The Polar Tang had docked for a supply run, the submersible quiet as the crew had all taken advantage of this rare porting. You’d taken advantage of it as well, settled in the office of your Captain. You’d offered to take log of what supplies were and weren’t needed- and you had, the ledger sitting on the edge of the desk. But what had drawn your attention was the coat that draped over the chair you were sitting in.

It smelled like Law.

Your eyes closed as you breathed in the scent; it was undeniably him. An undercurrent of antiseptic that clung to him at all times, but atop that- the body wash that they used ( vanilla musk, bourbon, something woodsy- sandalwood? ) coupled with their natural scent. You felt your heart race in your chest as your mind raced. You couldn’t… But no one was here. No one would find you.

Your hand made up your mind, slipping under your boiler suit to press against yourself, a stutter of a sigh spilling free at the blessed pressure. Gentle strokes stoked a fire within you, and in a matter of minutes, you were already aching, rutting into your own hand with soft gasps of his name.

“Did you finish-” Their voice spilled into the room, dragging a startled squeak out of you as you froze- as did he. Eyes widening in surprise, he studied you for a moment: features flushed, chest rising and falling rapidly, suit unzipped clear to your stomach, sitting in his chair, face buried in his coat. “-the logs?”

“I-”

“Don’t stop now.” Law closed the door behind themself, locking it once it latched. “Continue.”

“Captain?”

“Did I stutter?”

Doflamingo

Your fingers brushed against the feathered coat of your… Paramour? You weren’t anything exclusive, nothing that you could certainly put a name on. But he kept you close, gave you gifts, caressed you like you were something precious. Paramour, other half, lover. Or, you could be. The option had been given more than once.

( You’re surprised he hadn’t simply ordered you, yet. )

You settled down on the couch, leaning your head into the coat as a makeshift pillow, drawing in the scent that clung to it. Oud wood, bourbon, sandalwood, and spice clung to the fabric, much like the cologne that he preferred to use. The scent made your mind grow nearly foggy, eyes slipping shut.

Your thighs pressed together as heat settled low. You’d be lying if you said you’d never thought about fucking him. He’s so big, and his hands… A soft sigh spilled free as you shifted, your hand smoothing down your front before coming to press between your thighs, giving delicious pressure. You sighed as you rocked into your touch, not noticing the door opening- or closing.

Not until your hand was suddenly pulled away by a taut wire. Eyes flying open, you were greeted with the man himself, crouched in front of you. “What do we have here?”

“Doffy-”

“Oh, please. Don’t stop on my accord,” your hand was freed, though you felt like a deer trapped in the headlights. “Keep going.”

And who were you to disobey an order?

The coat had been dropped over your shoulders as your lover left to shower. You’d made port for the evening to avoid sailing directly into a storm. Shanks had been raving about the hot springs that fueled the inn you’d decided to stay at, something the entire crew were looking forward to.

You plopped onto the large bed, wrapped up in his coat. Hands smoothed over the worn material; there were a few runs that you’d need to fix at some point. But something caught your attention- the barest hint of the way Shanks tended to smell. Whiskey, burning wood, and an odd touch of orchid- something you knew came from your own body wash. To know that your scent had mingled with his own enough that it clung to his coat had you flushing with pride.

He’d be a while…

You moaned softly as your hand busied itself between your thighs, face buried in the sleeve of the coat, eyes squeezed shut. You were already close, so pent up-

“If ye wanted me that badly, ye could’ve said something, love.” Shanks’ voice interrupted you. You jerked your hand away, eyes widening.

“I thought you’d be a while still!”

“So ye thought ye could get off while I was away?” He ‘tsk’ed, shaking his head as he walked closer to the bed. “Came to ask if ye wanted to join me- but I think I know the answer, now.”

“I’ll be right back.” Smoker had said before he slipped out, leaving you in his office. You’d met on the sea, your ship and his own; it made for the perfect excuse to get together and talk. It’d been nearly six months since you’d last seen one another, and the time- and distance- had certainly been a pain in the ass.

