Dream Come True
Avatar Cast x Shy Reader
Summary: just some first day nerves
Warning: none
Tumblr media Tumblr media
3rd person pov
Yn couldn't believe the day had finally come. She had been a huge fan of the Avatar franchise since the first movie premiered and now, she was going to be a part of it.
She was cast to play Neteyam's love interest in the third movie, and she was beyond excited.
But as she arrived on the set for her first day of filming, she was overwhelmed with nerves and a feeling that she was out of place.
The cast was already in their costumes and makeup, getting ready for the shoot. She felt as if she was invading their space, and she didn't want to seem like a burden.
She just kept to herself, trying her best to not cause too much trouble.
But as the shoot went on, the cast members took notice of Yn's nervous energy.
Zoe Saldana, who played Neytiri, smiled warmly at her and welcomed her to the set. Sam Worthington, who played Jake Sully, cracked a few jokes to try to lighten the mood.
Stephen Lang, who played the villain Colonel Quaritch, even offered her some acting advice.
Slowly but surely, Yn started to open up. She found herself laughing at the cast members' jokes and joining in on their conversations.
They all seemed to genuinely care about her and wanted her to feel comfortable on set.
During a break, Yn was sitting with the cast members, enjoying some snacks when joel spoke up, "Yn is the baby of the family, don't you all agree?" he said jokingly, earning some laughs from the others.
Yn blushed but smiled, feeling grateful for the bond she had already formed with her colleagues.
She knew that she still had a lot to learn, but with this supportive and protective family by her side, she felt much less nervous and looked forward to the rest of the filming process.

Third Person Pov:
“Y/n!” You hear a voice shout, making you turn around and the person who was doing your makeup sighs.
“I guess that means she's done,” the makeup person mutters as she walks off, shaking her head.
“Trini girl!” you shout back when you see Trinity run into the room.
She runs into your arms and you quickly wrap your arms around her. You squeeze her tightly and hold onto her for a moment before letting go.
“Look how much you’ve grown. How have you grown so much in a year?” You ask in bewilderment as you look over the younger girl and she grins.
“I know, right. Where’s Jack, did you guys come together?” she wonders as she looks around for him.
“He is, he just had to run to the bathroom. He drank way too much water on the way here,” You explain to her, rolling your eyes and she laughs.
“Well hello, you two. Haven’t seen you guys in some time,” comes another voice and you turn to see Bailey smiling.
“Bailey!” Trinity shouts when she sees her.
“Hi, Trinity. My, how big you’ve grown,” Bailey parrots you without knowing and you laugh along with Trinity.
“What?” Bailey asks as she gives you both a questioning look.
“I just said that. It’s crazy, right? I feel like she’s grown so much since we last saw her,” You tell her and she nods in agreement.
“She definitely has. Trinity, stop growing so fast,” Bailey jokes, making Trinity laugh.
“I would if I could,” Trinity tells her, making both older girls laugh.
“Hello, ladies,” another voice breaks through the laughter and you all look to see Jamie walk in.
“Am I the only guy today?” Jamie asks as he looks at all of you.
“No. Jack’s here, too. Y/n said he just had to run to the bathroom. Apparently he drank too much water on the way here,” Trinity explains though her own giggles and Jamie’s face shows relief.
“Sounds like something Jack would do…” Jamie comments and you giggle, nodding.
“Right?” You playfully ask like you're shocked.
“Would it have been so bad being around just us girls?” Bailey asks in a joking tone and Jamie shakes his head.
“No. It just would have been a little lonely being the only boy. You guys know I love you,” Jamie tells you and you all hum at him as you each give him a side eye.
“Sorry to interrupt, I’m Roger, I'm the one running the interview today,” A man who looks like he’s in his late twenties, maybe early thirties, introduces himself.
“We’re just about ready to start. You all have been microphoned, right?” he asks and you all smile, nodding.
“Ok. Then if we can all take a seat, we can get started in a few minutes,” Roger tells you and you all nod before heading over to the chairs.
“Umm, sir, we are missing one person actually. He went to the bathroom,” You tell him as you sit down and he nods.
“We can wait for another minute and if he is not back yet, we can send someone to find him,” Roger explains and you nod.
“So y/n, how’s life?” Bailey asks and you smile.
“It’s good. Really good. You?” You ask her and she smiles back.
“I mean, it’s a little crazy right now, but I wouldn’t change it for the world,” Bailey tells you and you smile.
“I’m glad to hear that, Bay,” You tell her and she reaches across Trinity to squeeze your hand.
“Hey, babe,” Jack greets as he walks back into the room and kisses your cheek lightly before he takes the seat to the left of you.
“Hi, honey,” you reply with a smile when you see him.
“Ok. Everyone here now?” Roger asks from his seat behind the monitor.
“Yes. We can start now if you’re ready?” You politely question and he smiles, giving a small nod.
“Ok. Let’s start left to right, just introducing ourselves and who you play in the movie,” Roger informs you all and everyone nods.
“Hello everyone, I’m Jamie Flatters. I play Neteyam,” Jamie introduces himself with a smile.
“Hi. I’m Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, I play Tuk,” Trinity introduces herself next with a small wave.
“Hello. I’m Bailey Bass and I play Tsireya,” Bailey introduces herself with a smile.
“Hi. I’m y/n Dayton, or as some fans like to call me, I’m y/n Champion. I play Chickadee or Sietsla Te which is her official Navi name, even though she’s like Spider,” You introduce yourself with a smile and a small wave.
“And I’m Jack Champion, I play Spider,” Jack introduces himself with a smirk that makes you shake your head at him.
“Ok. I’m going to ask you all a series of ‘who’s most likely to’ questions. You just answer who you think would out of your cast members,” Roger explains and we all nod.
“Do you mean like the whole cast or just the younger cast?” You question for clarity and Roger looks up at you.
“Either one. I’d say out of the cast that’s here, but you can say anyone if you’d like,” Roger clarifies and you nod in understanding.
“Ok, first question. Who’s most likely to have everyone laughing on set?” Roger asks and you smile.
“Jack…” Bailey says before you can say anything and you turn to her.
“No, cause I was going to say the same thing,” You retort at her and she grins.
“Great minds think alike,” she comments with a small shrug and you giggle before sitting back.
“I was gonna say Trinity,” Jack adds his thoughts as he leans forward to look at her.
“Wait, huh?” Trinity asks as she looks at him.
“Jack…” Bailey adds on again to make her point known as she points at him with her thumb.
“Me?” Jack asks in confusion and you laugh, looking at him.
“Yes, babe. You,” You tell him as you pat his arm and he just looks even more confused.
“I laughed more at… you just… you make, like you…” Bailey struggles to explain.
“That’s actually beautiful that you're shocked at it, man. It shows that you're a very humble comedian,” Jamie jumps in as he looks at Jack.
“Yeah, it’s good. I really go you know, it’s just, you know,” Jack tells Jamie with a playful shrug and roll of his eyes as you laugh.
“Babe, what does that even mean?” You ask Jack and he just shrugs.
“It’s either of you guys,” Trinity adds on, pointing at both Jack and Jamie.
“I literally two minutes ago go ‘hey,’ to Jack,” Bailey speaks up, starting to explain what she means.
“Oh my gosh…” Jack says as he puts his hand up to his mouth and leans away as if he’s embarrassed.
“You see, he doesn’t even want me to say it, but like I laughed. And he goes, ‘hay is for horses,’” Bailey explains, doing a perfect impression of Jack.
“No, stop! He uses that on me all the time!” You tell her as you smack her arm and she looks at you with a shocked look.
“No. He does not. Does he?” she asks and you laugh harder.
“I swear he does. I’ll just text him out of the blue one day after we haven’t been able to talk for a few days, and I kid you not I say ‘hey.’ What’s his response only a few minutes later? ‘Hay is for horses.’ I think it’s his favorite joke without realizing it,” You tell her and she rolls her eyes.
“Jaaaaack!” Bailey cries out, carrying out the sound of his name as she laughs at him.
“Yeah, but that- That’s so overused,” Jack tries to defend himself, but gets cut off as Bailey laughs as she notices Jaime.
“Jamie’s like, yeah ok!” Bailey shouts as she points at Jamie.
“I’m using that, man. I’m using it,” Jamie pointedly tells Jack while moving his hand away from his face for a moment.
“You’ve never heard that?” Jack asks and you roll your eyes.
“I know I have,” you comment and Jack playfully rolls his eyes.
“Of course you have, babe,” Jack replies and you giggle.
“But really, you’ve never heard that?” he asks again as he looks past you to Jamie and Bailey.
“No,” Bailey tells him in a straight tone.
“You’ve never heard that one?” Jack asks again as he points at Jamie.
“My dad says that all the time,” Trinity adds into the conversation.
“You’ve never heard that?” Jack asks again, clearly shocked.
“No. I’ve never heard that,” Bailey tells him as she points to herself and he turns.
“Bull!” Jack exaggerates as he leans his head back in disbelief. “Bull!” he repeats again as he looks at her.
“Bull,” he exclaims again in disbelief as he turns in his chair to look at the camera.
“Ok. Ok. Next question. Most likely to be singing on set?” Roger quickly segways to the next question and you all quiet down to listen to him.
“Trinity,” Bailey says with no hesitation.
“Yeah. That’s right,” Jack comments before Jamie cuts him off.
“Yeah. You do. I like that,” Jamie adds his thoughts as he looks at her and she just giggles shyly.
“She’s a singer, yeah,” Jack adds as he too looks over at her.
“It’s rare for you not to find y/n singing with her, though,” Jack again adds on as he points to you.
“It’s not my fault she pulls me in!” You exclaim and Jack snickers at you as you shrug.
“Yeah. Trinity’s a singer,” Bailey agrees as she points with her thumb at Trinity.
“Trini girl is a great singer,” you comment and Trinity blushes.
“Although, I will say earlier you were singing that Bon Jovi song,” Jack brings up as he points at Bailey.
“What are you talking about…?” Bailey asks, giving Jack a confused look.
“It’s… I’m not gonna vote for myself! If it’s something like really obvious, I’m not gonna vote for myself, but me, Trinity and y/n would sing together,” Bailey defends herself as she points at Trinity, then you.
“And we would- yeah,” Trinity adds on as Bailey laughs and claps her hands together.
“Ok. Ready for the next question?” Roger asks as you all sit forward again, giving a small hum of agreement.
“Ok. Who’s most likely to fall asleep on set?” Roger asks and Jack immediately starts getting antsy in his seat.
“Definitely y/n. It’s kinda how we got together,” he explains and everyone else laughs.
“I’m still mad they wouldn’t let me in on the game anymore after that,” Jack comments as he crosses his arms with a pout.
“It wasn’t fair with you dating her!” Jamie exclaims and you laugh.
“What game?” Roger asks and Jack perks up.
“At the beginning of filming, we’d find y/n asleep in the craziest places and so we made a challenge. Whoever could get the most videos-” Jack starts to explain the game.
“Or pictures,” Trinity adds in excitement.
“Yes, or pictures of her asleep then we’d all give that person twenty dollars,” Jack explains and Roger looks intrigued.
“Why’d you get kicked off the game, then?” Roger asks and Jack chuckles as he scratches at the back of his neck.
“Well you see, one day Jack found me in his trailer, which wasn’t rare. It was one of my favorite places to sleep because Jack and I were close as soon as we met. Plus it was a good place to just bask in the quietness of,” you take over explaining and he smiles at you.
“It wasn’t rare to find one of them in the other’s trailer at some point in the day if they weren’t filming with each other that day,” Bailey adds on with a light giggle and shake of her head.
“Anyway, Jack found me in his trailer. I had finished my scenes for the day and he still had like three to go, but we had decided that morning that we’d get dinner together so I decided to wait in his trailer and ended up falling asleep,” you explain more and everyone laughs.
“She’d literally fall asleep anywhere during downtime. It was fascinating how fast she’d be out,” Jamie comments and you shrug.
“Yes, but you guys fail to remember the movie took three years to film and I was still going to real school and taking AP classes, might I add,” You defend yourself as you hold up a finger to silence your castmates.
“Anyway, I found her little 16, almost 17-year-old self in my trailer, sleeping on the couch. I didn’t wanna wake her, she looked so peaceful. So I went over after changing out of my clothes and started to put a blanket over her,” Jack explains as everyone starts to snicker.
“Wait, how old were you guys when it all started?” Roger asks, motioning between you and Jack, who grins.
“I was twelve when I started auditioning, but when I actually met her I was fourteen and she was sixteen. We didn’t really start dating till I was sixteen, making her eighteen,” Jack explains the timeline and you grin, reaching for his hand.
“But ask anyone and they’ll tell you we were the closest on set. We were like the best of friends,” You add on and Bailey scoffs.
“Saying best friends is an understatement, y/n. You two were probably closer than that,” she comments and you blush.
“I mean, she’s not wrong,” Trinity adds, making you and Jack smile at each other.
“Anyways!” Jack cuts back in with a roll of his eyes at your castmates. “I was going to take a picture after putting the blanket over her, but she surprised me by pulling me down with her. I tried getting up, but I kid you not, this girl has an iron grip so I gave up and fell asleep with her,” Jack explains with a shrug and Bailey laughs.
“That’s where I come in. I found them that way and took a picture. That was the first of many times we started finding him and her asleep cuddling somewhere,” Bailey explains through her laughter.
“It wasn’t until about maybe a third of the way through filming we found out they’d started dating, so we told Jack he was out of the game because he’d have it too easy to get the pictures,” Jamie adds on and the rest of you all laugh.
“I think they shoulda let me keep playing, really,” Jack says with a frown and Trinity laughs.
“But you already have a whole bunch and we’re not even playing anymore! You have a whole album dedicated to her sleeping,” Trinity comments and you smirk at him.
“She’s got you there,” You tell him with a giggle.
“Yeah. Yeah. It’s not my fault my girlfriend sleeping is cute,” he deflects and you all laugh more at him.
“It’s actually so well documented that there’s a behind the scenes video of it. James thought it was so funny, he decided to put it in the behind the scenes,” Trinity adds on and everyone agrees, nodding.
“So if you get it on DvD you can see just how much fun we all had,” Bailey adds and Roger smiles.
“Ok. Next question,” Roger tells you before pausing to look down at his note card.
“Most likely to mess up a stunt,” Roger reads out and you all take a moment to think about it.
“Jack…” Bailey speaks up first again as she holds back a laugh and he slowly grins.
“Really?!” Trinity asks as Jamie starts saying “Whoa… whoa.”
“So call him out, why don’t you,” Jamie comments with a playful roll of his eyes.
“But not like messing up! Messing up sounds… bad, like, I don’t think messing up a stunt is necessarily a bad thing. Like I have literally… I…” she starts to explain her reasoning, but Trinity cuts her off.
