I like to imagine that the Black cousins were all really close in age: Bella and Andy were in the same year, Narcissa was the year below them, Sirius was the year below Narcissa, and Regulus was the year below his brother. If JKR can claim Cygnus had 3 kids at 17 and had Bellatrix at 13, I can say whatever the hell I want about the timeline. Plus, it’s fun to think that there are several years where the entire school is subjected to the Black Family’s chaotic nonsense.

hehehe i love both this option and the other one, that they were all a little spread out in years bc the hilarity of like. blacks being utter menaces and the profs being exhausted but relieved to see them go. except, a new one pops up every couple or so years and it’s like ‘oh merlin’s saggy balls no, not again’ so it’s like a black reign of terror for like. a decade and a half, starting from bella, who’s managed to get slytherin under her thumb in her first year alone thru sheer malice and magical power, then it was andy and her assorted rebellions (she started a minor unionisation campaign in slytherin in her second year; to date, no one knows how or even for what, just that for atleast 5.3 months, lil kids were going around chanting about the rights of the proletariat and it was only when sirius stepped in with ‘andy ur literally the bourgeois, what r u on about’ that it slowed down), then there was cissa who was a Younger Sibling™️ and wrecked havoc trying to be Everywhere, and do Everything bc she finally has freedom and no limits.

and then came sirius, of course, who kick started chaos on his first day by sorting into gryffindor and soulmate-ing a potter. he was not only a genius, but a bored one, which made him dangerous. making other kids cry was a specialty and unintended consequence of his sharp tongue and indifference, and generally, he was a Problem bc he couldn’t be controlled. and regulus, who finally seemed to be a decent options and slughorn (?) could’ve cried in relief at finally getting a normal black but alas, he should’ve known that typology just did not exist in nature bc the youngest black turned out to be a raging death eater with a massive hard on for a man his grandfather’s age steeped in dark arts to the point of losing his soul. so ykno.

look i have been in this area before mentally. it sucks and i wouldn’t wish this on anyone. but, and this is going to sound callous, but i don’t feel any sympathy for james somerton. even if i hope he’s like. not dead. But thats all the amount of goodwill im willing to give him. The more i think about this really, the more angry i am.

ngl this entire situation is another example of how white people weaponize their mental illness to avoid consequences. Im seeing it in real time.

this man has a continuous habit of using self-harm as a get-out-of-jail-for-free card. in both of his apologies, he has worded his supposed attempts in ways that were clearly meant to guilt people who displayed his plagiarism and overall horrendous history of racism and misogyny. i say supposed because, while i’m not saying those are lies and this would he such a fucked up thing to lie about that i don’t want to think he has, unfortunately, it’s been proven again and again that his word can’t be trusted, as he’s known to lie to try get out of consequences. Hes a proven liar. him lying about this is actually the best case scenario, because no one should go through this entire situation, wouldnt wish this on anyone, but you can only do this so often before people stop sympathizing with you. is this callous? Yeah, but like. I’m actually fucking angry he cant straight up take no as an answer. that this is how he reacts realizing he cant be one of the Cool Kidz™️ on youtube anymore. he acts like he DESERVES a career, like its not a privilege hes lost due to his own actions.

He lied about apologizing and forgiving people, he lied about giving the money to hbomberguy to give to ppl he ripped off (yknow, instead of doing it himself), he lied about the jessie gender situation and rewrote the narrative to make it so he isnt the bad guy, and hes the victim all along actually!

I saw some people talking about yuumori character sexualities and just wanted to add my own headcanons <33

Sherlock: see now, we all know sherlock has been explicitly stating his... Repulsion (yes, not "oh im not attracted to them" straight up repulsion at the thought of being in a romantic and/or sexual relationship with them)

And im not saying sherlock is misogynistic. He has been seen very happily helping women with their cases. And might i add that on the Noahtic, while everyone was prancing around with a lady on his arm, sherlock was standing in the corner. Even though he was also with ladies he was CLEARLY in it only for their appreciation of him. Because you see, Sherlock is a clever man. He saw these bunch of women who had no one to dance with and was aware that they would be head over heels for his skills. And he was probably sent to the Noahtic by mycroft, so why not pass some time and get some praise?