Not like you two were together or anything. No, you were almost certain the feelings were purely one-sided.

You settled back in your chair, only to pause; he’d left his jacket behind, draped over the back of the chair you sat in. Curiosity getting the better of you, you leaned over, breathing in deeply. Cigar smoke, pine, vanilla musk, and bourbon greeted your senses. Shit. You shifted in your seat, glancing towards the door to ensure that yes, you were alone.

Shame colored your cheeks at the way your thighs tensed, at the way you could feel heat growing. Worrying your lip, you pressed your hand between your thighs, hoping to ease a bit of the tension. Your hips rocked on their own accord; a stuttering sigh spilled free as you closed your eyes, imaging that it was his hand instead of your own-

The door opened. You squeaked, jerking your hand up, pulling your face back from the jacket. Smoker paused, taking in your flushed cheeks, the way you’d gone rigid, before a chuckle escaped him. “Doll, if you wanted me,” he murmured, closing the door behind himself, locking it. “All you had to do was ask.”

“Smoker-”

“Come here.”

Being whiny one day, complaining about everything, but mumbling with your fingers in your mouth everytime you talk. He's getting fed up with it, he'll ask a question and can hardly understand you.

He's at his desk, trying to work, but you're being a nuisance.

"Get your damn fingers out of your mouth, I can't understand you." He snaps. You huff and pull your hand from your face, then repeat what you said. It was something bratty of course, something about how he's not paying attention to you and that's why he doesn't understand.

He rolls his eyes, "Stop complaining or I'll give you something to whine about."

You huff again, then go to put your fingers back in your mouth. He grabs you're wrist and tugs it back down to your side. "What the hell did I just say?"

Ignoring him, you bring your other hand hand up to put it in your mouth. Once again he grabs your wrist, but then bends you over his lap. He quickly swats your ass, and pulls your head up by your hair. "Keep your fingers out of your mouth, or I'll fill it with something else."

Shanks

What do you mean ‘you’ isn’t an answer?

Really though, Shanks’ favorite kind of sweets would absolutely be alcohol infused chocolate

Those expensive ones with rum in them

He could eat every one of them on his own

It’s the perfect gift for him other than actual alcohol itself

He’ll hide it from the rest of his crew because he does not want to share

If he really likes you though, he might sneak you one

Doflamingo

Doffy is a connoisseur of sweets

He’s tried everything and will continue to, since he gets whatever he wants, whenever

But he’s got a soft spot for some fresh, light, fluffy, strawberry shortcake

Not too much icing, golden cake, it’s his favorite treat

Of course he’s not going to share- that may be an entire cake, but it’s his and even if he likes you, you’re not getting any. You’ll have to make your own

Getting him a surprise slice will turn any sour mood the other way around, so use that to your advantage

Ace

Two words: Cinnamon hearts

Ace loves anything cinnamon. The spice just gets him

Plus, gifting him little hearts will make his own heart throb

He’ll share with anyone- cinnamon hearts are the type of candy you have to share- at least, he thinks so

They’re also not that popular, so he doesn’t need to worry much about losing much of his candy

If you’ve recently gifted him any, he’ll taste like cinnamon hearts when you kiss him

Koby

Koby is a big fan of all things minty, so peppermint candies would be his favorite

It’s practical, freshens his breath while also giving him a sweet treat

Also, peppermint is a great tool against nausea- so when he’s feeling sickly and anxious at work, he can just pop one and continue on his day

If he’s got the peppermint drops that usually come individually wrapped, he’ll share with anyone who asks for one. Usually Helmeppo, sometimes Garp.