“And you have like really hard stunts, too,” Trinity comments as she looks at Bailey.
“Yeah. Thank— who, me?” Bailey asks as she points to herself while looking at Trinity.
“Oh, Jack,” Trinity clarifies as she points at him and he hums at her.
“Y/n had some pretty hard ones too,” Jack comments as he looks at you.
“That I did,” you agree as you nod.
“Well who injured themselves the worst during that process?” Jamie asks as he leans back in his chair to look at Jack.
“Filming?” Bailey asks for clarification.
“I mean I probably got the most scraps and bruises, but like, I film longer, so,” Jack explains, using his hands as he talks.
“That is true!” Jamie agrees as he looks away from Jack now.
“Exactly, you did harder stunts. It’s fair, but listen I’ve got a face full of like those white balls—” Bailey talks with Jack about it and you snort when Jamie grimaces.
“What?” Bailey asks, pausing as she looks at you and turning beet red from holding in a laugh.
“Jamie totally got where my brain went…” you comment, laughing and Jack’s eyes widen.
“Babe! You had them, too!” he shouts when he understands and you fight to hold back another laugh.
“No. I didn’t mean that!” he shouts and now you bust out laughing alongside Jamie.
“Ok… anyway I had them on my face because of a stunt, so… stunts go wrong,” Bailey goes right back to what she was saying.
“They really do go wrong. I think I may beat Jack in who got hurt worse, remember?” You question and Jack's eyes widen as he looks at you.
“Oh my gosh, I completely forgot about that. Please don’t make me relive it,” he groans, covering his face.
“What stunt? I don’t remember a stunt going wrong?” Bailey asks and you nod.
“You wouldn’t. It was just Spider, Neteyam, Tuk, Lo’ak, Kiri, and Chickadee,” You inform her with a shake of your head.
“Jack absolutely freaked out,” You tell her and she gives an ‘ahhh’.
“Wait, are we talking about the one where you and Spider go flying?” Trinity asks and you nod.
“Yeah. Without giving too much away, I was originally supposed to land safely on the pad next to Jack, but got caught on something and just landed wrong,” you explain and Bailey sits up in her seat.
“Was that why you sat out for four weeks in Jack's trailer that one time?” she asks and you nod.
“Yeah. I wasn’t allowed to do much with a freshly broken arm. So I just stayed in. Plus my pain meds were in his trailer. I was just going to stay in the rental house, but someone didn’t want that,” you explain with a playful eye roll.
“I wanted to make sure my best friend -at the time- who had a habit of not taking her meds when she’s supposed to, did. Is that so bad?” he asks and you giggle, shaking your head.
“No, I suppose not. You were just making sure I was ok,” you agree softly with him and he smirks.
“Well I guess I did that job like a champion,” he slyly comments, making both you and Bailey groan.
“Jack, honey. That was so cringe, my love,” you tell him while laughing with Bailey, who lets out a ‘see!’ while pointing to him.
“Well, you like my cringe, so…” Jack trails off while crossing his arms playfully and you laugh some more.
“I mean, you’re not wrong,” you agree with him and he smiles at the camera, bouncing his eyebrows.
“See guys, she loves me,” he comments with a smirk and you shake your head.
“That I do,” you tell him before leaning over just ever so slightly to kiss his cheek.
“Awe thanks, babe!” he shouts out in a happy, high-pitched tone, making you and Bailey laugh even harder.
“Goodness, your mom’s right, sweetheart. You are a dork,” you tell him and he only smirks again.
“Yeah, but I’m your dork,” he cheekily states, making you and Bailey burst out laughing.
“Jaaaack, you did not. You cheese ball!” Bailey yells out, only making you laugh harder.
“Anyway, stunts go wrong!” she finally finishes her point and everyone agrees.
“Alright, onto the next question, then?” Roger asks when all of you calm down and you nod at him.
“Most likely to be swearing too much on set?” Roger asks as he reads off the card.
“Jack…” Bailey comments first again, laughing and you start laughing with her.
“What?!” Trinity shouts as she looks at Bailey.
“No. Definitely not me,” Jack denies as he points at himself.
“Wait, NO! This has to be the adult cast,” Bailey amends what she said as she looks at Roger.
“This is so easily…!” Jack shouts, trailing off as he leans back and rubs his leg.
“This is Slang…” Bailey adds as she looks at Jack and pauses.
“Sam!” Trinity yells out in shock as she looks at Bailey in disbelief.
“I was gonna say Sam!” Jack agrees with Trinity as he sits up in his seat.
“You had more scenes with Sam then I did,” Bailey adds and Jack nods.
“Good point, good point,” Jack agrees with a shrug.
“Because going around with the swear jar, you and me. Sam was our primary contributor,” Trinity explains as she points between herself and Jack as you just sink back in your chair while Jamie looks at you.
“I mean, he’s Australian, ya know. Like, but yeah,” Jack adds while shrugging before relaxing his hands on his legs again and Bailey laughs.
“There’s going to be Australians who are like, I do not cuss,” Bailey casually jokes as she lays her arms on the armrests of her chair.
“Sam would try really hard in front of us. He put in a good effort. I remember one time he came up to me and he’s just like, ‘I’m sorry, Trinity. Colorful language comes naturally to Australians’,” Trinity explains as she does a perfect impression of Sam, making everyone laugh.
Jack leans forward as he laughs and rubs his eyes before sitting back in his chair with a grin on his face. Jamie continues to eye you and you shake your head at him.
“That’s funny,” Bailey comments before it all settles down again.
“Ok. But who out of the kids?” Roger asks and Jamie smirks as you roll your eyes at him.
“What? What are you thinking over there?” Bailey asks Jamie and he only smirks more.
“Oh, nothing…” he comments with a light chuckle when he sees you avoiding him.
“No, what?” Bailey asks again and he chuckles.
“I was just thinking out of all us kids, the one who swore most was Y/n,” he commends and Jack’s eyes widen.
“Nooooo! That’s so true!” Jack adds before letting out a small ‘oww’ as you smack his arm.
“It is not,” you add as he rubs the spot and chuckles.
“Oh, it so is. What about that time in my trailer huh?” he asks and you blush, making him chuckle again.
“She was doing homework and she got very frustrated. She shoved her books off the table and yelled the f-word,” Jack explains and Trinity’s eyes widen.
“I remember that!” Trinity adds as she points at Jack, who nods.
“Ok. So I’d get a little frustrated sometimes, so what?” You shrug and try to play it cool, making them all laugh.
“Ok. Ok. Can we move on from making fun of me please! School was very hard for me, ok?!” You shout, feeling embarrassed as you hide your face and everyone laughs.
“Ok. Moving on. Most likely to forget their lines?” Roger reads off the cards in his hands.
“Ohhh…” Jamie says as it goes quiet for a moment.
“This is not a nice one,” Bailey comments as she plays with her fingers.
“I feel like we’ve all… we’ve… done a pretty good job,” Trinity speaks up and trails off a bit.
“Yeah,” Bailey agrees as Trinity turns to Jamie.
“Have we?” she asks as she continues to look at Jamie.
“I think everyone is pretty genuinely good at their lines,” Jack comments as he touches his chin in compilation.
“I can’t remember what times when we…” Trinity comments before Jack cuts her off.
“I can’t think of anyone that consistently…” Jack starts, but this time Bailey cuts him off.
“Also you and y/n have some fun improv as well,” Bailey comments as she uses her thumb to point to you and Jack, who scratches at his ear as he turns to talk to her.
“Yeah,” both you and Jack agree at the same time.
“You guys are so good,” Trinity adds and you smile over at her.
“You guys just go off and either one of them will be doing a scene where they’re walking out and one of them will just start cursing,” Bailey starts to explain and Jack laughs but you stop her for a moment.
“No. No. Those ones were all Jack, all I did was act along with what he was doing,” you comment and Bailey rolls her eyes.
“Yeah, but like you did so good at just falling into whatever he’d do. It was so fun to watch,” Bailey expresses with a small eye roll.
“Yeah…” Jack agrees with her as Trinity laughs.
“The one where I was roasting you,” Jack comments as he sits up and points at Jamie.
“Yeah and y/n just joins right on in…” Jamie comments with a roll of his eyes like he’s annoyed and you giggle.
“Jack started it! I just went along for the ride!” You defend yourself and you all laugh.
“I’m not gonna say the specific scene, but there’s a scene where I-” Jack starts to try explaining, but Jamie cuts him off.
“That wasn’t even a scene. That was just in the trailer, man,” Jamie comments and everyone starts laughing.
Jack bends over and puts his head on top of his crossed arms as you lean your head back. You both simultaneously sit straight again, but still have grins on your faces.
“It’s everyday life,” Trinity comments with a nod of her head.
“Look at your… look at your big feet,” Jamie imitates with a comical tone as he playfully rolls his eyes.
“Everyday… the one scene aside from the lunch breaks,” Jack explains as Jamie goes on with the funny imitation, ‘look at your big blue head.’”
“Yeah. The lunch breaks, yeah. Yeah,” Jaime agrees before Jack sits back in his chair.
“And y/n would always join in,” Trinity adds and you roll your eyes.
“What can I say, it was fun,” you playfully admit with a shrug and everyone laughs.
“We do get to do a lot of improv which is really fun. We created our own- the reef kids created— which is me, Duane and Filip— we created our own, like, rock paper scissors,” Bailey starts to explain, using her hand to motion out a half attempted rock move.
“It’s like crocodile, akula, something else, like it’s really weird,” she explains with a shake of her head.
“I have my own thing for that,” Jack comments as he points to himself. “I know how to win every rock paper scissors.”
“He does and he does it every single time!” You exclaim and Bailey laughs.
“What? You make eye contact?” Bailey asks him and you perk up.
“No. Do one right this second,” Jack tells her as he lifts his hands into position and so does she, making you watch your boyfriend intently with a smirk.
“Rock, paper-” they both start to chant, but get thrown off.
“Ok, rock, paper, scissors,” they both chant as they both do the hand motions.
“Black hole!” Jack shouts, lifting his hands and making a circle and Bailey makes a funny sound in her shock.
“I win,” Jack adds on as he grins proudly.
“But the thing is, just in the airport the other day I beat you like four rounds in rock paper scissors,” Trinity comments with a grin and you gasp.
“No, he didn’t. He told me he won!” You tell her and her eyes widen.
“Jack. You lied to y/n?! How could you?!” she playfully jokes as he sits up.
“We don’t have to talk about that!” Jack shouts as he puts his hand on his cheek.
“Until I did the black hole and I won, so clearly black hole sucks everything, transports it to another dimension and I win. So no, I didn’t lie,” Jack shouts as he uses his hands to get his point across.
“You know you become spaghetti if you go into a black hole?” Bailey calmly asks Jack and you giggle, already knowing what Jack’ll say.
“Spaghettify,” Jack adds as he points at her, making you laugh harder when he says exactly what you knew he’d say.
“O…k… whatever…” Bailey comments, unimpressed as she turns away from him.
“Next question,” Bailey adds, trying to move on.
“I love you, Neil Degrasse Tyson!” Jack shouts as he points to the camera and you start to laugh again.
“He may even love him more than me. He made me watch that Cosmos one that came out in 2014 like once a month,” you comment though your laughter and Jack rolls his eyes.
“I do not…” Jack plays coy, making you laugh harder.
“Babe. I love you, but you totally do. At this point I can quote the 2014 and the 2020 one by heart,” you joke and he shrugs.
“But it’s so interesting, isn’t it?” he asks you and you stop laughing to look at him.
“I mean, yeah actually, you got me there. It really is,” you agree with a shrug and Bailey rolls her eyes at the two of you.
“Ok. Really, next question,” Bailey jokes as she motions for Roger to move on and he chuckles.
“Ok. Who’s most likely to give the best life advice?” Roger reads off his cards again and you smile.
“Kate Winslet,” Bailey says again without hesitation and you nod.
“I totally agree. When I was stressed and struggling, she came over to me and was all like, ‘Look honey, you’re gonna struggle through life, it's just a part of it. What matters is how you fight back.’ I don’t know, it stuck with me,” you explain with a shrug after imitating her and sitting back in your chair.
“I want to say Slang,” Jack comments and you grin at him as Bailey gasps.
“Oh my God, I love Slang. He does,” Bailey whines out as she holds her hands to her chest.
“He gives us- also ok, so Kate came for two weeks to film and then she came back to do reshoots and in that little time she impacted all of us so much,” Bailey explains with her hands.
“I think she impacted y/n most, though,” Jack comments as he points at you and you nod.
“She really did! Like when I see her I just see stars around her. She’s so awesome. I have loved her since first seeing Titanic when I was younger, so meeting her was like a dream come true really,” you explain while grinning and Jack smiles at you.
“She’s such a hopeless romantic. Titanic is her favorite romance movie,” Jack explains and you nod.
“Well, how isn’t it yours?! Jack literally died to save her. That’s romantic right there!” You defend your reasons and Jack smirks.
“It’s definitely not because his name is Jack, right?” he jokingly prods at your side and you blush.
“I mean, it’s definitely a plus that I can imagine that it’s my Jack just because of the name,” you coyly state as you bounce your eyebrows at the camera and Jack groans, rubbing his face.
“She literally pushes all her hopeless romantic energy on to me,” he jokes and you grin at him.
“And you love it,” you state with a mischievous grin and he shrugs.
“Can’t say I don’t,” he adds and you giggle softly at his little shrug.
“Anyway, back to what I was saying,” Bailey cuts in again with a playful eye roll and you laugh, reaching for her hand to give it a squeeze as an apology for interrupting her monologue of thoughts.
“But then Slang who was with us for the year and a half just- he’s just, like, the sweetest,” Bailey finishes off as she puts her hands together.
“He’s the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, unless he’s in character,” Trinity adds on with a grin.
“That’s true!” Bailey calls out, pointing at Trinity as you and her start to laugh.
“Oh, yeah, that is so true,” Jack agrees as he sits forward in his chair and points at them.
“Cause like when Slang goes into that character, it’s just…” Jack tries to explain.
“Hardcore?” Trinity adds in for him.
“Just rage and all that… stuff. But Kate, I was gonna say I only met Kate like a couple times, but the couple times I did, like she’s one of the most genuine people that you’ll meet,” Jack explains.
“You say that ‘cause she’s the only one that was able to calm y/n’s panic that one day,” Bailey comments and Jack's eyes widen.
“No, I mean, it was definitely a sweet moment to watch her calm her when it was a rare moment that I couldn’t, but genuinely Kate was just all around nice and sweet,” Jack defends himself and you giggle.
“Babe, I think Bailey’s just joking with you about it,” you tell him and he sighs.
“Of course she is,” he comments with a roll of his eyes.