But as soon as he met Liam he felt an instant obsession connection. Not necessarily romantic, but this is where that japanese feeling that i forgot the name of comes in. The feeling of meeting someone and instantly knowing that while you dont feel anything now, you could potentially be dynamic (is that the correct word, for sherliam i think it is)

And as i said and will say again, sherlock is a clever man. Of course he's not gonna sit around sexually frustrated, when he can easily use his charms and skills to find the right people. But as per literally canon, until he met Liam he didnt feel romantic (that comes later though, first was obsession) "attraction".

Conclusion? Gay demiromantic.

William: now while william never had a "repulsion" to women, I'd say he quite literally has a repulsion to any idea of a romantic relationship at all. He looked at london and got his "lemme fix that" hyperfixation game so heavy that he forgot he was alive most of the times. That man falls asleep on random occasions at literally anywhere at any time because he avoids sleep for his plans. Do you expect him to have any sort of romantic or sexual relationship? No, sir.

Then waltzes in Sherlock. Like i said, instant obsession. Though for William, that japanese feeling never came. While he was always hoping for a different reality where he and sherlock could be together, he never acknowledged his feelings enough to let himself feel something.

But talking about sexual attraction, while i do firmly believe Liam doesnt feel it for the better part of his life, he did start to feel some things a while after meeting sherlock. He fucking KNEW what he was doing with that "catch me if you can, mr holmes~" I think it surprised him too, all this strange emotions trickling in slowly after years of not feeling anything.

Conclusion? Demisexual AND demiromantic.

John: thought he was straight, but you all have seen his reaction to irene when they dressed up as the king of bohamia right? I'd say bisexual, but he's still learning to embrace that part of his identity. And even when he does embrace it, i dont think he's gonna do anything about it. Cuz like cmon, its 19th century London. Do you think he'll damn himself by loving a man when he is capable of what most people like him are not (to love someone of the opposite gender)? But I DO think he had a crush on louis for a while but i think that just for shits and giggles hehe

Louis: aroace. No questions asked. He loves in a very... Devotional way. Like liam and possibly albert, he has an unbreakable attachment to them. His love for their found family? He is soooo aro ace coded.

Albert: wineromantic. bisexual disaster.

Moran: pansexual just cuz. He loves his women but he has had something with albert and possibly james that is simply not heterosexual. And he was in the army cmon if there's a hole there's a goal

James: pansexual BECAUSE, hear me out, he had known this since he was a teenager. Which is why it took him until he got to Moriarty's to realise he actually wants to be a man. He had known men love him, so he was styling his hair and wearing tight corsets. He had known women loved him, so he was putting on disguises to kiss and snog. I think he was just so comfortable in his identity he never felt the need to be the opposite gender. But he was and, well, we're happy for our boy.

Fred: ace, maybe demi, and genderfluid. I might be projecting on the genderfluid part here but can you blame me? He/they pronouns.

Jack: he's above such measly attractions (idk maybe he was young he could have had something but idk anything while looking at him now)

Mycroft: gay gay homosexual gay. No straight man spends 30 minutes every morning putting pomade in his hair (hiding a part of your identity, already? Huh myckey?)

