Hi! More Snow White + Tangled AU content, this time from Lucifer's point of view.

Lucifer knew that he was moving away from everyone, first heaven, then sins, his own kingdom, even his wife. He was so happy when Charlie was born, he thought he could have his family, that things could get better. He only had hope again for a week. They were in hell, they shouldn't have expected anything better.

At first he was panicking, thinking that somehow his daughter would still be in the palace. Then there was anger, who would dare to do something like that? Who would be so stupid? He wanted to go out and burn everything until he found his baby, but Lilith convinced him that it would be best to wait, perhaps those responsible would want money in exchange and could deal with them accordingly.

Days passed and there was no news from his daughter. Lilith told him that she went to a sinner's radio station, she told him that he would give notice if he knew anything. Then Lilith began to go to the Overlords meetings, she said that they would be attentive if any of the souls in their charge knew anything. After Lilith went to the meetings with the Sins again, she said that if it was someone from the other circles of hell they would let them know.

He did not feel able to leave the palace, not only because the depression hit him hard again, but also because he was afraid that the moment he set foot outside the palace it would be when he would receive a call, letter or anything that would be said to him where to find his daughter.

Lilith warned him when someone found a clue, when it turned out to be a lie, like once they were about to find her but were too late. Without realizing it, 20 years passed, Lilith told him that a sinner brought television to hell, that perhaps with that they could have better results, he gave Lilith some of the many photos that he took of Charlie in the week she was with them, in addition to some paintings he made. Lilith told him that the meeting was a success and the news would spread throughout all the circles of hell.

The years continued to pass, and one day Lilith simply told him that she was leaving, that she could no longer be there with him, she told him to get over the loss, that she would try somewhere else. He was left alone, without news from the outside, without the courage to call the sins himself to find out if they knew anything about his daughter.

It's been 7 years since Lilith left, almost 100 since he lost his daughter. He doesn't know how much longer he can wait. He turns on the television hoping that what he sees relates to his Charlie...and sure enough, there was a Charlie on the television, talking about the Hazbin Hotel, a neutral and safe zone for low-income sinners. He recognizes her immediately, there is no way she is not his daughter.

When he goes to see her, to look for her, he introduces himself and she...has no idea who he is, she doesn't know what he's talking about. It's fair, her kidnapper must have filled her head with lies, the kidnapper who appears behind her, whom she looks at with adoration and calls him dad. He can't help it, he attacks him, or at least he tries to. His daughter expels him from the hotel, tells him to come back when he is able to remain calm and that only then can they talk. He waits outside for a day to calm down (or to meet the kidnapper and kill him, whichever comes first).

When his daughter realizes that he is outside, she tells him to come in and takes him to a private room to talk, there he meets the kidnapper and a fallen angel, is heaven involved with the kidnapping?

They try to talk, it's mostly shouts and accusations from him, the fallen angel is on the defensive, ready to attack him if he approaches his daughter or the kidnapper, who are very calm, although confused. Lucifer talks about how he has been looking for his daughter, the princess of hell, the kidnapper tells lies, how he found Charlie in a basket outside his door, and that in all this time he never knew that a princess existed. His daughter agrees with him, she has never heard anything about it, the fallen angel agrees that it is the first time she knows something about a princess.

Lucifer knows that can't be true, they must be manipulating his daughter, so he promises HIS daughter that he will return with proof...but he has nothing. He goes to Zestial, the only Overlord he remembers...and tells him he didn't know anything about it. He goes to that television station to talk to...Cox? Box?, he is even more confused than Zestial. He gathers courage and goes to see the Sins...and none of them knew anything, they didn't even know that he had a daughter.

He returns home, for the only evidence he has, everything he treasured about Charlie in that brief time together, besides the photos and paintings. He goes to his wife's office to look for the photos he gave her when she said she would go on television...and they were destroyed, in the trash, some remains of paintings on the fireplace.

His wife lied to him.

Some thoughts on Lucifer's mental health, relationships, and role as king of hell!

Lucifer’s perception of himself as the king of hell is really interesting to me because he’s very blase about it in canon while totally using it when it suits him.

I think it’s really telling that the first time he actually brings it up himself is when it’s something he can leverage to help Charlie out. He reads to me like someone who objectively knows that he’s the hottest shit in town, but also just doesn’t really think that it matters most of the time because it's not relevant to his personal problems. Being Lucifer Morningstar did not allow him to achieve his goals in petitioning heaven. Being the most powerful person in hell didn’t even un-fuck his family life!

...Except for when suddenly it might in fact help un-fuck his relationship with his daughter.

It's the main thing he can desperately and dramatically showcase as a worthwhile reason for Charlie to maintain a relationship with him, because he as a person is depressed, half-functional, and barely has enough spoons to pay attention to a conversation he's having with her while he's actively having it, nevermind remembering their last one.

He wants to! And it doesn't start with his song at the hotel! It starts with him answering the phone, heavily fumbling actually connecting with Charlie despite clearly desperately wanting to, and then realizing she's asking him for something and promptly choking on his tea before excitedly telling her, "Yeah! Of course! Anything within my power is yours for the asking, you just name it." He knows that there is a great deal 'within his power,' and he's happy and relieved that he can offer her that!

Lilith has been gone for years but he's still wearing his wedding ring. His walls are still covered in family portraits. He's just been sitting in his room making thousands of rubber ducks he thinks suck instead of ruling hell, because his daughter liked that one duck he made one time.

Charlie needed him to support her in her mission, but damn did Lucifer also need Charlie to get him out and moving and actually doing things again.

Anyway, someone get this man on an SSRI.

Since the season of Hazbin Hotel has ended I'm going to update my thoughts on who Alastor made a deal with because this is probably the aspect of the show where my opinion has shifted the most. I originally thought he was connected with Lilith (like a lot of other people) then I thought it could be Eve, but now I'm fairly sure it's not either of them.

I think it might be Roo.

Roo is a character that hasn't yet made an appearance in Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss, but has been a looming presence for years now if you've kept up with Vivziepop, references to them appearing in the background of both shows, and stated to be the root of all evil. Basically the endgame "villain" of this universe.

