkness with another man. He visits a book signing of the great-granddaughter of a woman he fell in love with when he turned himself human. He shows up at Donna's wedding, where he leaves a lottery ticket as a present for her. He finally stops at Rose's flat, on New Year's Day before she first met him. He then walks to his TARDIS and regenerates.

138: Daleks in Manhattan/Evolution of the Daleks - Season 3, Episodes 4 & 5: The Doctor and Martha land in 1930's New York City, where people from a homeless encampment have been going missing. Meanwhile construction of the Empire State Building is being overseen by Daleks from a Dalek cult the Doctor had encountered before. The Doctor discovers that the Daleks have been experimenting on humans. Those they deem to be low-intelligence are turned into slaves mixed with pig dna. Those with high-intelligence are selected to be turned into Dalek-Human hybrids.

The leader of the cult agrees to turn himself into a hybrid to test the experiment. His newfound humanity makes him believe that the Daleks can change their ways and he asks for the Daleks help in creating the hybrids with even more humanity. The other full Daleks turn on him and a fight breaks out between them and their experiments. The hybrid Dalek and all their experiments are killed, as well as 2 of the three full Daleks. The last Dalek escapes using an emergency temporal shift.

Gungnir (Symphogear)

Comes from a spear owned by Odin that is said to never miss and always kill its target

Fragments of this gear are imbedded in the area near Hibiki's (the user) heart

Every time she activates the system, the fusion between her body and it increases

This also caused Hibiki to sometimes enter a berserker rage

Can be used as a sword, but mainly serves as a lance or spear

Can clone itself and spin like a drill to create tornados or whirlwinds

Baby 5 (One Piece)

Baby 5 is a member of the Donquixote pirates

The devil fruit she ate, Buki Buki no Mi, lets her transform all or parts of her body into weapons

This includes a giant sword, a sickle, a pistol, a rifle, a cannon, and even a missile

If her body is broken apart by the weapon she turns into (like a bomb exploding) then her body will reform

Martin the Warrior's sword (Redwall)

Used to maintain peace and defend Redwall Abbey from foes

Has been passed down to many mice (?)

Mod comment:

Sometimes, I think the Piecemaker matchups are funny just because it's such a big weapon in comparison to most of the other contestants. This is next level though.

my OC is called mimi, she's a twi'lek pop star that rises to fame in the clone wars era. she's really girly and loves fashion, performing and nightlife (and the colour pink!) she's a lesbian, and has a tendency to fall for the bad girls, especially the women that know who they are and what they want. she loves partying and has a loud and vibrant outward personality, but deep down she is insecure and unsettled due to trauma. she can be over emotional and irrational, and develops substance abuse issues later in her career. she has a fierce need to be loved, a dazzling sense of humour, and an affinity for animals. you can usually find her giggling and gossiping with whoever she sets her eyes on. she's a troubled sweetheart with a fierce flair for a fashion, a killer voice and a dream.

This might be the easiest matchup, because Mimi would be absolutely perfect with my OC, Gemma Sayre!

Gemma is a party girl with a wild streak, and bad girl vibes. Think ‘Vigilante Sh*t’ by Taylor Swift, but she has a good heart. She’s charismatic, loyal, and attentive. She takes her speeder bike everywhere, and is a relentless flirt. Her dad is a weapons manufacturer, her mom is a socialite, and her sister is a lobbyist, so Gemma rubs elbows with senators, the rich, and famous all the time.

A ship with these two would look like:

They meet when Gemma sees Mimi performing, and she’s instantly intrigued, and pulling all kinds of strings to get an introduction.

She’d wine, dine, and spoil Mimi from the get go, and over time they’d become each other’s best friend and confidant.

Gemma would take it upon herself to be Mimi’s fiercest protector from anyone who even thought about taking advantage of her talent or wasting her time.

Other people do not get the depth of their personalities or their feelings for each other. They definitely just see two “It Girls”, and don’t realize the two of them are both so much more than they let on to the world. They allow each other to be unapologetically themselves.

Gemma would do absolutely anything to make sure Mimi knows that she is valued for who she is not just what she can do.

I'm masc Non-Binary They/Them & Gay/Queer (male attraction). My Star sign is Leo and I'm INTJ-T if that's of any use.

I have short layered Blood Red hair, but I seem to dye it every month! My fav colors to switch are Red and Baby Blue!! My eyes are rlly dark Brown, almost Black. Im more on the short side (5"0ft/152.4cm) & what people call a baby face.

Minus all that I'm not "mean" but people always assume on first glance that I would fight them(never understood that as im quite shy upon first meet, i prefer to stay with myself), I do have a lot of fighting experience but that's only for when someone swings first. I have some hard anger issues but never take them out on people, at least I try not to, I do enjoy a good argument tho,, i also tyoically yell or curse in german when im mad my friends think its the funniest thing ever. But once you get past most of that I've been discribed as much of a protective father/brother figure by a lot of my friends, I always try to be there for the people im close with, I have the Humor of a little teenager boy dispute the fact it's hard for me to laugh with Alexithymia. (Ex; I giggle at the word balls :")) with Alexithymia I typically have a monotone expression and voice as it's hard for me to express or tell what emotion im feeling.