Miss hudson: straight because she didn't feel any (okay maybe somewhat) attraction to irene but when she met JAMES ouahahahaha

I've always wondered what the deal was with Simon because Jamie never brought him up before and doesn't seem to think of him as a father figure :/

I don't think there's necessarily a "deal" with Simon, I think it's just that he wasn't around yet while Jamie was growing up, so they don't really have a father/son relationship

I've always hc'd that Simon was with Georgie starting when Jamie was like 15 or 16 and their relationship was very antagonistic at first (entirely on Jamie's end, because he was traumatized + brainwashed by his dad and very hostile to the idea of another man in his & Georgie's lives) so they're not close like that

Asra could pretty much just make up any fact about MC, even basic things like their name, age and birthday, and because of their amnesia MC would just have to take them as face value without having any way to disprove them if they were false. Asra could have made up who they are entirely.

#I'm a HUGE fan of Asra being kind of shitty person sometimes BUT #I was thinking of an angsty val x mc scenario where val is extremely manipulative and toxic before his redemption #so when he accepts feeling interested in mc instead of keeping them at a distance by being an asshole like always he starts to try to #distance them from people he deems as unworthy or not good enough #aka asra #which is pretty easy to do since mc is always around the castle extremely overwhelmed with everything going on and asra is god knows where #he just needs to be a little nice and listen which is what he fakes every single day for work anyway #but yeah apart from this I ALSO like the idea of Asra being kinda toxic too and try to fix certain parts of mc #like my mc specifically used to work with people involved in criminal activitied before dying #asra doesn't know the details but never liked it #so when mc comes back to life and asks him if they had any other friends or colleagues around town asra straight up says #no only me sorry :)))#he doesn't do it maliciously he's trying to protect them but he's still manipulative and removing their ability to choose by themselves #so yeah all of this because I was thinking of my james having an existential crisis about not knowing anything about themselves that wasn't #told to them by asra #and val being oh you're feeling vulnerable? that's crazy haha tell me more <3 #disgustingly toxic boyfriend val my beloved #not art #the arcana #long post ?#kinda for the tags

remembered the time the (millennial) math teacher walked into the classroom and went “its ya boy. skinny penis” and then was like hm shouldntve said that probably. sure hope everyone knows that vine!

#i was the only one who heard him so it was fine and i just laughed at him really hard but the look on his face when he realized hed fucked #up was soooo funny #that was a nice math class i was taking it for the hs credit even though id already taken it in middle school so basically i would do my #worksheet and help other people with their worksheets if they needed it and if no one needed it i would talk to james (math teacher had my #name too. not talking to myself) abt more interesting math than whatever he was teaching. which again was baby shit i needed the credits for #but then i dropped out anyway so it was meaningless. still a fun class though #other highlight of that class was when he handed out dry linguine for a like bridge building project and he gave everyone a piece and told #us to like bend it a bit to test the tensile strength and shit and the second he stopped talking all you could hear was the *crunch crunch #crunch* of literally every single student in the classroom chewing on the end of their uncooked linguine. literally every single one of us.#mine

i need to talk about lucky luke 2009 somewhere. it was amazing. it was everything i would’ve wanted. i haven’t lived until i watched that movie.

1. they made billy the kid an adult but they actually made it work. they showed that he has a soft spot for kids and calls himself a kid. which made me think that he has some childhood trauma from when he was a child. and it's revealed that billy killed his family when he was 7 and lucky luke sent him to juvenile prison. billy said that lucky luke stole his childhood. since billy never got to be a kid, he just acts like a kid when he is an adult. that was an actually nice addition, they added depth to him, other than making him a spoiled brat.

2. they made lucky luke horny, the luke in the comics never would’ve been distracted by belle in the saloon! they made him send an air kiss towards belle. they made him pucker his lips and send a kiss. now, i’m not complaining about the air kiss bc jean dujardin has nice plump lips but it’s out of character for luke. luke would’ve reacted like the second picture in this post.

3. let’s say that i’m over number 2. both belle and calamity jane got to kiss luke, why couldn’t jesse james have a little peck too?? when jane saved luke from being hanged and jesse came, he held luke’s face and luke smirked as he said his name. it’s chemistry, they have chemistry. they should’ve made out.

when jesse found luke, brought him his gun and asked to duel with him, luke should’ve just started making out with him to distract him!

