You lose yourself in the trance of your work. Just like you used to in the office. You have a way of blocking out the entire world when it's just you and words. You have your fingers curled into your lower lip as you reread what you hope it the last version.

You have one leg crossed over the other, jittering as you scroll. A sudden squeeze on your shoulder makes you jump and you clap your hand over your mouth to catch your scream. You swivel in the chair to face the disturbance.

Bucky looks amused as he steps back, dragging his hand away, "sorry," his voice is low and gritty as he tries to upset the quiet, "I called your name."

"S-sorry," you nearly hiccup, "I was f-focused."

"Seems like it," he hugs an armful of books, "almost done?"

"Y-yeah, the doc-- sh-should be up-da-dated."

He dips his chin and his eyes narrow just a bit, "you alright?"

"Ye-yes, you d-don't ne-need to w-wor-r-ry," your voice cracks as you check that all the changes are saved and log out of your account.

"Just.... checking," he murmurs. "I just know..." he clears his throat and shifts the book in his arm, "when you're worked up, you tend to.... never mind."

"St-st-stutter," you click out of the session and the PC returns to the login page, "I kn-know."

"I wasn't meaning it as anything."

"It i-is what it i-is," you shrug and stand to pull on your coat then gather your purse and your zip up folder.

"I really hope you're not upset."

"D-do you?" You counter, "you d-don't have to p-pretend."

"I'm not," he frowns, "look, I know I was a bit of a prick before but I'm tryna make up for it."

"S-sure," you say dully, "i-it r-really is f-fine. Let's get th-this done."

He's silent as his nostrils flare. He looks around then looks at you, taking in your purse and your lilac leather folio.

"So... what happened to the computer?"

You look away, "y-yeah, it--it fell," you sniff, "I-I'll get s-something else."

"Explains a lot."

"Wh-what?"

"Why you're at the library. I get a very homebody type sense from you."

"Y-you d-do?"

"I'm the same way," he says, "I'm not a fan of the general public."

"F-figured," you agree.

He tilts his head, "I deserve that."

You don't reply. That's that. You're both socially inept.

"Ready to go? You wanna look around first?" He asks, sweeping back a grey swoop of hair as he it falls forward.

You shake your head. You're really not feeling well. You don't know if it's the lack of sleep or the dregs of your flashbacks, you just feel so off. Like something really bad is going to happen.

He gestures you ahead of him as he pivots on his heel. You take the lead and head for the front doors. He follows not far behind. He must've already checked out as the censors doing chime at his passing. Outside, you stop short, realising you don't know where you're headed next.

He collides with you from behind, grunting as his hand briefly clutches your side. He apologise and sidles away. The contact makes your face burn against the bitter chill.

"Parked over this way," He points ahead of himself.

You walk beside him and turn off into the lot. There aren't many cars and you wait for him to get in before you claim the passenger's side. He starts the motor and adjusts the heat, asking if you're cold but getting only a shrug in return. Your mind is far off and hard to rein in.

Before you know it, the car is moving. It isn't until the tires crunch of snow and he turns into a driveway that you fully process what's going on. You agreed to go to his place but why would you do that? Why didn't you ask yourself that earlier. Oh gosh, you need sleep. You need to get your head straight.

This is exactly why you're in therapy. It's why you're trying to change. You want to stop being that person who just lets things happen to them.

He turns off the engine and you just sit staring through the windshield. You want to go home but not really. Your family doesn't want you around to stain their perfect image. You're clearly better off with this man who can only tolerate you professionally.

“You okay?” He asks yet again.

“Yep, all g-good,” you shake it off. “Y-you said you h-had a re-re-recording set-up?”

“Sure, yeah, been working on it a while now but with the script coming together, I finally got my ass in gear and got the last few pieces,” he explains.

“Must h-have been ex-expensive.”

“Eh, I budgeted,” he pulls the handle on his door, “no use staying out in this cold.”

He gets out and you do the same. You trail him up the shoveled walk, glistening with a thin layer of sparse snow newly fallen. The house is pretty nice. It's not too dissimilar to your parents but there are no bright Christmas lights or ridiculous inflatable decorations on the lawn.

He unlocks the front door and holds it open, ushering you in first. You're mindful not to step off the mat as you bend to unlace your boots. He steps in close and slips out of his own bulky boots. He stands first as you balance your purse and folio in one arm.

“Want me to take all that?” He offers.

You shake your head and straight, “g-got it.”