It was that last episode that really shifted my perspective on who Alastor has the deal with. The biggest thing was something I noticed in the finale, but then saw other people point out after the fact as well, and that's the fact that eyes follow Alastor around anywhere he goes. (This post in particular shows just how prevalent eyes following Alastor is through the show)

When Alastor is having his breakdown the eyes specifically look like this.

Look a bit familiar?

Whenever Alastor is questioned about his whereabouts for the last seven years he always gets shifty. Eyes darting around, face pointedly looking away from whoever he's talking to, making sure he defuses the question without giving any indication of the real answer.

I initially thought this was because some of these comments hit too close to home and his pride wouldn't allow him to show any weakness, but pair it with the eyes that follow him around and there's the possibility that he's instead being forced to keep quiet. These eyes are watching him, making sure he stays in line. Alastor has to walk on eggshells just in case whoever it is that owns his soul is watching.

It's this ability to make Alastor stay on guard coupled with the moment in the destroyed radio tower that all but confirmed that whoever it is Alastor is, at least on some level, afraid of them. Or at the very least it's someone Alastor shows much more restraint and pause around than anyone else he has come face to face with in the series. Someone who has him on high alert.

This is the same guy who immediately started a conflict with Lucifer because he felt his pride threatened. The literal king of hell who he has to know is more powerful than him. Yet at no point does Alastor ever feel like he's walking on eggshells around him like he does this invisible entity that owns his soul.

If this is the case then what if the person that Alastor made a deal with is even more powerful than Lucifer himself? Or at least close to Lucifer's power level, but much more willing to use it? Someone Alastor can't find leverage over like he can the king of hell.

That really limits the options for who it could be.

I still think that whatever happened 7 years ago Lilith was involved, but the more hints we get to the reality of Lilith and Alastor's situations the more convinced I am that she isn't the one he has a contract with.

Whatever happened 7 years ago it was enough to get her to make a deal with Adam to stay in heaven, hidden from everyone including her family, and it made Alastor go missing for that same period of time.

I've never been a theory person, but this story thread in Hazbin Hotel is incredibly enticing. I can't wait for next season to see where they take this.

Wait a sec-

Do these fuckers KNOW each other!?

In the midst of yet another Hazbin re-watch and my wife goes, "These two are just SO overly exaggerative and hostile with each other here that it kind of feels like they know each other, but they can't let Charlie or the others know that they know each other and they start a dick-measuring contest in who can keep the secret better while also trying to make it harder for the other one to keep up with the act." The theory completely changes the perspective of Lucifer coming to the hotel and what happens in "Hell's Greatest Dad".

Lucifer enters the hotel ignoring and literally dancing around Alastor (who is fucking standing RIGHT THERE). He goes as far as to happily greet the hotel pets without ever even acknowledging his presence. When he DOES offer any kind of acknowledgment or thoughts with the hotel its with his disgusted critiqment of Alastor's bar.

Introductions take place, and I've always been caught off guard by just how immediately these two just know how to get under each other's skin and just how over-the-top this exchange feels. There's no way the King of Hell has not heard of Alastor, who has established himself in Hell by toppling great Overlords - almost with ease - then publicly broadcasting their screams for all to hear.

Next, Charlie and Lucifer have a small moment where Lucifer just looks so happy to be with his daughter again. He looks so proud of her... I'm left wondering why they ever were estranged to begin with. Charlie let's him go and praises Alastor for all of his help with her dream and the hotel. His reaction to this is instant. Is something keeping Lucifer from Charlie and in helping her with her goals? It seems he had to be directly invited to the hotel by Charlie for him to even make an appearance despite him having told her that "anything within his power was HERS for the asking". Alastor makes a point of emphasizing this peculiar absence when he sings, "WHO'S been here since day one!?"

Alastor is there to help Charlie with the hotel; he "fulfills her odd requests" and protects it when he has to. Lucifer isn't happy with this arrangement but he also seems somehow unable to get more involved. My wife also points out that Lucifer only makes an appearance to the battle in the finale after Alastor disappears. She believes Lucifer is who he is tied to in making a deal with and when Alastor sings, "...once I figure out how to unclip my wings, guess who will be pulling all the strings?" he's referring to needing to find a way out of whatever constraints the fallen angel has on him. [Which he may have found in making his deal with Charlie...] I kind of hope that if there is something more going on with this, Lilith is involved and both parents are working together with the use of Alastor's power to obtain some great goal.

I've just had this little idea for a while and can't find anything about it (though is someone has read anything similar please do tag me 🤲)

You wanted to make a deal, a deal for your brother's life. Your younger brother recently died of cancer he was only at the age of 6. So, being the older sibling you are, you decided to make a deal with the devil himself for your brother to have a second chance at life even if it costs yours.

So here you were doing the ritual in your room saying your chants when he appeared. "Who dares summons the great king of hell, Lucifer?" The man asked. In his all demon form glory. For some odd reason, your cheeks were heating up from seeing this, and you had no idea why.

"I summond you to struck a deal, your highness," you told Lucifer. "And what shall the deal be?" He asked. "Well, I want you to bring my brother back to life, and in return, you can have my soul, my body, whatever you want" you told him desperation in your voice for your brother to be happy, not to go through suffering again, and to have a chance at life once more.

There was now silence in the air, suddenly Lucifer hid away his horns, tail, wings, and any other demonic features from his 'big' form. He now looked just astonishing. He was so beautiful you were enthralled with him from laying your eyes upon this form. But you had to stay serious. So you stood there waiting for his answer.

"How did he die?" Lucifer asked a little bit of gloom in his voice. "Cancer, stage three," you told him in a sad voice, not feeling happy to mention such a sensitive topic. "Why do you want him to be back alive?" He asked.

"To well, experience life, he died at age six, and he deserves to last longer." You told the man. "Well then, I'll bring him back, but what I'll get in return is your purity," he told you. "M-my, what now? Like the sexual stuff?" You asked him rasing an eyebrow.

