🌿 ◇ #herbalist #artemisiavulgaris #armoise #wormwood #herboriste #herboristerie #apothecary #plantallies #plantealliée #plantesmagiques #herbology #medicinalplants #magieverte #apothicaire #recolte #ovate #plantesmedicinales #sorciereverte #occult #occultherbalism #viriditas #herbalmedicine #greenpath #druidisme #druidcraft #simples #cerclepaienedit #witch #greenwitch https://www.instagram.com/p/CFKif_6ATiS/?igshid=qvcy2a4un1c4

Kiečių Gruit. Artemisia Vulgaris. Artemisia Absinthium. Artemisia Dracunculus. Dundulis. Žolinis Alus. 4.5 #beer #craftbeer KiečiųGruit #ArtemisiaVulgaris #ArtemisiaAbsinthium #ArtemisiaDracunculus #Dundulis #ŽolinisAlus #sergejbiohazardovbeer #sergejbiohazardov #alcohol https://www.instagram.com/p/CX4goH3s3Ao/?utm_medium=tumblr

Well, I do not usually vent on serious and personal things here, let alone on my journey into magic. I usually leave the frivolous, oversharing and shitpostig complaints to twitter.
But the point is I'm exhausted.
I think that all of us who walk this (and other) paths, we come in a moment of exhaustion and fatigue. For I am in it, I know that like everything else, this is also transitory.I also know that I have been through these moments before and will probably still pass.
But I can not help but feel like I'm running blind in a wild forest. No connections, no references, no strength to run any more.
Luckily after so many falls and scratches along the way I learned to trust myself and my guides. I know what I want and where to go, I'm just too tired to go without references, without encouragement or support.
I recently received a dream about an ultimatum about my actions. Choose between my "worldly" life and the Craft. Not in the sense of abandoning one or the other, but of actually devoting myself, because I could not handle either side. I heard that I had to unite these two worlds and apply rigor in my progress, but still be kind to my failures. For only by the rigor (or severity) I reach the victory and only by the kindness I find balance.
The dream was a reality clash, something in me said "stop running in circles and really go somewhere!". Well, I have done, at least tried, but the tiredness, it is still there. Insecurity and discouragement are still very much present. Despite having organized my head a little, in the day to day the opposite happened. I have not dedicated myself to magic, I have stopped doing my daily practices and rituals. I have read, but not so much. And that only makes me fall even more into that void.
I have and I follow a vision for a good few years ago. All I do is to reach it. And yet, with so much effort, I feel increasingly distant and alone. But I follow, even if blind and tired in an unknown forest.
Excuse anyone who reads, if anyone goes ... it's not a relevant text, and maybe a little confusing, it's just an outburst.
I wonder what other magicians, wizards, and occultists must pass through something like this at some point. And it takes a lot of self-analysis not to fall into the pitfalls of the ego (and the wounded ego). Allow yourself to become discouraged, to slow down, even to change direction, but never stop going after what you really crave.
Well, if you've been through it or are passing by now, do not feel completely alone. Ordeals are for those who dare, dealing with them is part of the Path we choose. If you feel blind, try to listen more, try to feel more. If you are tired, rest, but just enough so that you will not get caught by the sloth bug. Especially for solitary practitioners, to feel without many references when facing something new and therefore therefore feel a little alone is something common. It is a moment to look at you gently, never forgetting the rigor of progress.

Common Mugwort, Artemisia vulgaris. 🌙🌿✨ . . A few days ago I pulled Mugwort/Five of Pentacles from the Herbal Tarot. The energy spoke of vision/dreams, releasing stagnancy, change and letting go of the old to make room for changes to occur. I’ve since seen so many photos from community of mugwort growing wild locally✨ & after posting about the far-traveling dream herb— Entada Rheedii🌰🌊, I felt compelled to delve back into Mugwort🌿 as I came across her in abundance throughout Forest Park yesterday. I’d been drinking her as a tea the few days before my moon cycle— to clear any flow stagnation, to pre-treat cramps associated with menstruation, cleanse myself of parasites (physically & spiritually) & to remember my dreams. Mugwort’s energy feels of prophecy, protection, strength, psychic ability, healing, astral projection, creative visualization/visions, clairvoyance, divination & awkwardness😌. This morning I pulled 6 of cups, reversed, on The Day of Driven Dedication. I feel this card’s intention of realizing the power or importance of others’ emotions, but first by acknowledging the power/importance of my own emotions. Healing old wounds to allow for present engagement & expression. My thing... we can only change the world by changing ourselves. I feel as though Mugwort allows for this room (as well as observation) to be made & for the greater ability to recall experience, in the dream or wake state. This could mean acknowledgement of another person or old memory, for you. For me, I know this was a nod to Mugwort. I’d been working with other somewhat obscure dream herbs as of late, while Mugwort steadily grows wild around my very neighborhood. It makes me take a minute to realize what I already have & finding the joy in what is accessible magic vs magic that I must travel far for— even within my own mindscape. With that said: Dear Mugwort🌿, “Lovingly I give and lovingly I receive the gifts of our friendship.”💚💫 . . #plantallies #plantrevelations #Mugwort #artemisiavulgaris #BeTheChange #MakeRoom #LovingExchange #lookaroundyou (at Forest Park (Queens)) https://www.instagram.com/p/CAsZnO0jsvs/?igshid=1u1mvwapczmpt

Artemisia vulgaris (Mugwort) is one of my favourite native plants and today’s #oneadayplant . Often seen on the verge and central reservation of motorways, this statuesque herbaceous perennial, can tower over others at up to 1.5 (5’) tall. Given time, it makes impressive stands, especially on cultivated ground, where it can bulk up quickly. . Foliage is variable, but typically grey-green and pointed with tiny silvery, bell-shaped flowers for a long time in summer. Tough as nails. Popular with insects. It has a number of culinary uses around the world, though I have tried none, so recommend none. I just like it as a hazy, grey texture of a plant. . #artemisia #artemisiavulgaris #mugwort #wormwood #uknativeplants #nativeflora #wildflowers #grey #green #silver #iplantsman #gardening #pollinator #pollinatorplant #gardens #countryside #wildflower #texture #visualtexture #gardeningtips #gardeningadvice #plantingdesign #herbaceous #perennial #cutflowers (at Inverkeithing, Fife) https://www.instagram.com/p/CD5506DAMfT/?igshid=mulcb3wfwuqq