“Right well, you want something to warm up first?” He unzips his jacket, “I have some tea or coffee.”

“No, th-thanks,” you unbutton your coat, shrugging off one sleeve at a time. He takes it from you and hangs it with his own.

“Okay, I suppose I should show you around,” he sighs, taking out his phone as a soft buzz vibrates the case. “Not this guy again.”

He ignores the call and slides his phone into his back pocket, “the studio is in the basement. Best place to soundproof–”

He stops as you hear a car outside. He brushes by you in the entryway and pulls back the curtain over the window set into the door. You huffs again.

“Can't take a hint.”

“I c-can g-go. C-come back later.”

“Nah, it's fine,” he dismisses you as he opens the door, “go home. I'm busy.”

“Ah, come on, Buck, you're gonna ditch me out in the cold,” the voice wafts back on the crisp air as treads mulch in the snow. The timbre makes your heart knot, you swear it's familiar.

“I can and I will,” Bucky avows as he starts to close the door.

“Wait, wait,” the footfalls pick up and a large hand catches the door, “I'm here on business–”

“I told you, Steve…”

The name plummets in your chest. No, no, it can't be. It can't be him. It's a coincidence. The peek of a rolex under his jacket sleeve is just a coincidence, the voice is not the same, just familiar.

“Just hear me out, okay? You're gonna love this project,” the man bulls his way through the door, getting a grunt from Bucky in return. “I'll even pay you this time–”

The man's voice halts as he senses your presence, your dumbfounded gaze, the whole word zeroing in as your ears ring. It is him. It can't be. This has to be a dream. He only comes in your nightmares.

He looks at you and you know. He's real.

Male hair's has to be johnnysimmer, I think I pretty much have the majority of hairs they have created

Male clothing creators I personally love are adrien pastel, gorilla x3, Ceeproductions and oakiyo has some nice male cc. Those are just a few creators I can think of without actually checking my mods folder haha. I think most of us struggle with mens cc as there isn't as many creators for it in comparison with female clothing

Furniture creators I'd recommend to check out would be charly pancakes, felixandre, joyce is fox, pierisim and tuds I have the majority of their collections

And then some amazing creators who do some gorgeous clutter pieces are aggressive kitty, clutter cat, simkoos and lilac creative

There's honestly so many amazing creators, I've named just a few as I know how overwhelming it is when you're starting out on a computer lol

I would highly recommend finding some tumblr accounts you like the look of and having a nosy. I've gotten a lot of my cc just from peoples recommendations on here

If theres something in specific you want, I can almost guarantee she has made a post about it haha! She is probably the main source of where the majority of my clutter cc has come from 😂

Again, there is thousands of amazing tumblr accounts out there, these are just a few to get you started. Some of these also have youtube accounts too where they post lets play series

9 People I'd Like to Get to Know Better

Thanks @sycamoretrees for the tag!

Last song: I'm going to cheat and go for a whole album. I've been really enjoying Where's My Utopia? by Yard Act recently: deceptively clever stream-of-consciousness lyrics that walk the line between wry irony and passionate sincerity, all set to post-punk beats that you can dance to. (Shout-out to HELLMODE by Jeff Rosenstock and Sorry for the Late Reply by Sløtface too – both brilliant albums as well)

And while I'm breaking the rules, I might as well mention my wrestling playlist that I've been working on! It's a really eclectic mix of songs that remind me of various different things in wrestling – feuds, characters, general vibes etc. It's not finished yet (I'd like to organise it thematically and write some annotations to explain my thinking behind the choices), but maybe you'll find something on there you like!

Favourite colour: it's a tie between blue and purple (especially lilac). Also currently enjoying the yellow-green of the new leaves that are appearing at this time of year!

Currently watching: wrestling, surprise surprise. I'm just about keeping up with AEW and completely failing to keep up with NJPW. Other than that, I've not really been in a big TV/film mood recently. Although I did see Dune Part 2 the other week, which I thought was fantastic. My partner and I have also become slightly addicted to watching Gab Smolders play Nancy Drew games on YouTube.

Spicy/savoury/sweet/(sour)/(salty)/[umami]: since @sycamoretrees set a precedent of adding options, I'm going to go with another write-in candidate: my beloved umami. I am a Marmite fiend and will eat just about anything if it has soy sauce/miso/strong cheese etc in it. I enjoy pretty much all of the above tastes though, especially when combined in interesting ways. If I had to choose between the original options, I probably lean towards savoury; I have extremely strong opinions on crisps.