Lucifer blushed harshly "what ofcourse not, I'm not a monster. We only just met." Lucifer clears his throat and regains his poster. "I meant that you come live with me and study and stuff in my palace," he told you. "It should un pure you, make you 'dirty'." He told you "well anyways you want to make this deal or not?" He asked, putting his hand out. You clasped your hand with his.

"Deal"

I love your stories, my favorite would be the Colletion of Overlords, but i have one question, did Alastor and Charlie made the deal in "Hello Rosie" like the show, if it did, did the Reader know? Also did The Reader knows about Adam, Lute, and Lilith, if so, how would they react if they meet The Reader? I can imagine Adam and Lute would be scared or concern,

A bit much to unpack, bear with me.

(1) Did Charlie and Alastor made the deal in "Hello Rosie"? If so, did the Reader know?

Yes. The deal was still made and Reader/you know about it since it happened in Hell (remember, you know everything that happens in Hell).

(2) Did Alastor and Charlie made the deal or not since we own the Overlords soul which mean also Alastor and not him with Lilith/Eve?

Deal's made and the owner of his soul in the show (we don't know who it is, so don't say it's with Lilith or Eve or anyone else here) is changed to you. The purpose of the favour would be changed to something else, more in the sense of Alastor finding you because you were still missing from Hell. His disappearance was to look for you here. He only reappeared because he thinks Charlie can be a tool to seek you out since she is royalty and you are the puppetmaster of the King and Queen (basically Hell).

Check back to Part 1.5, Alastor's breakdown is centered on you disowning him like you did with Husk since there was no way you didn't know about his battle with Adam and the shameful retreat. Another point was his action because of the deal that's made between him and Charlie. The Overlords tend to avoid association with the royal family because they were like your personal puppets. Remember back when Carmilla ignored Vaggie until she threatened to tell the secret? Carmilla let Vaggie in and listened because you gave the green light to help. But Alastor was never given one. So he's scared you'll be angered with his actions.

Now that relationships are more settled, I can change the lyrics

This place reeks of death There's a chill in the air And I barely escaped being killed by a hair "Great Alastor, altruist, died for that Princess' cause"?! Sorry to disappoint! I do not serve you royalty! I'm hungry for your presence, like never before The absence and silence of our deal surely will come to an end Once I figure out how to find My Liege and Saviour Guess who will be still be at your cries?!

After you meet Alastor (in part 1), Alastor tells you about the deal himself because he would rather be honest than wait for you to ask him about it. You don't say anything or punish him, you let him use the favour to his needs or wants.

(3) Did The Reader know about Adam, Lute, and Lilith?

This is a tricky question because the show never actually revealed what the deal was with those three. But it's implied to get Adam out of his commanding role and for Lute to be a higher-up. Because it's a beach in Heaven (somewhere), then you have no knowledge of it, your presence can't be in Heaven nor your eyes and ears. But here's the thing, this is Heaven, and Heaven is under Trick's eyes; Trick is your long-time friend and forever companion; they knows how much you care for your realm and will call in a little meet-up to tell you what happened. That's how you know.

(4) How would Adam and Lute reactions to hear about The Reader watching everyone the whole time?

I wonder if they'll care, honestly, cause you're only a big deal in Hell. Heaven doesn't even know you exist. Even during the time when you ruled Hell (so before Lucifer's fall), Heaven views Hell to be lawless and chaotic, no angel was sent down to check or anything so nothing about Hell was known. By extension, you as well. Why I say would they care if because they don't know what you do or can do. I think their reaction is just someone is stalking them and being nosy. (but your spying only extends to Hell and Earth)

(5) How would Adam, Lute, and Lilith react to meeting The Reader?

Now this is interesting.

Let's start with Lilith cause she's the one among the three that is from Hell and like Lucifer was trained by you to be Queen. We don't actually get her personality or even lines in the show, but I think she's at least more caring and attentive to Charlie? Because she calls Lilith even after Lilith is gone for like 7 years instead of Lucifer until when she really really needs it. So say that whatever Lilith's plan for leaving was for the good of Hell, she can't leave Hell to go to Heaven because you manage it and control entry and exit. Same goes for Trick when it's about Heaven.

So, for Lilith to leave, she has to have been granted permission by you. And that needs to be before your disappearance. I think she talked to you about the plan beforehand so you got the brief knowledge of what's to come. OR Lilith just left for whatever reason without permission and forced her way out of Hell to stay in Heaven. OR (now I'm more into this) Lilith is sent to Heaven as a spy for you. While you have Trick to tell you stuff, you can't exactly rely on them to tell you everything.

Either way, I think Lilith would still be respectful but fearful of you cause of your power. I'm of the opinion that she has no holy powers to threaten you in any way like Lucifer does. She was only human before the fall anyways.

Adam and Lute, this needs to be under the assumption that they know who and what you are. Like they know you're at the top of Hell like there's a top of Heaven. Adam would try to play it cool and joke around so as not to anger you or get you to act. I think there's a little ask where I said you have a hate relationship with Charlie's idea of redeeming souls, so I see Adam trying to convince you that it's a ridiculous idea as well. Lute would be more cautious with you, if you're as powerful as you are, she is no match against you. She'd try to be as respectful as she can when she's in your presence, it's not that she actually respects you, but it's more like she fears your capabilities. You have all of Hell under your command if you wanted, so if you had wanted a war, Heaven doesn't actually stand a chance now that angels can die with their own angelic steel.

Howabout that cover? Howaboutthat cover? How ABOUT that cover?

Bepo, with a lovely warming pot of tea (or a kettle at least), and a club? (to protect the captain?), finds him skiving off with a snow leopard, a funnel, and maybe an empty bottle of Vodka. Chapter title is: "I've been looking for you", and it refers to the giants, I think, looking for the Straw Hats, and Usopp (especially), looking (out) for the giants, and Catarina Devon doing what, exactly? But Caribou, snivelling little sop of a man that he is, looking out for Blackbeard (his current lord and saviour). But, I'm with Bepo, looking out for Law!

