“So,” Danny drawled from where he was sitting, legs kicking slightly. Really, what a fun reincarnation. A world with heroes and villains where he didn’t have to do shit in and could just vibe with Ellie.

“So,” Tim responded from where he was typing on his computer, mostly in civilian clothes save for his gauntlets and boots. The Red Robin outfit was haphazardly dropped across the couch and his pole leaning against the end.

“Technically there’s proper procedures for clones…” Danny motioned to both himself and Ellie from where they sat on the counter, snacking on a plateful of scones. From Alfred, he was certain.

“Technically, yes… but do we want to actually do that?”

All three of them smiled, something almost feral in the motion. Of course not. They all had the same memories after all, and Bruce had just returned from the past, from exactly where and when Tim had said he was. Despite no one believing him, hence why they were in his boathouse, and not in the apartment or manor.

“Think we can pull it off?” Ellie took a sip of tea, mischief swirling in her eyes.

“Of course we can.” Both Danny and Tim spoke at once, one pulling up a new doc and the other pulling the whiteboard out from under a curtain.

What if disassembly drones could unwittingly overwrite the way their body heals based on how they view themselves? And if they just so happened to believe they were a dangerous monster... you see where I’m going with this, right?

I consider this an alternate take on the end of Episode 2, where all N’s body knows is that something hurts and he seemingly doesn’t have enough material to repair it, so it spends the next few weeks constantly demanding more material, but instead using it to turn him into a “dangerous monster.”

Imagine showing up to Prom 3071 with this. Holy shit, imagine Doll turning and being like “WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?” while N’s awkwardly hunched over and being like “I could’ve been Dapper N, but instead I rolled up to prom as a monster.”

I comPLETELY forgot about this, I think I made it for fun maybe right around graduating college, or sometime teetering on my college/PMDD/endo/newfound chronic pain burnout. (I think I discovered hadestown sometime in my second or third year and I’ve adored it since, might be my top musical. Definitely top 5)

Jo I’m heart can’t take it, I’m kicking and screaming just ughh imagine meeting up with Bakugou and it’s a little crowded so you call him to try and help navigate him to you and after a little bit he says in his rough deep ass voice “I see you baby” and you happen to turn just the right away and make eye contact with him as he smirks and hangs up making his way to you😭😭😭🤤🤤🤤

This is sooooo cute omg.

Bakugou’s always punctual to a fault, even though he knows that you sometimes run late. But just the idea of him being able to pick you out of a crowd with ease? And navigate himself towards you so you don’t even have to move from the exact spot you’re standing in.

But also imagine you’re meeting somewhere new and you get a little lost so you call him, and he can hear that slight lilt in your voice because you’re worried or nervous and he just stays so calm and talks you through it. “S’okay, baby. Tell me what you see, I’ll find you.” And he always does.

And Bakugou always takes your hand in large crowds and moves your body behind his so he can weave through the sea of people. So if anyone accidentally barges him, they hit him and not you🥺

I'm reading LIAB (chapter Going the Distance), and loving every word of it! I'm considering it as a real book instead of fanfiction, because you're a really skilled author and I can't wait to read the whole series and become an unbearable fan annoying you!! 😜❤️🙏🏼

Anyway, while reading I can't help but wonder: during the series are we gonna see Zuko and Iroh together again? I can't stop thinking about how Zuko misses his uncle (for context, Chang just was left behind for me, so I'm a little emotional about that yet!!!) and I can't stop thinking if we get to see Iroh unleashing all his angry at Zhao once he finds out what happened to Zuko and how our boy suffered...

(Another question completely different: is there any scene in the story you would love to see draw? I actually got to know your fic because of the lovely fanarts hahah, and now I was thinking about drawing something that I read but can't decide which scene 😭😭)

Which I will do if you want just let me know haha. but Iroh will be part of the story and I think you get an update on him towards the end of the first book & then you’ll hear about him in RIA & then they’ll be reunited in ITF. They have a long & painful journey ahead of them I’m sorry… you have quite a bit of angst to get through.

& I can promise you Iroh is going to be very very PISSED. I love me some slightly feral Iroh, especially when it comes to his nephew.
