• if you're sick and ask him to get you some fruit, your favorite, without asking him to do it the way you like it (if you like it cut in a certain way or sum) then he will

• he remembers how you like your foods or drinks a certain way so you don't need to ask him

• ask him to open a candy wrapper for you and he'll do it

• he'll probably ask if you're okay though because you usually don't ask him to do stuff like that and you seemed fine

• he opens the candy and even plops it in your mouth

Summary : basically this trend with skz!but just a little change!

•you just come up to him with the trend randomly like he's just chilling in the living room and you just jump out of nowhere

•when you tell him the trend he just nods not even paying much attention until you pull him to record the video and he's like ???????

•and then you just show him the tiktok and tell him your gonna add changes to this! and go to grab the ribbon and your lipsticks!

•honestly he'll just look at you like just look at what your doing cause he still has no clue (he's a boomer)

•and then you tell him that I'll tie this ribbon Nd I'll kiss your bicep! cause it'll make the video look more aesthetically pleasing 🫶😎🎀

•you pull his arm a little closer and start to kiss his arm and he'll just admire you like literally he'll just have so much love for you he'll look at you with so much love like omg!

•and when you're done you tie the ribbon and grab your phone to start recording

•and he'll be like yeah that's too easy until he tree his best to break the ribbon well after like somewhat 4-5 tries he breaks it 😭🫶

You and Chan were adjusting to parenthood well. You loved it, and he did too. A baby Bahng– Haneul Rei Bahng– Chan’s proudest accomplishment. But, he missed the studio, which was why he had a studio built into your shared house.

That’s exactly where he was right now, with a tiny Haneul on his chest. At only 1 month old, she was already in the studio, though she just wanted to be with her appa. It was midafternoon, and you had woken up from a nap. Usually, you were met with Chan singing to Haneul or her crying……but, the house was quiet. Too quiet. Sitting up on your bed, you stretched and kicked your legs over the side of the bed, Chan and Haneul nowhere in sight. “Hm? Where are they?” You asked yourself, throwing one of Chan’s hoodies and slippers into a pair of slippers. You checked her nursery, no one was there. The master bathroom? Think again. So, you wandered downstairs, singing to yourself. “ Where is my Channieeeeee? And my princesssss?” You hummed.

The kitchen. Empty. The living room? Nope. The laundry room? Still, no luck.

So, you wandered to the basement. Where the main gathering area– for game nights and movie nights to be held with his bandmates– was empty. As was the basement bedroom and half bathroom. Smiling to yourself, you saw the door to his studio closed. Softly knocking, you peeked your head in– wanting to respect his space because his studio was his safe place(other than with you). “Channie? Bubs, you in here?” You asked, as you gently pushed the door open. He was,but he couldn’t hear you, and he was focused. Fingers clicking away on his soundboard, adjusting, rearranging and editing different sound clips. “Does that sound okay, Haneul?” You heard him whisper. She just gazed up at him, her cheek against his chest with a pacifier in her mouth. He chuckled, “Then again….you don’t know what these sounds are.” He giggled, kissing her forehead, before he adjusted her on his chest. Humming to himself, he went back to his work, writing down notes in the notebook on his desk. “Frick…..that doesn’t sound right,” he mumbled. “What if I……put it…….here.” He tapped his chin, eyes scanning over the screen, as he moved the clip to another spot and listened to the playback. “Aaaaah, yeah. Better better. Okay.” Haneul was growing sleepy, her afternoon nap time approaching. “Ooooh, is Princess Haneul tired,hhm?” He cooed, soothingly patting her back, humming a lullaby at her. “Somewhere over the rainbow.Way up high.There's a land that I heard of.Once in a lullaby,Somewhere over the rainbow.Skies are blue,” Chan sang, running a gentle finger over her cheek, as her eyes fluttered shut.

Deciding to step in, you smiled, walking over and kissing his cheek. “Hi, my love.” You whispered, sitting in your designated chair. Yes, you had a chair because you also spent a lot of time in the studio with Chan. Slightly jumping, he smiled and pressed a kiss to your lips. “Geez scared me, baby. Didn’t see you come in,” He giggled, eyes crinkling up. “Mhm, woke up from a nap to be met with an empty house,” You pouted , leaning your chin on his shoulder. “Sorry, darling. Had a song idea, and needed to get in here.” He chuckled, still patting Haneul’s back. Smiling you nodded, nuzzling into him. “Speaking of naps, is our baby girl asleep?” You asked, leaning down to press a soft kiss to the top of her head. Looking down to where she lay on his chest, Chan nodded. “Think so, oh she’s so cute.” He cooed, seeing his baby asleep on his chest.