The Blackbeards' land on Egghead and St. Jay Garcia Saturn says he knows all about Blackbeard's background, and Catarina knows it too, and I think it's maybe something separate from the "D" initial, cos', after all, it is in Teach's public name. But we see Van Augur--(like, why is the anime captioning him as Van Ogre when Augur is written clearly on the screen? But anyway). The last time we saw him

was

here in chapter 1081 when Bepo went Sulong and escaped with Law. Most of us thought that Blackbeard's crew had been split in half because

it was assumed that events were happening concurrently, but

Van Augur and Catarina Devon are here (on Egghead), and perhaps Van Augur could have warped himself there, but here he says

he hasn't mastered the warp warp fruit enough to get him and Catarina off the island, so it's unlikely that he could have warped himself all the way from Winner Island. SO, did they pursue Law and Bepo, and the two are nearby, or with the giants, or, or, or? Or is there some other explanation (about Van Augur--I know that Law's whereabouts is still relegated to cover pages)? I'm not a close reader, so I'm happy to have anything pointed out.

But, looks like Catarina will be able to clone

Saturn, and looks as if Saturn knows it. Of course, this guy below (Caribou) would be relevant. Can't wait to see his role!

I'm out of order, of course! I don't think that Law got recaptured, but I still think there might be a giant connection. And speaking of the giants

Usopp's reaction was just

heartfelt, was, ahhh, my heart, and Nami and Chopper were really cute too. And yeah, it's been some time, so the quick recap was necessary. AND, lots of small things I just loved either for humour or poignancy, like:

Brook abandoning everything for the sake of a cup of tea (even though he says he wasn't stopping for a cup of tea)---and Lilith sending forth messages (to raise the barrier, I'm guessing) because Brook is all too calm that the Sunny is heading towards the barrier, and bound to be fried by it. Lilith is not at all equipped for dealing with Straw Hat madness. And no-one can seriously out-machismo

Zoro. He's just too silly and strong. And!!!

the Pacifistas turn on the army, the army needing to suppress a workers' revolt. And that's Kuma in the bottom picture, isn't it? It looks like Kuzan, but PX is written on the cap, I think, in the picture. Again, let me know, please!

Bonney just

being in awe that

she gets to see Nika (and Nika teaches her how to throw a rubber punch, extra future bad news for Saturn, I hope). And

Kuma and Vegapunk (what's the far right image?) take in Nika too. Love Franky's way with words here:

telling Bonney she needs make use of her legs, and Vegapunk decides he's gonna stay (or die), and Borsalino's gonna make sure of it. But!

the power of love is all pervasive! (at least when Sanji's wearing the boots). Although his love was used for protecting Bonney rather than Vegapunk, and probably has more to do with Germa modifications than love, but it is Sanji's motivator, and attacks Kizaru's knowledge of "how things work"!

Kizaru/Borsalino's face in the first panel really shows how much power he's losing. Sentomaru took a path Kizaru could have taken, but didn't. He's following Bellamy's path, so it'll be interesting to see where he ends up. Because he's too smart to be a blind lackey. Being an aware lackey is some powerful conditioning/mental gymnastics.

And I think that's about it. Hoping Kid gets a cover page soon too!

Alastor is a character I really like. Not only for the mystery we see in the series, but also for his design <3

Alastor resembles a deer, and I think deer have something dark and disturbing about them which is perfect for Alastor's character.

Certainly, the deer antlers that hang at my grandmother's house did not contribute to this….

I'm a horror fan and I listen to creepypastas or other scary stories to sleep, so it's no wonder I like Alastor so much.

And here are some small thoughts on the Hazbin Hotel finale! So much has been going on that I'm having trouble getting my emotions and thoughts together! It came out really great!

And if you're curious then beware because there are spoilers below!!!

So many things to think about and analyse after the Hazbin Hotel final!

Lilith - and her lounging on the beach in (presumably) heaven. She didn't seem happy to be interrupted by Lute. But how? What is she doing there? From Lute's words, it seems that Lilith had some sort of deal with Adam, who, through his death and Charlie's antics, their deal lost its power. It's hard to say what that might be about, because I find it hard to believe that Lilith would just lie back and have a go at everything. She loved The Hell and from the pictures you can see in the series she cared about her family. Maybe she made a deal with Adam to walk away from her family and go back to Adam and he wouldn't touch Charlie and Lucifer?

Sir Pentious - just excellent character development. Vivzie did a nice number with his story. Death. He dead in the name of friendship and his values. He experienced redemption! And everyone was betting that Angel Dust would be first XD But Sir Pentious deserved it. I'm sure the rest of the hotel team will find out very soon that Pentious is alive. Emily I'm counting on you! Sera's face was priceless!

Vaggie and Carmila's song was beautiful and wonderful. And I like how Charlie and Vaggie's love is so pure. They have something really special and strong.

Rosie was great too! I didn't expect her to be so charming and supportive. I'm not surprised that Alastor likes her.

Alastor… My favourite deserves a separate post to analyse his behaviour. But there we have it! Alastor is on a leash! He's got a deal that scares him and he's trying to get away from it. But I am increasingly doubting that he is relying on Charlie's help…. Al seemed terrified, although it's hard for me to tell at the moment in these emotions whether he was terrified by the very deal he'd made, or that the deal was taking away his freedom. It seems to me that Alastor craves power and authority, but rather not because he is narcissistic. It's more because more power might give him the ability to break this deal.

Just who did he make it with that it scares him so much? My theory was Lilith, but it's hard to tell now…. We just don't know what Lilith is like and we don't know her motivations, so it's hard to say if she was the one who made the deal with Alastor. If so, what is the true nature of this deal? I think the favour Charlie has with Alastor will be related to his deal. Maybe he will ask her to help him break it? After all, Charlie is a princess of hell, maybe she has the power to break such a deal?

Alastor also seems to be attached to the other residents of the hotel. He is changing! Perhaps he is mellowing through Charlie and becoming slowly good, or at least less cruel?

And his relationship with Niffty is just adorable!

The next season promises to be really exciting. There will definitely be more of Vox, Valentino and Velvette battling for power. Lilith will be back, there will be a new hotel…. There's so much going on!

I can't wait for the next season! As for Alastor, when the excitement subsides and I calm down a bit I'll be sure to analyse our radio demon in detail.