“Ok. Ready for the next question?” Roger asks and you all nod. “Ok. Most likely to be the mother of the group?”
“Trinity,” Jamie comments, pointing at her.
“Yeah. Well, I have… yeah… that’s hard,” Bailey comments while agreeing with Jamie.
“Well, yeah, Bailey— ok I will say Trinity is very like… like ya know, she cares a lot, but Bailey is also the type of person that will be like ‘Oh! You have something on your face!’”, Jack explains as he motions someone licking their thumb and cleaning the other person's face.
“You know what I mean?” he asks as he sits back nonchalantly and Bailey starts to laugh.
“No, like, cause the other day she’s like, ‘your mascara’s smudged’, and like—,” Trinity adds as she shows the motion of someone fixing it.
“I literally have like a trapped survivor kit in my bag, so like I have bandaids, I have like multiple types of lip balm—” Bailey starts to try explaining and Jack laughs.
“You do? So does y/n. Literally carries it everywhere with us. One time I cut myself and she just pulls a bandaid out of her pocket all like, ‘oh, here babe’,” Jack jokes and you roll your eyes.
“It never hurts to be prepared,” you comment with a shrug.
“I literally have gas x— which comes in handy more times than you think. I have mints, like all the things,” Bailey finishes.
“Yeah…” both Trinity and Jack add on.
“But then yes, when it comes to press especially, I’m on it. We did like three reels today,” she adds on and Trinity laughs.
“Yeah! She’s- she’s- she- We were having a social media internship right now from Bailey,” Trinity jokes and Bailey starts to laugh.
“We, yeah…but no. I was gonna say y/n is the mother hen of the group, she’s like me and Bailey combined,” Trinity explains and Jack snaps, pointing at her.
“It’s so true. She’s always prepared for any situation with snacks or even just like water and when she does check in on you it’s like super caring and sweet,” Jack comments and you laugh.
“Jack, honey. You have to say that, you're my boyfriend,” you tell him, patting his arm.
“No, but it’s so true though, you're like the perfect mix of caring and understanding, yet totally obsessive that everyone around you is doing ok,” he tells you and you just shake your head.
“It’s actually so true, y/n,” Bailey tells you as she nods, grinning.
“Ok, ok. I’m the mother hen of the group, I guess,” you agree with a shrug.
“Ok, well, that’s all the questions we have for you all today,” Roger tells you guys as he stands from his chair and you all smile, nodding.
Together we all get our mics taken off before separating to head to our cars and head to the next interview of the day.
The End…

wind flower - avatar cast!
includes: gn!reader. fluff FLUFF FLUFF. use of y/n. this was on the forefront of my mind so it’s kinda half assed LMAO. the interview isn’t really in depth.
Tumblr media
imagine being apart of the avatar cast and doing an interview with them!
Tumblr media
background info!
you were a famous childhood actor. you’ve been obsessed with the idea of being on the big screen since you were 7. luckily enough your parents let you go through with it and you were a big hit! landing shows like greys anatomy, my babysitters a vampire and movies like adventures in babysitting and diary of a whimpy kid.
with age comes venturing out of certain genres. when you turned 18 you ventured into more mature shows and movies. you stared in shows like euphoria, grown-ish, bridgerton and now at 21, your first movie, avatar : the way of water.
when you got the call back for your audition you were bouncing practically through the roof. you loved avatar as a kid and wanted to become an avatar yourself. this was like a dream come true for you.
when you met the cast you were over the moon, they were all so sweet and welcoming. the energy while filming was one you could get used to, especially considering you had 3 more movies to film in the avatar universe.
when you guys wrapped up filming you were really sad but looked forward to the interviews you all could do together! your manager called you and told you that you all were to do an interview with buzzfeed. it wouldn’t be your first rodeo with them.
enough chitchat, let’s get into the interview!
Tumblr media
“hi buzzfeed! we’re the cast of avatar: the way of water and we’re here today to answer some questions while playing with puppies!!” you spoke looking to the camera with a smile as you watched the puppies run over everyone’s legs.
(yes i did that buzzfeed interview type cause it’s SO CUTE)
after playing with the puppies for a second it was time for everyone to introduce themselves. you were last and gave a small smile as you waved to the camera “hi im (y/n)(l/n) and i play (c/n)” you said as you picked up a puppy and held it in your arms.
a few questions later and it got to you. you grabbed the piece of paper and read it out loud “who is your character and how would you describe them.” you looked over to bailey who busted out laughing as you did the same. “bailey is such a hater! that’s why i hope the dog pees on you!” you laughed and turned to the camera. “ well i play (c/n), he/she’s jake and neytiri’s oldest son/daughter about 2 years older than neteyam” you pointed to jamie “and how i would describe him/her-“ “sassy!” jack spoke up. “a raging ball of fire” trinity chimed in “i feel so attacked and im mad they’re right!” everyone busted out laughing.
after a few more answers the interview was coming to a close and the director at buzzfeed wanted everyone to give their opinion on the movie and what to look forward to.
“for me” you started “i would say the movie is really about family that’s the biggest component. it touches on a lot of familiar undertones that you really don’t see in a lot of movies like we get to see jake sully as a dad you know” you shifted in your seat before speaking again. “it’s a really good movie that james cameron worked really hard on as well as the cast and everyone behind the scenes and im really excited for everyone to watch it” you smiled as you grabbed another puppy.
“you guys want me to do it- okay fine- thank you to buzz feed! and thank you to these little adorable puppies who are available for adoption if you want a furry companion to watch the movie with. thank you guys again and make sure to go watch avatar: the way of water out in theaters now!! bye!!!” you snuggled the dog before smiling again. the interview coming to a close.
“just so you know. the dog did pee on me.” bailey pulled you to the side and you fell out DYING LAUGHING.

this was going to be a very short post but i got a couple thoughts about jack champion and his lil gf.
don't jump me but personally, i think dating an 18 year old as a 22 year old is kinda crazy idk.
like when you say 4 years out loud it sounds normal. but if you really think about it..
Tumblr media
an 18 year old boy and a 22 year old woman are in two different places mentally. also, 18 is still a kid (TO ME) like i wouldn't date no 18 year old and i'm 20.
but aside from their age difference, the streets are saying she's actually a shitty bitch and she's anti-black, a body shamer, and a trump supporter. and they got proof😬 so she can't deny any of that shit.
now i'm not going to go too deep into this but i hate when people date people that have horrible views but continue to be with them because it doesn't affect them personally. like your partner is anti-black but you're still going to date her because you're not black and it doesn't affect you.. you're fucking weird.
but hey, it's not my relationship and if jack is happy then that's great. i want nothing but the best for him but if this is who you're choosing to be laid up with, i'm side-eyeing tf out of both of them.

Tumblr media
Y/N was at home sitting in her room looking at a Vogue magazine. She was lying on her bed on her stomach. As she flipped through the magazine those negative and insecure thoughts started to flood her mind once again. Y/N hasn’t always been insecure about the way she looks. It all started when she hit high school, that’s when it all changed. She couldn’t help but compare her looks to the way all the other girls looked at her school. Once she graduated, she then started to compare herself to celebrities like models and actresses. She especially compares her image to her best friend, Jack’s female co-stars.
Y/N and Jack have been best friends since they were toddlers since their mom’s actually grew up together. Jack had got into acting at a young age. It all started when Jack turned fourteen and got a tiny roll in Avengers End Game and that same day, he got a bigger role in Avatar the Way of Water and since then he’s been in so many big movies including Scream VI and a new movie with Liam Neeson called Retribution that is coming out in August. As the movie rolls kept coming Jack still found a way to be there for Y/N but he doesn’t know about her insecure thoughts.
As they got older Y/N started to develop feelings for her best friend which scared the shit out of her. Does she want to be more than friends with Jack? Hell yes! Will she ever make a move? Most likely not! The reason for this is because Y/N doesn’t think that Jack is into girls that look like her. She looks at the girls Jack stars in movies with and she has no shot going up against them. They wear pretty and glamorous outfits while Y/N normally wears t-shirts and baggy jeans. Sometimes even baggy sweatpants. She also thinks that way too because she doesn’t come from a wealthy family.
When Y/N flipped the page to the magazine she saw three models posing in bikinis. “Why can’t I look like that in a bikini?” Y/N mumbled to herself. Before she could turn the page, someone came into her room. “Hey girl!” Stella said with a big smile walking over to Y/N with Romeo following her inside the bedroom. Y/N shot two of her other best friends a glare for barging not just into her bedroom but into her house. Yes, when Y/N is home alone she keeps the front door locked like her parents tell her to do but her friends know where the spare key is outside.
“How many times have I told you two to knock?” Y/N said in an annoyed tone closing the magazine. “You can chew us out later because we have a surprise for you in the living room.” Romeo told her which confused her. “What?” Y/N asked in a confused tone. “C’mon lazy ass!” Stella said, grabbing her arm and pulling her up off her bed. “Close your eyes!” Romeo told her with excitement. “But- “Y/N started to say but Stella cut her off. “Y/N will you just relax and trust us!” Stella told her. “Fine! If I bump into anything I’m going to beat both of your asses.” Y/N told them in a warning tone and closed her eyes.
She let Stella and Romeo guide her to her living room. They made her stand in the middle of the room and backed away from her standing behind her. Y/N didn’t feel Stella or Romeo’s hands on her arms and hand, but she did feel a present of someone standing right in front of her. “Can I please open my eyes?” Y/N asked, starting to get annoyed again. “You can open your eyes now, Y/N/N.” She heard a familiar voice tell her which made her heartrate speed up.
When she opened her eyes, they went wide in surprise. “You going to hug him or what?” Stella asked her, which earned her a nudge from Romeo silently telling her not to ruin the moment with her big mouth. “Come here!” Jack said wrapping his arms around her tightly. Y/N wrapped her arms around his waist and rested her head against his chest. She let out a little squeal when he picked her up off the floor. It seems like he missed her more than she missed him. “Jack!” Y/N squealed with a laugh as he spun her around. He laughed as he put her back down onto her feet.
“Aren’t you supposed to be on a movie set right now?” Y/N asked him letting go of him. Jack has been away for weeks filming a movie called ‘Everything’s Going to be Good’. This ain’t the first time Y/N and Jack have been away from each other but while he’s away filming, they always text, call, and facetime but it’s still hard on them for not seeing each in person. “We got to wrap a few weeks early.” Jack told her with a smile so happy to be back home with his best friends again. Jack loves his job and being on a movie set, but he does get homesick, missing his family and friends. “That’s great!” Y/N said with a big smile on her face. She hasn’t smiled this big in a while.
“You know what else is great?” Romeo asked her. “My grandparents are letting us stay in their beach house for a whole week!” Stella answered Romeo’s question before Y/N could guess which earned her a glare from him and Jack. “Oh, so we’re going to be going to the beach together. For a week?”  Y/N said as her smile wiped away from her face as those insecure thoughts quickly took over her mind. She doesn’t want to show anyone the way her body looks in a swimsuit, especially Jack. She broke out of that thought when Romeo spoke. “Yeah, we figured why not celebrate Jack finishing up another movie by going on a beach trip!” Romeo explained. “Oh, I don’t know.” Y/N said as she looked down at the floor. “What’s wrong?” Jack asked her with concern. “Do we have to go to the beach? Can’t we go somewhere else to celebrate?” Y/N asked still staring down at the carpeted floor. “Why don’t you want to go to the beach?” Romeo asked which Y/N just responded with a shrug. Stella knew why but just stayed silent since it wasn’t her place to say it.
“Please come Y/N/N.” Jack said taking both of her hands which made her look up at him. “It’ll be fun.” He added as he gave her his signature puppy dog eyes which work on her every time. “Okay! I’ll come.” Y/N said giving in. “Yay!” Stella said with an excited squeal as she jumped up and down. “Awesome! We’ll pick you up tomorrow morning at around eight.” Romeo told her with a smile. “We’re heading home to go pack.” Jack told the girls. “See you tomorrow.” He said to Y/N and gave her hand a kiss. She’s always used to Jack giving her hand a kiss, but it always makes the butterflies in her stomach go into a frenzy. Jack and Romeo walked out the front door just leaving Y/N with Stella. Stella lives in the house right across the street from Y/N, so the boys first came to her house and then they walked across the street to Y/N.
“Wanna tell me why you don’t want to come to the beach?” Stella asked her as she folded her arms over her chest. “You know why.” Y/N told her with a sigh as she walked over to the couch and plopped down onto it. “Y/N, you need to stop looking at those stupid fucking magazines.” Stella told her in a stern tone as she sat down next to her. “You are beautiful just the way you are.” Stella added, which just made Y/N roll her eyes. She’s heard that like a hundred times and she’s over it. “I need to go pack.” Y/N said standing up and walking back to her room which made Stella sigh in frustration.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Y/N was sitting in the back seat of Romeo’s car with Stella while Jack was sitting in the passenger seat. Before they hit the road, they stopped somewhere to get breakfast. Everyone got something to eat but Y/N. She just got something to drink. Jack questioned her about it, but she told him she ate something before they picked her up. They had been on the road for more than an hour and the girls fell asleep.
“You know a beach trip is a perfect time to tell your best friend that you’re in love with her.” Romeo told Jack, which earned him a glare. “Dude!” Jack hissed, which made Romeo laugh. “Bro, relax! Her and Stella are passed out back there.” Romeo reassured him as he kept his eyes on the road. “You really think I should tell her?” Jack asked him. “Hell yeah!” Romeo told him, nodding his head.
Jack has always seen Y/N as his closest best friend till he recently found out that he loves her more than a best friend. When Jack is away filming a movie, he craves for Y/N. When he’s facetiming her, he wishes they could stay on there all day. When he first started feel like that he flipped out. The first person he told was his mom which told him that he’s starting to fall for Y/N. It brought tears to his mom’s eyes when he told her since his mom already sees Y/N as a daughter. The second and last person Jack told was Romeo who agreed with his best friend’s mom.
“How should I do it?” Jack asked him in a curious tone. He’s never told a girl that he’s falling for her. “Take her for a walk on the beach. Do it when there is barley anyone there.” Romeo told him shooting him a quick glance and then back to the road. “Okay, sounds good.” Jack said with a nod as he looked at the review mirror at Y/N peacefully sleeping. He felt like his heart was going to beat out of his chest and just the sight of her.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When they arrived at the beach house it was around four in the afternoon so after they put all of their belongings away, they decided to go on the boardwalk. As they walked the boardwalk, they went into many stores. Y/N and Jack were in a sunglasses store trying on a bunch of random glasses together. Both of them couldn’t help but take a bunch of pictures with each other with some funny looking sunglasses. Everything was going great till one of the young girls who worked at the store came over and started to flirt with Jack taking his attention away from Y/N. She could tell that Jack was completely oblivious to the girl’s flirtation, but it still made Y/N’s blood boil in jealousy.