I LOVE listening to people talk about the simplest things they find interesting, even if it sounds dumb I prefer to listen to those around me speak. I don't like talking due to my Alexithymia and stutter, but I could talk about Space and Science for hours!

My main Hobby is writing, but I enjoy doodling my friends or landscapes!

My style in clothing is much more bright and "loud", I enjoy the kidcore theme of clothing and dress in vibarant colours! My favorite colors are pastels!!

I enjoy background Sound when it's more quiet, vibrants and pastels, reading, and science/math!

I dislike extremely loud sounds, yelling, and crowds!

I've been told my Love Language is quality time and Gift Giving, im afraid of physical touch but also extremely touch starved, I'd like a hug but the idea also scares me lol 😵‍💫..

AN: Don't worry about it Anon, it wasn't too much! Had a few potential matches but I figured it'd be safer than sorry to take my time with yours. Hope you don't mind getting someone from the humanoid-adjacent partner pool!

Plo Koon is one of the most down-to-earth living beings you'll ever truly meet and just an overall sweetheart.

Despite the disposition that you appear to portray- that being of someone on the more vocally or physically violent side- Plo could sense your good nature resting underneath. He never once doubted that you were a decent person.

That said, he found it quite curious that you tended to keep to yourself, given the aura you almost seem to give off with the force. I don't imagine that it would take too long for him to put two-and-two together that you were just shy, but the reason for that level of withdrawn attitude would be a question that nags at the edge of his mind.

Unlike other Jedi who would either keep their distance from you entirely or jump right into conversation (or at least try to), he was definitely on the more tactful side when it came to initiating conversations. He didn't want to make you uncomfortable, and conversely, didn't want to risk you being lonely either. He sought a healthy balance.

Amusingly enough, the monotonous way in which you speak isn't something that would bother him all too much in the long scheme of things, nor with the lack of expression. Plo is keen when it comes to communication, so if he isn't sure about something there's no doubt that he'd ask for clarification.

Furthermore, when it comes to speech patterns, you're both in a similar boat considering that his speech is slightly unique as well. He thinks about what he says, and there's this draw of emphasis he seems to put on certain syllables and words. It's not so much that he's sluggish as he is slow and deliberate. Fairly refreshing, actually.

As for conversational topics, I imagine that you both would have many things to discuss- common interests or otherwise. He doesn't mind carrying the conversation if it makes you most comfortable, but you'd find that no matter how much you stutter he'd be right at your side, gaze fixated on you and only you as you speak.

He thoroughly enjoys your rants on space, science, and the like that you both share in your free time, finding them both interesting and insightful. Quite a few things you've mentioned have drifted in and out of his mind when he's out on missions, and a fact or two has come in very handy.

Though he's less argumentative than quite a few of his peers, debates between you two are also something that he looks forward to. They can be quite amusing, although not much can quite chalk up to the feeling seeing you curse under your breath in german gives him.

More than likely, he's walked in on you while you were with his men doing so, and at least once you were shouting. The boys in white might not have known exactly what you were saying, but he certainly caught on quick.

Let's just say he got a good chuckle during those excursions.

When you start changing up your look, you'll find he almost immediately notices- especially in regards to your hair. He compliments it frequently. Your style of dress, though quite unlike his own, also interests him. He's done a bit of research in an attempt to locate where the style originated from, to varying levels of success. I don't imagine you'll ever catch him partaking, but he makes sure you know he appreciates the looks you do.

As far as amusement goes, he probably trusts the force to gauge just how pleased you are by certain situations to better get a grasp on your humor. He finds the level of 'immurity', as some would call it, in your tastes amusing... in that it's just another character trait of yours that makes you unique. He also may or may not have tipped off his men so you could have a good time hanging with them, not that he openly stated so. He'd probably tease you a tad if you questioned whether or not he was the culprit.

He finds your 'big brotherly' and 'fatherly' attitude towards those around you quite endearing, especially to those younger than yourself. He's been fairly well known to have a good reputation with the younglings (or at least Ahsoka) and has a similar relationship with her that you have with others, so it's something he understands quite well.

Of the potential suitors in the Jedi Order, he's fairly logical, which means that you are going to have a lot more leeway when it comes to what missions you do and do not go on. While others like Skywalker or Kenobi would have openly objected to you going on more dangerous missions had you been their partner, Plo lets logic take the lead and knows that you're capable of defending yourself.

That said, don't think he'll just let you partake in whatever mission you want whenever, regardless of the danger. You will be debriefed on the situation for your safety if you are going, and when the rare circumstance arises that he 100% does not want to see you on the gunship with him and his men, he isn't really going to be someone you can negotiate with. Not that you can't try- it's just that he'll have an armada of rock-solid arguments that'll be extremely difficult to counter.

