You were standing at the door to Yuji's dorm. He told you earlier that he would be 5 minutes late and that you could just head inside.

Was he sure, could you really just freely walk in? I mean what if he left stuff out that your not meant to see...or if he left his things out and forgot about it.

You reached out to turn the door knob before pushing the door open slowly. Everything was...normal. Clean, neat, nothing out of the ordinary actually. You walked in quietly, this place was to quiet to clean...there's got to be something he's hiding.

Well he is Yuji, he wouldn't hid anything...would he?

First you looked under the couch.

Then his desk draws.

And then in the book shelfs.

Nothing. Maybe you were just to caught up in trying to find anything interesting, in reality you knew there probably wasn't even anything there.

Finally you opened his bed room door and were about to peek under the bed when you felt something gently run down your spine making you jump slightly.

You heard Yuji's laugh "Your spine really is your weak spot"

You stood up and grabbed the pillow off of his bed and whacked him with it.

"YUJI YOU SCARED ME!"

"HEY! CALM DOWN" He said wrapping his arms around you, pushing you on his bed, his body on top.

"What were you looking for?" He asked

"Mmm nothing Yuji, I was just looking around. I guess I was right, you don't seem like a guy who hides things"

"I don't need to hide anything from you babe, I have nothing to hide" He said smiling while kicking his old Jenifer Lawrence poster under his bed.

(He forgot to throw it out before you got there)

Yuta

You were sent on a mission with your boyfriend, last one of the day. You were practically on edge after the past few nights with little to no sleep. Worked to the bone and tiered.

You and Yuta had pretty much finished the mission, but there were still traces of cursed energy so you both spilt up.

Man this sucks.

You swore as soon as this was over you were going to collapse into Yuta's arms and sleep all the way back home. But in the mean time you just had to hurry and finish this mission.

Walking down the hall way you heard something inside of a room, that was it, it was the last curse. It would be an easy kill, if only you could find the damn thing first.

You swung open the door and was hit with a wave of exhaustion hit you making your eye lids get heavier. Your vision blurred and your limbs became heavier.

"Not now" You mumbled to yourself seeing the curse move away in the corner of your sight.

You stumbled into the middle of the room and swung your arm aimlessly, managing to punch right through the curses body.

A sigh escaped your lips. Finally. Or so you thought until you felt overwhelming cursed energy behind you. Before you could turn around and react you felt a small poke on the small of your back making you jump and your knees go weak, body falling slowly backwards into something...you close your eyes to just accept your fate at this point only to be met with the sound of a light hearted chuckle.

"Y-Yuta, you rat. You know that's my weak spot" You mumbled looking up at him, seeing his smile.

"Sorry, sorry I couldn't help it." He lifted your body up bridal style and carried you out the building.

"Where's Ichi when you need him" Yuta said looking down to see you peacefully sleeping.

It was too silent for me. I was staying at Matt’s place while he and his brothers went to film a video with some other creators. I said I would make sure no one broke in, but I regretted it the first night. The place was too big. Much bigger than the one-bedroom condo I had, and it was really echo-y.

I couldn’t remember the timezone difference off the top of my head, but I knew they weren’t going to start filming until the day after their plane landed. They landed sometime this morning or early afternoon, so I pulled out my phone.

“You up?” I sent to Matt. It did not take long to see the three dots show up in our message thread before they disappeared again. Instead of a message, he was factiming me. I immediately answered as I propped my phone up on Matt’s usual side of the bed as it connected. When it did, I couldn’t see much on his side as the lights were off. I whispered, “What time is it there?”

“Like midnight,” Matt whispered back as he moved closer to the phone, so the LED lights shining through the phone could illuminate his face. “What’s wrong? It’s like 4 AM there.”

“I didn’t even realize,” I said to myself, but he heard it clearly, laughing lightly. “I can’t sleep. It’s too quiet here.”

“Are you sure it’s too quiet or do you just miss me being next to you?” Matt asked as he smiled through the camera.

“Can I say both?” I asked with a smirk, leaning toward the camera more.

