Black Water is....Better?

I can imagine what your thinking. Water is water, right? Well it should be. When you have to add things to water, well its not really water? But black water, how serious are we here? Dead serious. Its good. The trick is to put it in a cup you don’t see the original liquids color. Drink it, and you will realize its black but doesn’t taste like you think it will taste? Like water, unflavored water, should have a clean taste. 

What does this taste like? Water that has been filtered through a volcano. The crazy thing is your body feels much better after you drink it. The body is mostly water, which is why one needs to drink so much a day. Water can be found in some vegetables and other drinks but the main source of water in your diet should come from straight up water. 

But let’s start with a fundamental question...what is black water? Black water has a couple of things that are your friend: Electrolytes (help you stay hydrated), high in pH (keeps the body in balance), and contains 60+ minerals in it. Also, pick up your water bottle you have at home and compare the ingredients. Water is water, how does it have more than one ingredient? You will see. I have Kirkland Water Bottles at home for this comparison:

kirkland signature purified water: purified water, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium citrate, sodium chloride, magnesium oxide

Now, I challenge you to google all those things. I just did and luckily enough this one seems to have ok ingredients. Not all water bottles will do as well in this test. It seems like its trying to do good things, like the blk water but tell me how the blk water does so in less and more understandable ingredients? 

Where do you get it? I picked it up at my local Ross, but I have found it at places like Walmart and Amazon. Are there other flavors? Yeah! There’s a whole flavor world out there! Whoever said eating healthy was tasteless did not do it right, here is what I found at Walmart....

I will say, my only qualm is that this does use one time use bottles and I prefer not do endorse “one time use products” as much as possible. Yes I know I can recycle it, but I like to put less stuff in the landfills not more. But this leads me to one of my next related points....

Also going to make blkwater into a nice tea for the occasion, and if I CAN get to a liquorstore with the sweet tea vodka, I'll have that in it as well, but the pomegranate I have here should do fine too.