Relationship status: I've been with my partner for almost 11 years now :) (While I'm here, go check out her fantastic art and tabletop RPG writing at @mortphilippa! Obviously I'm biased, but she's super talented!)

Too many to mention them all, but here's a selection:

Wrestling (of course): as well as my usual AEW & NJPW, I've watched some CMLL recently, which has been fun. I also recently reached new levels of nerd by emulating King of Colosseum 2, a Japanese wrestling game from 2004, on PC. It's good! Holds up well!

Tabletop role-playing games – an ever-present obsession for me. I've just wrapped up a 4+ year D&D campaign that I was GMing, which is an odd feeling, but I'm so proud of the story we told together. I'm also currently GMing/writing stuff for Cy_Borg, Liminal Horror and Brindlewood Bay, among others! There are tons more I want to run though – too many games, not enough time! (I am always up for conversations about TTRPGs by the way – I could talk forever about them! Hit me up if you wanna chat!)

Puzzle games: more of a recent obsession. I continue to do the Wordle every day, but I've recently been enjoying Connections (sorting words into categories), Heardle Decades (identifying songs from the intros), and Squeezy (a weird game about fitting letters into other words). I'm also going through a bit of a point-and-click adventure phase. Really enjoying Unavowed by Dave Gilbert currently. I'm not usually an urban fantasy fan, so it's a testament to how good the writing is that I'm loving it as much as I am.

Spring flowers: spring has well and truly sprung here in the UK, and I am loving all of the flowers that are popping up everywhere! There's nothing that brings me joy quite like going for a walk and doing some plant-spotting (I'm trying to get better at identifying plants this year! I'm mostly reliant on Google Lens and a bit of inherited knowledge from my Grandma currently)

Oops, that was A Lot! Enough about me. Time to tag some other people! (Only if you feel like it though! Absolutely zero pressure)

Tav Posting Part 2!

So, for my next campaign I decided to play my irl dnd character Nami Peros! Unfortunately a lot of important details about her, such as her race, goddess and subclass aren't available in the game organically so I had to download a couple more mods to truly make an authentic 1:1 adaptation to BG3.

Introducing Nami Peros!

Water Genasi Grave Cleric Goddess: Eldath in campaign Selune

AKA: Best fish gal around!! I actually LOVE how her design turned out in game, and to see her fully realized like this and being able to PLAY AS HER in game has been such an awesome experience. Shout out to the developers on Nexus Mods for the Elemental Power Genasi Mod and the Cleric Subclasses Release mod that made her run possible!

A little bit about her lore, my friends and I are still pretty early in our campaign but her basic backstory is that she is a half genasi/half elf; her marid mother is far, far, in the elemental plane and her father a humble elven seafarer. She grew up lonely, longing for a maternal presence in her life when she came upon the Goddess Eldath, Mother of the Waters, and began her worship as a way to fill the void her mother left. She often accompanied her father on his voyages, a healer is always needed on board, lest there be sickness, monsters, or pirates that lurk deep in the waters.

She always felt more comfortable when surrounded by sea anyway, closest to her element, her mother's love, and Eldath. After witnessing many losses and deaths in her childhood, witnessing many crew members lost due to illness or the perils that lie at sea, she turned to her worship and solidified her role as a grave cleric to at least keep the tempest of death at bay until they could dock at the nearest port to the closest temples. Professional big sister, aspiring pacifist, while in town Nami enjoys meeting the local townspeople and often stays at the local temple to lend a helping hand. She loves her nomadic lifestyle, comforted by the stability of her father's presence in her life, the unshaken solidity of her faith, and excited by the thrill of adventure and discovery, journeying through all that the material plane has to offer. She wants to venture to the Elemental Plane one day to find her mother, see if she lives or dies, and explore her marid heritage.

For the rest of our party, I was more than happy to adapt their characters into the BG3 character maker and will introduce them here:

Resident Hot Guy Cinder Fire Genasi Barbarian Party Guide (played by DM) Nami's crush?