“I can’t blame you,” Matt laughed but cut himself short as one of his brothers moved in their sleep. When the coast was clear, he leaned back toward the phone. “If it makes you feel better, I miss you too. Chris is a blanket hog.”

“I bet he is,” I chuckled lightly before cutting to a yawn. “Can we just stay on Facetime? Please?”

“I’ll always stay on Facetime with you,” Matt consoled as he blew a kiss at the camera for me. “Get some sleep, you have class tomorrow.”

“Okay, I love you,” I whispered as I got more comfortable under the covers.

“I love you too.”

“And, I’m not a blanket hog for your information.”

“Shut the fuck up, Chris.”

what draws you to homosexual relationships in fiction as opposed to heterosexual ones? I noticed I prefer them as well but I don’t really know why. Or maybe it’s just in the media I like the homosexual relationships are written to be much more compelling, I don’t know. This isn’t hate against het relationships btw I support all sexualities

Probably a million different reasons honestly. Off the top of my head, some of my personal reasons:

-- I'm bi but more interested in gay relationships in my personal life, so my fictional interests reflect my irl interests.

-- Removes misogyny as a factor both within the romantic dynamic and, if m/m, the depiction.

-- Relatedly, I hate how 99% of hetero relationships in media have a built in lowkey unacknowledged d/s vibe due to that misogyny. Woman passive man active, woman pursued man pursues, woman weak man strong, woman soft man hard, woman fucked man fuck, woman object man subject, woman prize man winner, woman small man big, woman puts in work and money to make herself attractive man gets to live at his default state, woman desirable for looks man desirable for personality/money/skill, woman financially dependent on man, etc etc etc. Turns me off.

-- Like at least when that's the dynamic in m/m or f/f it's deliberately someone's kink and a gender norm is being subverted by one of the characters.

-- Gay relationships being more equal is something I've seen cited a lot, rightly or not, but it isn't one of my reasons lol, I like unequal relationships in fiction. That said, gender not being a factor in that inequality is definitely a draw for me.

-- Subtext is more engaging than most textual romances, and gay relationships are more likely to be subtext while het is more likely to be textual.

-- Gay sex (m/m and f/f) turns me on, straight sex rarely does.

-- Specific to m/m, but men in fiction are more likely to have compelling, complicated, deep relationships with each other than they are with women.

-- I enjoy gender nonconformity which is much more plentiful in gay ships and fiction than straight media.

-- Heterosexuality is oversaturated in media and I'm exhausted and irritated by its ubiquitousness.

-- As someone who grew up in the 90s, the existence of casually gay popular media still blows my mind lol, the shine has not come even close to wearing off. Heterosexual media just can't compete with that.

Anyway yeah, those are a few of my reasons, and maybe they align with some of yours as well.

Ultimately though I don't think it matters and it shouldn't be something you feel the need to justify imo. Enjoy whatever you enjoy for whatever reason, or no reason at all. But if you enjoy soul searching, then maybe this list is a decent starting point.

"What's up?" you whispered to him, carefully shutting the door behind you and stepping outside to talk to him with waking up your brother who, by the way, was overly protective. "I just eh... Wanted to hang out, follow me," he said with an awkward smirk. "In the middle of the night?..." you questioned, following him. "Yeah. But I found a spot in the woods where no one will find us, trust," he said, leading the way. "Alright... There better be snacks in there, Luke," you said, giggling.

You both walked deeper into the forest and you saw a large picnic blanket with a bunch of pillows, a small projector that was facing a white bed sheet that was hung from two branches from some trees that were close. There were fairy lights hung up from the trees, casting a dim glow so you could see. "Luke... This is beautiful..." you smiled at him and he shrugged but you could've sworn he was blushing though it was still a bit dark. "It's the least I could for you... " his voice was barely over a whisper. "Thank you! I love it!!" you smiled and sat down and leaned on one of the fluffy pillows which were layed with many other ones, propped against two tree trunks. "Eh.... So, y/n," Luke sat down too and looked at you. "Can we try something... New before we start this movie night?..." he asked. "Sure..? What-" you were cut off by his lips plunging onto yours into a passionate kiss. "Should I stop or?..." omg Luke was being so gentle! Much different from his golden boy, tough guy appearance. two weird things that happen to me more often than i'd like and feel like they are on the opposite ends of the same spectrum: forgetting that i do actually speak two languages and forgetting that some people who post here in english speak only english

Now I’m curious, what breeds are on your list?