My Hazbin Hotel Theory 💀

So, tell me I am not the only one who finds it convenient and SHADY that Lillith won't return Charlie's calls for 7 years, and Alastor, prior, had disappeared for the same time, 7 years, until he saw Charlie on THE PICTURE SHOW and now he, an overlord, will just hang out with her and help just for personal fun.

Somehow the more he says it's for fun the less I believe in my son.

The way he shows interest in Charlie and her family, ALMOST ALMOST tells me that he's actually working with Lillith. Their goal? Simply, keep hell and stop the angels.

Do you think this asshole wants hell to end???? Look at his face, he strives in hell so much, it's like he loves the place OR THE POWER he has there. As a power-hungry sociopath, I totally believe that he would work with Lillith.

Not to mention, when Zestiel asked him, he deflected about what he was doing during those 7 years away, WHY A GUY LIKE RADIO DEMON WOULD WANT TO HIDE ANYTHING?

I saw theories of people saying that he will betray hell, brother, hell is his backyard, my guy is basically, running the show and I bet that's what he really wants getting close to Lillith and Charlie: run the place, but without the help of angels (because all that those angels want is to destroy and spoil his fun).

Also, the timing, to be at Charlie's side when she most needed someone? His interest in going to the overlords meeting after 7 years away? The death of an angel, after what, centuries, like it NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE? My guy is digging because someone tipped him to start digging, and the only person with enough power to have that kind of information is either Lillith or Lucifer (but I don't think Lu will get off his ass anytime soon, Lillith seems to be the one pulling the strings).

I can't wait to see Alastor interacting with them, if I am wrong, okay, I am wrong, it wouldn't be any surprise, HOWEVER, that's the fun of theories.

Not to mention: he's hiding something. He's too sussy to not. That sussy baka!

Edit: Maybe what Alastar really want is just destroy all the devil tvs in hell and become a true media king, I wouldn't be surprise if this is all for his own self-serving interest in the end, cuz he was beat by the tv demon - THEN Alastor disappeared, it wouldn't surprise me if he just wants revenge.

Saving hell maybe just a consequence of keeping it in place so he can make his revenge against the tv demon happen.

Edit, of the edit: with episode 5 we came to know that Alastor have actually done a deal, but I don't think it was with any overlord, Veggie on the Pilot says that Alastor is the first who came to hell with such raw power and nobody knows exactly what he is or what enable him to rival the power old overlords......... Lilith has the power of creation apparently by what Charlie said in the first episode, doing a deal with Alastor for his soul.... wouldn't she be able to give him the power he needed to make a name for himself?

What if it's Lilith who's making Alastor help Charlie? Or even better, what if Alastor thinks that Charlie is his ticket to freedom? If he helps with the hotel, create a bond with her, Charlie can intercede for him, maybe even get his soul back.

If that's the case... that makes me kinda sad, I was expecting that his reasons to help with the hotel wouldn't be so self serving, but I guess that's the Radio Demon for you.

Okay, this one is stupid and ridiculous, but it's been in my head, so bear with me.

So like. Darius always assumes Jasper must've been pregnant, because Jasper has unfortunate phrasing and Darius knows Jasper would've been powerful enough to hide it. But other people may not come to that conclusion, because when it comes to Hunter's two presumed biological parents, one of them is an intensely physically active soldier, and the other one wears big flowy robes that obscure his figure and tends to sit around on a throne all day.

So imagine instead of grabbing Hunter and running, Jasper gets Darius involved, and after explaining the situation they take a day or two to come up with a plan. Hunter gets picked, two men and a baby disappear into the night, and now they're out of the way for the crack I'm about to unleash on the castle.

SOMEONE (political intern Kikimora?) overheard a bit of Jasper's explanation to Darius. Not all of it, but enough to get the idea that Jasper and Belos have had a child together. Then Jasper suddenly disappears, and there's no sign of the child either. Our eavesdropper realizes this is VERY RELEVANT INFORMATION, and thus sells it to the higher-up of their choice, AND THUS THE CASTLE GOSSIP MILL BEGINS TO CHURN.

Belos is nursing a headache because he just lost TWO Grimwalkers, god, when Lilith bursts into the throne room like MY LORD! WHEN JASPER BETRAYED US YOU DIDN'T MENTION HE STOLE YOUR SON AS WELL! is it a secret I can keep a secret I can be your confidant I swear--

Belos is just like. I'm sorry, what? He's not computing that Hunter = Jasper's son or that Hunter could = his own son, he doesn't see the Grimwalkers as people so it just doesn't click in his brain. He has no idea what she's talking about.

Lilith is like WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW YOU WERE PREGNANT AND NOW WE'VE ALREADY LOST OUR PRINCE, THIS IS HORRIBLE, I didn't even know you were preparing an heir to the empire but it makes perfect sense, excellent idea sire.

Belos is just. What?

Meanwhile Hettie Cutburn is LIVID. The Emperor was PREGNANT?? And she DIDN'T KNOW?? The Emperor sometimes insisted on handling his own health affairs and she respected his privacy but THIS IS KIND OF A BIG DEAL. WHO was the healer who oversaw the Emperor's pregnancy and ARE THEY A POLITICAL RIVAL?? They're in her coven, aren't they? There's someone in her coven that the Emperor trusted more than her and when she FINDS that midwife she is going to DESTROY them. She's interrogating her coven officials left and right. Scalpels and accusations are flying. Someone points out maybe it was someone in the Emperor's Coven with healing abilities and Hettie starts thinking through the options and the other ways someone might manage a pregnancy, who else might have information, wait a second, pre-natal potions are very important, WAS IT YOU VITIMIR??

Vitimir is rightfully terrified and immediately throws Terra under the bus. HEY HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT HOW TERRA IS ALWAYS OFFERING THE EMPEROR VARIOUS TEAS?? MAYBE TERRA KNOWS SOMETHING PLEASE GET THAT SCALPEL AWAY FROM ME.

Terra and Hettie have a massive fight that ends with the entire healing wing covered in vines. Mason is yelling about structural damage (and also wondering why no one asked him to design a royal nursery).

