refs with a cane !!

sorry most of my refs are on patreon now because ppl on pinterest dont know how to copy and paste a link for credit and it irritated me … anyway enjoy these

some drawing references for an offset cane hand pose. Meant to do this outside for good lighting but it decided to rain all day lol.

There will be better versions when it's not constantly thunderstorming since I need good lighting and also someone else to take the pictures.

anyways feel free to save for drawing references, that's why I made this. There's not enough drawing references for people using canes, so I'm being the change I want to see in the world.

wheelchair, cane + forearm crutches, walker 90% chance if you're hesitant to draw mobility aids you're overthinking it. start somewhere. obviously these are not detailed references.

wheelchairs and walkers should be proportioned like chairs. in most cases canes are held on the opposite side of the painful leg because you want to put weight on the cane instead of the leg (dr house lied to you) but depending on the reason for the cane this can change!

Hello, another doodle compilation post of everything I haven't posted since the period of May to now that I didn't hate but didn't like enough to post on its own + fanart i made of @catboymoments's fankids Azura and Hyacinth!