Y/N let out a heavy sigh as she put the sunglasses she was holding back onto the rack and walked out of the store. She took a seat down onto a wooden bench. “Hey Y/N!” Stella said walking up to her with Romeo by her side. “Where’s Jack?” Romeo asked her. Y/N pointed in the direction of Jack and the girl. “Who’s she?” Stella hissed, looking the girl up and down in disgust at how desperate she was acting. “She works there and just walked up to Jack and started to flirt with him.” Y/N answered as she glared at the girl who was now helping Jack out at the counter. Jack decided to buy a nice pair of sunglasses that were gold and black with blue lenses.
He walked out of the store and over to the group. “There you are.” Jack said to Y/N. “Why did you leave?” He asked her. She still had a dirty glare in her eyes. “Oh, sorry I thought you would rather speak to Ms. Pretty by yourself.” Y/N answered in a snappy tone as she stood up from the bench. She wasn’t just jealous of the girl taking Jack’s attention, she was also jealous at the way the girl looks. “What?” Jack asked confused and shocked by the tone in her voice. Romeo and Stella knew that Y/N was jealous but again, Jack was oblivious.
“Can we just go back to the fucking house.” Y/N snapped and started to walk away. Stella and Romeo shared a look and followed her. Jack was still shocked and confused by Y/N’s sudden burst out as he followed his friends. For the rest of the night Jack kept asking Y/N what was wrong, but she kept avoiding the question or telling him that she’s fine or just tired.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As the week went on Jack has been worried about the way Y/N had been acting. Whenever they are on the beach together, she just sits on a beach chair just wearing the bottom of her swimsuit and a long T-shirt. Jack kept trying to get her into the water and swim with everyone, but she would just shake her head saying no. He was confused since when they went to the beach when they were kids all the both of them would do was swim in the water. When they would go eat out somewhere Y/N would barely eat anything. All she would eat at a restaurant is a salad. And again, when Jack would mention something about it, she would tell him that she isn’t really hungry.
Y/N was sitting in the room she shares with Stella lying on one of the beds flipping through a Cover Girl magazine. When she got to one page, one of the models looked like the one girl from the sunglass store. They weren’t the person, but they had so many similarities such as their body type. Of course, those insecure thoughts appeared again in her brain which made her eyes start to tear up. “Hey Y/N can I- “Jack started to say as he walked into the room, but he cut off his sentence when he saw tears in Y/N’s eyes. “Hey, what’s wrong?” Jack asked with concern, startling her as he quickly walked up to her. “Nothing!” Y/N said quickly sitting up and wiping the tears out of her eyes. “Why won’t anyone fucking knock!” Y/N said with frustration and annoyance in her tone.
“Okay, what the fuck has been up with you?” Jack asked with frustration now in his tone, finally having enough of Y/N’s attitude. “It’s like ever since we came here you barley eat, you don’t want go into the water, and you are always looking at those stupid magazines!” Jack explained to her with annoyance. “IT’S BECAUSE I DON’T LIKE THE WAY I LOOK OKAY!!!” Y/N yelled at him as tears quickly returned to her eyes. Jack’s eyes went wide in shock since he wasn’t expecting her to yell at him since she’s never raised her voice at him. He’s actually never heard her raise her voice. “I want to look like those models in those magazines. I want to look like those actresses that star in those movies with you. I want to look like that girl that was flirting with you in that sunglass shop.” Y/N told him as hot tears ran down her face. “But Y/N you are- “Jack started to say but she immediately cut him. “Just fucking forget it!” Y/N snapped standing up and pushing pasted him, running out of the room.
Jack was completely stunned by what Y/N just told him. He had no idea that she was being completely hard on herself. He had no idea that she didn’t like the way she looked. Jack couldn’t help but think that he’s a bad friend for not sensing that something is going on with her. He should’ve known that she was feeling down on herself by her actions.
Jack quickly made his way downstairs into the living room. He only saw Stella and Romeo in there watching TV. “Hey, do you guys know where Y/N went?” Jack asked, getting their attention. “She told us she was going to go sit on the beach.” Romeo answered. “She said that she wanted to be alone.” He added. “Is she okay? She looked like she was crying?” Stella asked him with concern in her tone. When Y/N walked into the room she told them that she was going to go sit on the beach and she wanted to be alone. Before she or Romeo could say anything, she was out the door. “No, I need to go tell her something important.” Jack said and walked out the front door.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Y/N was sitting in the sand watching the waves crash on the shore. The sun was setting on the horizon. There were some people walking closer to the shore just letting the waves go over their feet. “Y/N!” She heard Jack say her name behind her. “Leave me alone!” Y/N told him in a stern tone as she continued to stare out into the ocean. “Why didn’t you tell me that you were feeling bad about yourself?” Jack asked her in the same tone she used now standing next to her. “Because you have your own life to live. I don’t need you to be worrying about me.” Y/N told him with frustration still not looking at him with tears streaming down her cheeks. Jack let out a sigh as he sat down next to her.
“You were the only person that I had on my mind when I was away filming.” Jack told her which made her finally look at him. “While I was away all I wanted to do all day was facetime you so I could see your beautiful face.” Jack told her. She felt her heart skip a beat when he called her beautiful. “You think I’m beautiful?” Y/N asked as she stared into his brown eyes. “I think you’re the most beautiful girl in whole world.” Jack told her as he took one of her hands into his. “But why me? I don’t wear all of those glamorous clothes your female co-star’s wear.” Y/N said as the frustration inside her came out again. “I don’t give a fuck about that.” Jack told her in a stern tone.
“Y/N, you are beautiful just the way you are. Just because you don’t wear expensive clothes doesn’t mean that you aren’t beautiful in what you wear. What you wear is your style and I love your style.” Jack told her letting go of her hand, putting his hand on her cheek wiping away her tears with his thumb. “I’m falling in love in with you because I love everything about you.” Jack confessed which made her eyes go wide. She was completely stunned because he just told her that he feels the same way she feels. Jack leaned in and connected his lips with hers. Y/N completely melted into the kiss. Their lips fitted just like a puzzle piece. When they released from the kiss they stared deeply into each other’s eyes.
“Since tomorrow is our last day here, how about we spend the whole day together for our first date?” Jack said to her. “I’d love that!” Y/N said with excitement as a big smile formed on her lips. Jack returned the big smile as he wrapped one of his arms around her shoulders bringing her close to his body. Y/N rested her head onto his shoulder. “Thank you for always being here when I need you.” Y/N said in a soft tone as he rubbed his hand up and down her arm in comfort. “I’m always here for my girl.” Jack told her and gave her a soft kiss on the top of her head which made her giggle. Y/N and Jack stayed in that position as they watched the beautiful sun set.

Since Avatar 2 came out in December a few behind the scenes clips have been released. The most popular one being Jamie’s documentary he made on YouTube. It was so cute it brought you to tears the first time you saw it, all the happy memories of filming overwhelmed you in the best way possible.
Before watching it you didn’t realize how you and Jack were almost always around each other. Specifically you guys were always asleep on each other. Your smile got even brighter as you watched a clip of you and Jack when you were younger resting before you guys had to film. You were both sitting in your trailer and still had the dots on your face and the performance capture suits on and your hair was still up. You could hear Jamie and Bailey laughing in the background as the went into they trailer and filmed you both.
Jamie and Bailey walked in the trailer, camera in hand, “Y/N can i get an interview with-“ he cut himself off when he saw you and Jack asleep. You were sitting on the small couch with your head on his shoulder. Bailey awwed at the two of you while Jamie boo’d and that made Bailey nudge him before they both walked out, playfully bickering with each other.
You kept watching the video and the second time you saw you and Jack asleep was in the car. It was taken at least a year later. The younger cast decided to go to the beach for a break and you two were asleep in the car. This time he had fallen asleep against you. Jamie was filming Trinity talking and she pointed out you and Jack.
“Look they’re asleep!”, she whisper yelled. “Oh, when are they not?” Jamie responded before turning the camera to you both. You were against the window and Jacks head was on yours, because of the height difference. “They look so peaceful.” Bailey quietly laughed before Trinity got bored and bugged her to play something with her.
You grinned as you watched different clips of you and your cast mates. Premieres, hang outs, dinners, little interviews. You were really glad Jamie put this together. There was a clip of Jack giving you a piggy back ride while Trinity chased you two around. You listened to what Bailey, Filip, and Jamie had to say about the whole process while clips of you and your cast mates having fun played in the background.
Near the end of the video there was a third clip of you and Jack asleep. You truly didn’t know that it was a thing between the two of you before watching this video, but it was special. In the third clip it was when you guys were a little older, at least 15-16 and you were in a hotel lobby. Bailey had the camera this time.
The camera was pointed at the two of you, “And here we have the two lovebirds!” She then pointed it back to herself. “I wonder how many shots Jamie has taken of them asleep. How many do you think, Trinity?” Bailey pointed the camera towards Trinity, who was next to her. She put her finger on her chin, pretending to think. “At least 10.” “10? I think it might be a few more but I’m not sure how many he’ll use.” Bailey flipped it to you both again while her and Trinity made bets. Your head was on his shoulder and your hands were intertwined.
The video ended and you closed your computer and smiled to yourself as you looked to see Jack asleep next to you.

“Watch your feet,” Tsu’tey throws an angry glance at you, as you stumble through the thick bushes, trying to catch up to him.
Tsu’tey didn’t like dreamwalkers, hell, he almost killed one a few years back, if he hadn’t been stopped. But Tsu’tey especially didn’t like the ones that were awkward and weak in their disguised bodies, asking stupid questions, and constantly getting themselves into trouble. So of course, he was angry when Jake ordered him to keep an eye on you.
“Tsu’tey,” you breathe out, “Please wait for me.”
Despite the strength that your new body possesses, you struggle to keep up with Tsu’tey, feeling like a helpless child in comparison. He walks fast, treating this like another mission that he desperately wants to get over with. Tsu’tey doesn’t really care that Jake welcomed you into the clan for the help you offered. Or that the maps you've made could save the Omaticaya from future attacks by the sky people. What are a few more attacks on him? Tsu’tey relished in destroying the massive flying ships, he could go against them without your help any day.
From the moment you embarked on your journey to the science facility to retrieve some of your equipment, it seemed like Tsu’tey’s luck had run out. As if for some reason Eywa had cursed him, making his journey with you longer and tiresome.
At first, he resented the idea of sharing his direhorse with you, since you hadn’t learned how to ride one yet. He also hated how you would cling to his middle, whenever he sped up, and restricted his movements. If only you had kept quiet, he could have tolerated you more, but instead, you occasionally tried to pry into his past.
“So, why don’t you have a mate?”
“She was killed by one of your demons.”
“Oh.”
Two hours in, Tsu’tey decided to stop by the river to give his horse a short break. As you crouched down by the water, examining the way it bubbled, Tsu’tey observed you in silence. He thought you were strange-looking, but not like Jake. To him, Jake was ugly. You had something intriguing about your appearance. Pretty, although Tsu’tey had a hard time getting used to it. But the compliment he wanted to grant you was immediately pushed to the back of his mind when he heard your frightened scream. You noticed an arachnoid crawling up your thigh and shrieked out of fear, violently shaking your leg to get it off. Spooked by your sudden outburst, the horse loudly neighed and fled through the air. Tsu’tey quickly jumped to his feet, but when he saw the reason for your shrieks, he felt his blood boil. In your defense, you had heard stories of poisonous arachnids of Pandora and you weren’t taking any chances.
So here you are, trudging along behind, with ears pressed flat against your skull. Tsu’tey had scolded you, blaming your weak spirit for the consequences. Since you were too far from the Hometree, and the horse was long gone, you had to continue the rest of the journey on foot. Which meant more hours spent with you.
The silence that follows is almost unbearable, broken only by the sound of your footsteps and the occasional rustling of leaves. What Tsu’tey did not expect was for you to be so slow. He almost gave up on the plan, contemplating going back to the village and fetching another horse. He even entertained the thought of taming a palulukan in case of an attack. In the worst case, he'd end up dead and wouldn’t be forced to care for you for another minute.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
As the day wears on, and the sun starts to set, casting a warm orange glow on the surroundings, you decide to voice your concern.
“Do you think we’ll make it to the facility by night?”
Tsu’tey throws a glance at you over his shoulder, letting out a bitter chuckle. You grimace at his reaction.
“Got it,” you bite your lip.
He comes to a stop, and begins scanning the area around him. You wait for further clarification but he ignores you completely, then starts gathering twigs into a small cone.
“We will camp for the night,” he finally says, gesturing at you, “Gather some more, and stay here. I will be back soon.”
You discover that ‘soon’ meant different things to you and Tsu’tey. While you assumed he would be out hunting, the chilly air made you decide to start the fire and keep an eye on it, so it doesn’t die out. You hadn’t realized how tired you were, the warmth radiating from the small fire was making your eyelids droopy. You tried to resist sleep to prove to Tsu’tey that you were capable, but you couldn't hold out much longer, nestling on the ground.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
Tsu’tey nudges you awake with a gentle touch, and you catch a whiff of a delicious aroma. As you open your eyes, you see him crouching in front of you, holding a piece of meat wrapped in leaves. Your mouth waters at the sight, and you eagerly take it from his hands and devour it. Tsu’tey can't help but chuckle, as he watches the satisfied grin spread across your face.
“Slow down,” he says softly, motioning for you to take a seat next to him, closer to the fire.
You watch him roast a smaller piece of meat and put it in his mouth. Instead of savoring the taste, Tsu’tey chews on it while continuing cutting up more pieces. You feel a little guilty that he prepares food for the both of you but doesn’t take a moment to enjoy it.
“Can I help?” you ask, moving closer to him.
He doesn’t answer, instead pointing to the knife on your belt. When you take it out, Tsu’tey pierces a piece of meat on the sharp tip, and motions for you to hold it over the fire. You follow his orders, watching the meat slowly cook as the aroma hits your nostrils and your stomach grumbles.
This must be the first time he sees you do something right. Tsu’tey nods approvingly as he watches you carefully turn the meat over the fire, your knife skillful in your hands. A comfortable silence hangs over you, as you both start eating.
“We will continue our journey early in the morning,” he breaks the silence, “We must move quickly and return back as fast as we can. ‘Don’t want to camp out in the forest for another night, it can be dangerous.”
You only nod, agreeing with his plan. It was rare for him to keep you informed anyway, so you weren’t going to doubt Tsu’tey.
“You don’t trust that I can help, do you?”
“I am not sure,” he admits, “But if Toruk Makto trusts you, I can give you a chance to prove yourself.”
