[🌱] I Almost Gave Up I almost gave up on this plant. It had dried up but I kept hope and nurtured it. I even talked to it 🤭 I watched it closely every day and when I saw some greenery coming in, I got SO excited! A Guide to Wealth

In 2006, British author, Richard Templar, wrote an extraordinary book called “The Rules of Wealth.” With a bit more than 250 pages, this book provides you with over 107 different rules meant to guide you on your way to wealth. I mean, everyone wants to be wealthy, right? Well, this book helps you improve your mindset, and gives you the necessary understanding of the way money and finances work. There are no empty words and false promises - the author is sure to explain exactly what you are getting into and how to make it work. 

  I found this book extremely interesting and helpful, as it reminded me of all the things that I already knew and presented me with a way to finally use my knowledge. The book was divided into several sections, which made it easier to navigate and actually understand the process of gaining wealth. What I mean is that the book was well paced and clear - the first section was labelled “Thinking Wealthy,” the one that followed was “Getting Wealthy,” and so on. Every two pages focused on a single rule, and included the main section of text, some notes at the bottom, as well as an enlarged quote taken directly from the text to highlight the main idea. This layout and format was very convenient and easy to navigate, while also being extremely aesthetically pleasing. Overall, the wording was also very direct and simple, yet very entertaining to read. Honestly, this book motivated and inspired me to reconsider the way I think about money and spending, and made me start thinking of how to earn more right away. What was very helpful was that the author actually went over all the things that you must deal with on your way to wealth, like debts and loans, and how to get rid of them. This approach was very beneficial as it didn’t make it seem that becoming rich is something only people with good finances at the given moment can do. Instead, it was down-to-earth, honest, and very helpful to read. 

I would recommend this book to anyone who is ready to open their mind and alter their mindset and ways, in order to create more opportunities for themselves. I think that with the style and format of writing, anyone could read the book, which is why I especially recommend it to young teenagers who can start planning their lives and finances in advance, since it will probably be easier for them. Overall, this was a very inspiring read that will definitely benefit readers.