Belos's headache is getting worse. The entire castle now 1) Knows that Jasper is gone, 2) Knows that Hunter exists and is also gone, 3) Thinks that Belos and Jasper were a thing (what), 4) Thinks that Belos was pregnant (WHAT), and 5) Thinks that Hunter is actually important to the empire and must be recovered at any cost instead of being, y'know, a useless waste of resources that was harvested too early and needs to be disposed of.

And he can't really come clean about none of this being true or about Hunter being a Grimwalker or anything, that's not something he can admit to, and like, it'd take a massive PR campaign to get his government officials to change their minds about this narrative, AND THE PR DEPARTMENT IS ALREADY DRAFTING UP PROPAGANDA ABOUT WILD WITCHES STEALING THEIR BABY PRINCE.

Belos doesn't understand why this is his life now. He's a good person. He's doing the Lord's will. He doesn't deserve this nonsense.

And if he thinks well, at least he can order a concentrated campaign to capture his wayward Grimwalkers…no, it won't work. Because he's spent decades building up a government that purposefully rewards backstabbing. It is easier to advance in the empire by tripping your enemies than it is by actually doing good work yourself. In Runaway, the only person who knows the full story is Will, everyone else is working off of various levels of need-to-know info about catching Jasper and Hunter. In this universe, every government official is aware of the situation, and every single one of them want to get the glory of rescuing their kidnapped prince while foiling their political rivals in doing the same. False intel is spread, scouts are bribed to fumble missions, Coven Heads get into arguments about whose underlings have jurisdiction where. The entire government just becomes useless because everyone is trying to one-up and backstab everyone else.

The whole kidnapped prince thing gets out to the general public and Odalia Blight is OUTRAGED that there WASN'T AN IMPERIAL BABY SHOWER FOR HER TO BE INVITED TO. What is the POINT of having a BABY if you aren't going to have a big baby shower to wine and dine at?? Also now she has to hurry and catch up on the plotting she didn't know she was behind on, there is apparently a PRINCE out there somewhere, and sure he's missing right now but eventually he won't be and do you know what princes need? ARRANGED MARRIAGES. And she has two adorable little prospects right here! She needs to figure out how to pitch this to the Emperor.

Belos is wondering if there's any way to make an eclipse happen sooner so he can just kill everyone already. Caleb Wittebane's hallucination ghost won't stop laughing at him like OH MY GOD ASSHOLE YOU MADE THE MOST INEFFICIENT GOVERNMENT SYSTEM EVER AND IT'S BITING YOU IN THE ASS.

Meanwhile Jasper and Darius are like. Hiding out at the Owl House watching this play out while eating popcorn and changing diapers. Eda thinks this is incredible and is happy to shelter them in exchange for all this free entertainment.

Raising Hunter is kinda tricky since everyone is trying to "rescue" him but every time Lilith shows up like SISTER I'M HERE TO RESCUE MY PRINCE AND MAKE YOU JOIN A COVEN you can bet at least one other Coven Head will also show up to sabotage her and Darius just sighs and tells Hunter "Looks like we can't play outside today" while Jasper takes potshots with his staff like "WOULD YOU PEOPLE GET OFF OUR LAWN?"

Maybe they stay with Eda forever, maybe they move into a cave like in eventually, idk. Darius and Jasper probably have concealment stones for bounty hunting, and they forage for potions ingredients that Eda sells for them, and Hunter grows up well aware that if anyone ever tells them they're trying to rescue him he needs to scram immediately.

When Luz finally shows up, she ends up spending a solid day and a half believing that her MAGICAL DESTINY is to restore Hunter to the throne so he can overthrow his evil father and bring balance to the Boiling Isles or something.

Like she slams the door open holding a propaganda poster she found in town and yells "HUNTER I THINK YOU'RE THE LOST PRINCE OF THE BOILING ISLES!"

And Hunter is just reading on Eda's couch like "That's a load of bullshit, Luz."

"No, LOOK!" she says, shoving the poster into his face. "It looks just like YOU! Could this be part of your mysterious backstory?!"

"My backstory is not mysterious."

"But you haven't told me anything about it!"

"You haven't asked."

"Because you're just a normal nerdy teenager! EXCEPT IT TURNS OUT YOU'RE A PRINCE!"

"Luz the entire Lost Prince narrative is the result of a stupid misunderstanding, I wasn't meant to be an heir and if I ever do get dragged back to the castle Belos will probably poison me within a week."

"Of course! He couldn't raise you as a dutiful brainwashed son, so now you're a rival! Raised by the lover who betrayed him…"

"Oh my Titan no, they weren't lovers, my dad grew me in a planter box like a carrot."

"Hunter, we need to reclaim your throne from your evil father!"

"If you ever call Belos my father again I will punch you."

Luz goes to Hexside and she's like "Hunter why don't YOU go to magic school??" and Hunter just gestures out the window where Hooty is trying to eat Adrian Vernworth and a dozen scouts like "This is why I'm homeschooled."

At some point when the Hexsquad come over Hunter meets Amity and she eyes him for a minute before she's like "Y'know one of my siblings has a marriage contract with you" and Hunter is like "ugh" and Darius yells from the kitchen "HE BETROTHED MY SON TO A BLIGHT???" and Luz is like "huh which one?" and Amity's like "the name isn't official, Mom and the emperor decided they could just wait and see which twin Prince Hunter prefers" and Hunter is just like "DON'T CALL ME THAT."

…It is entirely possible that Darius still calls Hunter "little prince" and in this AU it actually is a term of endearment even tho Hunter and Jasper give him tired deathglares every time.

THIS IS SO FUCKING FUNNYYYYYY OH MY GOOOODDDDD

Hunter just chilling with hooty and the owl lady and his cool dads. And then there's Belos who's have the funniest problem imaginable. And jasper DOES still think that even if Belos is a child murdering fuck he probably also IS doing it all for the greater good of keeping the Titan from dying. So like. He's not going to actively attempt to overthrow him if he doesn't have to. And Belos probably knows that fighting jasper is probably not worth it if he isn't going to cause problems. Like if jasper is keeping all his insane secrets and terrible power to himself then it probably just ISNT worth it to make a huge effort to stop it-- especially when he already knows at some point in the future the owl lady will have a niece who will go into the past and meet him. And maybe that niece is Lilith's but shit, maybe it's Jasper's...? What if he has another kid? So he's a little hesitant to pull the big trigger. so they're just in this... Extremely stupid fucking stalemate.