Otherwise he’ll be gathering up candy canes as much as he can and stashing them away in his room just in case he wants a treat so if you gift him some, he’d be over the moon about it

He also tastes like his chosen candy if you kiss him

Smoker

Smoker isn’t one for sweet treats, they’re just too much for him

He likes his coffee and things that are more bitter or savory

If he were to pick something though, he would love some dark chocolate covered almonds

The chocolate isn’t too much since it’s also got the almonds in it, nuts are a good source of protein, and they’re easy to find as he’s travelling on Marine business

He’s not one to share with just anyone. He’ll give some to you with no problem or he’ll give some to Tashigi, and that’s about it.

Gifting him a bag would make him smile, and he would thank you while insisting you really didn’t need to spoil him

Hi! So as you saw I don’t write Luffy (yet. But I really liked their interpretation of him in the live action so maybe I’ll write him eventually) but yeah I’ll give you some characters!

-Jealousy Hcs for One Piece characters-

Tw! Possessive behaviors, violence, Sir Crocodile views reader as property because he’s toxic

Roronoa Zoro: Isn’t quick to jealousy, unless Sanji’s the one hitting on you. Then he gets a little protective, wrapping his arm around your waist and arguing with the blond. Otherwise he doesn’t really get jealous. He knows you can handle yourself, and he trusts you to tell anyone who’s hitting on you that you’re taken. Unless someone really can’t take a hint, he normally won’t step in and will let you take care of it. He tends to…make situations worse when he has to get involved.

Sanji Vinsmoke: Is fairly quick to jealousy. He gets really defensive when he’s jealous, quick to step in and tell the offender that you’re taken by him, and if that doesn’t work then he might start a fight. Afterwards he gets sorta annoying, asking if you love him and if you’d ever leave him for someone else, that sorta thing. Deep down he’s pretty insecure about your relationship, so he just has to hear it from you that you love him and want to stay with him.

Sir Crocodile: is a very jealous man…he wants you, all to himself. So when he sees someone flirting with you…he’s Not Happy. He’ll likely hurt them in some way, dragging them outside, away from you, to rough them up for flirting with HIS partner. Not that Crocodile doesn’t trust you, he just…hates seeing people mess with his stuff. He needs to make an example out of fools who would try to take his lover.

Captain Smoker: is not quick to jealousy. He really trusts you, and knows you’ll take care of yourself. But when he does need to get involved, he’s very intimidating, what with his status and his appearance. It’s usually pretty easy for him to frighten off someone who’s bothering you. Afterwards he checks that you’re okay, and tells you to just let him know the next time you need him. He doesn’t get Self-conscious per say when other people flirt with you, but he does sometimes find himself Concerned that his position as your partner is being threatened. But most of the time it’s not a problem for him.

Smoker x Pirate!Reader Relationship Headcanons

Tags/Warnings: No Reader Pronouns, Mild Sexualization

𓆃 This... isn't going to go as well as you think it will.

𓆃 Because Smoker is one of the last people in the service who will throw away all of his deeply held views on justice and what that means just to chase the tail of an attractive pirate.

𓆃 Much of your relationship— or lack thereof— will look relatively normal on the outside with Smoker chasing you and you running from the Marines like the pirate you are.

𓆃 And any enjoyment you get out of your limited interactions will be largely up to you. It's on you whether you want to tease him, drag on your fights, and give him a firm slap on the ass before you leave, because Smoker isn't about to initiate any sort of closeness or fondness from his end.

𓆃 He's never going to make comments that resemble anything complimentary or claim his goals are anything different than taking you into custody.

𓆃 Although Smoker is a fan of repartee. So, while worming your way out of your Marine/pirate relationship is a no-go, you can warm him up to you through witty banter.

𓆃 And depending on your demeanor, you can essentially make yourself a part of Smoker's routine, and fighting you suddenly turns into a formality.

𓆃 "I suppose there's no way I could ask you to turn yourself in quietly, huh?" Smoker puffs every time, taking a drag of his cigar with his eyes cast toward the sky. He already knows how things between you end.