You, too, have fallen asleep in the studio . Whether it was on his lap, on the small couch or in your chair. You looked at Haneul and smiled. “She reminds me of when you fall asleep in here,” he chuckled. “Your lips all pouty and your cheek squished against the couch or chair or my chest,” he cooed at you, pinching your cheek. “Yah, don’t blame me.It’s so cozy in here, smells like you and is so warm, plus you take so long.” You giggled, sticking your tongue out at him. Shaking his head, he booped your nose. “That’s how I feel about being in your arms, so warm and cozy and you smell so good, darling.” He smiled, pecking your lips before adjusting a now sleeping Haneul. “She’s so precious. Aw, look at her little cheeks,” you cooed, finger softly running over her cheek, her hand gripping Chan’s shirt. “She is, just like her mummy.” Cha smiled at you, saving the file to his computer , and turning to you.

“Do you think she’ll be a producer in the future, darling?”

Playfully, flicking his forehead you sighed. “No, I will not have my baby doll losing hair at the age of 25,” You pressed him. Pouting, he cuddled Haneul closer to him,”mummy is so mean, mentioning my hair, doll.” He whined, cuddling her to his chest. Giggling, you pinched his cheek. “I still love you, though, even if you are losing hair, Channie.”

It's not that you didn't want your boyfriend to see you. But the day has been overwhelming, small mishaps piling up on you. And as trivial as it sounds, your last straw was not finding your favorite cereal in the cupboard.

You couldn't possibly tell him that you broke down crying for cereals.

Changbin comes into your room, tiptoeing to your side of the bed when he notices your seemingly sleeping figure. He stares at you fondly for a while, before leaning down to kiss your cheek. He frowns to himself, before repeating the action once, then twice.

So he wasn't dreaming- your skin is wet. He skims a finger tentatively down your cheek, and sure enough, he can feel the tears drying slowly on it.

"Baby," he calls out gently, and when you don't respond, he says it again, his tone a bit more urgent. "Baby!"

You open one eye to look at him, "what?"

"Were you crying?"

"No." your response is curt and Changbin stares at you pointedly. You huff, because he can read you like an open book. "Yes."

That's all it takes for him to slide into the bed next to you, placing his back against the headboard. He then easily manages to pull you over his lap- he's strong, and you are too tired to resist him.

"What's wrong?" he asks and you look up to the ceiling, avoiding his penetrating gaze.

"Nothing."

"Okay," he simply responds, grabbing strands of your hair in his hands. You watch silently as he braids them, or atleast attempt to, eyebrows furrowed in the utmost concentration.

"What are you doing?"

"Welcome to Changbin Salon," he grins, his voice suddenly high-pitched. You can't help the giggle that leaves your mouth at the absurdity of his words.

"Changbin Salon, you say? What other services do you offer?" you tease and he drops your hair, holding your hands instead.

"We can bring you food."

"Like what?" you smile a bit and he smirks mischievously at you.

"Chili chili crab crab."

"Not again," you whine, hiding your face in his broad chest. It took you three weeks to convince Changbin to not sing it anymore. And two additional weeks to get that silly song out of your mind.

"Say the truth. You just want an excuse to lay on my chest," he coos, hitting your back with his fists like a kitten.

"Binnie, you are insufferable," you laugh loudly, and his eyes soften at you. His teasing smile morphs into a genuine one, and you know that he's being this way just to cheer you up.

"Why were you crying?" he asks again, drawing soothing circles across your palm.

"Today was stressful, nothing seemed to work my way. And then, I got home and I was craving cereals. And there were no more cereals, so I started crying."

"So you were planning on sleeping hungry?! As if Seo Changbin isn't your boyfriend?!"

He's fully outraged as he picks you up, and your legs instinctively wrap around his waist, his warm hands holding your thighs with ease.

"But now we can eat together," you grin, bopping your nose with his and he nods, "what's my pretty baby craving?"

"You know, I think I really want to have that chili crab."

"Let's order it then," he smiles at you as he walks to the living room, "Should I do it singing?"

"Please," you giggle and he places a tender kiss on your forehead.