HAZBIN HOTEL THEORY W SPOILERSISH

Firmly believe that Eve and Lilith switched places, Consensually. We've all seen how Adam is about women in general and how trash he is, plus how Lucifer has obviously been in a funk/depression for a LONG time as even Charlie could remember even as a small child that he wasn't feeling okay.

Now I don't think they did it to be malicious or as some manipulative scheme, but instead as two strong women who have spent their entire lives managing or taking care of the men they are around, and when they met again realized that the other's place is what they needed, even if just for a little while.

Eve being in Hell allows her to be free and not having someone belittle/talk down to her as she finds what makes her truly happy without limits and Lilith in Heaven gives her peace and to take care of herself. As someone who's had burnout of taking care of someone you love for so long, it takes a toll and they switched places to help themselves heal/get better to be better for those who need them.

Now, Alastor. I believe that Lilith made a deal with Alastor like many have theorized but instead of him hanging around Lilith I believe that she had him be around Eve as she took Lilith's place as someone who could be a guide in Hell while figuring herself out. I also do not think Adam or Charlie are aware of this arrangement between Eve and Lilith as I don't see Lilith as a mother who would abandon her child for her own selfish needs, and instead did it when Charlie began leaving their home and doing her own things in Hell.

Now, with a comment that Lucifer told Adam at the Finale I'm inclined to believe that Lucifer does know his wife and Eve traded places, but doesn't know it was because she needed a break from his Depression. But, I do think she is going to be very happy to see that her husband is doing much better with a better relationship with their daughter and that Lilith only kept Charlie at a certain distance from Lucifer cause she didn't want Charlie to see how bad his depression made him or make her feel like she had to stay around in obligation to help them, wanting her daughter to feel free to do what she wanted.

Obviously, a theory and nothing confirmed, but I can't see the creator making Eve or Lilith crappy characters, especially how everyone was upset that Stolas's (ex)wife became such a simple hated character, someone who just seemed to make it feel okay how Stolas treated others and support his relationship with Blitz. I can't wait to see what actually happens with the characters though, especially with how it ended and I encourage everyone to go watch and support Hazbin Hotel finally making their way to streaming!

Predictions for Hazbin Hotel S2

I think this next season, we are hopefully going to get some information on what happened to Eve after Eden. I don't know how much I believe in the Lilith is Eve theory, but that would be interesting if true. I just don't see yet how that would fit into the canon of the Hellaverse.

Based off of the new hotel design, it seems that Lucifer is going to be staying at least part of the time at the hotel to help support Charlie. I also like the idea that Lucifer is going to smother Charlie by trying to be too helpful.

I can also see Lucifer bonding with Vaggie over being cast out from Heaven.

Lillith is definitely coming back to Hell, and from what Lute left us with she is probably going to try and convince Lucifer to shut down the hotel. I think if this is the case he wouldn't because there is now actual proof that the hotel can rehabilitate sinners. As much as I would love to see Lucifer, Lillith, and Charlie make up and be a family again, I just don't see how that can happen in this next season with Lillith abandoning them to stay in heaven for 7 years. I do also think Lucifer knows more about why Lillith left and what she has been up to than what has been shown so far.

In heaven, I think Sera and Emily are actually going to be working with Sir Pentious to figure out how rehabilitation works and how souls are chosen to be sent to heaven. While they investigate, there will likely be a pause on the exterminations.

I like the theory that Emily is going to be cast out like Lucifer and Vaggie, but I don't see this happening. I think it makes the most sense narratively that Charlie has an equal rooting for her in heaven and Emily fits this mold. I think if she were to be cast out, it would be due to Lute rather than the other angels.

I think Lute is going to be planning ways to sabotage the hotel and keep the exterminations happening. Low key, I can also see her starting a rebellion and trying to start a war with hell if this doesn't work.

I think Adam is going to come back as a sinner in hell. I would love to see his dynamic change with everyone at the hotel, especially with Charlie and Alastor.

I have a strong feeling that Alastor did not completely heal after the battle. I think he will be very weak at the beginning of this next season. However, I suspect that by the end of S2 he will be a big bad. I think Alastor can be redeemed, but I think he is going to get a lot worse before he starts getting better.

I'm really excited to see what the V's are going to do after the finale. Part of me thinks they may try to gain more power from Alastor since he is weaker. I also think that Vox and Alastor are going to have their own battle similar to what Vox and Valentino talked about at the start of S1.

I'm really curious as to what the history behind Vox and Alastor is. I think they have a really fun nemesis relationship, that I want to see more of.

I think Angel Dust is going to be the next to be redeemed. He seems to have really changed from the start of the show, and I can definitely see him sacrificing himself for the group.

It seems pretty clear that Huskerdust is going to be a canon ship and I hope to see more of this pairing in the next season.

While I hate Valentino's actions, I do think he is a good character and I hope to see Angel stick up for himself and find a way to break out of his deal.

I think that is all I have for now. I know that there are a ton of side characters that were not introduced in S1 or only had small cameos (ex. Molly), but I don't know if the writers have any plans to add these characters in yet. I'm really excited for more Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel content, and I can't wait until S2 is out so I can compare what I think is going to happen.

Bestie this is pulling me out of my funk and now I'm stuck here thinking of blood junkie John and demon Bela

Imagine Bella and Ruby being in different Hell factions... Wait.

Ok, John never died, because instead of Azazel wanting the gun and his life for Dean's, John agreed to drink Azazel's blood to save BOTH his boys. But he can't let them see what he will become, so Azazel fakes John's death as part of their deal.