𓆃 You'll get away, and it'll be time for him to track you down so you can banter with him and start the cycle all over again.

𓆃 While his intentions to follow through with his orders will never quell, the more he develops a soft spot for you, the more negotiating he'll begin to do.

𓆃 First, they're with himself, as if his growing fondness and fixation for you are normal for his line of work.

𓆃 "It's a matter of pride," he'll grumble, "I'm a Marine, goddammit."

𓆃 Sticking to the work excuse doesn't last for long. After all, Smoker isn't one to lie to himself. And so the negotiations will shift to you.

𓆃 "You're wasted as a goddam pirate," "Look, if you turn yourself in, I might be able to pull a few strings to get you back on your feet after your sentencing," "We've been through this song and dance enough... c'mon now."

𓆃 You're not sure if he realizes that he's subconsciously resorted to trying to convince you to become a part of his world. That somehow you might join up or leave your life of crime behind— like that would change anything.

𓆃 Smoker will walk up to you with a sigh, his weapon thrown across his shoulder and his opposite hand in the pocket of his jacket.

𓆃 "No way you're turnin' yourself in?" he'll ask.

𓆃 "No chance in hell, Smoky," you'll tell him with a shake of your head.

𓆃 And that's how your relationship will go.

𓆃 There might be some times when he has no other choice but to deviate from your usual routine. Perhaps the stars aligned in your favor or the cards were stacked against him in a scenario where it made more sense to let you go.

𓆃 Or maybe he'll give into a lapse in judgment, giving into you a bit more but still never dropping his closely-held position in the Marines for a second.

𓆃 The only stability you'll have together is the consistent cycle of him trying to arrest you. And unless one of you gives in, that's all you'll ever truly be.

𓆃 No matter what the feelings are, what's happened in the past, or the fleeting moments of intimacy, Smoker isn't going to be the one to break.

𓆃 So it becomes a question of your freedom and if you're willing to give that up for the mere chance of a life with a man who you don't even know will truly accept you because of your past.

𓆃 Perhaps you'll see if and when the World Government crumbles...

How OP's men would react to an unexpected hug from their s/o - pt. 2

part 1 (Katakuri, Zoro, Kid, Law)

Characters: Sanji, Smoker, Ace, Crocodile TW: fluff and me making fun of Sanji, sorry Reader: gender neutral Author's notes: since pt. 1 had a lot of success, I decided to continue with this series of headcanons! I'll do a part 3 so suggest to me in the comments who you'd like to see next! (p.s. Sanji's a pervert)

Sanji

Just a hug? Prepare yourself to receive much more than that.

If you hug him tight, he'll hug you tighter, it's like a competition to see who shows more love to the other.

Probably he'd try to give you some smooches, this guy is super glue when it comes to demonstrating love to his partner.

"Y/N-chwan let me love you!" he'd say with a cheesy voice, nosebleeding just by having you in his arms (he can't get accustomed to your closeness).

You'd have to escape from him if you don't want to be dragged into a long make-out session now.

Sanji would look for you as you hide, saying that he only wants more hugs (false, he wants to have seggsy time with you).

Smoker

He gets easily flustered if you hug him out of the blue when alone and it makes him almost panic if in front of other people.

Imagine wrapping your arms around his torso in front of his subordinates. He'll just try faintly to send you away, his cheeks red as tomatoes as he whispers "Not now babe, please".

As you let him go sighing, he'll come back to you as soon as possible, finding an excuse just to have five seconds alone with you.

He'll pick you up and embrace your body as if it was a feather, your arms and legs wrapped against the beefy man as he places his forehead against yours

Too bad his subordinates once caught you two lovebirds having a sweet moment and let out an "Aaaww". Smoker turned around and gave them a glacial, death stare. Their bodies were never found (just kidding, he's a sweetheart).

Ace

This guy is warm to hug (that's no secret, you could have imagined that) and since he's a sweet partner who loves to demonstrate his love physically, he is just obsessed with your hugs and your presence in general.