Our DM is extremely proficient in creating drop dead gorgeous himbos and twunks, and our boy Cinder here does NOT disappoint. Poor boy can't lie to save his life, nor let those around him needlessly suffer. Selfless to the point of being a little aloof, has no real need for money or possessions as he too wanders around town to town responding to local bounty postings and working to protect those around around him as a shining beacon of earnesty than leaving behind a wildfire of destruction. Has a connection to the local thieves guild? Folk Hero In Over His Head™️

Chaos Gremlin Inkling Tiefling Rogue lives to be Nami's mortal enemy

"Inkling is a rogue thiefling. She has made a name for herself at acquiring the seemingly impossible. Gold, treasure, art she can find anything for a price. The scars she carries are covered with intricate markings. Their significance know only to her; everyone else has perished long before she reached adulthood. Delicate and bold lines trace across her skin in stark contrast to her lilac skin. Inkling has known only fear and prejudice, as a half demon most people cower under her gaze or sidestep her presence entirely. If everyone views you as a monster might as well embrace the flames and make money while you are at it 😈😈." -- PC for Inkling's description of her

Yes she and Nami butt heads ALL. THE. TIME.

Cool guy Druid (don't look at explosions) Dretchroyaster AKA Dretch

"Dretch is to never return to his village, lest he has a death wish. A former sentinel of his clan the Royasters, Dretch was always seen as someone of an outcast. His green scales marked him as part of the Ashwen lineage, a clan that was born from the blood of one of the most malicious dragons, Ashwenezl. Ashwenezl had killed many, using his poisonous saliva to poison the wells and water supply of any village that dared to setup near his forest.

Thousands of years have passed since Ashwenzl lived, but the human descendants of those who were terrorized by the dragon do not forget. Three villages conspired to get revenge among the Dragonborns that lived in the forest. Three villages went into the woods, waiting for the darkness of night to strike. As they approached the campsite of where these Dragonborns lived, one villager set the forest ablaze.

Dretch was on duty that night, and was among the first to see the sparks of flames that soon engulfed their homes. In a moment of haste, Dretch made a decision that would forever alter his life and mark him as an outcast among his clan; he warned the neighboring druids first. Dretch did not think, he knew that a majority of the Dragonborns in his clan were fire resistant, that their sturdy scales would protect them from any burns. But the creatures that lived nearby, the ones who cared for and neutered the trees, did not. He went as fast as he could, but made the error of not sounding the alarm. He was able to warn the Druids in time for enough to escape, but the lack of the warning bell left his fellow clanmates in the dark. They did not realize they were among an ambush until it was too late.

The Dragonborns were eventually able to fend off the villagers, and many died in this attack. Many were from the three villages. But five Dragonborns died that night, among them the daughter of the Clan Leader, Tzark. Dretch had dishonored his clan, an unforgivable sin among the Dragonborn" -- as written by PC for Dretch

Soft Boy Gonk Gluronk! Half-Orc Rogue/Painter Extraordinaire

"Gonk Gluronk is a half-orc rogue who, while seeming big and tough on the outside, is kind and gentle on the inside. Throughout his youth, pure necessity facilitated his rogue capabilities. As a small boy, his village was taken siege by a raging tyrant, whose friends in high places turned a blind eye to the violence and inequality. Gonk did not appreciate seeing the people he loved be taken advantage of, so he decided to do something about it. He became somewhat of a village myth, as rumors of his good deeds done by not so good means began to make their way around the locals. Defying the tyrant, Gonk has had a target on his back since he was a teenager, but with the village behind him, the tyrant has never been able to prove Gonk guilty. Now, as the tyrant grows older and weaker, he fears retribution from the very villagers he has oppressed." -- as written by PC for Gonk

One of the only characters who the BG3 character creator did sooo dirty!!! Our half orc here is actually a handsome handsome boy, and I wish (I should go digging through nexus) there were more facial options for half-orcs :( Here is another render of Gonk through Heroforge!

I tried to be as faithful as I could to his counterpart here and worked with what I had!! 😭😭

Last but not least, our mysterious Mikhail Elf Druid/Shapeshifter

Mikhail's PC hasn't provided a backstory just yet, as he's the newest addition to our party but trust me he is a very grumpy and mysterious emo boy.

During our first encounter with him, we found him trapped in a cage surrounded by goblins in an underground cave. He was cloaked, his hood hiding his face before we had taken care of the goblins and freed him. When he rose and pulled back his hood, Nami was taken aback to find that the stranger wore her face exactly. A perfect match, a one to one copy, and the shock of it all hung in the air for a few beats until Nami gently placed her hand in camaraderie to the figure who wore her face. "You are just like me," she remarked softly, smiling sweetly even, ....... and cast Inflict Wounds. 9HP Nami had chunked half his HP in one go, and he quickly backtracked to reveal his true self as Mikhail, one of the 3 leaders of the Thieves Guild, on a mission to solve a mystery. He's hot.