“Your prejudice against me is ironic,” you scoff, “Jake was just like me once, before becoming Toruk Makto.”
“Not just like you,” Tsu’tey chuckles, shaking his head, “You are too weak.”
“I am smart,” you argue.
Tsu’tey hums in agreement. There is some truth to his words, you have shown weakness. Adapting to a completely new environment, getting used to another culture, suddenly being forced into hours of physical activity that you weren’t committed to. At times, it would get too much but the support of the clan was all the validation you needed to stay.
“I know you don’t believe me, but I’ll do anything to help your people,” you face him with new confidence, he hasn’t seen in you yet.
“You betray your own?” Tsu’tey frowns.
“I have no other choice. They are destroying everything because of greed,” you shake your head in disappointment. He nods.
“And your family? You left them too?”
“I don’t have one,” a bitter chuckle escapes from your lips, “They don’t claim me anymore. And I don’t claim them.”
“So they disowned you?”
“Pretty much,” you shrug, “They think that I am betraying them because I want to protect the life on Pandora.”
“It must take great strength to go against your family,” Tsu’tey compliments you.
You shy away from his softened gaze, warm feeling spreading in your chest from the kind words. It was tough to be one of the engineers who worked for RDA and had to betray them. But you couldn’t stand the idea of contributing to the destruction they were causing. It was why you first found Jake and warned him about the impending danger. And it was then when you first felt welcomed by the clan, cared for.
Now, you needed to sneak back into the facility and retrieve the equipment you left to track the future attacks. Tsu’tey was assigned to accompany you since it was dangerous to go alone. Even though most of the team at the facility shared similar opinions and wouldn't stop you, there was still a risk of encountering RDA guards. Getting caught would mean you could never return.
As the night wears on and the fire grows smaller and smaller, you and Tsu’tey continue to talk. You’re surprised by how he opens up to you, and how he doesn’t protest when you tell him about your past. Eventually, you feel your eyes growing heavy and your head nodding off to the side. Tsu’tey notices and stays up to keep an eye on you, making sure you’re safe while you sleep.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
When you wake up in the morning, you feel slightly restricted around your middle. You huff slightly, trying to move, as you realize that Tsu’tey is sleeping beside you, with his leg thrown over yours, and his arms wrapped around you. The closeness of his body sends a flush of heat to your cheeks, and you feel butterflies fluttering in your stomach.
“Tsu’tey,” you nudge him, “Wake up.”
It doesn’t take much to rouse him. You guess that, as a warrior, he was trained to be sensitive to sounds around him. Tsu’tey grunts heavily before blinking a few times, adjusting his eyes to the light. When he realizes how close your face is to his, he almost recoils.
"For someone who seems to hate me, you're very protective," you tease him, patting his arms playfully.
“Mhm, couldn’t risk you rolling into the fire in your sleep,” he grumbles, freeing you from his grasp.

Hello!! I love your Korra X readers so I’m just gonna ask if you could do a Korra x Fem!reader (or GN up to you!) with the cliche plot of Reader being injured and not telling anyone until later? Hope you are doing well!!
YURR lets go. I initially wrote this as a fem!reader, but I didn't even use the reader's pronouns in this so, gender neutral reader it is!
Kiss It Better | Korra x Beifong!Reader
Tumblr media
╰┈➤ PLOT: With your girlfriend saving the world all the time, you take it as your job to not worry her with your own problems. If you needed help with something, you'd figure it out or get someone else's help. What happens when your "selflessness" nearly costs you an arm?
╰┈➤ WARNING: Injured!Reader, Suggestive Mentions, Cursing, Not Proofread, Beifong!Reader
⍣ ೋ Enjoy!⍣ ೋ
Tumblr media
It was a simple fracture. You were training with Bolin and a cluster of Earth hit you too hard in the arm. Bolin apologized and even offered to take you to the infirmary, but you rejected him.
One, you were a Beifong; you don't get hurt. Two, if you go to the infirmary, chances are you'll get a cast or some sort of sling. That'll worry your girlfriend, the Avatar, and with all the duties she had to attend to, your fractured arm was the least of her worries.
"Oh, fuck," you hissed, leaning back into your plush sofa. Typically, the plush cushions and fuzzy fabric would comfort you. The cushions would allow your muscles to relax and for your body to find comfort in the warm snuggles of your girlfriend's blanket. But now, the cushions only make your body hurt worse.
There was no support in the cushions. The plushiness was too plushy and the warm comfort typically found within the blanket was annoying.
"I'm home!" Korra announced. The woman kicked off her boots, put up her short hair, and plopped beside you on the couch.
You groaned, holding your bicep.
Korra tilted her head, raising a brow. "Hey, you okay? Was I too loud or something?"
Time slowed as you forced a laugh out of your chest. If you laughed too hard, your arm would ache. If you didn't laugh enough, Korra would assume something was wrong.
Nothing was wrong. At least, to her knowledge.
"Oh, sorry!" you smiled at her, "I was actually practicing this new joke Mako taught me. I was supposed to make this sound, but I guess I haven't mastered it yet."
"Oh... haha," Korra forced out of her. "No more taking joke suggestions from Mako. He doesn't have a funny bone in his body." The Avatar nestled her head on your chest. She hummed, snuggling into the warmth of your body.
"Right," you chewed on your lip. "I don't know what I was thinking."
-
"One, hit! Two, hit! Three--!"
"Okay!" you howled. You and Bolin have been training for three hours straight now. Something must've inspired Bolin because he's been sending over disks, boulders, and other forms of Earth toward you like there was no tomorrow. While he was losing pounds by sweating alone, your arm was screaming at you.
"Please stop moving me!" "I'm hurt!" "Why do you hate us?!"
You wished you could listen to your body. You really did. But you read somewhere that certain fractures can heal on their own with the proper rest and care.
You thought you could take it easy in training today, but obviously, Bolin had other plans.
"Oh," Bolin smiled, peeling himself away from his boxed stance. "Did I go too far? Sorry. Opal said something last night about guys working out and how she loved watching me train sometimes, so I wanted to work extra hard this practice so I wouldn't feel bad for showing off."
Your chest heaved up and down as the boy spoke. The fire in your arm was excruciating and it was spreading to your shoulders.
You trudged along the training center, going to a lousy bench where your water bottle and workout towel lay. "No, no," you told Bolin, "it's okay. I just need a break. That's all."
Lowering yourself onto the bench, your muscles and all the meat on your body felt like falling off the bone like you were a tenderly cooked piece of chicken. Your thighs ached and shook, like after an endless night with Korra. You took your towel and slung it over your good arm. You carefully opened your water bottle to take a sip.
Bolin followed after, mindlessly yapping about Opal and how pretty she was. Once he sat himself next to you and drank from his water, his eyes bulged out of his head, and water sprayed from his mouth.,
You whipped your head toward him, perplexed. "Oh, my Spirits! What was that?"
"What happened to your arm?" the boy exclaimed. He pointed at the swollen and bruised skin. Your rotator cuff was a deep purple with blue specs. He couldn't see it, but the bruising gave a pulsing sensation.
You scoffed and went for another sip of water. "Nothing. Just bumped into a pole."
"What kind of pole hit you like that?" he exclaimed again, now out of his seat. His green eyes were now filled with fear; his body trembled with worry.
You tried to shrug, but since your hurt arm was alarmingly tough and sore, only your good arm moved. "I don't know," you mumbled. "It was a while ago, I think. I can't really remember."
"Well, you have to at least let a nurse or someone qualified check you out! This looks bad, Beifong. No pole could've done this."
"Bolin," you rose to your feet. "I'm fine. Don't make me say it again." You didn't let Bolin get another word in as you gathered your things. "And Bolin, don't mention this to anyone."
-
Bolin can't keep a secret and honestly, it's your fault for telling him to keep one. You're his friend and Bolin doesn't believe in keeping his friends in danger. You need medical attention, even if you are too stubborn to admit it.
Immediately after practice, he ran to Mako who ran to Asami who told Korra.
When she first heard the news, Korra had mixed emotions. She was vexed because she didn't notice your pain and you didn't tell her, yet worried about the extremity of your injury. Could your arm fall off? What if the injury was actually worse underneath?
The Krew discussed your injury and how to intervene in your careless ways of living. There was a plan where they tricked you into going to the hospital, another where they took you out to dinner and would finesse you into spilling your guts, and then there's the plan they actually went through; the plan that made the most sense.
Korra was to go home with a smile on her face, cuddle and kiss on you for a while, and then ease into the conversation of training and injuries.
Mako thought the subtle conversation topic would force you to talk about your injury without actually forcing you.
Well, it's been two fucking hours of medical talk and Korra wasn't getting anywhere.
The two of you were cuddling on your bed, legs entangled with each other and her arms around your waist. She had her head on your good arm and from the corner of her eye, she could see the black and blue bruising that was growing to your neck.
Your pajamas acted as a pathetic way to hide it.
Korra was done playing the nice game. She had Asami in her head telling her to play the nice game and to ease into it. (She also had Mako claiming that Korra was unable to play the "nice-and-ease-into-it" game, but what Mako doesn't know won't kill him).
"Bolin told me," Korra spoke, her eyes fixated on the wall in front of you two.
You hummed, keeping your eyes closed. The ache and burn on your arm weren't as bad anymore. You also read somewhere that heat would inflame the injury more so after a quick lukewarm shower, you iced. You iced and replaced the ice for hours until Korra came home.
You were missing that ice right about now.
"Told you what?"
"That you have a disgusting bruise on your shoulder." Okay, so Bolin didn't describe it as disgusting, but what you don't know won't kill you either.
You snickered. "I ran into a pole, okay? It's not the big of a deal."
"Then why are you lying to me?" Korra pulled herself off of your chest. With delicate fingers, the Avater peeled the soft fabric off your shoulders.
The subtle movement of the fabric made you wince and the natural instinct was to push Korra away, so, you did. You pushed on her stomach to move her away from you. "Korra, don't."
"Oh, what are you gonna do?" she scoffed. Korra sat on her knees, shoulders squared to you and arms crossed over her chest. "Threaten me? You saw how that worked out with Bolin, nice move by the way." Korra's words were stern and leaning towards the angry side of things. Her nose scrunched while her nostrils flared. She was also gripping her arms so hard, her grip made marks.
"I didn't threaten him," you claimed.
"So, what would you call it? Being a bad friend? Telling him to keep your health a secret knowing damn well it's on the line?"
"My health is not on the line!" You've sat up from the bed now. Your bad arm rested on a mound of pillows and your good arm held it for support. "It's a tiny injury, sprain if you wanna go that far."
"That's rich," Korra scoffed. She shook her head, getting off the bed. "You can barely talk to me without the corner of your mouthing ticking from the pain. I can barely put my hands on your shirt and you can barely sit on the couch without groaning in pain."
You suddenly found interest in the ceiling. You took note of the texture and the color. You would find any new fact you could about this ceiling if it meant you could avoid Korra's burning gaze and her rising anger.
This is why you didn't want to tell her in the first place. She's worried about everyone else and for once, you wanted to be someone she doesn't have to worry about. But now she's here, yelling at you because she cares. Because you didn't tell her.
"I didn't want you to worry about me too," you mumbled. Your gaze dropped to the comforter. "You have so much on your plate, I wanted to ease the load. You shouldn't be stressed about me, you're the Avatar. You have more people to worry about."
Watching you struggle to look her in the eye, Korra sat herself on the bed. She put a soft hand on the mound of your knee, using her thumb to soothe the skin. "Hey," she spoke. "I am your girlfriend first and the Avatar second. I will always worry about you. You deserved to be worried about and cared for."
You swallowed thickly. The back of your throat scratched like you had a cold yet your mouth was eager to say something back. Your brain couldn't think of any words to say.
"Your struggles and problems aren't inferior to me. I want you to come to me with your troubles, not because I'm the Avatar, but because I'm your girlfriend. It's my job to care for you, to heal you when you're sick, and to pick you up when you're down. Master of the Elements or not, that's my job and it's yours too," she sighed. "So, please, for the first time, tell me what's wrong and what I can do to help you."
The moment your eyes locked with hers, a flood broke through you. You wept as you told her what was wrong with your arm and how long you've tried to sustain this injury, four days.
Korra could kick herself over and over again for not noticing how much pain you were in, but you were a good pretender. In some way, she had Bolin and Opal to thank. Without Bolin's sudden desire to train extra hard, you wouldn't be forced to stop pretending.
But instead of wallowing in self-pity and throwing a really weird party for the couple in her head, she comforted you. She pulled you to her chest and held you as tightly as she could without hurting you further.
The two of you stayed like that, you in her arms, for a while. You didn't take notice of the time spent in the position. You two focused on each other's breathing and warmth.
And finally, for the first time in a long time, you let Korra take care of you.

Traveling through Strange’s inter-dimensional portal is a different experience from going through one of Miguel’s. It’s less of a laser light show and more of a psychedelic drug trip.
Shapes and patterns warps in front of you, and the strength of gravity seems to press in against you from all sides as you fall upwards through an endless space.
You lose track of time. You don’t know how long you’ve been in here. It could be hours or seconds, but you can't tell the difference. Then it stops.
There is a gentle light ahead of you, and as you pass through it, the soft warmth of it trickles away. Then you find yourself standing in a familiar vast and empty space once again.
Staring into the far distance, the only thing you see is the blank whiteness ahead of you, just as jarring and endless as last time.
You clutch onto the pink-gemmed amulet hanging from your neck, gifted to you by Strange. A magical artifact that’s meant to help you keep your physical form in this space so you don’t fade away like you did last time.
Everything is static here, stale. There’s no air flow, no sense of temperature. The environment is neither hot nor cold against your skin, but somehow you feel an ever-present chill seeping into your bones.
Taking a deep breath, you start to walk forward.
You're shivering with each step you take. There's no sound under your step. No shadows cast under the soles of your feet.
"Boss lady,” Lyla pipes up, her hologram avatar hovering over your shoulders. “I really don't like this. Let's go back home, Beyoncé is holding a concert in Amsterdam! I got us front row seat tickets."
It's a valiant attempt, Miguel really did a great job coding her, but you’re not going back without him. Ignoring Lyla, you continue on your path.
There’s no sign of Miguel anywhere. It's all infinite whiteness as far as the eye can see, with no signs of an end.
The last two times you were here, you didn’t have a chance to gain an understanding of how big this space is. For all you know it could be as vast and endless as the universe itself. What if you’re stuck wandering in this place for an eternity and still never find Miguel?
You walk on, eyes roaming the space, and a dull ache starts to form behind them from staring at the glaring brightness.
There! Off to your left, you finally spot… something.
Your heart leaps in your chest as you clock a disruption in the blank whiteness. A tiny disruption. Or maybe it’s just far away? The emptiness of this place is hell on your depth perception. You veer in that direction, squinting as you approach, until you’re finally close enough to make out what it is.