✨Golden Retrievers✨ Pomeranians Samoyeds Rottweilers Irish red setters German Shepherd (I like the black ones) Rough Collies and Shelties Great Pyrenees Bernese Mountain Dogs Cocker Spaniels St. Bernards Borzois and probably more that I forgot to list!! These are all dogs that I Especially want to cry when I see them, and that I could see myself loving / being able to meet the particular needs of their breed. I've expanded my Range a little in the two years since I brought Hugo home, since he's taught me a lot about dogs, and I could potentially take care of a baby with very different needs from the ones that he had. I'm still by no means a dog expert but. Yanno. You learn small things over time! In the end, when I was searching for a dog a few years ago, I had a few qualifications I didn't want to budge on. I needed a dog that's trainable, but not stubborn, a dog that's gentle and considerate with my cats and my niblings, a dog that's not too reactive, a dog with soft fur, and a dog that is affectionate. So... Hugo is all of those things!!! He picks up skills quickly and listens (I gotta work on his Recall though), he takes extreme care around the cats and is so careful that he can be left alone with kittens and baby chicks, so being sat on / bothered / tugged on by small kids isn't even a challenge. He has never growled at anyone or anything in Irritation in his life. He's never bared his teeth. He doesn't bark at strangers or at odd noises, he doesn't snap as a response to being surprised. He's extremely pillowy soft, and his fur doesn't irritate my skin or pierce my clothes. He is extremely, extremely sweet and loving, frankly to the point that he would easily fall in love with a new owner if he was kidnapped lmao. You can maybe see why I like goldens so much. I got REALLY close to adopting a Pomeranian, which I'll continue to Think About, basically forever... but as someone with a predisposition for migraines, I don't want to set the dog up for failure if I'm not ready to hear bark bark bark bark bark bark bark all day. That's the ONLY downside. Maybe I invest in some noise cancelling headphones? They're beautiful dogs though, I love an animal that looks like a little rat. You ever see one of them after a bath? My god.

why is literally everyone on my sonic tomodachi life island in love with shadow as if theres not other people to choose from and hes not gonna reject them every time . stop creating a love spiderweb with some guy whos not even interested in you

what are your favourite boddy horror medias?

i feel like my taste in body horror is really mainstream. i love the thing (1982), videodrome (1983), the fly (1986), akira (1988), tetsuo: the iron man (1989), eXistenZ (1999), and the alien franchise. the host (2006), detention (2019), and nope (2022) have some of my all-time favorite horror creatures, especially from a body horror angle, and the injury effects in suspiria (2018) are really hard to beat. also, even though they’re generally considered more precursors than proper body horror films, i do love the psychological work with the body done by german expressionist films like the cabinet of dr. caligari (1920) and the hands of orlac (1924), and the early work in effects done by 1930s hollywood horror films like dr. jekyll and mr. hyde (1931) and the wolf man (1941). outside the scope of film, i’ve really been enjoying body horror of the silt verses, and of course the body horror elements of watchmen are really fun as well. hope this answers your question!

considering possiblyyyyy including the rest of the 7 teens in the rewrite in some capacity but like not as ashas friends but not as background characters either bc I wanna keep them as a group to some extent but not like acquaintances yk?? If that makes sense? my idea is maybe they can also work in the castle like dahlia does bc iirc shes the only one who directly works there but everyone else just kinda either bummed around or helped her out but that was kinda it?? So I’m considering maybe I could make them work in other parts of the castle so like I said they can be considered a group/collective bc they work in the same place but don’t actually hang out or anything ? But yeah idk shrugs it’s felt a bit odd for me to straight up have them not in it at all bc making them just bg characters feels weird bc aforementioned Simon and dahlia being ashas friends would be kinda out of place/pointless reference wise if you didn’t have all the dwarfs together in some form or fashion