SECOND OF ALL . do youuuuu maybe have any tips for making cai bots :33 i've been considering getting into making bots but ,,,,ahhhhggg i have no clue where to even start tbh >__<

HAIII HEEELO !! HEHE THANK U !!!! IM SO HAPPY U ENJOY ALL MY NEW BOTS EEEE <33 ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و ANDDD YESYESS I DOO!! HEHE I had a tut I made quite a while back on how to make botz but honestly . . . i don't follow that anymore, like at all LMFAO the new way i make em helps a ton with makin them better to transport into jai/sillytavern because of lower tokens :3c SOSOSOO I'll go over basically literally EVERYTHING i do to make bots hehe :3c ๋࣭ ⭑ 0.5 . !! - I have a notion page, this is really optional but it helps so much with organising bots and like keeping track of ideas and brainstorming! I like make a section with a drop down about an idea I have and let myself expand upon the idea, keeping everything neatly jotted down :3c You tap/click on the plus and scroll down until you get this option! (Toggle List)

then you likr drop it down and do this sort of thing hehe

THATS OPTIONAL BUT... It helped so much :3c and you can devide it up into sections to help productivity like checkmarks for icon, long desc, short desc, so on! ๋࣭ ⭑ 1 . !! - For bot icons ohmygod. grabs ur shoulders.. bigjpg + polarr (mobile polarr, pc polarr is shit LMFAO) are uour best friends!!! bigjpg helps you enlarge icons to make them more clearer I usually do x4 -> medium noise removal or whatever it's called !! and for polarr on the home page has a LOTT of really good filters others have made but also making filters is so fun too!! Just experiment a lot i'd say :3c (A good filter i've loved and was like the first one i used is called cruel summer with like the ballet shoes emoji!! it looks SOOO GOOD with enstars cards!!!) YEA AFTER THOSE ... ๋࣭ ⭑ 2 . !! OKAY so for C.AI I tend to go about filling out the sections with whatever I feel motivated with; often going pfp -> definition -> long desc -> short desc -> start message , but it changes from person to person with whatever you feel best with! :3c I can't offer much help with starting messages as I don't like doing them, but i'd say what works best imo is writing from the character's perspective or a third person with a bias towards the character, instead of the {{user}} as if you write a lot of {{user}}'s own perspective in example messages, the bot may continue to write for {{user}} in the roleplay- some people enjoy this so it depends on how you want the bot to reply but i find it breaks the immersion .. ૮ ․ ․ ྀིა As for short desc - make it interesting! what i try to do mostly is describe the bot in a few words, or try to summarise the character and the dynamic between the {{user}} and character! :3c And for the long desc; I try my best to get all the vital information, which needs to be kept in the bot's memory the most in it! For example; this is what I did for my Foxboy Kohaku!

And then the definition section...! In the past I used W++ Which was where you'd go {["Name" ("Rinne Amagi") so on, so on! But i've found that this is a bit inconvinient with J.AI as all the extra characters take up so many tokens which make a bot start to loose memory faster! I think C.AI might also struggle with it so I sort of found a middle ground hehe :3 this is the base:

[ Name: Age: Gender: - / pronouns Appearance: Personality:] And filled out, It looks like this!

[ Name: Kohaku Oukawa Age: 16 Gender: Male - He/Him pronouns Appearance: Kohaku has short, light pink hair that reaches his shoulders, with bangs swept to the side, with a sharp lilac gaze, pointed into a natural glare. He doesn't wear any clothes due to hating the feeling of them on his skin, hybrids hypersensitive to clothing and materials they're made out of. Kohaku is mostly human however has fluffy long fennec fox ears, a bushy tail and natural sharper fangs. Personality: Kohaku is very mature for his age, coming off usually very polite and cordial , however often holding people at arm's length. He does, however adore {{user}}, the person he secretly has feelings for yet is unwilling to admit our of embarrassment. During his rut, he tries to stay away from them, knowing he'll be overwhelmed by their scent, lying and making up pathetic excuses to not be around them, to even getting angry, though it often just looks like cute little whines. He comes off very bratty during his rut as he tries to deny how much he loves {{user}}. He has very keen senses that make him acutely aware on whenever {{user}} has been around another hybrid, his jealousy oftentimes taking over.]