"Anything you want."

summary : what better way than flexing his muscles for changbin to tell you how much he's in love with you? it's perfect and its subtle! he thinks he's a genius for coming up with it. you would get the hint, right?

seungmin groans as he sees changbin discard his leather jacket, biceps rippling againt the sheer white cloth that was supposed to be his sleeves.

"and why are you removing your jacket when the air conditioning is at its lowest temperature?"

changbing was really hoping nobody would notice, his fingers crossed and all, but he should've known better with 7 other people in the room.

"because it's hot."

there's 3 beats of silence before Lee Know sneezes so loud he startles jeongin from his nap.

"is my cold a fucking joke to you?"

changbin didn't know what to say, not when he knew the others could see the blush creeping up his cheeks.

"y/n said they won't be arriving until the next 15 minutes. you can keep it on until then."

"chan hyung!"

"what?"

"I am not doing this for y/n. it's actually hot."

changbin is met with six blank stares and one grinning felix who trails the goosebumps covering the older boy's arms, earing a smack from him.

"so you're not doing this to flex your muscles when y/n comes?"

"hah! as if."

there's another beat of silence, and this time it's broken by changbin sneezing, and he's horrified because he knows he's lost the argument.

"changbin, we understand you want to show off to y/n but it's really not worth a cold."

"but I need to impress them!"

"then remove it when they come."

changbin all but whines as he sinks further into the couch, adamant as ever that he won't let the cold leather bother him.

it was cold, he knew it too. but how else was he supposed to make you fall in love with him? he loved showing off all those muscles he worked so hard on, basking in your fascination every time you complemented them.

he didn't care what the rest of the members said. yes it would be easier to confess but what was the fun in that?

it's a while before you show up, pulling your sweater closer, apologizing for the delay.

"binnie! it's so cold, where is your jacket?"

a blush blooms across the expanse of said boy's cheeks as he "casually" lifts his bottle to take a sip of water, not missing the way your eyes momentarily land on his oh-so-big arms.

"right here."

again, he makes a show of reaching towards the leather clothing, taking his time to flex his arms and earning a snort from hyunjin who sees right through him.

"you won't believe we spent the last fifteen minutes trying to get him to-"

changbin is quick to cut han off, eyes narrowing at the younger boy.

luckily for changbin, you don't notice anything unusual as you take your place next to him, engaging in casual conversation with the boys, trying not to show how flustered you were with his arm draping behind you on the backrest of the couch.

the other seven watch in mild amusement. yes changbin was a big baby who would never admit he didn't have the courage to confess to you. yes he was smitten in love and terrible at owning up to it. but he was also smooth, and his supposedly subtle ways to catch your attention always worked somehow. they could only hope that at least you would make the first move, otherwise who knows to what extent the boy would go for you.

I've gotten into crocheting recently and have begun making baby clothes for my pregnant coworker. How would SKZ react to their pregnant partner making baby clothes or knitting baby blankets?

channie would be the biggest hands on nester ever. so if you were doing all this as part of your nesting process he’s sit beside you and try and learn and ask you questions about granny squares and double eyes half eyes whatever those things are djdj and he’d be entirely into it nodding with his serious 🤨 face as you knit away. would always bring the wool and pins (is that the name??) to you when you ask to the point you just need to show your grabby hands and he’s bringing the stuff over. would kiss your cheek and look so so so proud daddy whenever you show him your finished creations with a “they’re gonna look so cute in this!!”

my minmin. he wouldn’t get where this new thing has come from but would just go with it. he’d hold the wool and untangle it without you noticing. he’d bring a spare set of needles in his bag if he notices you don’t always bring them with you and you want to crochet on a long drive or something. he’d yell at you when you’re counting loops to confuse you but then softly tell you how many you’ve done because you said it out loud three minutes ago and he remembered <3

changbin is the biggest softie of them all, we of course know this. he’d see a teeny tiny itsy bitsy little crochet sock and start screaming like he just saw the face of god. would not stop giving you more requests (wants them mostly pink) and more suggestions and would just yell “bUT WHAT ABOUT MATCHING HATS???” whenever you say you’ve moved on to a different project. would buy a little bag for all your things and tie a cute pink ribbon on it so you get inspired to make more pink things. would also ask if you can make him something but you have to tell him a blanket for a full grown man will take too long and he starts whining so much you decide you’re gonna make him mittens instead

hyunjin would 100% join you!!! he’d buy his own wool and needles to work on them together with you. he might give up after a while if it gets too hard for him but since you want to make a blankie for baby he’s gonna make some squares to help!! would find inspo pics and send them to you with a little “👀” attached and they’re almost always of cute babies modelling as well and he goes on a rant about how your baby will be the best baby ever. gets emotional each and every time.