In the middle of the vast nothingness, there is a tiny ball of crumpled up yellowish paper floating at knee height.
Huh?
Isn't this a complete void where nothing exists or can exist? Why is there trash here?
You squat down hunching over your knees until the little paper ball is eye level and inspect it closer.
The color and thickness of the paper is familiar. It looks like a post-it note that’s been folded in half, tiny, uneven triangles sticking out at each of the four corners.
How weird.
Crumpled as it is, you can see now that the crooked folds and creases aren't all random. Looking closely, there seems to have been a failed attempt of trying to fold them in a sequence but lacking the proper hand to eye dexterity to do it properly.
Wait, is this…? It must be.
You recognize it now. It’s one of your unfortunate attempts at an origami frog from when you were killing time with Miguel at your work. But what is it doing here of all places?
Tentatively reaching out, you poke at the piece of paper. To your surprise there’s resistance.
That's... odd.
There's nothing else here. Nothing holding it.
Just the failed paper frog suspended in thin air.
You try again, grabbing a corner of the paper this time, but the results are the same. It stubbornly refuses to move. When you tug, it jerks back, away from you.
Squinting your eyes, you lean closer and carefully observe the space in front of you.
Now when you’re paying close attention, you can just about make out a vague, almost invisible outline.
It’s barely there, and you can only tell because the blank whiteness in front of you seems to warp slightly with the smallest tremor of a movement.
Whatever this is, it really doesn’t want you to take your piece of trash back from it.
You frown in annoyance. This doesn't make sense. Why would your poor deformed paper frog even be here? The only people who even had anything to do with the stupid thing are you and–
"Miguel?"
The movement stills at your voice.
When you don't look away, it seems spooked by your gaze, shirking at the attention. The thing shifts in its shape, shrinking down like it's trying to make itself smaller.
You try to move closer, and the obscure translucent form moves away from you, gliding seamlessly into the empty space.
Without a shape it takes you a few moments before you register its movement and what it's trying to do. It's moving fast, as if it's trying to flee from you.
Because it is. Shit!
You run after it, guided by the vague hazy contour against the nothingness that surrounds you. Even without legs, this shapeless thing is moving fast.
"Stop!" you shout, "Stop, stop, please stop! It's me!"
You leap forward, grabbing at the empty outline in front of you, and to your surprise find purchase on the nothingness under your grip.
"Miguel, stop running!" you shout.
It does. He does.
There is something there now, a semi-invisible mass, slightly more opaque than it was a second ago.
You open your mouth to speak, but you don't know what to say. Don't even know for certain that this is Miguel or not.
But you hope it is. Have to believe it is. You’re too desperate to overthink it, and you spout the first thing that comes into your head.
"Come back, Miguel. Come back, and I'll take you back to that cheap Chinese diner you liked so much. We can get all the food you want, all of it deep fried! I'll even share the egg tarts this time."
You think you see something shift before you. It could just be your imagination, but the tiniest speck of color seems to emerge from within the translucent mass.
Somehow, whatever you’re doing must be working, and you quickly try to think of what else you can say that will tempt him to come back.
Food. Maybe more about food will work? It worked for you, after all.
"The Reese buttercups in our other apartment are all expired, but I think they'd still be okay to eat, and– and– And I'll make you cookies if you come back! Blue spiderman ones that match your suit."
The speck of color pops, fading into thin air, your fingers sinking further into the nothingness of his form, and a spike of panic stabs through your chest.
Why isn’t it working!? Was it not the food that made him react after all? You don’t know what else to try.
That first time you were here, Miguel was able to bring you back to yourself with the intimate details he knew from the other lifetime you two had shared. Maybe you can do the same.
"Your name is Miguel O'hara," you start, "and- and-" And then you have to stop, not sure of what else to say. "And your eyes are red... for some reason. And you have fangs! Fangs that can deliver some kind of fucking paralysis venom, which is completely ridiculous by the way!"
Nothing happens. There’s no change save for that the form underneath you squirms and tries to get away from your grip.
"And... and..."
Shit. This is getting you nowhere.
Unlike Miguel, you haven't had the front seat experience of living a lifetime together with him. There's only so much you know about him. Because that man is more secretive than a CIA agent.
You bite down on your lip in frustration.
"Goddamnit, Miguel! I barely know anything about you because you never tell me shit!"
The shape underneath you stops wiggling underneath you.
You take a deep breath, closing your eyes as you gather yourself, then you reopen them again, staring up at the upper part of the half-invisible shape like he's standing in front of you.
There's no point in trying to beat Miguel at a game of knowledge. You will never win. You never got to learn or memorize every personal and intimate detail about the man and his life. But there's one thing that you know beyond any doubt.
"I miss you," you tell him.
Strokes of soft colors streaks through the translucent mass at your words. A gentle blossoming spreads and you can see the opaque material reform inch by inch, until it vaguely resembles the silhouette of a body.
"I can’t even eat without you around, which has never happened to me before. I’ve been able to eat through food poisoning. But now the cupcakes from Gladis remind me of you and how you're not here, and they taste like cardboard."
He feels firmer somehow, more solid, and there’s even the faintest trace of warmth under your fingertips. Hope flutters in your chest at the change, and you tighten your grip on him.
“I miss you. More than I ever thought it could be possible to miss someone."
You can faintly make out limbs and shoulders, and the outline of a head.
"I miss falling asleep next to you. It's too quiet without your snoring, and the bed is too big without you there."
The body grows taller, and you can see the familiar tan of his skin now, the line of his jaw and the sharp angle of his nose re-materializing before your eyes.
"I miss watching you eat three dozen tacos in one sitting, scaring the tables around us. I miss having you with me and getting to talk to you, or even just sitting next to you doing nothing.”
You lean up towards him, raised on the tip of your toes, until you're up against him. “I just want you to be here with me. Please come back," you whisper into him.
Then he's there. Right in front of you, large and firm and warm as he towers above you, forehead pressed against yours, in your arms.
He’s here. Miguel is here.
His hair is a soft tousled mess. Eyes warm and hazy as he slowly blinks them open like he's just woken up from a hibernation while he gazes down on your face in an intimate silence.
It doesn’t last for very long. His gaze sharpens, blinking in rapid succession as confusion bleeds into his face. You can see the exact moment that consciousness and awareness fully return to him. Because he steps back from you, red eyes burning with an angry determination.
"What are you doing here?" he snarls at you.
Because of course he does. Of course anger is his first reaction at seeing you here.
"You can't be here," he says.
You don't even get a word in before Miguel reaches for your wrist.
"Lyla!" he barks out, and there’s a ping on your arm in response.
"Lyla, stand down," you command, smacking your palm over the face of the dial before the hologram can pop up. You already know that the next words out of his mouth will be a command to whisk you away again if you let him speak.
His lips twist into a frustrated snarl. Eyes glowing with that red fury that you recognize by now as the beginnings of an anger tantrum.
“Why don't you get it? I need to do this," he seethes, gesturing at the void, "I have to disappear. For your sake! It's my fault. I'm the reason you keep dying. I’m killing you!”
“That’s not true! You saved me! You caught me when I fell off the Chrysler building—twice!—and–”
“That doesn’t matter!” he snarls, rounding on you, “Don’t you understand!? You’re still going to die! If I'm with you, you die.”
There’s a moment of resounding silence, and you watch as the anger bleeds away from Miguel’s face, leaving something else in its place.
Something like grief.
“I can’t– I can’t do that again,” he says quietly, and he looks so sad that it damn near breaks your heart.
“Miguel…”
You don’t know what to say in the face of such raw and obvious grief. Until… suddenly, you do.
“Whether you're here or not, I could still die, Miguel."
Your words seem to hit him like a blow, and he flinches back, his eyes going round and liquid, open mouth quivering for a moment before it pulls right into a hard downturned line.
"Even if you were gone, there still wouldn’t be any guarantees," you say.
You brush your hand alongside his, trying to hold his hand in yours but he draws it away.
"You could save me by erasing yourself from existence and tomorrow a bus driver that isn't paying attention might hit me and I'd die anyhow," you continue, and he flinches visibly. "You can't control these things, and I would rather be with you and take the chance and be happy until it happens."
His hand balls up in agitation at his side. "I– I just don't want you to die again," he says, helplessness bleeding through every syllable of his words.
Your heart aches at his obvious pain. All you want, all you've ever wanted is to make that pain a little bit smaller. You step forward closing the distance between you, and he doesn't back away or move from you this time.
“Everybody dies. Regardless of what happens here I will too someday. But you’ve given me extra time. You did that. You saved me, again and again. And I’m so happy that you did. That I got to have that time with you. To share donuts with you in bed, or fold post-its frogs in the office."
His eyes close tightly, and he gives a slight shake of his head, grief and denial warring in his features. “None of that matters if you don’t survive,” he says quietly.
“You say it doesn’t matter, but it does, Miguel. Those moments matter to me. And even if we die here in this stupid video game loading screen, or if we make it out of here, but something else gets me, it will still matter to me.”
There's no telling if your grand speech is actually getting through to him because he's still not looking at you or meeting your eyes. You grab at his shoulder for his attention. It's all you can do to not shake him and rattle him until he accepts what you are trying to tell him.
"I want to be with you, and even if you can’t save me in the end, that's okay. I just want to be with you for as long as I can. However long or short of a time that is, I won’t have any regrets as long as I get to spend it with you. I told you, didn’t I? Every me in every universe would say the same, given a choice."
He doesn’t respond this time and part of you feels like you’re talking to a besieged wall. Reaching up, you cup his cheeks in your hands and pull his face down to meet your eyes.
“How many other universes are out there where those versions of us never get to know each other at all? …Thousands? …Millions? We’re the lucky ones, Miguel. We got to meet, and we have a chance against all odds. So what if it means we have to jump through a few hoops and universes to be together?”
His eyes open fully at your words, and lock on your face. You think you can see the cracks in his defenses. His hands unfurl and twitch at his sides as if he’s fighting himself to reach for you.
"I love you,” you tell him, and his lips part with a slight tremble.
You’re running out of things to say that can convince him now. The only thing that’s left is for Miguel to make the choice.
Your hand slides down from his face, and he looks distraught at the loss of contact as you take one small step back and away from him.
"Let's try to be happy this time," you tell him.
Reaching out your hand towards him, you try your best to smile through your nervousness, hoping that he is going to say yes to you this time despite his trademark stubbornness that you’ve come to love and hate sometimes.
Miguel looks at your hand, hesitation carved into every shade of red in those eyes. His hand flexes by his side, but doesn’t move.
He’s still unsure, and hope falls flat in your chest at the thought that he might very well make the choice to stay and destroy himself despite how much you don’t want him to.
But then he nods, and your heart begins to sing.
Tentative as it may be, his arm still reaches out towards you, fingers seeking out yours and he takes your hand.
"Yeah," he answers quietly. “Let’s be happy.”
Your smile grows wider, eyes watery as your vision blur around the edges when you look up at him. Happiness blossoming in your chest until it feels so full you think your ribs might burst from it.
You squeeze down on his larger hands in yours, to reassure yourself that he is really here, with you. And he is.
"Lyla," you say, and your watch pings at your command, before Lyla’s face lights up the space above.
"Good to have you back with us, boss," she says with a salute in Miguel’s direction. “Where to now?”
“Lyla,” he acknowledges with a faint smile and a nod, but he doesn’t look away from your face. "Do the thing. Take us home. Home-home."
Warm amber light rises up to surround you both, and Miguel pulls you into his chest. A kaleidoscope of colors explodes before your eyes, swirling around the two of you as he holds you in his arms.
You can't stop smiling at him, grinning like an idiot, as you tilt up to press your forehead to his.
Reality reforms around you, specks of navy-blue filling the large and vast sky. You're standing on the rooftop of a tall building surrounded by the skyline of brightly lit skyscrapers, a labyrinth of levitating bridges and streets laid out beneath. Floating vehicles buzz and soar through the sky like flamboyant dragonflies. Below your feet there is an ocean of dotted neon lights and colorful hologram billboards filling every inch and corner of the city below.
This must be Miguel's home dimension. What did he call it?  Earth-3000-something? Nueva York, he said, and it certainly looks new—bright and fantastical, like nothing you’ve ever known before—but you only have eyes for the man in front of you.
Miguel pulls back slightly, squeezing down on your hand.
"So what do we do now? As long as I exist, the universe will still be out to get you," he says.
Despite the bleakness of the picture he’s painting, his eyes are soft and there’s something that sounds like hope in his tone.
You smile at him, eyes narrowing against the bright neon lights of the tall towering buildings around you.
"We live,” you answer, “Together. As long as we can. I hear you're some kind of genius scientist or something. I'm sure we'll think of something fun to do in the infinite multiverse."
“What do you want to do first?” he asks.
“Sleep.”
He's smiling at you, the corners of his fangs peeking out against his lower lip, eyes squinting in a way that makes him look almost boyish.
The sight of it makes your cheeks warm pleasantly and affection blossoms endlessly in your chest for him.
This isn’t the end, but if it were, it feels like it's a good one this time. Miguel walks out towards the ledge of the building, turning back to reach out his hand to you.
"Let’s go, Cielito."
[Nueva York, Earth 928-C]
The end.

(Hi Rome! Sorry to bother you)
But may I request part two of Ciel babysitting Elizabeth's younger brother? Perhaps this time they go out for a fun event (With Lizzie of course) when they turned around after watching a few people doing tricks the 3 didn't see (name) anymore so they panicked. What they didn't know was that the little one made friends with a new demon friend, Sebastian found him trying to carry him away from his demon friend, but his friend couldn't let him go
(Sorry for my bad grammar, and you can choose to ignore this)

(Name) was dressed in a lovely spring outfit, Lizzie making sure he was dressed in his best "Mr. Sebastian! Look, a kitty!" When (name) learned the butler likes cats, he always found something cat related to show the other.
(Name) got to lead the group around and Sebastian won him toys, the boy over the moon with his new toy. "Whoa...." He said in awe at the juggler on a unicycle and the others watched curiously, unaware (name) saw something of even more interest and wandered off.
"Alright (name)...(name)?" The group looked around to realize that there was no itty bitty to, panic flooding them (save for Sebastian who was calm at all times).
"Hi!" (Name) looked up at the other who looked at him curiously, having gone to the human realm for business and this small human clung to him "hello little one" he said softly and (name) beamed "what's your name?" The boy asked and the other tilted his head "my name is Asmodeus... But you can call me Asmo" he said softly as he lifted the boy in his arms "my name is (name)! I'm four!" He said with pride and the lust demon chuckled.
This human was his now.