You can use a lot more detail in it and also note little character quirks after the personality section! You promised him that you would watch a movie together -when atsushi was free of course- and he had kindly agreed. you boot up your pc and hop onto a streaming site as he holds a bag filled up with buttered popcorn. You decide to play a horror movie and make sure to ask if he’s okay with this, he seems a bit worried at first, however he reluctantly agrees.

further into the movie, when there was a “scary part” he would make a EEKKK noise and jump up almost like a cat! It was funny.. really funny actually..! but you had to push that horrible part of yourself away and admit… you felt kinda felt bad.

Now was the time for some.. collective thinking. Maybe you should try comforting him? You’re not really the best at comforting, or at talking to others at all, however in the end you decided to put your arms around him during the movie. He slowly blinked at you at first, but then he would happily smile at you and would cling on to you right back. This time he wasn’t scared, he enjoyed every bit of the movie, especially because it was with you.

☀️ Dazai:

HC: he gets confused when people are genuinely kind to him.

It was early Valentine’s Day, many decorations, specifically hearts were being hung around the detective agency, you were sure of who to get a valentines gift for but, you weren’t sure what. You decided to quickly ask around to everyone that was there.

Ranpo said that a box of chocolate would be perfect! His reasoning? Who doesn’t like sweets

Atsushi stated that a kind letter, simply showing how much you care is a great gift!

Yosano told that not only flowers are gorgeous, but they also symbolize love and care.

You’re quite scared on which gift he would like the most, so you decided it wouldn’t hurt to get them all.

VALENTINES DAY

You finally find him, holding the goodies in a safely put together bag, as you walk by he lets out a snarky comment then snickers. You lightly tap him on the shoulders. He seems almost confused at first but then you suddenly hand him the bag. You happily tell him that this is a Valentine’s Day gift for him -and dazais eyes widened- even more when he pulled out a handwritten letter. He puts his finger up to try and say something… however he just goes back to being completely shocked…you tried waving your hand across his face, but his eyes just stayed in the same direction. Even with a minute gone by he’s still standing there … completely still like a statue.

I guess you can kill them with kindness…?

☀️ Luffy:

HC: he still misses ace, and wishes he was there.

You could hear loud cheers from everyone on the ship, bottles popping and loud chewing. It was a nice banquet right after the saving of an island. The boy in red wiped his mouth and quickly walked out of the area, to the edge of the boat. You were quite confused now, this entire setup was FOR HIM! So after a bit of mind boggling, you decide to follow him to the boats edge and sit down right next to him.

His head instantly went up when he saw you were there, turning his entire body towards you, he smiled, said hi. With a crooked smile ( that reflects your love life ) you said hi back. You were nervous to ask of course, however you decided to in the end. “Are you okay?” You would ask, putting a hand on his shoulder. His eyes widened slightly. He didn’t even seem sure himself. When he did reply, he stated that he was sure he was completely over it, however he couldn’t help but wish his brother was with him at every party no matter where he went. You couldn’t help but feel bad for the boy, and in the end you ended up giving him a big hug, he smiled and hugged back

“It’s always alright to miss someone.”

You said, still tightly holding him in your grip. He giggled for a second, then completely started laughing. He let go of you and stood up from the place he was sitting. He thanked you, very much and told that those were the exact words he needed to hear. And so the boy walked off. You looked at his walk and smiled -what a boy- what a boy indeed

🌇- Could you see your oc surviving beyond the fifth city? Would their relationship with the canon character(s) still be intact?

Honestly I can't see any of my (main) OCs dying with the fifth city, given their character trajectories? Villanelle and Alizaben both predate the fifth, and so know how to survive a new city falling, and Rowan and Alizaben are both too close to the Masters (and neither are particularly human anymore).

The Master/OC ships would remain intact, with Rowan being more or less apathetic to the city's fate, and Alizaben just straight up not giving a shit. They've seen cities end before. It's nothing new.

The other relationships... Hm.

Alana/Vicomte would probably be fine?* With Villanelle/Lady in Lilac there isnt much of a relationship there to be damaged- it's really one-sided. Alizaben/Poor Edward would for certain deteriorate over time, what with moon-milk's effect being temporary and Alizaben's care for him being conditional.

(Going into a new city would speed up Alizaben's plans for Fires, though- being a light fingers PC, they're all too keenly aware that on it's current trajectory, its days are numbered. (Plus the inevitable mess that occurs creates an excellent window for scheming).)

📍- Favorite place to go together.

Rowan/Veils- anywhere good for hunting, really. Either hunting each other (as they often do, they're each the only ones who can really pose a challenge for the other nowadays) or whatever unlucky prey happens to be on the menu that day. It's not just the vake you have to watch out for now. There's two of them.