hannie would absolutely die die die from the cuteness overload. he’d see a completed little woolly hat you made and take a million pictures of it and smile so big his jeekies get squished up!!!!! would give you a baby doll (or quokka) to use as a model on your finished creations. literally biggest cheerleader!!! loves the idea that you can make a stuffed animal as well and you try making them a few times but you don’t love how they came out. still, ji keeps them around the studio and names them all

felix would take you shopping to find new threads and new colours!! since he’s already started buying baby toys (they’re all blue and bright) he wants to make sure the colours match the whole theme he has going on so he’d take you shopping for some that you like. would def also buy you any books with layouts (is that what it’s called?) that you need or would just literally buy anything you need to support this new hobby. would call you over to sit on his lap while he’s gaming and you’re crocheting :’)))) take great pride in anything you make and kisses your cheeks when the hormones get to you and you start crying about missing a loop

seungmin would laugh at you for real. like “look you aren’t even a mama yet and already you’re worse than my grandma” but then when he notices you actually really like it and it calms you down he’ll just push the material towards you whenever he sees it laying around and would wait for you to pick it up and get back into working on the blanket before giving you his cute little puppy grin. if anyone else makes the grandma comment he’ll bark at them and tell them you’re making the best blanket this baby will ever own in their lives. would send you crocheting memes now that he doesn’t always get but you like them and his algorithm always knows what you’re thinking about somehow

jeongin would also not really get what you’re doing at first like? shouldn’t you be worrying about things or something but instead you’re knitting away all cute and snuggled while you’re at it. once he sees the first little pair of socks or hat he falls in love and is totally totally on board. will subtly show you his new beanie he bought and will mumble out “for inspo” because he wants him and baby to match and you’re already making something so you know… help innie and babie match :((( would also send you inspo pics but they all feature a stylish dad with the baby and designer clothes and he now demands you make them for baby AND him

‌He knows it's hard to be far from home, especially by yourself

‌So he really tries to make you feel at home

‌He will cook your nationals dishes, will sing songs in your language, will encourage you to speak in your mother tongue around him etc

‌Like, whenever a cultural shock comes up, he'd be invested in understanding it?

‌Of course sometimes there would be misunderstandings, but I truly think he would try to see the positive view rather than seeing only the cultural crash

"yn, it's 7 in the morning," changbin mumbled after he opened the door, rubbing his tired eyes. "what's so important that you're already here?" he added, looking at you. you took a moment to stabilise your breath and when you did, you instantly started to ramble. "you remember this guy i was kind of dating recently? well, we kind of broke up and now i need someone to go with me and attend my sister's wedding. and that's why i'm here - will you please go with me as my boyfriend?" changbin's eyes were wide open right now, his face full of shock. he looked like he was seriously taking this into consideration, but then a simple "no" left his mouth. "binnie, please… i'm her maid of honour and i promised my family i will bring my boyfriend and now the wedding is in a few days and i really don't know what to do. if you want i can even pay you, just please help me from embarrassing myself in front of my family," you desperately pleaded, though you were starting to feel defeated, losing your hope.

it's not like you cared so much about what your old aunts and cousins are gonna say, but you told your sister months ago that you'll bring your 'other half' to her wedding and now it was too late to change your mind. except you didn't have an 'other half'. in the past few months you've dated three different guys but none of them stayed with you longer than a couple of weeks. something just didn't click, so now you were all alone, feeling hopeless and you started wondering what your excuse is going to be.

changbin was examining your face carefully. he noticed your sad expression and he sighed loudly. "don't you think it's going to be weird? y'know, you introducing me as your partner…" you looked at him dumbfounded and let out a slight chuckle. "bin, c'mon, we've known each other for four years and we've done so many silly things together. it's just gonna be two days and that's it. please, i'm desperate," you didn't give up. you noticed his expression getting softer and finally you heard him mumble. "fine. but after the wedding i expect you to take me to some fancy restaurant." you giggled at his words and trapped him in a tight hug, thanking him over and over again. he huffed a soft laugh, amused by your behaviour. you eventually let go of him, letting him breathe. "i'll text you all the details. thank you once again, i owe you!" you exclaimed, leaving his apartment.

you picked him up on saturday morning and drove to the wedding hall. you explained everything to him - where's his changing room, at what time he should be ready and where you were going to be in case he needed your help. as a maid of honour you were supposed to spend the whole time with your sister, helping her with make-up and outfit.

the ride was peaceful, you two didn't talk much, but the silence wasn't uncomfortable. it just felt right, listening to music in a car with changbin, occasionally cracking a joke. you didn't notice, but as you were focused on the road, changbin was stealing glances at you from time to time.

