#075 - "Counting Stars"

Nach langer, langer Zeit kann ich euch endlich mal wieder ein neues Artwork präsentieren. Entschuldigt, dass ich in diesem Jahr bislang so inaktiv bin ;__; Das Arbeitsleben spannt mich nunmal voll und ganz ein, und meine verbliebene kreative Energie wandert in mein Journal, das ich - toi, toi, toi - seit nun schon fast 1 1/2 Jahren lückenlos und konsequent führe. Ich werde euch dazu sicher auch bald nochmal ein paar Zwischenstände zeigen :)

Aaaber angesichts des Geburtstags meiner lieben Nasu habe ich mich auch mal wieder an eine Kakao-Karte gewagt und ihren zuckersüßen OC Amani gezeichnet <3 In das Design habe ich mich schon verliebt, als ich sie das erste Mal gesehen habe - und ich musste sie einfach zeichnen! Das Bild ist ein Aquarell und hat einige Glitzer-Highlights mit Finetec-Farben und atyouSpica-Stiften verpasst bekommen >3<

Hi guys! Sorry for no post on Friday...I was tired lol

Today was probably my most productive day, schoolwork wise. I also got my SAT dates, so I can finally apply to colleges :,)

#065 - "Lilac Moon" Da ich seit ein paar Tagen spontan meine Zeichenlust und -motivation wiederentdeckt habe, kann ich euch heute auch endlich mal wieder ein neues fertiges Artwork präsentieren <3 Es handelt sich um die Commission für die liebe Casnovnelia, die sich ihren wunderhübschen schwarzen Engel Kiyomi gewünscht hat! Kiyomi hat (wie alle Charas von Nelia, hehe~) einfach so ein geniales Design, dass ich immens Spaß daran hatte, sie zu zeichnen. Beim Lesen ihrer Charakterbeschreibung hatte ich diese Szene nahezu augenblicklich im Kopf. Ich liebe Nachtmotive mit Vollmond und Wasser. Das hat so etwas mystisches, und ich hoffe, dass mir die Umsetzung gut gelungen ist :3 Außerdem war es wieder mal eine kleine Herausforderung für mich, da ich Schwarz und Lila eher selten von mir aus verwende. Allerdings hatte ich richtig Lust darauf, damit zu experimentieren, und hatte Nelia sogar bei der Besprechung ihres Motivwunsches dazu ermutigt, mir irgendwas lilanes aufzudrücken :P Das Original hat auch noch ein paar Spezialeffekte, die man auf dem Scan leider nicht so gut sieht. Der Edelstein an Kiyomis Kleidung ist mit einem Strassstein beklebt; außerdem hat der Mond einen Perlmutteffekt-Überzug, und die Flügel sind mit schwarzer Finetec-Farbe und die lilanen Anteile mit atyouSpica beglitzert. Ich hoffe sehr, dass euch das Bild gefällt <3 Mir ist das Motiv auf jeden Fall sehr ans Herz gewachsen und ich habe mir insbesondere mit der Stimmung und dem Hintergrund diesmal sehr viel Mühe gegeben :)

Good evening!

My classes start NEXT WEEK! So for THIS week I'll be sharing the ✨aesthetic✨ stuff I use for school hehe. Today I'll be sharing my writing materials!

First we have the Muji gel pens in 0.38 mm. These are definitely not the most uhh ergonomic? But I haven't had any trouble with my hands hurting, and they last forever

Next up is the Pilot G2 gel pens in .7 mm. I haven't used these in a while but they've been one of my favorites since I was like..8 (thanks for buying them all the time, mom). I plan to use them for headers.

I'll also be using the Crayola Take Note pens for things like definitions and important info ^^

I *might* be using my AtYouSpica glitter pens, but I'm still on the fence since I have the Take Notes.

For highlighting, I'll be using the Crayola Take Note erasable highlighters! I love them to death and they're probably one of my favorite stationery items ever :)

I found these in my vault-I mean storage, and I'm so happy they still work. They're the Kirarina 2win highlighters, and they're SCENTED!!! I got them way back in 2017 and I can't wait to use them again. They're definitely my cutest writing utensil hehe

Some of y'all might remember that I used Milkliners occasionally. I'll be using them solely for my bullet journal, and I'll take an ✨aesthetic✨ picture of them eventually lol.