4. jesse james. he had a long ass cape and he used it to be the most dramatic person in the town. they made him a theater kid. he was quoting hamlet, caesar and othello, getting on the floor and performing his heart out. he was just so dramatic. and the little hip tilt/lean he does. oh it’s beautiful. he’s beautiful.

5. jolly jumper. (i’m sorry the english name is just so) in the comics, he was just luke’s talking horse but the movie began and he was just a normal horse. that was until lucky luke tried to fucking kill himself??? here’s the scene: lucky luke laying on train tracks bc he thought he killed poker pat and he regretted it bc of the promise he made to himself when his parents were murdered. it was a duel, either kill or be killed (or the secret third option that luke always choses, which is destroying the opponent’s gun)(he didn’t choose it this time) and he ‘killed’.

now here he lies on the train tracks, wanting to kill himself. he hears someone say "use your brain, no trains use this track" and sees no one around. then the same voice says "come on, let's go home". he starts hearing his horse bc of his damn guilt and past trauma! holy shit! and idc that the movie explained it as "he has always been able to talk, it's just that lucky luke has never tried to kill himself b4". he hears his horse in his brain. no one else can. it’s his past. his present. he is a poor lonesome cowboy who is oh so lonely. he only has his horse who starts talking to him in his mind. mind blown, i know. it’s my new headcanon.

6. the music. now why is the guitar from bad to the bone in this. why is elvis singing. the setting was around the 1890s or something, and i’m sure bad to the bone didn’t exist back then. it was hilarious

7. the fucking comedy. i did not expect good jokes. i was surprised. somehow the jokes were fucking amazing. even when the atmosphere was serious, they made me laugh bc why are you showing luke wiping his sweat on his ass by kind of groping it in the middle of a duel?? i don’t know the purpose but i laughed hard.

or when he was having a ‘love montage’ with belle and he suddenly started playing a guitar. and singing. and his voice was elvis’ voice. and he was also in his underwear. it’s just so unserious. and yes, they actually made him wear the underwear from the comics. peep the button, lucky luke is slutty in this film.

and when he slapped belle twice bc it was an old family tradition. he was so serious about it. i don’t know how they did it, it was just so funny. they also made jesse james smoke (a) weed and get high. he straight up lighted a weed on fire and took some puffs. and got high. then billy the kid was like “this is the kind of weed you don’t smoke” *fucking takes a puff and gets high as well*. top tier comedy. wouldn’t want it any other way.

8. the parallel with luke’s parents. actually, fuck the parallel, it’s straight up the same. his dad was getting shot at and his mom jumped in front of him and they both got killed.

now in this scene, we see luke and belle. luke is wearing his dad’s clothes and belle is wearing something similar to his mom’s clothes. she is jumping in front of luke to save him. this is the exact scene with luke’s parents. lucky luke took his dad's role in his childhood house with belle and she dies the same way as his mother. this fucking shows that if he stays there living as his dad, he will end up the same. sike, she’s alive, the bullet grazed her shoulder and jane fixed it up. but the message is still there, luke shouldn’t live like his dad or he will die the same way. since he gave up his gun and started living as his dad, he will always be vulnerable if he continues living this way. it’s also kinda ironic that cooper wouldn’t have tried to kill him if he actually took the trip to europe

9. the casting. they did lucky luke justice. jean dujardin was perfect for luke. especially his side profile. his nose was perfect for lucky luke.

10. the production. it was actually so well made. the set, the clothes, the audio, the camera shots, everything. jolly jumper’s mouth didn’t even look stupid when they made him talk! i was impressed

i think this is it, i don’t think i have more to say at the moment. it’s all thanks to this post. i don’t think i would’ve found out about the movie if it wasn’t for them.

latest ACGAS report: one of the best episodes of the season I think, possibly one of the best of the show. 10/10 from me.