"okay, this is your room - you can leave your things here and get ready," you told him when you arrived at the hall. "i'll be there, down the corridor. if you need me, just text or call me," you added and changbin nodded. you waved at him with a soft smile and soon disappeared around the corner. he stood there for a while after and then shyly entered the room in order to get ready.

at the same time you struggled with your dress, desperately trying to get it on as quickly as possible. it wasn't your style at all, if you were picking it, the dress would look completely different, but since your sister was in charge of the outfits, you had to agree to wear it. besides, it was only for a few hours, so you figured it couldn't be that bad. "yn, someone's calling you!" you heard your sister say from across the room. she was sitting in front of the vanity table where you left your phone. you quickly managed to zip the dress and rushed to pick up. "hi binnie, do you need anything?" you said as soon as you heard changbin mumble your name. "yeah, um… that's quite embarrassing, but is there anyone who could help me with my tie?" he blurted with a faint huff. you giggled softly at his words, finding it oddly endearing. "sure, can you give me like two minutes?" you asked and changbin responded with a simple "mhm" before he hung up.

you knocked at his door only a few minutes later and when you heard changbin's voice, you entered the room. you saw him sitting hopelessly at his bed, his tie loosely hanging from his neck. changbin looked up from his phone and his jaw immediately dropped when he saw you in your gown. "are you sure it's not you who's getting married? you look stunning" changbin whispered the last part, his shocked expression made you laugh out loud. apart from the dress your appearance was rather messy - you were wearing a random pair of sneakers, your hair and make-up was undone and overall you looked miserable. but somehow changbin still reckoned you were the prettiest, though he didn't vocalise his thoughts. "okay, show me this tie," you hummed and changbin stood in front of you. you took a quick look at what was happening and you went to work. you started from the scratch, carefully forming a knot and when you finished you slightly adjusted the tie on his neck and smoothed the fabric of his suit. when you looked up you met changbin's eyes and for a brief moment everything around you stopped. it felt as if something shifted, though you weren't exactly sure what it was. eventually, you cleared your throat and took a step back. "i think i- uh… i should go get ready. i'll see you in a bit," you uttered and quickly made your way out of the room before changbin would say anything. your face was burning and you were sure no amount of foundation and concealer would be able to cover the evidence of you blushing.

changbin was way too good at talking and entertaining your family. within the first hour he was able to make friends with half of your cousins and gain the approval of your parents and aunts. "you make such a cute couple!", "i suppose you're next in line, right yn?", "his eyes say everything!" you heard from them and surprisingly it didn't make you uncomfortable at all. in fact, it strangely felt right, with changbin by your side holding your hand and placing a soft peck on your temple from time to time. god, what was happening to you?

"i think we're quite good at this whole fake dating, don't you think?" changbin asked you later when you were dancing to a slow song some of the guests picked. his arms were secured around your waist while you laced your fingers around his neck. you faintly smiled at his words, his piercing gaze was making you shy. you felt this weird urge to take him far away from all of those people and kiss him until both of you would run out of breath. "what are you thinking about?" he hummed, his soft voice bringing you back to reality. "you," you responded simply, gathering all of the courage in yourself. now or never, you thought. changbin's eyes widened in disbelief, but shortly after a smirk appeared on his face. he understood. you leaned a bit, stopping halfway through as if you wordlessly wanted to ask him for permission. changbin was quick to respond and closed the gap between you two. for the second time this day you felt as if the world stopped around you, but you didn't mind at all. after a long while you two broke the kiss but didn't really pull away from each other, your foreheads touching while you were still swaying to the music. "i suppose it's me who should take you to a fancy restaurant now, am i right?" changbin giggled, making you blush.

The airplane was dark and completely silent, save for the occasional snores coming, mostly, from Changbin sleeping on your left and a couple other passengers around you, and the quiet but constant tapping on the keyboard of Chan’s laptop, which, quite honestly, was starting to annoy you. “Channie…” you whispered, turning your head to your right to face him. Him and his perfect side profile and dark eyes, which reflected the bright screen in front of him.