"Interesting"
Sebastian didn't know what to do or feel as he saw a sin hold little (name) who babbled about anything the boy could think of "there's my family!" (Name) tried to pull away but the demon clung to his new best friend "Mr. Sebastian! Do you think mama will be upset at my new friend?" (Name) asked as the demon basically claimed him as his son and after some convincing, (name) was wondering around with a "dog" much to his nannies worry.
Though Sebastian was worried on this friendship between the avatar of lust and his young masters brother in law...

it had become normal to wake up in the arms of your girlfriend.
more often than not, the two of you would stay over at each others houses. in the last 2 months it would be easier to find the two of them sleeping in the same bed rather than finding them alone.
you had been friends with sarah for years so neither of your parents thought about it as anything other than two really good friends.
and thankfully, your parents didn't often barge into your bedroom to find the two of you tangled up in each others limbs, often in minimal clothing.
but just because it was normal to wake up with sarah, didnt make the fuzzy feeling in your chest any less present when you woke up with her body pressed against yours.
like this morning.
you woke up first, but were truly scared to move in fear of waking up the girl with her head laid against your chest.
you simply pressed a kiss to the top of her head and went to close your eyes again in hopes of sleeping for a little bit longer, but when your phone buzzed on the nightstand you knew the question would itch at your brain until you looked at it.
you eased yourself up slightly to grab your phone, flipping it in your hand to see the screen.
the pogues group chat.
jb ; heading out on the hms pogue. who's comin'
jj ; in. when ?
jb ; 9
kie ; i'm in. be there @ 9
pope ; if you can drive by, i'm in.
jb ; u got it.
kie ; sarah ? y/n ? u comin'
you knew you didnt really need to consult sarah before answering for the both of you. you both loved days out on the boat.
y/n ; i'm with sarah and we're both in! be there @ 9
as you set your phone down to try and enjoy the last few minutes before you had to wake sarah up, you felt her fidget against you, her head burrowing into the place between your shoulder and your neck.
a smile spread across your lips at the feeling of her soft skin against one of your more sensitive spots.
when you felt her lips puckering against your neck you knew she was awake.
" mornin' sunshine " you whispered, which earned you a soft sigh in response.
" you've got about 10 minutes before i pull you out of this bed."
at that she lifted her head from your shoulder and rested her head against your chest again, causing you to lift your free hand and brush her hair from her slightly confused face.
" meeting everyone at the dock at nine "
another sigh slipped from her lips before she answered. " m'kay, well can i use those ten minutes to shower ?"
two quiet laughs filled the space between you.
" as long as you plan to share with me "
a grin lit up her face as she pulled away from you and pulled you off of the mattress and across to the bathroom.
45 minutes later and the two of you were walking up to the dock where you found kiara, jj and john b waiting for the two of you.
you had dropped her hand around the corner, but picked it up again to help her onto the boat before you climbed on yourself.
once the two of you were sat down , the boat started and you all chartered to pick up pope.
and when he was finally on board, it was just the six of you and the open ocean.
30 minutes later and the boat stopped in the middle of nowhere, ready for your day out on the water to start.
the minute the boat stopped, jj pushed kie into the water and jumped in after her. john b stationed himself at the head of the boat, his legs hanging over the edge with a beer in his hand, and pope pulled out a book.
leaving you and sarah to entertain yourselves.
you were barely able to contain your laughter when you felt a head rest on your lap and you brought your attention down to the blonde head of hair scattered there.
your hand lifted to brush some hair from her face. it may have definitely lingered around her freckly cheeks.
" you got sunscreen on your pretty face ? " you questioned, unable to stop your fingertips from rubbing over her cheek.
" not yet, you wanna give it a go ?" she teased, her smile growing wider as you reached slightly to your left to grab the sunscreen from your bag.
you were never going to turn down this type of opportunity.
once you had an adequate amount of sunscreen on your hand, probably a little more than necessary, you began spreading it around on her cheeks and her nose, noticing with delight the way her nose scrunched at the cold feeling.
when her face was fully covered and protected you didnt really think about it before leaning down and pressing a short peck onto her lips.
"can i do you now ?" she questioned causing a giggle to bubble up from your chest.
" you already did me, baby. i'm too tired to do it again " you joked causing her to lightly shove your arm in jest.
" what am i looking at ? "
both yours and sarahs heads whipped towards the sound of tiaras voice, clearly directed towards you two.
" oh, yeah..." you paused for a moment, unsure if this was the right time to do this, but with a soft squeeze of your leg from sarah you were assured that she was okay with it if you were.
" we're dating. have been for about two months. " you said as though it were the most obvious thing in the world.
the shocked faces of your friends assured you it wasn't.
you knew this would happen eventually, that you were bound to get caught, you just didnt think it would be because you were too desperate to kiss sarah out on the boat.
" we don't really hide it, we just don't flaunt it either " sarah explained as she sat up beside you.
" yeah, why do you think she's always over at my house ?"
" i think i speak for all of us when i say we thought she was sleeping at yours because her family is batshit crazy " you weren't surprised to hear that coming from jj
" that is definitely the second reason " the blonde explained.

Neteyam - Reacting to your death
Hey y'all, how y'all doing 😟? It's been a year since I published something but I am in my avatar era. I will post an announcement about where I've been, but enjoy(?) this heavy angsty.
Summary —> You're on your last breath, and Neteyam has a hard time accepting it.
Pairing: neteyamsully x !reader (no use of y/n)
Word count: 1024
Warnings: blood/angst/mentions of a g*n/sad neteyam
DON’T REPOST MY WORK
Tumblr media
Sharp pain was all you could feel when you jumped down the ship. It was that short moment of pushing Neteyam before you to minimize exposure that the realization hit you; you followed after him without thinking twice about the consequences, yet again.
Your ears rang in the otherwise silent ocean, like the water completely separated itself from the unnatural, unnecessary and foreign violence happening in the surface. A sigh of relief, contentment, serenity, until you're resurfucing again - or rather, struggling to.
"Fuck," you sputter, feeling a strange loss.
Lo'ak shouts after you to hurry up, but you can't, and it frustrates you. You hate falling behind, no matter how dire the injury is. "You sxkawng," gasping and trying to hold onto something, crimson surrounds you. "I'm shot."
Everyone stills.
Neteyam's head whips around with nothing but pure, unadulterated horror. His eyes fall on your pained face, then the bullet wound on your chest. You can see dark shadows casting over his face, the tremor of his hands, the slowing of his breath - all working together to keep his gears turning you assume. He quickly swims forward. "Quick, the Ilu."
You feel yourself being held around your body - suddenly, warmth feels like an unfamiliar concept. When had you become so cold to the outside world? When had you closed yourself off that warmth was foreign?
Though in odd, you fashion, you're not panicking. You're just lying there, gazing at the sky and letting chaos erupt around you. Sounds are muffled, and you don't know what's happening but you can only assume they're taking you to land.
The sky looks uncharacteristically blue - against all odds you've found yourself in. Eywa is in mourning.
Maybe it's because you cannot fathom that you, your own life, cannot end. You feared losing loved ones, but never feared nor thought about dying. It's not like you were immortal of course, one day you were going to leave the physical world and join the all mother amongst your family.
You just didn't think it would happen this soon. And you still think against it - you think against it when Mr Sully lays you down on cold rock, when he turns you over to inspect something, and when he looks at you with a faraway look.
"Dad," Neteyam chokes out.
Everything hurts and you start struggling to breath. Light headed, that's when you stop thinking  all together.
"Am I-" you gasp for air, surprised that you, out of all people, is struggling to speak. You were quite chatty, at least that's what they told you. "Am I, dying?"
"No!" yells Neteyam, he's cupping your head with his palm, not letting your head touch the cold surface. "You're not dying, ____!"
He's sobbing, and you look around the faces of the people you consider loved ones. Lo'ak is wide  eyed, staring at your probably paled face. He looks in utter agony and...confusion? Mr. Sully is crying, this is the first time you have seen him cry - be so vulnerable. He was Toruk Makto, so he'd always dismiss you with a nod, sometimes crack a joke here and there but stay stern all the while. He was clutching your hand, his own shaking. Kiri was just now arriving at the little land formation, and the look of her horror on her face brings tears to your eyes. You were dying - no. You were dead, it was final.
You try to calm your breathing, an obscene contrast to the gushing blood on your chest. You couldn't speak, but you could feel. And you were feeling the love of the people around you - and with the intensity of it, you deemed it a worthy way to go.
Neteyam however, was cluthing on your hand, hard. "You are not leaving me ____....Dad!" he sobs, a wretched sound breaking through his chest as he doubles over your body and shudders. "Do something!"
He's yelling, screeching even. His dad looks in anguish at his son's state, or perhaps because he feels utterly helpless at saving you.
"It's okay, Neteyam." you say softly, in a very wispy voice; "You're going to be okay."
You smile, and he screams, trashing and hugging your body to his chest. You try to push him away, but to no avail. Your limbs have fallen weak, you have already accepted the pain. "No!" he screams again, chest reverbeting against your deflating form.
"No, no, no, no!"
Mr Sully grabs ahold of his son and softly pulls him back, seperating him from you, "Son, please," his voice sounds broken.
Lo'ak is silent beside you, head held down, shuddering. Warm droplets are hitting your arm, and you can only guess it's tears. Kiri is on her knees, begging To Great Mother.
But you know it's final. And you don't feel too sad about it. You'd get to be with your parents, and Eywa, and all that. You'd be happy, you know you would be.
"____! No, I have to tell-" Neteyam gasps, trashing in his fathers hold. "I love you, I see you. Please,"
You're eyes have finally glazed over, you're gone.
You hadn't heard, and that only breaks Neteyam more. He screams in agony, clawing at your body, shaking you so, somehow, miraculously, you would open your eyes, tell him you love him and that you wan't to spend the rest of your life with him.
But there is no, "rest”. This was it for you, this was your life. When you had told him that you wanted to spend your life exploring Pandora, this was the extent. You would never have that, you will never be able to fulfill your dream because this day was the entirety of your future and present.
Neteyam is helpless. He had somehow escaped his fathers hold and was hugging your lifeless body close to his. Shrieks were ripping from his throat, desperately trying to transfer some sort of energy into your limbs. He could feel his mother's warmth surround him, a weak force pulling him back. "Please, don't. Let me hold her."
He sounded so broken, empty, purposeless that his mother and father break down as well.

The night was alive with the soft, melodic hum of Pandora's bioluminescent flora. A faint breeze rustled the leaves of strange trees, and the stars above sparkled like scattered diamonds. (Y/N) stood beneath the alien sky, marveling at the beauty of this vibrant world.
Once, she had been a sky person, a scientist sent to Pandora to study its unique plant life. But life had taken a turn she could never have imagined. She had undergone the Avatar program, and now she had her own Na'vi body, a body she had come to love and cherish.
Over time, as she immersed herself in Na'vi culture and explored the lush landscape, (Y/N) found herself drawn to Tsu'tey, a fierce and noble warrior of the Omaticaya clan. His strength, wisdom, and the way he moved with the grace of a predator in the forest had captivated her heart.
However, as fate would have it, another love story was unfolding on Pandora. Jake Sully, the human who had become a Na'vi, had fallen deeply in love with Neytiri, the daughter of the clan leader. Their bond was undeniable, and their love grew stronger with each passing day.
(Y/N) struggled with her feelings for Tsu'tey, torn between her affection for him and the knowledge that Jake and Neytiri's love was destined to be. She often sought solace in the bioluminescent forests, hoping that the wisdom of Eywa, the living spirit of Pandora, would guide her.
One fateful night, as the moon hung low in the sky, (Y/N) and Tsu'tey found themselves beneath the sacred Tree of Voices. The ancient tree's soft whispers seemed to beckon them closer, and their hearts led them to each other. Under the watchful gaze of Eywa, they mated, their love transcending the boundaries of their different origins.
As time passed, the tension between the Na'vi and the sky people escalated, leading to a catastrophic war. (Y/N) fought alongside her Na'vi brothers and sisters, determined to protect the land and people she had come to call home. The conflict raged on, the battles were fierce, and losses were heavy on both sides.
It was in the aftermath of one such battle, amid the scars of war, that (Y/N) received news that would change everything. She discovered that she was pregnant, carrying the child who would be the heir of Tsu'tey, the child born of their love. Her heart swelled with hope and uncertainty, for this new life represented a bridge between two worlds, a symbol of unity and a chance for redemption.
Upon finding out the news she touched her abdomen, feeling the life growing within, (Y/N) knew that the challenges ahead were immense. But she also knew that the love she shared with Tsu'tey and the bond she had with Pandora's people would give her the strength to face whatever the future held.
The sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm, amber glow over the lush, alien landscape of Pandora. (Y/N) stood at the edge of the clearing, gazing out at the rolling hills and bioluminescent flora that stretched as far as the eye could see. It had been weeks since the destruction of Hometree at the hands of the Sky People, and life among the Omaticaya clan had changed dramatically.
Beside her, Tsu'tey, his tall and muscular form silhouetted against the fading light, watched the same landscape. He had become the clan leader, a position he had never sought but had embraced with a fierce determination. The loss of Hometree had been a deep wound in the heart of the Na'vi, and the Omaticaya had been scattered in the aftermath, forced to relocate and adapt to a new way of life.
"(Y/N)," Tsu'tey spoke softly, his voice tinged with sadness. "Our home, our Hometree, is gone. But we must move forward, rebuild, and find a new place to call our own."
(Y/N) turned to look at him, her eyes reflecting the same sadness. "I know, Tsu'tey. And I want to help rebuild our clan. I want to build a new home, one where our people can thrive once again."
Tsu'tey placed a hand on her shoulder, his touch reassuring. "You have a strong spirit, (Y/N), and a heart filled with love for our people. We will find a way, together."
As the weeks passed, the Omaticaya clan worked tirelessly to establish a new settlement. It was a challenging endeavor, but their determination was unwavering. Tsu'tey, as the leader, was often at the forefront, guiding and motivating the clan members. (Y/N), too, played her part, using her knowledge of the land and her skills to help gather resources and build shelters.
One evening, as the two of them sat by the fire, (Y/N) hesitated for a moment before speaking. "Tsu'tey, there's something I need to tell you." Her voice trembled with a mix of excitement and nervousness.
Tsu'tey turned to her, his amber eyes filled with curiosity. "What is it, (Y/N)?"
Taking a deep breath, she placed a hand on her belly, her eyes glistening with tears of joy. "I'm carrying our child, Tsu'tey. I'm pregnant."
For a moment, Tsu'tey was silent, his gaze locked on (Y/N)'s face. Then, a radiant smile spread across his features, and he pulled her into a tight embrace. "This is wonderful news, (Y/N)! Our family will grow, and our love will only strengthen."