*ES spoilers below (Caveat Emptor):

Thanks to the Vicomte being so strongly connected to the bazaar, literally being connected to a sigil on her, It's unlikely he'd *die*, and as long as he has a food source he seems to be happy enough.

I have... Well, it depends on how well-developed an OC must be in order to be an OC. I have one main guy (my Nemesis PC) and have a sort of cast of characters radiating outwards from them. Mostly housemates.

So... three? I mostly use three. Then there's three others. And two more after that. Somewhere between three and ten.

Idris Peters: Correspondent. Early 30s. Revolutionary. Believes in equal access to reality-bending power. Ought to be in the process of processing their grief after the death of their daughter, but they keep running from it by getting involved in other people's problems. Nonbinary. Quoiromantic, much to the frustration of Lilac and frankly anyone with a vested interest in love stories.

Bryan Donahue: Campaigner. Former tracklayer (emancipationist). Works moving crates around at Wolfstack Docks, which is trickier than it sounds when those crates are from Cotterell & Hathersage.. Enjoys life's small pleasures and believes in the power of friendship. Used the power of friendship and one "small" favour to get Peters to agree to join the board of the Great Hellbound Railway, a decision with wide-reaching political consequences.

Doyle Donahue: Enforcer, of a sort. Bryan's twin. Professional arsonist. Could be the evil twin if he could conjure a more specific ambition than lighting buildings on fire to bring about the Liberation of Night. More or less the stereotypical bomb-throwing anarchist, although on paper he works as a stable hand. He is actually good with horses. If you need a fire or a getaway driver, he's your man.

Eleanor Hext: Orphanage nurse. She was an artist's model, but an artist's affections can be fickle. Beauty itself can be fickle. She and her skills are the only thing she can rely upon. There is an air of respectability about her, but it is nothing of substance. There is a certain role being asked of her, she knows. She cannot drop the facade. She must wait until it is perfect, until it is real and Eleanor Hext is no more.

Mary Spurling: Orphanage nurse. Longshanks. Failed pickpocket. She was hired by a mark who caught her in the act, as a well-heeled orphanage director cannot relate much to an orphan fresh off the streets. She has everything she could ask for now, but sometimes, late at night, she wishes she could start over. Perhaps then she could find what she needed when it mattered the most.

Tristan is an urchin. He heard the thunder and ran to it. He heard the thunder and ran from it. He sold his work to Redemptions, but was not redeemed. He was given a contract with a Grieving Journalist, one who later offered him a home. He did not accept. Love, at times, is a frightening thing. It leaves its mark whether you want it to or not. Would he truly be loved? Or was he just being used to mend someone else's broken heart? He decided not to take the risk. Love is a frightening thing indeed.

You Sure Can ✨ puts her into your open hands

Clara has high purity due to her just kind of. Continuing to be a virgin I guess. And because she's gotten very good at Distracting things from penetrating her in any sense. As a result, she's Occasionally spotted with a faint halo - something she considers to be a sick, sick joke at her expense. She knew god had a cruel sense of humour, but damn.

I feel like maybe one or two people are capable of telling whether she's joking or serious most of the time, unless she's actively forcing herself to emote for some reason. So she says a LOT of out there shit with a look of total sincerity. This may or may not be one of the reasons her peers generally dislike her. She's fuckin weird and hard to read. (Not to mention a Nerd)

I once had the mental image of Clara filling milk bottles with her tit milk and selling them - which led to the mental image of Bailey using her milk for Orphanage Food Stuff rather than having to buy it, because why the fuck wouldn't they save money by exploiting their charge? (I mean she's already their cashcow)

One time in my game she tried to stand up for Sydney with 0 intent of getting Physically involved, but this 'somehow' lead to her getting beaten up. Which lead to particularly violent molestation, predictably. Right in front of Sydney. They did not notice and were just sort of acting like they were fighting and never seemed to really Notice what was actually happening there?? I guess their glasses were broken? Either way this really does feel like the perfect instance to describe the thought process that lead Clara to want to corrupt them

While I think Closetgoth Corrupt Sydney has a pretty different aesthetic to her, I do imagine it has the odd shared element and I like the idea of them sharing certain accessories, or Clara giving them a couple things to get their collection started.

Fun Fact: u should pick her up and fling her into the ocean

Because she cares about fashion (or rather, her own fashion. not much one to keep up with what anyone else is doing) I feel like she has a slowly, but constantly growing collection of cowbells.