You stared as his head lightly bobbed up and down to the rhythm of the track he’d been working on for weeks playing in the chunky headphones he was wearing, and you almost felt guilty for wanting to interrupt him, but you were craving some cuddles from your best friend, and you were going to get them, in one way or another.

You lightly poked his arm with your index finger to get his attention, to which he hummed and paused the music to listen to whatever you wanted to tell him. A smile crept onto his lips as he turned to look at you and noticed your small pout. You leaned closer to his ear and mumbled, “Are you almost done?”

Chan frowned and tilted his head. “Hm, almost. Why?”

“I want to sleep.” you huffed as you stared at his screen. You still had to spend about 10 more hours in the airplane, and you were going to land very early in the morning anyways, so catching up on sleep to visit the city your best friend and his bandmates were going to perform in later in the day well-rested seemed like the best solution, given that you couldn’t access the internet and refused to pay the airline for some slow wi-fi.

He widened his eyes and removed his headphones, placing them on the pull-out table in front of him. “Oh, am I bothering you?” he asked with worry laced in his tone, his droopy, sleepy eyes staring into yours.

You blinked rapidly, placing a hand on his shoulder as you shook your head. “No, it’s just that…” you murmured bashfully, your heartbeat speeding up. You’d done this so many times already, why were you feeling embarrassed all of a sudden? You cleared your throat and said, “I’m kind of cold and want cuddles.” you blushed and moved your hands to grip the light blanket covering your shivering body, looking at him with hope in your eyes.

Chan grinned and swiftly turned off his laptop, putting it back in its bag before tucking the armrest between the two of you back into its place. “Come here.” he whispered, his now open wide arms inviting you to throw yourself in between them. And that’s exactly what you did.

And even if the seatbelt firmly keeping you in your place was not the most comfortable of feelings, Chan’s strokes, whispers, and light kisses on the crown of your head relaxed you instantly, his body heat and steady heartbeat soon lulling you to sleep.

“want cuddles, am cold now.” you whined, lightly hitting his thigh as revenge for scaring the cats away.

Minho didn’t need to be told that twice, as the next moment he was sprawled on top of you, squishing you between him and the couch. Your sweet scent and sleepy aura soon infected him, causing his eyes to close by themselves and him to slur his next words, “Will you accept this as payment for your cat sitting services?” He rested his ear on your chest, wanting to lull himself to sleep while listening to your steady heartbeat, which was his favorite sound in the entire world. No song, no melody, no nothing could beat the sound of your heart beating and working to keep you alive— keeping you next to him, by his side.

A smile crept on your face as Minho slowly started rubbing your sides with his hand, one of yours sneaking to play with the strands of his long black hair as the other caressed his cheek, lingering with closed eyes on the sweet body warmth you were exchanging. “mh. ‘this will do...”

He’d never seen you that distressed in the whole two years of you knowing each other— he frankly had no idea what to do, but all he knew was that he hated seeing you like that. And that he was going to beat the living crap out of whoever reduced you to that state.

“H-He—” you stuttered, unsuccessfully trying to blink back the seemingly endless amount of tears coming out of your eyes. You sniffled, rubbing your thighs with your trembling hands as you stared at your lap, feeling utterly humiliated. “H-He cheated…” you managed to murmur before weeping once more.

Changbin’s eyes widened, and he took your hands in his, rubbing them comfortingly as you clung desperately to his warm palms and fingers, your wet tears falling on your linked hands. All he wanted to do at that moment was storm out of the room and teach your dumbass of a boyfriend the lesson he deserved, but the thought of leaving you alone and letting you fend off your emotions and tears by yourself was not an option. “I’m so sorry, darling.” he whispered, wiping away your tears and caressing your face gently as you squeezed his hand. “Wanna... talk about it?” he quietly asked, and you shook your head. You were sure that you’d throw up if the name that you used to love to say just half an hour ago left your mouth anytime soon.

You chewed your bottom lip while drying your wet cheeks with your fingers, trying to crack a small smile that came out as a pout instead. “Co— Can we cuddle? Please?” you begged, blinking your eyes quickly as you looked into his dark ones, which seemed to have a layer of tears on them as well.

