My take at animation (some of the frames are WEIRD because I refuse to use toturials so I ended up hand drawing half of it like 31 times until I realized how to copy and paste between layers.

little thing i realized but you can break out of the imperious curse, if your mind is in a strong mental state which means that for 13 years barty was in a such a terrible state that he couldn’t break out of the imperious curse, that’s the only way to beat it and it’s extremely hard so of course it makes sense if you were to think it from a normal context but 19 year old barty, probably had a terrible recent years, his evan dying and regulus dying and his friend group falling apart and his family issues. barty was really intelligent so if things were different maybe he could’ve beaten it and escaped his father, the one who had him at his will, literally and figuratively but he couldn’t because how do you come to terms with everything that happened, the absolutely agony of not having the agency to your own mind is torture. his father torture him of 13 years. i am not justifying his actions during when he was a death eater, just giving context as to how fucking tragic it is.
