"Hey, dad!" The being greets, swinging a swift fist against one of the cultist.

The rest are frozen and now that they're alone John sees the shit eating grin on the gremlins face.

Okay so. I'm doing some reading on the 2024 presidential candidates because this is the first year that I'm able to vote and I want to know as much as possible. So im on this website, ballotpedia, and tell me why LITERALLY ALL OF THE CANDIDATES SUPPORT ISRAEL?? literally all of them are like "well israel is all good and dandy and has the right to protect thenselves (:" and like??? HELLO?? THEYRE COMITTING GENOCIDE??! I'm so tired of this fucking country good god, we cant even get one cadidate that opposes genocide and war crimes?? What the fuck.

The first few times I had read “Fairest” I didn’t remember any of the characters’ ages bc they were only mentioned once or twice and the plot distracted me from their ages but I just now found out that Aza is 15, Prince Ijori is 17, King Oscaro is 41, Queen Ivi is 19, and Uju, the guard that Ivi flirts with while King Oscaro is on his death bed, is 43💀

#and omg there’s this one part in the book where it’s mentioned that the king said that Ivi’s mood swings made him feel young again🤢#and that just reminded me of what I’ve heard about predators which is that they date younger women to feel young or sth #I had to get past this tho bc it clearly takes place in a time where people died young so they got married young #especially younger women to older men #and Ivi (19F) also flirts with Ijori (17M) while the king is sick! Lol yeah Ishida didn't really want to play nice at first #I got Ishida quickly so that was no problem but I kept waffling on his first name #I knew I wanted it to be something to do with his placement in his family but that was part of the problem!#That meant I had to think about siblings! And if /he/ got thoughts about siblings then so did Mitsuru! And then everything exploded lol #But that is how I ended up with Ichiro (lit. firstborn son) and then the rest of the family dynamics unfolded from there #He's being silly in the last one lol - he never had a twin that he consumed he's not a chimera - but his parents did want more children #They didn't lose any or anything they just had a lot of trouble conceiving until they finally ended up with Ichiro #They named him according to their wishes but he ended up being an only child anyhow - at least so far but considering he's 23 now lol #And that leads to all the thoughts I did with the Maeda family! All the Maeda kids were planned very carefully #Well - by their parents anyhow lol I made them for the meme hahaha #They're all exactly four years apart give or take a few months haha #Makoto is basically a carbon carbon of their dad and Kanoko of their mom - Mitsuru got the proper mix of genes between them #He's also the youngest so he has the perfect mix of being babied and looking up to and wanting to be just like his older sisters #I love the sisters already ahhh <3 Makoto got married to her wife in her late 20s and Kanoko started dating just a year before Mitsu did #Also for the record Kanoko-chan does like men she just currently has a girlfriend lol - Mitsu also likes girls but he currently loves Ishida #Oh and Kanoko got her nickname (Kinoko (lit. mushroom)) from Makoto when they were little and it stuck haha #It suits her since she's a basement dweller lol #I had so much fun with this family ahhh <3 They're all so cute!

my mom and i had a conversation yesterday that was overdue. as i’ve mentioned before we recently got into a fight cause she once again claimed to know me when she really has no idea what’s going on in my life or how i really feel so yesterday she asked me what i meant when i disagreed and we started talking about my childhood. it was the first time she realized i didn’t have a great childhood even when it wasn’t as bad as hers. we talked about how the rest of our family literally abandoned me, how she wasn’t able to be there for me for years cause she was in hospital care and how my dads behavior pretty much broke me. she even cried a lil cause she felt sorry but also cause she was happy that we were having that conversation and now she just called me again to check if i’m okay 🥺

#personal #i honestly think this was a huge step for the both of us #but when i mentioned how my dad used to beat me and yell at me her first reaction was “but it didn’t happen that often”#ngl that hurt doe #but i think she realized that it DID happen too many times (literally almost every day??) and that she was repressing all of this herself #she was shocked when i told her i was diagnosed with cptsd?? like what did she expect lol #(and no i never told her about my bpd diagnosis cause she wouldn’t really understand what it means)#there still is a lot we need to work on but maybe she will be more understanding or patient from now.. at least i hope so