Tears of happiness filled (Y/N)'s eyes as she hugged him back. "I knew you would be happy, Tsu'tey."
Tsu'tey kissed her forehead and whispered, "I promise to support our family to the fullest, (Y/N). Our child will grow up surrounded by the love of the Omaticaya clan, and we will build a future where they can thrive."
As they held each other by the firelight, the stars overhead began to twinkle in the alien sky, casting their blessings on this new chapter in the lives of (Y/N) and Tsu'tey. Together, they would face the challenges of rebuilding, parenthood, and a future filled with hope.
The first month of pregnancy for (Y/N) was a period of quiet excitement and newfound awareness. As soon as she shared the news with Tsu'tey, their bond grew even stronger, and they embarked on this journey together with a sense of wonder.
During this initial month, (Y/N) experienced a range of physical and emotional changes. While some women might not yet be aware of their pregnancy at this stage, (Y/N) had a deep connection to her body and noticed subtle shifts.
Morning sickness made its presence felt, though it wasn't just limited to the mornings. There were moments of queasiness that could strike at any time of the day. She found comfort in sipping herbal teas that the clan's healers recommended to ease the nausea. Tsu'tey was always by her side, ready with soothing words and a helping hand whenever she needed it.
Fatigue was another constant companion during the first month. (Y/N) often found herself needing more rest than usual, and Tsu'tey made sure she had a comfortable place to rest and recuperate. The Omaticaya clan members, aware of their leader's impending fatherhood, were also supportive, offering assistance with chores and responsibilities.
Emotionally, (Y/N) experienced a mix of happiness, anticipation, and occasional anxiety. She couldn't help but wonder about the kind of parent she would be and how their child would fit into the clan's evolving dynamics. Tsu'tey was her anchor during these moments of reflection, assuring her that they would face the future together, as a strong and loving family.
As the first month passed, the news of (Y/N)'s pregnancy gradually spread throughout the clan. The Omaticaya celebrated the impending arrival of a new member with joy and hope, and they gathered around the couple, offering blessings and support.
Tsu'tey, who had been busy with the responsibilities of leadership, took moments to connect with (Y/N) and the life growing inside her. He would place his hand gently on her belly, feeling a sense of wonder as he imagined their child's future among the Na'vi.
The first month of pregnancy for (Y/N) was a time of gentle transitions and growing anticipation. She and Tsu'tey faced the challenges and joys of this new chapter with love, determination, and the unwavering support of the Omaticaya clan.
The second and third months of (Y/N)'s pregnancy brought with them a deeper sense of purpose and a heightened awareness of the challenges ahead. Balancing the responsibilities of helping the village rebuild with the anticipation of their growing family tested both (Y/N) and Tsu'tey in unique ways.
As the weeks passed, (Y/N) found herself adjusting to the physical changes of pregnancy. Her morning sickness began to ease, bringing some relief. Still, she had to be mindful of her energy levels and listen to her body's cues, which sometimes meant stepping back from strenuous tasks. The healers of the Omaticaya clan continued to offer guidance and support, ensuring her well-being.
Tsu'tey, as the clan leader, faced a relentless stream of decisions and duties related to the village's reconstruction. He leaned on the strength and resilience of his people, delegating tasks to clan members to ensure the new settlement continued to grow. At the same time, he made a conscious effort to be there for (Y/N), recognizing that her well-being and their growing family were his top priorities.
Together, (Y/N) and Tsu'tey navigated the challenges of rebuilding their lives while preparing for the arrival of their child. They shared moments of quiet reflection in the evenings, talking about their hopes and dreams for their family. Tsu'tey often spoke about teaching their child the ways of the Na'vi, passing down the traditions and values of their clan.
The Omaticaya clan, aware of their leader's impending fatherhood, rallied around the couple. They helped with household chores, ensured that (Y/N) had access to nutritious meals, and offered their wisdom on parenting and raising a child within the clan. The sense of community and support was a constant source of strength for (Y/N) and Tsu'tey.
During the second and third months, (Y/N) began to feel the first flutters of the baby's movements within her womb. Each kick and twist filled her with awe, reminding her of the life growing inside her. Tsu'tey would often place his hand on her belly, feeling the gentle movements, and they would share smiles and whispered words of love for their unborn child.
While the challenges of rebuilding their village remained, the anticipation of their growing family served as a beacon of hope. (Y/N) and Tsu'tey knew that their child would be born into a world of resilience, love, and unity, surrounded by the warm embrace of the Omaticaya clan.
During the fourth, fifth, and sixth months of (Y/N)'s pregnancy, the physical demands of carrying their child became more pronounced, and (Y/N) found herself struggling with feelings of frustration and inadequacy. In the vibrant world of the Na'vi, where strength and agility were highly valued, she couldn't help but feel like she was falling short.
As she watched other pregnant Na'vi women in the clan continue to ride their ikran and participate in hunting expeditions, (Y/N) felt a growing sense of frustration. She had always been an active member of the Omaticaya clan, and now, as her pregnancy advanced, she found it increasingly difficult to keep up with her usual activities.
One day, as (Y/N) sat by a clear river, her thoughts weighed down by her perceived shortcomings, Jake Sully approached her. He had lived among the Na'vi and understood both their culture and her unique situation as a human who had become one of them.
"(Y/N)," Jake said gently, sitting down beside her. "I've noticed that you're feeling down lately. What's been bothering you?"
Tears welled up in (Y/N)'s eyes as she confessed her feelings of uselessness. "I see the other Na'vi women continuing their daily activities, riding ikran and hunting, and here I am struggling just to walk without feeling exhausted. I feel like I'm letting everyone down."
Jake placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "I understand why you're feeling this way, (Y/N). But remember, you were once a human, and human women have different experiences during pregnancy. Your body has been through a remarkable transformation, adapting to the ways of the Na'vi. You're carrying a child who will be part of both worlds, and that makes your journey unique."
(Y/N) looked at Jake, her eyes filled with gratitude. "But I still want to contribute, to be a part of the clan's activities."
Jake nodded with a knowing smile. "You don't have to be a warrior or a hunter to contribute, (Y/N). Your wisdom, your love, and the unique perspective you bring to our clan are invaluable. You're carrying the future of our people, and that's the most important role of all."
Touched by Jake's words, (Y/N) wiped away her tears. She realized that her journey through pregnancy was bound to be different, but it was no less significant. She had a loving partner in Tsu'tey, the support of the Omaticaya clan, and the wisdom of Jake to guide her through this unique experience.
As the months passed, (Y/N) embraced her role as a mother-to-be with newfound confidence. She may not have been riding ikran or hunting, but she was nurturing a new life, one that would bridge the gap between two worlds. With the support of her loved ones and a sense of purpose, she found joy and fulfillment in the path that lay ahead, ready to welcome their child into a world of unity and understanding.
The seventh month of (Y/N)'s pregnancy brought with it a sense of eager anticipation. As her belly continued to swell with the growing life inside, she and Tsu'tey decided to set aside a special day to choose names for their soon-to-arrive baby. It was a tradition among the Na'vi to carefully select names that held deep meaning, reflecting the hopes and dreams for the child.
One warm and tranquil afternoon, (Y/N) and Tsu'tey found a quiet spot beneath the shade of a large willow tree by the river. They sat cross-legged on a woven mat, facing each other, their hands intertwined. The gentle breeze rustled the leaves above, and the sounds of the forest provided a soothing backdrop for their important task.
Tsu'tey spoke first, a thoughtful expression on his face. "I've been thinking about names for our child, (Y/N). For a boy, I like the name Nari. It means 'strong,' and I hope our son will grow to be as strong as our clan."
(Y/N) smiled at the choice. "Nari is a wonderful name, Tsu'tey. For a girl, I've been considering Aluna. It means 'peace,' and I want our daughter to bring peace to our hearts and our clan."
Tsu'tey nodded in agreement. "Aluna is a beautiful name. Strong and peaceful, just like you, (Y/N)."
They continued to brainstorm names, taking turns suggesting options and discussing their meanings. For a boy, they considered names like Tarok, meaning 'brave,' and for a girl, Neytiri, in honor of their dear friend and fellow clan member. Each name carried a special significance, representing qualities they wished for their child.
As they deliberated, (Y/N) felt a deep connection with Tsu'tey and their growing family. She realized that this was not just a choice of names; it was a celebration of their love, their hopes, and their shared future. The anticipation of meeting their child in just a few short months filled their hearts with joy.
After much thought and consideration, they settled on the names. For a boy, they chose Nari, a name representing strength, and for a girl, Aluna, embodying peace. With these names in mind, they felt even more connected to the life growing within (Y/N)'s belly, eager to welcome Nari or Aluna into their loving arms.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, (Y/N) and Tsu'tey held each other close, their hearts filled with gratitude and excitement. They knew that the journey ahead would be a remarkable one, and they were ready to embrace it together as a family, with Nari or Aluna at its heart.
The eighth month of (Y/N)'s pregnancy brought with it a sense of camaraderie among the Na'vi women of the Omaticaya clan. Neytiri, who had become like a sister to (Y/N) and Tsu'tey, was more than happy to lend her support to the pregnant women of the tribe. It was a time when the women came together, sharing their experiences, wisdom, and traditions.
On a bright and sunny morning, the pregnant Na'vi women gathered beneath the shade of a massive tree in the heart of the clan's new settlement. They sat on woven mats, surrounded by baskets filled with vibrant blooms and fragrant herbs. The air was filled with the sweet scent of flowers and the soft hum of conversation.
Neytiri, with her gentle smile and nurturing spirit, led the gathering. She had graciously taken on the role of guiding the expectant mothers through this phase of their journey. (Y/N) sat among the women, her pregnant belly a testament to the life she carried within.
As the women worked together, weaving intricate flower crowns and arranging the blooms into beautiful bouquets, they shared stories of their own pregnancies, recalling the joys and challenges they had faced. Some spoke of the excitement of their first child, while others offered advice on coping with the physical changes that came with pregnancy.
Neytiri, with her wealth of knowledge, shared traditional Na'vi remedies and practices that could alleviate discomfort and promote the well-being of both mother and child. Her presence was a source of comfort and inspiration for (Y/N) and the other expectant mothers.
"(Y/N)," Neytiri said, turning to her with a warm smile, "You are a part of our clan, and your journey is a unique one. You may have been born human, but your heart is Na'vi. We are here to support you as you bring a child into our world, and we are honored to share in this experience with you."
Tears of gratitude welled up in (Y/N)'s eyes as she nodded. She had come to love her Na'vi family deeply, and this gathering of women was a reminder of the strength of their community. They were united not just by blood but by their shared values, traditions, and the bonds they had formed.
As the day passed, the women wove their stories and their flower crowns together, creating memories that would forever be etched in their hearts. The eighth month of (Y/N)'s pregnancy became a time of connection and celebration, a testament to the beauty of unity and the enduring spirit of the Omaticaya clan.
The ninth month of (Y/N)'s pregnancy was filled with eager anticipation and the feeling that their child's arrival was imminent. She stood with the other Na'vi women, watching the horizon for the return of their mates, husbands, brothers, and fathers from the hunting party. The air was charged with excitement, and a sense of unity enveloped the waiting group.
As they scanned the distant landscape, (Y/N) suddenly felt a sharp pain in her abdomen. She gasped, clutching her belly as a warm rush of fluid signaled that her water had broken. Panic and realization washed over her, and she turned to the women beside her, trying to convey her urgency with wide eyes.
Without hesitation, the Na'vi women swiftly guided (Y/N) toward the healing tent. Her contractions intensified, and she couldn't help but cry out for Tsu'tey, her voice filled with longing. She wanted him there with her during this pivotal moment, but the urgency of the situation pressed on.
Inside the healing tent, the skilled healers and midwives immediately recognized that (Y/N) was in labor. They began to attend to her, guiding her into a birthing pool and providing comfort as the contractions grew stronger and closer together. Despite their best efforts, (Y/N) was already deep into labor and had to begin pushing.
Each push was met with determination and courage, but (Y/N) continued to call out for Tsu'tey, her heart aching for his presence. Her strength wavered, but she drew from the support of the healers and the women around her.
Meanwhile, the hunting party returned to the village, led by Jake Sully. Jake had noticed (Y/N)'s and Neytiri’s absence amongst the crowd of woman, a healer approached Tsu'tey with a sense of urgency, relaying the news of her labor. Panic and worry etched across Tsu'tey's face, and he wasted no time rushing to the tent where (Y/N) was giving birth.
Inside the tent, (Y/N) lay in the birthing pool, her body glistening with sweat, her voice filled with both pain and determination. Neytiri, her trusted friend and clan sister, stood by her side, offering words of encouragement.
And then, in a moment that felt like an eternity, (Y/N) gave one final push. The room seemed to hold its breath as she brought their child into the world. With a triumphant cry, her baby boy took his first breath, and the room erupted in joyous celebration.
Tsu'tey entered the tent just in time to witness the miraculous moment. His heart swelled with pride and love as he rushed to (Y/N)'s side, tears in his eyes. Together, they marveled at the tiny, precious life they had brought into their clan.
Neytiri, with a grin that stretched from ear to ear, announced, "It's a boy!" The healing tent filled with cheers and laughter, and the clan members celebrated the arrival of the newest member of the Omaticaya clan.
In the midst of the joyous chaos, (Y/N) and Tsu'tey shared a moment of profound connection as they held their newborn son in their arms. It was a testament to their love and strength as a couple and their unwavering bond with their Na'vi family. The birth of their son marked the beginning of a new chapter filled with hope, unity, and love.
Later that night, as (Y/N) rested in the birthing tent, Tsu'tey sat by the soft glow of a bioluminescent plant, cradling their newborn son in his large, gentle hands. The baby nestled peacefully against his chest, his tiny fingers curled around Tsu'tey's finger.
Tsu'tey looked down at the sleeping infant with a soft smile, his deep amber eyes filled with wonder. "Your mom says babies on Earth are tiny," he whispered, his voice barely above a hushed tone, "At first, I didn't believe her, but now, seeing and holding you, I can confidently say your mother was correct."
He chuckled softly, his tone filled with love and amusement. "You are a little warrior, aren't you? Just like your mother and your father." Tsu'tey's heart swelled with pride as he continued to speak to his son.
"You have a world of adventure ahead of you, my son," Tsu'tey murmured, his voice filled with a promise, "And I will always be here to guide you, to protect you, and to love you, no matter how old you may get."
The baby stirred slightly, his eyes flickering open for a brief moment before drifting back into peaceful slumber. Tsu'tey's heart melted as he watched his son, marveling at the tiny life he held in his hands.
With a tender kiss on the baby's forehead, Tsu'tey continued to whisper words of love and protection into the night, ensuring that their newborn son would always know the depth of his father's devotion and the warmth of their family's embrace.