His hugs are tender and make you feel protected in his arms, he holds you as if you were the most precious thing in the world for him.

Normally, Ace loves hugging you while sitting on the couch, you on his lap and your legs wrapped around him as he rubs your back.

Even though this may be an allusive position for more than just a hug, he wouldn't go further if you don't ask for it.

Just having his s/o in his arms it's enough for Ace, and comforting you after a stressful day it's one of the things he loves the most (p.s. don't try this with Sanji, he'll take it as an invitation to have seggsy time).

Crocodile

If Crocodile doesn't know it's you approaching him from behind he would turn into sand, your arms wrapping around nothing and leaving an annoyed look on your face.

"Sorry love, I thought it was someone trying to murder me" he'd excuse himself realizing it was his s/o.

He'd pat your head and give you a tight hug to put a smile back on your face since he saw how unimpressed you were from his cautious behaviour.

Next time you'll embrace him with wet hands to neutralize his devilfruit's powers so that he can't escape the hug.

If you manage to gain his complete trust, he'll even let you join him when he's having a shower or taking a bath, since he loses all his strength in both cases. He refuses to admit that but hugging you as he's so vulnerable gives him lots of comfort, he loves it.

Smoker

Smoker loves to be affectionate with you. He’s most comfortable when he’s able to touch you in one way or another, and he most definitely will keep you trapped in his arms for as long as he can get once you’re there

He’s not shy in telling people you’re his person, but he also isn’t very comfortable being too lovey in public

He’s got an image to maintain as a Marine soldier, and he’d rather not have you shadowing him on the job both for his own focus and for your safety

The exception is if you crossed paths while he’s on his patrol around town, of course. He’ll light up when he sees you and ask what you’re doing out, and after a quick conversation he’d be just fine kissing you good-bye and promising to see you later. Tashigi makes a comment at how his cheeks have a tint to them, and he’ll grumble something under his breath along the lines of ‘stop talking’

If you’re in public and he’s off the job, he’s got no problem holding your hand as you walk together, kissing your cheek or sitting close together to share a drink

All that to say moderate PDA is fine

Smoker’s favorite way to show affection is to lie on the couch with you with you on top, head on his chest while he plays with your hair or rubs your back- whatever you’re more comfortable with

Of course he also loves to kiss you anywhere and everywhere he can get. Cheeks, especially

He peppering you with kisses and watching you laugh and try to squirm away from him

He’ll get super embarrassed if you two get caught, though

Corazon

Cora is also someone who is very affectionate with his partner, so much so that they are usually covered in lipstick smudges

His favorite spots to kiss are your nose, lips and neck and they are usually stained with his signature colour

Robin is not shy about giving you affection, but she is classy with it

With her Devil Fruit powers, she can reach you anywhere to hold your hand or give you some sweet touches

Her preferred method of showing you love, in her motherly fashion, is to gently caress your cheek with the back of her hand

She’ll also keep an arm around your waist or shoulders, knowing how the feeling of being held is comforting to you

She’s comfortable giving you quick kisses and loving words in front of the crew, but in a public setting- especially when you’re all new to the area, she’ll go as far as holding your hand and that’s about it

The best time to give her affection is while you’re out on the sea

Lazy days in the sun, just sitting together while she reads, your head in her lap while she swipes her thumb over your cheek in soft, slow motions

It would be very easy to fall asleep there if it weren’t for the chaos of the rest of the crew

Robin will welcome affection anytime, too. No matter what she’s doing on the ship, as long as she’s in a good mood, if you sneak up behind her and wrap your arms around her or lean down to kiss her cheek in passing, she’ll always end up smiling to herself

Robin isn’t used to being treated kindly- at least in a physical sense. It took her forever to learn to trust the crew to that point, and a little longer with you because of how intimate your relationship was. So having gotten to this point where you two are happily able to share these precious moments is very important to her