At the moment I saw this ask I was looking for sims cc to make her in my game again. Not really a fact about her, I just thought it was neat.

Her ears and tail are the most expressive parts of her I think? With their flapping and twitching. Even then though, she keeps them under good control around most people. (First time Robin was immediately able to tell she was lying about some dumb shit due to the movements of her tail giving it away, she had a big old panic attack. She REALLY relies on Dishonesty Powers. Had to re-learn a bit when new tics showed up.)

Even with her glasses she has pretty bad vision, tbh. She's not super near or farsighted, it's just... Bad. General low vision.

For Sims Reasons, I’ve been trying to think of what surname the orphans that have always been at the orphanage might have (So not Robin in my head. I imagine they came later, thus seeing PC as ‘older’ despite being the same age.) I thought for a while, before just deciding to go off of the fact that the forest is nearby, which is apparently a fairly common basis on which to name an orphan hoard. So Clara’s full name is Clara Woods.

oh wow thanks!! I think I'm gonna focus on Cyndreth for these if that's ok, since I haven't really delved into him that much on here :o

Sunflower: What names were you originally thinking of calling your OC?

Honestly, I tend to nail it in one with most of my OC names, and Cyn is no exception. you wouldn't believe how many times I got booted out of ESO'S character creator just because I was busy thinking of a surname to add one of my existing characters and went AFK too long😅

Either way, I wanted something that sounded fiery, and I thought Cyndreth was a good pick for him. It's derived from 'cinder', which I think reflects how his destructive nature is more subdued than that of the average dremora.

Lilac: Does your OC have a comfort item? If so, what is it?

Although Cyn's horns get in the way of him wearing most helmets, if he can find a hood or mask that obscures his face, he'll often end up wearing it in public spaces. Makes it a lot easier to have casual conversations in towns, since most mortals tend to be a lot less afraid of him when they don't realize he's a dremora.

Daisy: What inspired you to make your OC?

Mostly having my own decent PC with access to mods, then realizing I could play through Oblivion as a dremora, then going "ok that would make running through the main questline HILARIOUS, I've GOTTA try that". and now himbo dremora is a beloved staple in my cast of characters.

Marigold: Describe your OC in 3 words or less.

Huge Demonic Sweetheart. 🥺

Snowdrop: What is something your OC loves, and what is something they hate?

Cyn loves small animals! Rabbits, chickens, guars, you name it. If he can pick it up and pet it, it's his new little buddy for the time being. Heck, he won't even object to smaller spiders if they're docile. He'd probably also take his chances with bigger creatures like sabre cats and bears if they weren't so aggressive. They just look so fluffy!

As for things he outright hates, there really isn't much. He tends to be more curious than hateful about things he doesn't understand. But he has a clear disdain for those who sacrifice other mortals as part of a ritual. An already short, finite life taken, and for what? The fleeting attention of a Daedric prince who probably couldn't care less about them? It just seems wasteful and cruel to him.

Wisteria: Does your OC have a skill they'd like to learn? What is stopping them?

Being born into such a warlike culture, Cyn was never really taught to appreciate the arts, but he's always been fascinated whenever he sees paintings and other artwork during his travels. If it weren't for the hassle of lugging all the supplies around with him along with his usual adventuring gear, he'd love to try learning to paint. He sees beauty in things that most folks in Tamriel see every day and would probably find too mundane to capture, and a part of him laments not having the skill to capture that beauty himself.

Rock The Boat: Not only is it a pretty blue, but I think the name is funny. As a female warrior in Westeros she sure as hell is ‘rocking the boat’. Both her parents had blue eyes though they’re diffrent from hers.

Ser Duncan The Tall

Peninsula: Maybe it’s too similar to his descendent but they look more diffrent in the little cards I have than on my PC. In the graphic novel they’re blue, but I wanted it to be murkier. Less like a clear river or deep sea but somewhat greenish bog. I don’t have a reason for this.

Queen Rhaella Targaryen and Viserys “III” Targaryen

Graceful Garden: We known Rhaegar had Indigo eyes, Viserys lilac, and Daenerys violet. I like the idea of gentle and melancholy Rhaegar having his mad father’s eyes, while violent Viserys has his gentle mother’s, then Daenerys is somewhere between them.

Queen Shaera Targaryen

Joyous Song: A few shades darker than her father’s, but still very bright, fits my headcanon for her personality.
