Alright I watched the first episode of the Mo Dao donghua and my primary response is that I need to pinch Wei Wuxian's cheeks. He is. Extremely huggable. Also he's fucking funny. Running around pretending to be terrified while discreetly manipulating events is a gag that I know I'll never get tired of. I hope it keeps up.

Also Lan Wangji. Even if I didn't already know he was love interest material beforehand, I would know by the way he gracefully descended from heaven like the god-given gift he clearly is.

I just finished the first 12 episodes of s2 for She Likes to Cook, She Likes to Eat and oh my god these awkward lovable buffoons. They finally admit they like each other and agree to move in together and they seal it with a HANDSHAKE 😂

Not even a freaking hug i was dying laughing. The show is definitely not for everyone becauase of its slow pacing and I think lots of people want instant gratification these days, but if you have time I really recommend checking out this GL jdrama. The lead is ace lesbian too and that hits special in my heart

Reincarnated!Jegulus (as in both of them have reincarnated, not necessarily that they’ll end up together again) au now has over 2,000 words of a first chapter written.

An unexpected turn of events but not an unwelcomed one.

The short of it is: Regulus reincarnated as Harry and James reincarnated as Ginny. Shenanigans aplenty!

The second the game clock hits zero and the final whistle blows, Buck dashes for the visitor’s locker room. They won, at least he thinks they won. He’s not completely sure, because it’s as if the second the whistle blew the switch in his brain labeled ‘football’ was flipped off and now he can only think Maddie. Maddie. Maddie. Part of him knows that skipping out on the handshake line is not going to help his less than stellar public reputation. But as he sprints through the tunnels of the stadium he can’t bring himself to care.  Buck dodges equipment carts and swerves in between people before he finally reaches the locker room. Then he strips like his gear is on fire. Helmet. Chin strap. Jersey. Gone. Gone. Gone. He unhooks his shoulder pads, followed by his flak jacket and his hip pads. Not for the first time, he curses the amount of gear that he has to wear, although he knows Eddie and Bobby would kill him if wore any less. Once his cleats are off, he practically rips off his football pants. With only his compression clothing left to remove, he makes his way to the showers, peeling off each piece of fabric as he goes. Buck takes the quickest shower of his life, only caring that the sweat is washed off his body, before he grabs a towel and moves back into the locker room. By the time he’s dressed, team employees are only starting to trickle in and his teammates haven’t even arrived yet. Phone in hand, he shoots an apology at the equipment manager for the disaster he left behind, and sprints through the tunnels once again. Bobby must have had someone make arrangements for him, because there is a black SUV waiting, doors already open. Before he knows it they are speeding towards BWI Marshall airport, only just beating the post game traffic. When Buck was a freshman in college, the adrenaline of the game used to leave him practically vibrating on the bench. His leg would shake up and down so violently that an offensive tackle once threatened to sit on him if he didn’t stop. Soon enough he adjusted and got used to the intensity of playing the game at a higher level. He’ll never be the type of guy who could stay seated, but at least that nervous habit went away. Until now. He couldn't stop the shaking of his hands or the bouncing of his leg if he tried. His head is so consumed with fear and concern for his sister, it feels like he blinked and one moment he was jumping into the SUV and the next it was rolling to a stop in the drop off lane of the airport. It is as if someone else has taken over his body , unbuckling his seatbelt and getting him out of the car. The only thing connecting his mind and body is the same frenetic energy humming beneath his skin, repeating Maddie. Maddie. Maddie.