“No need to ask.” he immediately responded, standing up and taking both your shoes off before lying next to you, letting you curl up on his side and place your head on his chest. You swung an arm over his stomach and hugged him closer, sliding up to bury your head in the crook of his neck as less and less tears dampened it, your breathing becoming less frantic by the minute. You soon fell asleep, though his hands never stopped rubbing your back and his eyes never stopped admiring your sleeping features.

He sat on the floor, opening all of them up and digging in without a word. He was so enthralled in eating, he didn’t notice the dozens of pictures you’d taken of him stuffing his mouth and happily munching. “Don’t you think I deserve a hug for making all this for you?” you asked as you sat down next to him, bumping your shoulder against his with a fake pout.

“Ew.” Hyunjin side-eyed you, a disgusted glint in his eye and a furrow in his brow making you scoff. “And I don’t think you made all this on your own— this food is so Minho Hyung’s style. I think he’s the one that actually deserves a hug, don’t you think?” he teased, pinching your cheek.

His breath caught in his throat, pausing the music and taking a hold of the baseball bat he always kept in the bathroom for whatever reason, he finally stepped out of the room as he quickly glanced at the front door, which was, unexpectedly, closed. Every single lock was in place, everything seemed in order, but you were still screaming.

He rushed to the living room, his heart clenching at the absolutely heartbreaking sight of you crying and screaming his name at the top of your lungs as you were clearly having a nightmare on the couch. Jisung threw the bat on the floor, hurrying to sit down on the couch and engulf you in a much-needed hug. “Hey, hey, hey— I’m here.” he whispered in your ear, cradling your body from side to side in hopes of gently waking you up.

A few moments later, you slowly started to blink your eyes open, sniffles and sobs still coming out of your mouth as you slightly pulled back from his grip, trying to focus your vision on the man in front of you. “You’re… You’re here!” you smiled, not quite believing the terrible tragedy you’d just experienced was only a terrible, terrible dream. Jisung tilted his head to the side, a confused smile making its way onto his lips. You only shook your head, hugging him again and hiding your face in his broad shoulder. “F*ck, never do this to me again.” you mumbled, to which he chuckled.

“Don’t you think you can ever get rid of me, hm? It’ll never happen.” he chuckled.

“I’d never.” you replied with a smile, though you frowned when he ended your hug. “Where are you going?” you inquired, trying to avoid looking at his perfectly chiseled torso and focusing on his glowing dark eyes instead.

He stood up, putting his hands in the pockets of the sweatpants he was wearing, and slightly hovered over you, saying, “You interrupted my nighttime skincare routine, baby. I’ll be back in a few.” he murmured, wetting his lips as he stared at yours.

You gulped. The sexual tension between you and Jisung had become so thick lately that you could barely resist the urge to jump his bones. With a light shove to his shoulder, you urged him to go finish his business. “We better cuddle the second you come back, though.” you commanded, and he smirked.

“Bet.” he winked and sent you a flying kiss, causing your heart to beat faster and your pupils to turn into hearts as you watched him enter the bathroom, which left you with a question— when did the line between friendship and relationship between the two of you blur this much?

You gulped, your eyes burning with tears you’d been fighting off since your date had started yelling and throwing names at you for not wanting to hook-up with them on the first date. “I-I’m so sorry to b-bother, but c-could you please come pick me up?” your voice shook, the small sniffle you let out making alarm bells go off in his head and instantly turn off the stove.

Less than 10 seconds later he was in his car, a reassuring “on my way” resonating in your ear as you sat on the bench of a busy road, on the brink of starting a full-on crying session. Felix asked you to stay on the phone with him to, as he said, pinpoint your location and find you faster, though it was just an excuse to talk with and comfort you immediately, not wanting to waste anymore of your precious tears for a friend he thought would treat you right; though, from your description of the encounter, they were anything but nice and kind to you.

Felix clenched his jaw, his knuckles turning chalk white due to how tight he was gripping the steering wheel. “Sh*t, I’m so sorry for introducing them to you. If only I’d known how much of an as—” he begged for forgiveness, feeling so incredibly guilty for putting you in the situation you were now in.