He's the type that would rather you avoid violent situations if at all possible but feels much more comfortable knowing that you have legitimate fighting experience under your metaphorical, pastel belt on the off-chance it becomes unavoidable. The safer you are, the more he can focus on his work without worry.

I imagine exchanging feelings was a rather interesting situation for him given his position in the order, but when he did share them with you it was heartfelt and in the comfort of a quiet room, or hallway. Perhaps located by a balcony or window with a view.

Personally, I picture quality time as one of his love languages, which works quite well for both of you. As for physical touch though? He'd recognize and respect your fear and reserve such contact for moments he was certain you were fine with it. It probably wasn't common during the start of your relationship but became more frequent as you got comfortable over time.

On the notion of fears, Plo is the type to help you with them if at all possible, even if it takes a long time to do so. The long haul doesn't bother him much- not with how long he's lived.

One of Plo's favorite ways to spend quality time with you together is when you're drawing. He finds the process quite enjoyable, and never hesitates to compliment you on your technique. Your skill never ceases to amaze him.

He almost certainly has a drawing you've made of him and/or the boys in his quarters. Likely framed, and either sitting on a desk or mounted on a wall. He makes sure to value any gifts he's given.

Overall it's a very trusting, wholesome relationship and one that doesn't often yield issues. You simply set his heart aflutter.

AN: There are few words to describe this relationship other than "Wholesome." It's not one that drudges up particularly chaotic scenarios in mind, but the sheer stability that comes with a relationship with this man is rather comforting. For appearance: I'm a chubby bisexual female with dirty blonde hair with teal tips, and brown eyes. I tend to wear black clothing or some with black on it though I will wear colors other than black, black is just what I prefer.

Personality wise: I'm shy, introverted, tend to overthink and be insecure about things. I some anxiety, mainly social anxiety. I tend to be quite around those I don't know or unsure of, and once I'm comfortable around someone, I will be more outgoing.

Ultimate Doctor Who Poll Round 2 - Matchup 22

Episode Summaries under the cut

26: Bad Wolf/The Parting of the Ways - Season 1, Episodes 12 & 13: The Doctor, Rose, and Jack find themselves each teleported into different game shows in the future with a deadly twist. The Doctor is in a version of Big Brother where those evicted are disintegrated. Rose is stuck in a similar version of The Weakest Link. Jack is in a makeover show which along with clothes also removes limbs.

The Doctor and Jack escape their shows and go to find Rose, who is playing her way through the game and makes it to the end. On the final question she loses, and the Doctor and Jack break in just as she is disintegrated.

They break into the command center of the building where they find that this brutal version of humanity has been guided by a force behind the scenes and has been using the tv signals to mask their location. The Doctor reveals a massive Dalek fleet and that they are holding Rose captive, with the disintegration beam actually being a teleporter. They take the TARDIS to rescue her and learn that the victims of the games have been teleported their to cultivate cells to grow new Daleks, lead by the Dalek Emperor, who had survived the Time War.

They take Rose back to the space station, but prepare for the Daleks to invade. The Doctor works on building a Delta Wave that will kill all the Daleks in the radius, but cannot refine it to specifically Dalek life and it will kill everything, including every human on Earth. The Doctor tells Rose to get something from the TARDIS, then activates it to take her back to present day Earth.

Jack and several others attempt to hold off the Daleks, but they are killed and the Daleks begin to attack the Earth. Back in the present, Rose tries to get the TARDIS to take her back, and lifts up part of the console, flooding her with the energy of the Time Vortex which allows her to pilot it back to save the Doctor.

The Doctor struggles with whether or not to use the Delta Wave, unable to kill that many things. The TARDIS arrives and Rose steps out, using the power of the Time Vortex to destroy the entire Dalek fleet and bring Jack back to life. The Doctor insists that this will kill her and takes the energy from her, sending it back to the TARDIS. She faints and he brings her back in, leaving Jack behind. Taking in that much energy damages him and he regenerates into his Tenth Incarnation.

103: The Doctor's Daughter - Season 4, Episode 6: The Doctor, Donna, and Martha are pulled into the future by the TARDIS. When they step out, soldiers grab the Doctor and force his hand into a machine, which uses his genetic material to create an adult offspring, fully prepped for combat in their war against a species called the Hath. In the battle Martha is separated on the Hath side while the Doctor and Donna are taken by the humans.

Donna, Martha, the Doctor, and his daughter Jenny work to prevent a war between the two species and find a mythological force both sides are searching for. When they reach the center of the base, they discover the force is a terraforming device, and that the constant war and cloning means that the war has only lasted for a week but that generations have died so fast that everything has turned into mythology.

They attempt to get them to see reason, but Jenny is shot and killed. The Doctor threatens the general who did it, but shows him mercy, then release the terraforming device, making the planet livable. He takes Martha and Donna home, and after he leaves, Jenny is brought back to live by the terraforming forces and escapes to see the stars.