John's first taste of demon blood is from Azazel's mouth when they seal the deal. He may not be the promised boyking, but the blood does awaken something in him. Azazel gives him just enough to feel that rush of power. Lets him hunt monsters and (unbeknownst to John, though if it weren't for the blood addiction he might think about it) enemy faction demons.

And John resents Azazel as much as he needs him, because no other demon's blood measures up. But when Azazel disappears and leaves John craving for days, he finds out Sam was kidnapped for Azazel's boyking battle royale anyway, and of course he shows up at the hell gate "as a ghost" and helps them kill Azazel.

Then John walks into Hell to look for the demon that holds his contract (and someone to bleed for his addiction). He doesn't find out about Sam dying and Dean selling his soul until he's already in Hell.

Alastor's Heavenly Deal

Now there are a lot of theories on who owns Alastor's soul Lilith, Eve, Roo etc. But something that not a lot of people have been theorizing is the chance that his deal is with an angel.

I know it sounds far-fetched but hear me out. Alastor's been gone for 7 years. And so has Lilith. I bring this up because it's been revealed at the end of the 1st season that Lilith made a deal with Heaven and was currently residing there.

7 in real life is a holy number in fact 777 is the heavenly version of 666.

The fact that Alastor has also been gone 7 years and the fact that the show seems to use the number 7 as an association with Heaven seems a little more than coincidental. There's also this line in episode three from Zestial that gets an interesting reaction from Alastor.

The fact that Alastor plays off his 7-year absence as nothing serious after Zestial says there are rumors of him falling to "holy arms". The fact he makes the shifty-eyes motion when Zestial says this seems to indicate that there may be some truth into what he's saying.

I also find it interesting that the first time Alastor's deal is mentioned is also the episode where we meet Lucifer and he get Charlie the meeting with Heaven. Also, that Alastor felt threatened by him being at the hotel. It's also interesting that Alastor is nowhere to be seen in episode 6 when Charlie and Vaggie go to Heaven. Yes, he also didn't physically show up in episode 4 but he was shown in a flashback. In episode 6 though no mention, no flashback, no nothing.

I also kind of think it makes sense for his soul to belong to an angel. See, Alastor has implied that his deal is holding back his true potential. Wouldn't be strange for a force in Hell to do that. In fact, isn't kinda weird that a hellish force would even want to do that. As seen with other demonic deal makers including Alastor himself demons are very proud to make their ownership of their souls known. Now it being an angel that owns Alastor's it would make more sense for part of the deal would be Alastor losing his power. His cockiness could also be explained as if his owner isn't in Hell e wouldn't have to worry about angering them as it would be very unlikely, they would know of his affairs.

As for why Alastor would want to make a deal with an angel for well let's look at what we know about his origins. As stated by Mimzi and Vaggie, Alastor just showed up one day and started killing or toppling overlords. The things is, as explained multiple times demons can only be killed by holy weapons. Now I think Alastor made a deal with an angel so that he could have the power to permanently kill a demon. Sure, he could use a holy weapon but that would take away some of the fear factor as anyone could get their hands on a holy weapon but if a random ass demon somehow had the power to permanently kill a demon suddenly that would be a figure that deserved to be respected and feared.

Now, I actually believe that the angel who owns his soul in question is either an angel we haven't met yet or and bear with me here Sera. But that is a whole ass post for another day as this one is long enough. Anyways that's my theory and I can't wait for season 2.

Pt 1. A Don't Deal.

In which Asher prepares to sign away her life, but Angel Dust makes her rethink.

Asher sighed as she found herself outside of the main head courters of the three Vee's, her short black tail twitched in annoyance that she'd come to this point.

"Daddy issues one oh one, I guess." She growled.

She pushed open the door, stepping inside only to be greeted by regular sights of Hell, smoking, drugs, sex, and oddly enough a wolfish demon with a knife sticking out of his chest.

Her bracelet buzzed, and she ignored it, knowing she could answer Midnight later. Hopefully.

If all went to literal Hell, Asher would use her soft beauty and sharp mind to get out of the mess, besides it's not like multiple demons hadn't already tried to get her between the sheets. She held beauty that almost rivaled Lilith.

Except, she's pulled to a small room swiftly by someone she'd very recently met. A porn star named Angel Dust.

"Asher, what the fuck are you doing here!?" He exclaimed.

He wore his usual outfit, and it was comical that their legs and feet looked almost identical save for Asher's more deer-like visage.

"I need work, Ang. I can't just sit on my ass in my best friend's apartment for all of fucking eternity." Asher huffs, rolling her eyes.

Angel huffed and brushed Asher's black and white hair out of her face, cupping her cheek next. "Listen doll, not that I wouldn't love to be around you twenty four seven, but this place? Fuck no. Listen, wait for me at your friends place and I'll see if I can pull some strings at the place I'm staying, okay?" Angel asked pleadingly and finally Asher shrugged and nodded.

"Good, now go." Angel said, pushing her out of the small space and towards the door.

They noticed Valentino approaching with a sneer and Asher made quick work of making it look like she was giving Angel something.

That something was her bracelet.

"What do we have here eh?" Valentino asked, teeth bared like almost always.

"Oh- erm, dollface here was jus givin me the gift she made for me." Angel says, making it look like they were really close friends.

Asher played along, allowing her gentle features to morph into a small smile. "It's a friendship bracelet, I make them with my powers." She said, hoping he'd find something better to do.

He seemed to buy it, and even if he didn't he might've had better things to do as he briskly changed the subject.

"Angel, I need you in the studio in no more than ten minutes." He said with a glare before whirling around and heading towards said room.

Both demons sighed before Asher quickly made her exit, knowing Midnight would have her ass for giving away that bracelet.

Fortunately, when Asher returned to the apartment Midnight was nowhere to be found, so she settled on reading a book while she waited for Angel Dust to show up.

Roughly four hours later there's a knock on the door and Asher checks to see who it is, sighing and opening the door when she sees it's only Angel Dust.

"Alright doll, pack a few things real quickly and then let's go." He says, striding in and sitting on the beat up couch.

Asher nods before packing a backpack and slipping her boots back on and meeting Angel back in the living area. "Okay, let's go." She says, and locks the door before they head back into the city.