You shook your head. “You couldn't have known, it’s okay, Lixie. Don’t beat yourself up over this.” you mumbled, already feeling much better than earlier after spilling everything that had happened during the blind date he’d planned. A smile appeared on your face when you saw his car in the distance, waving your arm up in the air to help him spot you. “Could we please cuddle as soon as I get in? I need your hugs.” you bashfully asked him just before he parked the car in front of you, hanging up the call as you got up from the bench. He smiled at you through the window and motioned for you to enter the vehicle with a nod, engulfing you in the warmest, most bear-like hug you’d ever received from him as soon as you sat down on the carseat. “This is the least I can do for you.” he whispered, placing soft kisses on your head while his hands played with your hair and stroked your back— and you sighed, your body relaxing under his soothing touches and soft hums of your favorite song.

Your head was pounding and your eyes were burning, but you still wouldn't stop typing— not until you felt satisfied with the last statement of your final essay, which you’d scrapped and re-wrote more times than you could count. The loud noise made your best friend, who was studying on his bed in silence, look up at you with a concerned look on his face. “Hey.” he called out softly, and you hummed, not moving your eyes from the bright screen. “How about we take a break?” he asked, a quick glance at the clock hung on his bedroom wall letting him know you’d both been studying without rest for about five hours.

You nodded as you looked behind your shoulders to face his seated figure on the mattress and said, “Sure, after I finish this. Feel free to have a break without me though.” you flashed him a small grin before turning your attention back to your laptop again, but your bloodshot eyes and croaked voice were what it took for him to finally stand up from the bed and walk over to his desk, where you’d been hunching over since after lunch.

Your furious typing suddenly came to a stop when Seungmin circled your wrist with his hand, which made you look up at him from your seat with a confused expression. “I think you’re more tired than I am, to be honest. Let’s go eat something; you need a break.” he stated as he looked down at you. You scowled.

“But I’m not hungry—” you protested, trying to wiggle your wrist out of his grasp— however, he tightened it.

“At least take a nap; you look exhausted…” he insisted with his puppy-like pout, knowing d*mn well it was your weakness, that you’d never say no to his cute puckered lips and adorable frown.

You sighed, rolling your eyes when he tugged at your wrist, a small ‘fine’ rolling out of your tongue as you got up from the chair, immediately stretching your arms out while Seungmin’s eyes stayed on you, “What? Afraid I’m going to faint or something?” you joked, but he got even more serious.

“Might as well; you can barely stand up.” he pointed out, noticing the slight tremble your legs had. You just frowned and bent down to shut off your laptop, blinking quickly to try to keep yourself from falling asleep on your feet, which didn’t go unnoticed by him.

A few moments later, you were laying with your eyes wide open on Seungmin's bed, in which he carefully tucked you in. He placed a water bottle for you on the side table and took a few steps towards the door, seemingly wanting to get out of his room. You pouted, “Minnie wait.” you grabbed his arm, looking up into his eyes with your teary, tired ones. “Can we— can we cuddle?” you asked, nervously chewing on your bottom lip when he stayed silent. “You don’t have to if you don’t want to—”

“You— You…” he pointed at your scowling face with an accusatory tone, “You already paid for me last time! It’s onl— y fair that I pay for you now!” he hiccuped in the middle of his sentence, half-yelling the words at the end of it.

You huffed, rolling your eyes, and leaned back on your seat with your arms crossed. Even in your drunken state, you knew there was no use fighting with him, he was going to win anyway. Like always. “Mh, okay— ” you said in defeat, but an idea popping in your head caused a smirk to appear on your face a few seconds later. As Jeongin tried flaunting his victory to the boys, who were struggling to understand whatever he was trying to say, you lightly slammed your fist on the table to grab his attention. “I’ll let you pay i— f you cuddle with me until we all go ho— me.” you gave your ultimatum with a grin.

He widened his eyes, blinking multiple times as he felt his cheeks flush a deep red. “Why… ?” he shyly asked. Though you were best friends, he barely showed you any physical affection when with your friends, so your request threw him off guard. Not that he minded though.

You shuffled in your seat and frowned, feeling embarrassed by your drunken boldness. It definitely sobered you up a little. You hid your face behind your hands, a slew of muffled ‘stupid, stupid, stupid me’ coming out of your mouth, until two arms wrapped around you from the side and a chuckle resonated in your ear, a soft peck on your cheek making you open your squeezed eyes. You smiled widely when your eyes met Jeongin’s, ruffling his hair playfully with one hand before hugging him back. “Ahhh! So cute! Gonna play this video at their wedding!” Hyunjin excitedly said as he pointed the camera at you two, who were now laying on the hardwood ground and giggling and smiling and hushing in each other’s ears with flushed cheeks and a fast-paced heartbeat.
